Accordingly, bad breath alleviation, bad breath neutralization, bad breath elimination, and sterilization actions are achieved. Only natural components are included, thus causing no harmful effect on the human body, whereby the occurrence of oral diseases caused by chemical components is minimized, and antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory actions are ensured, thus minimizing the occurrence of oral diseases.
Hereinafter, the method of manufacturing the natural oral cleanser will be described in more detail.
The natural oral cleanser according to the present invention includes the natural plants as main constituents, and the active components thereof are extracted at 40 to 110℃. It was confirmed that extraction at this temperature maximizes the effect.
The extract is mainly extracted in a solid form from the active components of the natural plants, so that the extract is capable of being utilized in various oral cleanser product groups. For example, the extract may be provided in a jelly state using a first concentration to thus form an oral-film type. Further, after lyophilization at -135℃, the extract may be pulverized according to the size of the solid to thus be converted into powder. Thereby, a powder-type chewable oral cleanser, a liquid oral cleanser, or toothpastes, adjuvants, and ampoules including the components thereof may be provided. In this case, the manufacture into the powder is usually performed for 6 hours.
Further, the oral cleanser is provided in a disintegrating type, that is, a disintegrating capsule or a disintegrating film, so that natural components are uniformly and rapidly spread in the oral cavity.
The natural plants are used as medicinal materials considered as food groups, are suitable for use by consumers, and serve to ensure safety.
The natural plants include licorice, Artemisia capillaris Herba, and ginger as main components, and the weight ratio thereof is 2.5 to 3.5 : 2.5 to 3.5 : 1.5 to 2.5.
Further, the natural oral cleanser composition further includes 5 to 10 parts by weight, and preferably 6 parts by weight, of any one or two or more materials of quince, Illicium verum, Perilla frutescens Britton var. acuta Kudo, Rosa laevigata, Perilla frutescens var. acuta (sesame leaf), grapefruit, Coptis Rhizome, Scutellariae Radix, Terminalia chebula Retzins, brown algae, Gardenia Jasminoides, Schisandra chinensis, Rhois Galla, and Phellodendri Cortex based on 100 parts by weight of the entire natural oral cleanser composition.
