Description

一种给料用容器装置 技术领域
本发明涉及药品给料领域,特别是涉及一种给料用容器装置。
背景技术
目前,针对一些需要将药剂(比如:粉剂、颗粒制剂、液态药剂等)与溶剂混合后使用、但药剂和溶剂又不能长时间放一起的药物,其出售时通常由以下三部分组成:独立包装的药剂、独立包装的溶剂、以及独立包装的给药装置,给药装置通常由容器瓶和能够固定连接于容器瓶的喷雾泵构成;在使用时,需要分别打开三个组件的独立包装,之后将粉剂/颗粒制剂/液态药剂、以及溶剂逐一倒入容器瓶内,再将喷雾泵固定安装在溶剂瓶上,摇匀粉剂/颗粒制剂/液态药剂与溶剂后通过喷雾泵进行喷雾使用。但是,上述结构的产品存在以下缺陷:此类型产品独立包装多,使用时操作方式比较繁琐,调配工序多,极易出现失误,对操作者有一定要求,进而不利于患者使用。
发明内容
鉴于以上所述现有技术的缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种给料用容器装置,其包装少且操作极其方便。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种给料用容器装置,包括具有瓶内腔的瓶体、至少部分位于瓶内腔中且固定连接于瓶体的第一盖体、至少部分位于瓶内腔中且具有盖内腔的第二盖体、位于瓶内腔中且封堵盖内腔的密封环、以及固定连接于第二盖体的给料装置,所述第二盖体可移动地安装于瓶体或第一盖体,所述密封环可拆卸地连接于第二盖体、并与第一盖体相抵接,所述瓶体、第一盖体和密封环之间形成有第一密封仓,所述第二盖体和密封环之间形成有第二密封仓,所述给料装置具有位于第一密封仓内的进料端、以及位于瓶体外部的出料端;当所述第二盖体向远离瓶体方向移动时,所述第一盖体使密封环脱离于第二盖体,所述第一密封仓与第二密封仓连通。
进一步地,所述第一密封仓和第二密封仓用于分别存放液态物和固态物。
进一步地,所述第一密封仓和第二密封仓用于分别存放溶剂和药剂,所述药剂为固态药剂或液态药剂。

本申请提供一种给料用容器装置,用于包装至少一种类别的物品,特别适用于包装两种不同的物品,使得两个物品在不使用之前被隔离开、但在使用时两个物品能够混合在一起。本申请涉及的给料用容器装置适用于多个领域,比如:药品包装、冲剂类饮品的包装等。
如图1和图2所示,所述给料用容器装置主要包括瓶体1、第一盖体2、第二盖体3、密封环4、以及给料装置5。其中,所述瓶体1具有开口朝上的瓶内腔15;所述第一盖体2中至少有一部分位于瓶体1的瓶内腔15中,且第一盖体2固定连接在瓶体1的上端;所述第二盖体3具有开口朝下的盖内腔37,第二盖体3中也至少有一部分位于瓶体1的瓶内腔15中,使至少一部分的盖内腔37位于瓶体1的瓶内腔15中,所述第二盖体3可上下移动地安装于瓶体1或第一盖体2;所述密封环4整体位于瓶体1的瓶内腔15中,密封环4可拆卸地连接在第二盖体3的下端、并与第一盖体2的下端相抵接,密封环4封堵第二盖体3中盖内腔37的下端开口;所述给料装置5与第二盖体3固定连接,给料装置5具有进料端54和出料端55。将瓶体1、第一盖体2、第二盖体3、密封环4、以及给料装置5组装后,第一盖体2和第二盖体3封堵瓶体1中瓶内腔15的上端开口,此时,所述瓶体1、第一盖体2和密封环4之间形成有第一密封仓6,所述第二盖体3和密封环4之间形成有第二密封仓7,所述给料装置5的进料端54位于第一密封仓6内、出料端55位于瓶体1的外部,所述第一密封仓6和第二密封仓7都用于放置物品。
包装有物品的给料用容器装置在非使用状态时,也即为在包装状态下,如图1所示,密封环4连接在第二盖体3的下端、将第一密封仓6和第二密封仓7隔离开,使得放置在第一密封仓6内的物品和放置在第二密封仓7内的物品相互独立、不接触,从而避免第一密封仓6中的物品与第二密封仓7中的物品因长时间接触而导致物品变质之类的问题。包装有物品的给料用容器装置在使用时,用户使第二盖体3向远离瓶体1和第一盖体2的方向向上移动,则第二盖体3会带动密封环4也具有上移的运动趋势,但由于第一盖体2固定于瓶体1、且第一盖体2抵接住密封环4,故第一盖体2限制密封环4随第二盖体3一起上移,从而使得密封环4与第二盖体3相分离,如图2所示;此时,第一密封仓6与第二密封仓7连通,放置在第一密封仓6内的物品掉落至第二密封仓7内、与放置在第二密封仓7内的物品混合,之后由给料装置5将第一密封仓6内的混合物输送出,即可使用。因此,本申请使用一个独立包装即可将不同的物品分开存放,在使用时只需要向上移动第二盖体3即可,故本申请包装少,使用时操作极其方便;使得本申请涉及的给料用容器装置特别适用于药品包装。第一密封仓6和第二密封仓7用于分别存放液态物和固态物,当给料用容器装置用于药品包装时,第一密封仓6和第二密封仓7用于分别存放溶剂9和药剂8,所述药剂8为固态药剂或液态药剂;比如:第一密封仓6用于存放溶剂9,第二密封仓7用于存放粉剂或颗粒制剂或液态药剂。以下以第一密封仓6用于存放溶剂9、第二密封仓7用于存放药剂8(粉剂或颗粒制剂或液态药剂)为例,对构成给料用容器装置的瓶体1、第一盖体2、第二盖体3、密封环4、以及给料装置5的优选结构展开叙述。
瓶体1:如图3所示,所述瓶体1包括呈圆筒状的瓶主体部11、设在瓶主体部11下端的瓶底部12、从瓶主体部11的上端向上延伸且外径小于瓶主体部11的瓶颈部13、以及连接在瓶主体部11和瓶颈部13之间的瓶连接部14,所述瓶主体部11、瓶底部12、瓶连接部14和瓶颈部13围成的腔体构成瓶体1的瓶内腔15,所述瓶颈部13用于和第一盖体2相连接,进而将瓶体1和第一盖体2相固定。优选地,所述瓶体1为一体成型件。
第一盖体2:如图4所示,所述第一盖体2包括呈圆筒状的盖主体部21、从盖主体部21的上端平直径向向外延伸的第一盖连接部22、以及从第一盖连接部22的外端向下延伸的内盖连接部23,故内盖连接部23也呈圆筒状、并位于盖主体部21的外周侧,所述内盖连接部23的外周面上具有螺纹,所述内盖连接部23和盖主体部21之间形成有安装腔24,所述安装腔24允许瓶体1的瓶颈部13插入、使瓶颈部13与第一盖体2相连接。优选地,所述第一盖体2为一体成型件。
第二盖体3:如图5所示,所述第二盖体3包括呈圆筒状的盖内环部31、位于盖内环部 31外周侧的盖外环部32、连接在盖内环部31和盖外环部32上端之间的第二盖连接部33、从第二盖连接部33的上端向上延伸的连接颈部34、从盖外环部32的上端平直径向向外延伸的第三盖连接部35、以及从第三盖连接部35的外端向下延伸的外盖连接部36,故外盖连接部36也呈圆筒状、并位于盖外环部32的外周侧,连接颈部34也呈圆筒状,所述外盖连接部36的内周面上和连接颈部34的外周面上都具有螺纹,所述盖内环部31、盖外环部32和第二盖连接部33围成的腔体构成第二盖体3的盖内腔37,所述第二盖体3在连接颈部34的内周和盖内环部31的内周形成有上下贯通的盖通槽部38。优选地,所述第二盖体3为一体成型件。
密封环4:如图6所示,所述密封环4包括呈圆盘状的密封主体部41、以及都从密封主体部41面向第二盖体3的上端面上向上延伸出且由内至外依次排布的第一凸部42、第二凸部43、第三凸部44和第四凸部45,所述第一凸部42、第二凸部43、第三凸部44和第四凸部45都呈圆筒状,所述第一凸部42、第二凸部43、第三凸部44和第四凸部45的高度逐渐增加;所述密封环4还具有形成在第一凸部42和第二凸部43之间的内连接槽46、形成在第三凸部44和第四凸部45之间的外连接槽47、以及开设在密封主体部41中且上下贯通的通孔部48。优选地,所述密封环4为一体成型件。
给料装置5:如图7所示,所述给料装置5为喷雾泵,所述喷雾泵的结构为现有技术,故本说明书不再详细叙述;简单说,喷雾泵主要包括由下至上依次相连的吸液管51、导液吸液组件52、以及按压头53,喷雾泵在导液吸液组件52的外周还固定连接有给料连接盖56,所述给料连接盖56的内周面具有螺纹,所述吸液管51的下端构成给料装置5的进料端54,所述按压头53的喷口构成给料装置5的出料端55。
进一步地,所述瓶体1、第一盖体2、第二盖体3、密封环4、以及给料装置5组装后,各部件之间的连接关系为:如图1所示,第一盖体2固定在瓶体1的瓶颈部13上,故瓶颈部13位于第一盖体2的安装腔24中、也即位于第一盖体2的盖主体部21和内盖连接部23之间,瓶颈部13与盖主体部21和/或内盖连接部23固定连接,进而将第一盖体2与瓶体1相固定。第一盖体2位于第二盖体3的盖外环部32和外盖连接部36之间,且第二盖体3的外盖连接部36与第一盖体2的内盖连接部23螺纹连接,故第二盖体3可上下移动地安装于第一盖体2。第二盖体3的盖内环部31和盖外环部32、以及第一盖体2的盖主体部21都至少部分地位于瓶体1的瓶内腔15中。密封环4位于第一盖体2和第二盖体3的下端,具体说,第二盖体3的盖内环部31插入密封环4的内连接槽46中、并与内连接槽46紧配合,第二盖体3的盖外环部32插入密封环4的外连接槽47中、并与外连接槽47紧配合,故密封环4与 第二盖体3之间为紧配合固定,实现密封环4与第二盖体3之间的可拆卸连接。第一盖体2中盖主体部21的下端面与密封环4中第四凸部45的上端面相抵接。第二盖体3的连接颈部34位于瓶体1的外部,给料装置5中的吸液管51和导液吸液组件52穿设在第二盖体3的盖通槽部38中,给料装置5中的吸液管51还穿设在密封环4的通孔部48中,同时,给料装置5的给料连接盖56盖合在第二盖体3的连接颈部34的外周、并与连接颈部34螺纹连接,从而将给料装置5与第二盖体3相固定;给料装置5的给料连接盖56和第二盖体3的连接颈部34都位于瓶体1的外部。组装好以后,密封环4封堵第二盖体3中的盖内腔37、形成密闭的第二密封仓7,防止第二密封仓7中存放的药剂8(粉剂或颗粒制剂或液态药剂)漏出、倒出,起到防漏、防倒的作用;而第一盖体2、第二盖体3和给料装置5封堵瓶体1的瓶内腔15、形成密闭的第一密封仓6,防止第二密封仓7中存放的溶剂9漏出、倒出,起到防漏、防倒的作用;密封环4同时还有效隔离第一密封仓6和第二密封仓7,防止药剂8、和溶剂9相混合。
另外,本申请中,瓶体1的瓶颈部13优选与第一盖体2的内盖连接部23相连接,如图1、图3和图4所示,内盖连接部23的内周面上设有卡扣25,瓶颈部13的外周面上设有卡槽16,卡扣25与卡槽16相卡接,进而将瓶体1与第一盖体2相固定。
具有上述结构的给料用容器装置将药剂8(粉剂或颗粒制剂或液态药剂)、溶剂9和给料装置5(喷雾泵)设计为一体,使用一个独立包装,故其包装少,节约成本;特别地,患者使用时,旋转第二盖体3,使第二盖体3相对于瓶体1和第一盖体2向上移动、但不脱离于第一盖体2,第一盖体2卡住密封环4、使密封环4受力脱离于第二盖体3,从而开启第二密封仓7;第二密封仓7内的药剂8(粉剂或颗粒制剂或液态药剂)落入第一密封仓6内的溶剂9中,患者摇匀溶剂9,按压喷雾泵的按压头53就可以进行给药,操作简便,极大的降低操作失误的可能性。在使用过程中无需完全打开给料装置5与瓶体1,即无需使第二盖体3完全脱离于第一盖体2,故不会造成药液的外泄,极大的提高了药品使用的安全性。
上述为给料用容器装置实施例一的优选结构,为了进一步提高给料用容器装置的性能,以下提供给料用容器装置的实施例二,其处了包含上述给料用容器装置实施例一的结构外,还在第二盖体3与第一盖体2的连接处、以及第二盖体3与给料装置5的连接处增加了防盗结构,使给料用容器装置具有防盗功能。具体说,如图8至图12所示,设在第二盖体3与第一盖体2连接处的防盗结构包括与第二盖体3中外盖连接部36点连接的第一防盗环39、以及固设在第一盖体2中内盖连接部23的外周面的下端的第一止转齿26;当第二盖体3在安装时旋拧到位后,第一止转齿26与第一防盗环39相扣合、两者之间扣死,能够在给料用容 器装置未开启时防止第二盖体3被意外打开,起到防盗作用;在使用时,施力旋钮第二盖体3,通过第一防盗环39与外盖连接部36之间的点连接使第一防盗环39与外盖连接部36分离,之后继续旋钮第二盖体3即可使第二盖体3向上移动。同理,设在第二盖体3与给料装置5连接处的防盗结构包括与给料装置5中给料连接盖56固定连接的第二防盗环57、以及固设在第二盖体3中连接颈部34的外周面的下端的第二止转齿310,第二防盗环57与给料连接盖56可以一体成型;当给料装置5在安装时旋拧到位后,第二止转齿310与第二防盗环57相扣合、两者之间扣死,再结合第二防盗环57固定于给料连接盖56,从而使得给料连接盖56无法转动、也就无法脱离于第二盖体3,起到防盗作用。
综上所述,本申请涉及的给料用容器装置集合了内置药剂8(粉剂或颗粒制剂或液态药剂)、内置溶剂9、防倒、防药液外泄、内部药剂调配、喷雾给药、防盗等功能,药剂的调配只需要旋拧第二盖体3,即可实现药剂8(粉剂或颗粒制剂或液态药剂)与溶剂9的调配,操作极其简便,极大降低了调配药剂和给药的操作难度,极大地提高了患者使用的便利度和给药的安全性能。所以,本发明有效克服了现有技术中的种种缺点而具高度产业利用价值。
上述实施例仅例示性说明本发明的原理及其功效,而非用于限制本发明。任何熟悉此技术的人士皆可在不违背本发明的精神及范畴下,对上述实施例进行修饰或改变。因此,举凡所属技术领域中具有通常知识者在未脱离本发明所揭示的精神与技术思想下所完成的一切等效修饰或改变,仍应由本发明的权利要求所涵盖。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种给料用容器装置,其特征在于:包括具有瓶内腔(15)的瓶体(1)、至少部分位于瓶内腔(15)中且固定连接于瓶体(1)的第一盖体(2)、至少部分位于瓶内腔(15)中且具有盖内腔(37)的第二盖体(3)、位于瓶内腔(15)中且封堵盖内腔(37)的密封环(4)、以及固定连接于第二盖体(3)的给料装置(5),所述第二盖体(3)可移动地安装于瓶体(1)或第一盖体(2),所述密封环(4)可拆卸地连接于第二盖体(3)、并与第一盖体(2)相抵接,所述瓶体(1)、第一盖体(2)和密封环(4)之间形成有第一密封仓(6),所述第二盖体(3)和密封环(4)之间形成有第二密封仓(7),所述给料装置(5)具有位于第一密封仓(6)内的进料端(54)、以及位于瓶体(1)外部的出料端(55);当所述第二盖体(3)向远离瓶体(1)方向移动时,所述第一盖体(2)使密封环(4)脱离于第二盖体(3),所述第一密封仓(6)与第二密封仓(7)连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的给料用容器装置,其特征在于:所述第一密封仓(6)和第二密封仓(7)用于分别存放液态物和固态物。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的给料用容器装置,其特征在于:所述第一密封仓(6)和第二密封仓(7)用于分别存放溶剂(9)和药剂(8),所述药剂(8)为固态药剂或液态药剂。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的给料用容器装置,其特征在于:所述密封环(4)与第二盖体(3)为紧配合固定。
  5. 根据权利要求1或4所述的给料用容器装置,其特征在于:所述第二盖体(3)包括盖内环部(31)、位于盖内环部(31)外周侧的盖外环部(32)、以及位于盖外环部(32)外周侧的外盖连接部(36),所述盖内腔(37)形成在盖内环部(31)和盖外环部(32)之间;所述第一盖体(2)位于盖外环部(32)和外盖连接部(36)之间,所述第一盖体(2)包括盖主体部(21)、以及位于盖主体部(21)外周侧的内盖连接部(23);所述第二盖体(3)的外盖连接部(36)与第一盖体(2)的内盖连接部(23)螺纹连接,所述第二盖体(3)的盖内环部(31)和盖外环部(32)、以及第一盖体(2)的盖主体部(21)都至少部分地位于瓶体(1)的瓶内腔(15)中。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的给料用容器装置,其特征在于:所述密封环(4)上具有与盖内环部(31)紧配合的内连接槽(46)、以及与盖外环部(32)紧配合的外连接槽(47)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的给料用容器装置,其特征在于:所述密封环(4)包括密封主体部(41)、以及都从密封主体部(41)面向第二盖体(3)的端面上延伸出且由内至外依次排布的第一凸部(42)、第二凸部(43)、第三凸部(44)和第四凸部(45),所述内连接槽(46)形成在第一凸部(42)和第二凸部(43)之间,所述外连接槽(47)形成在第三凸部(44)和第四凸部(45)之间,所述第四凸部(45)还和第一盖体(2)的盖主体部(21)相抵接。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的给料用容器装置,其特征在于:所述瓶体(1)具有位于第一盖体(2)的盖主体部(21)和内盖连接部(23)之间的瓶颈部(13),所述瓶颈部(13)与盖主体部(21)和/或内盖连接部(23)固定连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的给料用容器装置,其特征在于:所述内盖连接部(23)的内周面上设有卡扣(25),所述瓶颈部(13)的外周面上设有卡槽(16),所述卡扣(25)与卡槽(16)相卡接。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的给料用容器装置,其特征在于:所述第二盖体(3)还包括第一防盗环(39),所述第一防盗环(39)与外盖连接部(36)之间点连接,所述第一盖体(2)在内盖连接部(23)的外周面上固设有第一止转齿(26),所述第一止转齿(26)与第一防盗环(39)相扣合。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的给料用容器装置,其特征在于:所述第二盖体(3)具有位于瓶体(1)外部的连接颈部(34),所述给料装置(5)具有位于瓶体(1)外部的给料连接盖(56),所述连接颈部(34)容置在给料连接盖(56)中、并与给料连接盖(56)螺纹连接。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的给料用容器装置,其特征在于:所述给料装置(5)还包括第二防盗环(57),所述第二防盗环(57)与给料连接盖(56)固定连接,所述第二盖体(3)在连接颈部(34)的外周面上固设有第二止转齿(310),所述第二止转齿(310)与第二防盗环(57)相扣合。
  13. 根据权利要求1、4-9任一项所述的给料用容器装置,其特征在于:所述瓶体(1)、第一 盖体(2)、第二盖体(3)和密封环(4)都为一体成型件。
  14. 根据权利要求1或2所述的给料用容器装置,其特征在于:所述给料装置(5)为喷雾泵。
