在该实施例中,首先说明的是,安全是智慧社区三大基础要素之一,而且是居民的基础刚性需求,目前市场上室内有很多安全产品,如监控摄像头、红外报警探测器、烟感探测器、紧急按钮等,但这些都是独立产品在使用时,也存在人为和环境因素,容易导致误报“狼来了”的困境。
针对该技术问题,用户遇到紧急事件需求时,用户通过指纹/按键/传感器向智能对讲分机装置、智能单元机装置、智能电视装置以及注册的智能移动终端报警时,装置自动将报警需求信息上传至云服务平台、物业中心、110/119/120报警中心、保险公司和用户/紧急联系人移动终端,以及云服务平台对报警信号确认后再转发给各方的数据。当节点设备获取到报警记录信息后,利用区块链技术记录这些报警记录,使得数据不可篡改。另外,报警记录账本在社区区块链中的智能对讲分机装置或智能电视装置中云分布式存储,而且,报警记录业主也有权查询。
进一步地,因为集成多各种传感器,除了可以感知室内环境外,还可以保护节点设备不被破坏,知道哪些功能是用户人为关闭,还可扩展装置不能探测到的空间传感器报警,还可以根据场景模式自动感知并判断用户下一步需求。如果没有不可窜改的数据,出现紧急事件而未及时响应或没有响应时容易产生纠纷,因此通过区块链技术将用户每次报警数据记录成不可窜改的数据,这样可以约束或减少用户误报警概率,也约束物业及云服务平台及时响应及处理警情,也约束用户对安全设备和装置的爱护与管理,通过为用户提供可感知的安全环境,以提升用户的幸福与安全指数。

节点设备获取健康传感器所检测的用户健康数据和/或接收用户输入的用户健康数据,并判断所述健康数据是否达到预设值,并在达到预设值时,生成第二报警信息,且将所述第二报警信息发送至云服务平台、110/120报警中心、保险公司或指定用户的终端设备,以生成第二报警记录信息。
在该实施例中,首先说明的是,健康是智慧家庭三大基础要素之一,而且是居民的基础刚性需求,目前市场上室内健康产品也比较多,如血压计、手机计步器、心率探测器等,但是,这种通过单一装置记录的方式在遇到系统故障可能会丢失所有数据。而且,由于保存与分析多方面收集到的健康数据,如果任意一方健康数据存在问题,给分析结果带来较大判断差别,将直接影响居民对自身健康状况的判断,如果没有不可窜改的数据,当出现健康事件后容易产生纠纷。

在该实施例中,首先说明的是,物业服务是一个社区得以正常运转的基础,但物业服务不及时、乱收费、假公近私、侵害业主利益等事件常有发生,导致业主与物业人员关系紧张、抵触。随着移动互联网和人工智能时代的到来,但物业服务目前承担的服务内容与角色还是传统的服务,并且传统智能化设备故障率特高,物业服务人员每天都疲于维护智能设备正常运行,因此也没有时间从事更高级更贴心的服务内容,但因为物业是专门服务社区的专业人员,有稳定且可24小时响应的突出特点。如用于服务智慧家庭,将具有无可替代的优势,因为没有那一家智能公司能组织如此庞大而又高效的服务队伍来就近及时地响应用户需求。根据物业智能化服务服务人员素质不高、希望越简单越好、故障越少越好、希望有偿服务等特点,智能对讲分机装置或和智能电视装置以及传输平台在设计时就已经充分考虑系统稳定性、远程维护与现场模块化维护,设备状态、功耗特征以及内部模块状态均可监测,用户用力敲击装置、调整装置安装、拆开装置以及拆除模块等均可记录紧急状态时的环境或语音或视频等证据资料,以了解装置故障原因,方便维护的同时也方便追踪责任。有了稳定、功能强大、安装维护方便的智能硬件平台,并且这个平台是专为地产与物业转型运营的重要工具与手段,因此,物业有义务也有责任将设备维护好,而维护好设备的正常运营,积极响应并服务于用户即可为物业创造收益及利润,还可以和谐物业与业主的关系。但物业服务存在居多人为因素,例如乱收费、服务不及时、对业主态度不友善、业主赖皮、人为破坏等,随时可能影响物业与业主之间的关系,如果物业、业主、周边商家等之间无法建立信任,无法让服务变得透明可量化,无法让业主得到实惠与便利,再好的规划也是没有用的。
针对该技术问题,在一个应用场景中,用户通过智能对讲分机装置或智能电视装置或注册的移动终端打开物业管理软件,选择安装人工、扩展智能硬件数量及价格等服务需求,选择区块链支付,输入用户名、密码或指纹,进行区块链支付选项,用户可以选择微信、支付宝、银联卡等多种支付方式,还可以选择积分与代币抵扣支付方式等,用户确认即支付完成。在另一个应用场景中,用户通过智能对讲分机装置或智能电视装置或注册的移动终端打开物业管理软件,选择故障报修服务需求,提交故障表象及图片依据,装置自动将提交结果提交区块链记录;物业中心收到用户报障单后,安排人员携故障部件上门维修,需维修部件如需用户支付费用的,用户通过装置区块链支付相关费用,现场维护人员更换用户购买的维修部件排除故障,用户对维护结果进行点评完成维护过程。然后,通过区块链技术保存物业服务记录信息,一旦记录下来在一个区块中的数据将不可逆,确保无法再窜改数据资料。另外,维护记录账本在社区区块链中的智能对讲分机装置或智能电视装置中云分布式存储。而且,维护记录业主(可以定义不同权限来进行规范)有权查询。这样将用户需求与物业服务数据记录成不可窜改的数据,用户也不用担心物业不服务或服务不好,智能扩展系统消费不会被欺蛮与陷于消费陷阱,不用担心不同智能公司的陌生技术人员上门给用户带来的不安全因素等,从而提升业主与物业之间的关系,也利于用户放心消费智能系统,还利于物业服务人员提升服务意识,提升业主的归属与幸福感。
在实施例七中,事件信息包括房屋出租记录信息,而且,
在步骤A之前,还包括:
第一节点设备根据用户指令进入房屋租赁界面,并接收业主用户输入的房屋出租信息,并根据用户指令发布所述房屋出租信息;
第二节点设备根据用户指令进入房屋租赁界面,并接收租客用户选择的房屋信息,而且,根据租客用户和业主用户的指令生成房屋出租订单信息,并在租客用户完成支付时,生成房屋出租记录信息。
在该实施例中,首先说明的是,传统房屋租赁行业中,房东基本都是通过中介对房屋进行出租,中介对于房东的信用程度、房屋的真实情况及租借历史,都不是完全公开透明的。相对而言,房东在租房时,对租客的情况也无法完全知晓,到了后期甚至出现租客拖欠租费,房东不退押金等情况。另外,社区的房屋租赁居住人员的变动以及没有及时更新社区住户信息,也会给社区安全和物业管理带来居多问题。
针对该技术问题,业主通过室内智能对讲分机装置或智能电视装置或注册的移动终端进入区块链房屋租赁软件,输入用户名及密码或指纹,业主填写房屋信息以及与装置记录的业主、房屋及装置现场采集的信息比对,确认真实房源与业主后,提交发布出租信息。另外,租户通过智能电视装置或注册的移动终端进入区块链房屋租赁软件,输入用户名及密码或指纹,搜索房屋信息并填写租户及用途信息,对不放心的房屋可以发出看房申请,与业主约定线下看房时间与地点,确认是租户想租房屋时,提交租房订单,用户可选择微信、支付宝、银联卡等多种支付方式,还可以选择积分与代币抵扣支付方式等,并且用户按时或提前支付房租系统还会自动奖励相应数量积分或代币给租户,但如果延期支付也会进行积分或代币处罚。当租户确认支付后,便可获取房屋出租记录信息,而且,使用区块链技术,将业主身份信息、租客身份信息以及租赁记录信息记录成不可窜改的数据,让业主找到合适的租客,同时也让租客找到心仪的房屋。一旦在区块链中记录下来,数据将不可逆,可确保无法再窜改数据资料。另外,租赁记录账本在社区区块链中的智能对讲分机装置或智能电视装置中云分布式存储,而且,维护记录业主(可以定义不同权限来进行规范)有权查询。
在该实施例中,区块链房屋租赁软件通过将业主、租户、房屋信息、房租记录以及室内智能硬件信息记录成不可不可篡改的数据,让业主省心,让租户放心,有利平抑中介公司中间挣取差价,损害业主和租户的利益,有利建立互信的社区环境,提升居民在城市的归属感和幸福指数。
在实施例八中,事件信息包括农业管理记录信息,而且,
在步骤A之前,还包括:
节点设备从设置在田间的智能设备接收检测信息及操作信息,并生成农业管理记录信息。
在该实施例中,首先说明的是,虽然很多农作物产品都标榜绿色、无公害,但是,由于缺乏信得过的监测机构,很多消费者依然对这些农作物产品持有怀疑态度,大大影响了真正绿色、无公害的农产品的销路。
针对该技术问题,在农作物的田间设置智能设备,实时对农作物产品的各项指标进行检测,而且,记录农民的操作信息,例如,检测每天的光照度、湿度、温度等信息,记录M时间段浇水N升、施**肥Q公斤,等等。而且,利用集成LORA无线通讯技术,节点设备对半径几千米范围内的智能设备进行通讯与管理。然后,利用区块链技术保存这些农业管理记录信息,可确保农业管理记录信息无法被窜改,保证了农作物产品的质量,提升消费者对所购买的农产器的信任度,同时也让消费者可以买到心仪的绿色健康的农产品,真正的绿色健康的农产品也能让农民增加收入,改善生活环境,提升消费水平,良性的促进国民经济发展。
最后需说明的是,在实际应用中,以上八个实施例可单独实现,也可进行各种组合。
本发明构造一种节点设备,包括处理器和存储器,所述处理器用于执行所述存储器中存储的计算机程序时实现如上述实施例方法的步骤。节点设备例如为智能对讲分机装置、智能电视装置、智能移动终端。
以上仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何纂改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的权利要求范围之内。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种智慧社区的实现方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    步骤A.节点设备获取用户的事件信息,并对所述事件信息进行签名,且将签名后的事件信息在预先建立的社区区块链网络进行广播,其中,所述节点设备包括智能对讲分机装置、智能电视装置、智能移动终端;
    步骤B.各个节点设备从所述社区区块链网络接收签名后的事件信息,并对其进行验证,且基于共识机制确定具有记账权的节点设备;
    步骤C.取得记账权的节点设备根据验证后的事件信息生成区块,然后将所述区块在所述社区区块链网络中进行广播;
    步骤D.各个节点设备对所接收的区块进行验证,并在验证通过后接入区块链。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的智慧社区的实现方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    步骤F.在获取到获取用户的事件信息后,根据预先建立的事件与积分/代币的对应关系,获取所述事件信息所对应的积分/代币,并根据所获取的积分/代币修改用户的当前积分/代币值,其中,用户的初始积分/代币值为0,且所述积分/代币用于用户在后续事件的支付。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的智慧社区的实现方法,其特征在于,所述事件信息包括商品或服务的支付信息,而且,
    在步骤A之前,还包括:
    节点设备接收用户选择的商品或服务,并根据用户指令生成订单信息,而且,在用户完成支付时,生成商品或服务的支付信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的智慧社区的实现方法,其特征在于,所述事件信息包括物业缴费信息,而且,
    在步骤A之前,还包括:
    节点设备根据用户指令进入物业缴费界面,并生成物业费订单信息,而且,在用户完成支付后,生成物业缴费信息;
    在步骤D之后,还包括:
    节点设备根据自身的区块链获取预设时段内未缴纳物业费的用户信息,并生成缴费提醒信息,且将所述缴费提醒信息发送至指定的节点设备或单元门口机,以使指定的节点设备或单元门口机输出缴费提醒信息。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的智慧社区的实现方法,其特征在于,所述事件信息包括社交联系信息,而且,
    在步骤A之前,还包括:
    节点设备根据用户指令进入社交界面,并根据用户指令向指定用户发出社交联系信息,以与指定用户的节点设备建立社交联系。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的智慧社区的实现方法,其特征在于,节点设备内置或外接有用于检测环境信息的环境传感器;所述事件信息包括第一报警记录信息,而且,
    在步骤A之前,还包括:
    节点设备接收用户输入的第一报警信息或获取环境传感器在触发时生成的第一报警信息,并将所述第一报警信息推送到云服务平台、物业中心、110/119/120报警中心、保险公司或指定用户的终端设备,以生成第一报警记录信息。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2所述的智慧社区的实现方法,其特征在于,节点设备内置或外接有健康传感器;所述事件信息包括用户健康数据、第二报警记录信息,而且,
    在步骤A之前,还包括:
    节点设备获取健康传感器所检测的用户健康数据和/或接收用户输入的用户健康数据,并判断所述健康数据是否达到预设值,并在达到预设值时,生成第二报警信息,且将所述第二报警信息发送至云服务平台、110/120报警中心、保险公司或指定用户的终端设备,以生成第二报警记录信息。
  8. 根据权利要求1或2所述的智慧社区的实现方法,其特征在于,所述事件信息包括物业服务记录信息,而且,
    在步骤A之前,还包括:

    第二节点设备根据用户指令进入房屋租赁界面,并接收租客用户选择的房屋信息,而且,根据租客用户和业主用户的指令生成房屋出租订单信息,并在租客用户完成支付时,生成房屋出租记录信息。
  10. 根据权利要求1或2所述的智慧社区的实现方法,其特征在于,所述事件信息包括农业管理记录信息,而且,
    在步骤A之前,还包括:
    节点设备从设置在田间的智能设备接收检测信息及操作信息,并生成农业管理记录信息。
  11. 一种节点设备,其特征在于,包括处理器和存储器,所述处理器用于执行所述存储器中存储的计算机程序时实现如权利要求1-10任一项所述方法的步骤。
