本实用新型涉及烟花制造领域,具体是一种新型塑料整体盆花。
背景技术
现在市场上面主要有许多种材质的盆花,一种是石膏材质的,一种是塑料材质的。石膏材质的一般是一体化的,也就是炮筒和盆花底座是相连在一起,一体化的。如果出现个别炮筒炸开的情况,会影响其他的炮筒,安全系统不佳。
塑料材质目前市场上面一般是炮筒和盆花底座分开的,不管如何设计,底座和炮筒的分开,都不能很好的解决运输过程中不牢固的现象,从而引起串火,影响烟花的燃放效果。另外,现有的盆花散热效果不佳,烟花串火的问题时有发生。
因此,针对以上现状,迫切需要开发一种新型塑料整体盆花,以克服当前实际应用中的不足。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种新型塑料整体盆花,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:
一种新型塑料整体盆花,包括盆花主体,所述盆花主体包括有呈矩阵排列的若干炮筒以及全包设于若干炮筒外围的边框,未与边框相接的炮筒间通过加强筋板连接固定,所述盆花主体的中间四个炮筒的内侧下部设有放置板,所述盆花主体的底部还设有引线板,引线板呈“S”形状,引线板依次与炮筒底部连接固定,所述炮筒底部沿引线板的延伸方向开设有两个引火孔,所述引线板上于两个炮筒之间开设有引火槽,引火槽的一端与炮筒的一个引火孔连通,引火槽的另一端与另一个炮筒的一个引火孔连通。
作为本实用新型进一步的方案:所述放置板的前后两侧还设有连接板,连接板的另一端对应连接于加强筋板上。
作为本实用新型进一步的方案:所述边框、炮筒、加强筋板、引线板、放置板和连接 板一体化加工成型。
作为本实用新型进一步的方案:所述引火槽包括方形槽和位于方形槽两侧的条形槽,方形槽和条形槽的深度相同,方形槽和条形槽连接处于条形槽内还设置有凸起。
作为本实用新型进一步的方案:所述引火孔的直径和条形槽的宽度均为2.8mm;所述凸起的高度为1mm。

与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:该新型塑料整体盆花,穿引线方式发生了变化,由之前的连引方式改成了串引方式,每个炮筒上面都有两个引火孔;通过引火槽中间的宽口设置,方便散热,同时给引线燃放一点点时间差,防止串火,通过实验,用这样的方式,可以从根本上解决烟花串火的问题;盆花的外围由边框包围,更加稳固,且外围更平整、光滑,方便盆花外包装的制作;塑料盆花底座是有孔的设计,方便散热,节省材料,更经济环保,同时由于塑料的膨胀性,底座有孔的设计,使整体盆花不容易变形;塑料盆花在燃放过程中,如果出现个别炮筒炸开的情况,是不会影响其他的炮筒的,但是如果是其他的材质,比如石膏,如果中间有一个炸开,整个都会有爆炸的危险,所以该专利的设计,安全系数更高。

下面将结合本实用新型实施例中的附图,对本实用新型实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
请参阅图1~5,本实用新型实施例中,一种新型塑料整体盆花,包括盆花主体7,所述盆花主体7的俯视呈正方形或长方形状等,且盆花主体7的俯视边角倒圆角,所述盆花主体7采用塑料材质加工制成,盆花主体7包括有呈矩阵排列的若干炮筒2以及全包设于若干炮筒2外围的边框1,未与边框1相接的炮筒2间通过加强筋板3连接固定,防止筒子在燃放时晃动,如图5所示,所述盆花主体7的中间四个炮筒2的内侧下部设有放置板8,当所放置的地面条件不是很理想情况下,在中间可以放东西,让盆花底部更重,重心更稳,所述放置板8的前后两侧还设有连接板9,连接板9的另一端对应连接于加强筋板3上,通过连接板9进一步起到加强固定的作用,所述盆花主体7的底部还设有引线板4,边框1、炮筒2和引线板4一体化加工成型,引线板4呈“S”形状,引线板4依次与炮筒2底部连接固定,所述炮筒2底部沿引线板4的延伸方向开设有两个引火孔5,引火孔5的直径为2.8mm,引线出厂的时候不是很均匀,2.5mm的孔不容易插进去,且引线有时不是圆的,更难插进去,所述引线板4上于两个炮筒2之间开设有引火槽6,引火槽6包括方形槽62和位于方形槽62两侧的条形槽61,条形槽61的宽度为2.8mm,方形槽62和条形槽61的深度相同,方形槽62和条形槽61连接处于条形槽61内还设置有凸起63,凸起63的高度为1mm,通过凸起63的设置增加两道障碍,进一步防止火直接冲到相邻发数而引发串火。引火槽6的一端与炮筒2的一个引火孔5连通,引火槽6的另一端与另一个炮筒2的一个引火孔5连通,在实际应用时,如果引火孔5与条形槽61为垂直设置的,插入引线的时候不容易插进去,然后当引线折过来的时候就不是很服帖,会有点浮起来,如图4所示,所述引火孔5和条形槽61连接处倒圆角,这样在转折引线的时候就会有一个圆角过渡,可以使引线更贴近在引火槽6中。
该新型塑料整体盆花,具有以下优点:
1)材质轻便,方便运输,尤其是对于出口烟花的企业和比较小型一点的盆花,集装箱对于重量控制非常严格,塑料材质可以起到很好的运输和经济效果;
2)盆花的一体化设计,市场上面的塑料盆花基本是分开的设计,不管如何设计,底座和炮筒的分开,都不能很好的解决运输过程中不牢固的现象,从而影响烟花的燃放效果;
3)塑料的一体化盆花,更加环保,方便重复使用;
4)塑料盆花材质稳定,不容易变形;
5)穿引线方式发生了变化,由之前的连引方式改成了串引方式,每个炮筒2上面都有两个引火孔5;
6)通过引火槽6中间的宽口设置,方便散热,同时在长条形引线槽中设置两个1mm凸起63,能起到阻断串火的作用;通过实验,用这样的方式,可以从根本上解决烟花串火的问题;
7)盆花的外围由边框包围,更加稳固,且外围更平整、光滑,方便盆花外包装的制作;
8)塑料盆花底座是有孔的设计,方便散热,节省材料,更经济环保,同时由于塑料的膨胀性,底座有孔的设计,使整体盆花不容易变形;
9)塑料盆花在燃放过程中,如果出现个别炮筒2炸开的情况,是不会影响其他的炮筒2的,但是如果是其他的材质,比如石膏,如果中间有一个炸开,整个都会有爆炸的危险,所以该专利的设计,安全系数更高。
以上的仅是本实用新型的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型构思的前提下,还可以作出若干变形和改进,这些也应该视为本实用新型的保护范围,这些都不会影响本实用新型实施的效果和专利的实用性。

  1. 一种新型塑料整体盆花,包括盆花主体(7),其特征在于,所述盆花主体(7)包括有呈矩阵排列的若干炮筒(2)以及全包设于若干炮筒(2)外围的边框(1),未与边框(1)相接的炮筒(2)间通过加强筋板(3)连接固定,所述盆花主体(7)的中间四个炮筒(2)的内侧下部设有放置板(8),所述盆花主体(7)的底部还设有引线板(4),引线板(4)呈“S”形状,引线板(4)依次与炮筒(2)底部连接固定,所述炮筒(2)底部沿引线板(4)的延伸方向开设有两个引火孔(5),所述引线板(4)上于两个炮筒(2)之间开设有引火槽(6),引火槽(6)的一端与炮筒(2)的一个引火孔(5)连通,引火槽(6)的另一端与另一个炮筒(2)的一个引火孔(5)连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的新型塑料整体盆花,其特征在于,所述放置板(8)的前后两侧还设有连接板(9),连接板(9)的另一端对应连接于加强筋板(3)上。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的新型塑料整体盆花,其特征在于,所述边框(1)、炮筒(2)、加强筋板(3)、引线板(4)、放置板(8)和连接板(9)一体化加工成型。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的新型塑料整体盆花,其特征在于,所述引火槽(6)包括方形槽(62)和位于方形槽(62)两侧的条形槽(61),方形槽(62)和条形槽(61)的深度相同,方形槽(62)和条形槽(61)连接处于条形槽(61)内还设置有凸起(63)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的新型塑料整体盆花,其特征在于,所述引火孔(5)的直径和条形槽(61)的宽度均为2.8mm;所述凸起(63)的高度为1mm。
