本实用新型涉及烟花制造领域,具体是一种隔空的模压盆花。
背景技术
烟花在燃放时热量非常高,市场现有的石膏盆花都是整块的设计,不利于热量的散发,从而影响烟花的燃放效果。
石膏材料比较重,市场上面的盆花都是一块整体,重量非常重,运输非常不方便。
整体石膏盆花因为是整体的一块,烟花在燃放时,热量不容易散发,且两个炮筒紧紧挨着,如果有一个因为热量太高,引发爆炸,会导致整个盆花爆炸,引起安全事故。
因此,针对以上现状,迫切需要开发一种隔空的模压盆花,以克服当前实际应用中的不足。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种隔空的模压盆花,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:
一种隔空的模压盆花,包括盆花主体,所述盆花主体上均匀开设有若干上开口的炮筒,所述盆花主体的中部于各个炮筒之间开设有呈菱形状的第二隔孔,所述盆花主体的外圈于各个炮筒之间开设有呈圆形状的第一隔孔。
作为本实用新型进一步的方案:所述盆花主体的俯视呈正方形或长方形状,且盆花主体的俯视边角倒圆角。
作为本实用新型进一步的方案:所述盆花主体采用石膏材料制成。
作为本实用新型进一步的方案:所述炮筒呈圆柱形状,且各个炮筒竖直设置。
作为本实用新型进一步的方案:所述炮筒、第一隔孔和第二隔孔的主视高度相同,且第一隔孔的直径小于炮筒的直径。
作为本实用新型进一步的方案:所述第一隔孔的直径为炮筒的直径的1/5~1/2。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:该隔空的模压盆花,中间增加了圆形和 菱形的镂空设计,可以减轻重量,尤其对于比较小型的盆花在出口时,集装箱的运输等更是有很大的现实运输和经济作用;且有利于散热,中间做了隔空,如果某一个炮筒炸裂,不会直接炸到另一个炮筒去,安全性更高。

本实施例中,所述炮筒2、第一隔孔3和第二隔孔4的主视高度相同,且第一隔孔3的直径小于炮筒2的直径,优选的,所述第一隔孔3的直径为炮筒2的直径的1/5~1/2。

  4. 根据权利要求1所述的隔空的模压盆花,其特征在于,所述炮筒(2)呈圆柱形状,且各个炮筒(2)竖直设置。
  5. 根据权利要求1或4所述的隔空的模压盆花,其特征在于,所述炮筒(2)、第一隔孔(3)和第二隔孔(4)的主视高度相同,且第一隔孔(3)的直径小于炮筒(2)的直径。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的隔空的模压盆花,其特征在于,所述第一隔孔(3)的直径为炮筒(2)的直径的1/5~1/2。
