Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de traitement de courrier, un dispositif, un support d'informations et un dispositif informatique, le procédé consistant à : obtenir les informations de courrier du courrier cible, les informations de courrier comprenant un ou plusieurs éléments parmi l'objet de courrier, le texte de courrier et la pièce jointe de courrier (S101); déterminer la catégorie de courrier à laquelle appartient le courrier cible conformément aux informations de courrier, et déterminer le premier courrier d'ordre supérieur référencé par le courrier cible conformément à la relation de référence entre tous les courriers dans la catégorie de courrier (S102); afficher le premier courrier d'ordre supérieur, et afficher le courrier cible dans la zone d'affichage subordonnée du premier courrier d'ordre supérieur, la zone d'affichage subordonnée servant à afficher tous les courriers subordonnés du premier courrier d'ordre supérieur (103). Le procédé permet d'aider l'utilisateur à gérer des courriers similaires, et de faciliter l'archivage et la visualisation de courriers.
