近年来受到网络科技兴起的影响,各种通过网络进行货物销售的手法越来越多,也越来越吸引人们注意,甚至有所谓网络商城的建立,让消费者可以在计算机前完成购物,而无需出门,然而这种网络购物只能看到照片或简介说明,消费者无法实际摸到商品,也无法进行实时的咨询及挑选,与实际购物的乐趣仍有一段差距,也因此时有耳闻商品与网络信息有落差,导致不少纠纷产生。为了解决这个问题,除了用更多的照片或图片来展示商品外,也有通过影片或动画的方式来展现,卖家将商品拍成一个简短的影片,让买家可更加全面的观察这个对象,或制作一个小型的互动动画,让买家可于网站上,运用虚拟的方式与商品进行互动,但在讲求行动效率的当今社会中,这种服务被更加的扩大使用,而上述此种于交易方式及技术使用时,仍有一些问题与缺失尚待改进。
扩增实境【Augmented Reality,AR】技术是指通过摄影机影像的位置及角度精算并加上图像分析技术,让屏幕上的虚拟世界能够与现实世界场景进行结合与互动的技术。目前扩增实境技术目前大多应用在游戏产业,以吸引消费者的目光,但它其实还有另一个应用潜力,是在于医疗、教学、旅游及工厂等企业或商业应用服务层面。目前以扩增实境的辨识方式应用于商品展示销售上,主要是利用商品图卡中的文字、图案或是条形码作为辨识的媒介,当辨识装置辨识到该图卡时,则会出现与该图卡相对应的虚拟对象。但对于无识别文字、图案或条形码的商品,消费者仍然难以取得该商品信息,且消费者也无法准确的了解该商品是否适合自己,例如服饰的尺寸、色彩或样式实际 穿着时的态样。
换言之,现有扩增实境的运用上仍有其限制:诸如,一、如服饰类商品无法直接试穿或试搭。二、消费者无法对商品有更加详细的了解及互动。三、对于逛街时临时发现的目标商品,无法实时搜寻该商品信息。四、无法快速的与卖家进行联系采购。因此,如何解决上述问题与缺失,即为本发明的发明人与从事此行业的相关厂商所亟欲研究改善的方向。
发明内容
因此,本发明的主要目的在于提供一种扩增实境互动交易系统及其方法,以能让消费者实时取得现实世界中对应实境商品的虚拟商品,供消费者进行交易互动。
又,本发明的主要目的在于提供一种扩增实境互动交易系统及其方法,其可方便消费者直接将虚拟商品与虚拟消费者进行搭配,从而突破现有交易的局限,提高其互动交易效果,同时可减少交易纠纷。
基于此,本发明主要通过下列的技术手段,来具体实现前述的目的及功效,其包含有:该系统包含有一平台商的伺服设备及至少一个以上消费者持有的电子装置;
其中电子装置至少包含有一处理模块、一联机模块、一定位模块、一实境撷取模块及一显示模块,其中该内建有一实境交易互动程序的处理模块包含有一操控用的人机界面,与处理模块连接的联机模块可供与伺服设备连接传递数据与指令,与处理模块连接的定位模块可以提供伺服设备地理定位数据,与处理模块连接的实境撷取模块用于取得现实世界的实境影像,至于与处理模块连接的显示模块则可供显示影像;
该伺服设备包含有一处理模块、一联机界面模块、一会员管理模块、一商品管理模块、一商家管理模块、一模型迭合模块及一交易管理模块,该内建有一操作用的实境交易程序的处理模块至少包含有一人机界面,该连接处理模块的联机界面模块可用于电子装置联机传递数据及指令,又该连接处理模块的会员管理模块用于处理包含但不限定是对应会员的基本识别数据,且该会员管理模块进一步连接有一供 生成一虚拟应用模型的虚拟应用模型生成单元,另该连接处理模块的商品管理模块用于处理包含但不限定是对应商品的基本数据,该商品管理模块并连接有一供辨识标记商品的实境商品标记单元,且该商品管理模块并连接有一供生成一虚拟商品模型的虚拟商品模型生成单元,且该商品管理模块进一步具有一可依标记商品实时搜寻的搜索引擎单元,至于该连接处理模块的模型迭合模块则供将虚拟商品模型迭合于虚拟应用模型,且将该虚拟应用模型迭合于电子装置撷取的现实世界的实境影像中,至于该连接处理模块的交易管理模块则供处理、储存、记录及追踪会员与商家之间进行互动及交易的履历数据。
而其交易的方法至少包含以下步骤:
通过一电子装置进入一伺服设备的实境交易程序;
利用上述电子设备撷取实境影像;
由实境影像中标记一可辨识的实境商品;
由标记的实境商品中选择一预购商品,且经搜寻生成一虚拟商品模型;
将虚拟商品模型迭合于实境影像中生成一扩境实境影像;
进入交易互动模式;以及
执行交易事件管理。

本发明公开了一种扩增实境互动交易系统及其方法,以下藉由特定的具体实施形态说明本发明的技术内容,使本领域技术人员可由本说明书所揭示的内容轻易地了解本发明的优点与功效。然本发明亦可藉由其他不同的具体实施形态加以施行或应用。因此随附图例的本发明的具体实施例及其构件中,所有关于前与后、左与右、顶部与底部、上部与下部、以及水平与垂直的参考,仅用于方便进行描述,并非限制本发明,亦非将其构件限制于任何位置或空间方向。图式与说明书中所指定的尺寸,当可在不离开本发明的权利要求范围内,根据本发明的具体实施例的设计与需求而进行变化。
本发明公开的扩增实境互动交易系统如图1所示,该系统100包含有一平台商的伺服设备10及至少一个以上消费者持有的电子装置20。另在某些实施例中该系统100进一步具有至少一个以上厂商持有 的服务终端装置40,该伺服设备10与电子装置20或服务终端装置40可通过无线或有线技术进行联机,以双向传递信息,让消费者能于现实世界通过虚拟世界实时搜寻商品,且互动完成交易;
至于本发明的扩增实境互动交易系统的详细构成,如图1、图2所示,其中所述的伺服设备10包含有一处理模块11、一联机界面模块12、一会员管理模块13、一商品管理模块14、一商家管理模块15、一模型迭合模块16及一交易管理模块17,该处理模块11可与上述各模块12~17连接,且具有一内建的实境交易程序,该处理模块11可供处理该系统100中上述各该模块12~17的数据、数据及讯息,例如消费者的会员数据、商家数据、真实影像、虚拟模型、扩增实境、位置定位数据或事务数据等,该联机界面模块12至少具有一会员接口121,供以无线方式或有线方式连接消费者的电子装置20,供伺服设备10向电子装置20传送指令、信息或接收该电子装置20生成的指令、信息,且在某些实施例中该联机界面模块12并具有一商家接口122,供对商家的服务终端装置40进行接收各种或传送各种数据、指令。另在某些实施例中该联机界面模块12进一步具有一云端接口123,供该伺服设备10进一步连接至少一云端数据库50,用以进一步搜寻储存于云端的商品数据,该会员管理模块13用于处理及储存包含但不限定是对应会员的基本识别数据、等级权限数据及金流账户数据等,且该会员管理模块13进一步连接有一虚拟应用模型生成单元131,供依该会员的人物、竉物、车辆或房间等实际影像或图型创作生成一相对应的虚拟应用模型,该虚拟应用模型可以是具仿真动作的立体图像,又该商品管理模块14用于处理及储存包含但不限定是对应商品的基本数据、对应商家数据、价格数据及贮量账户数据等,再者该商品管理模块14并连接有一实境商品标记单元141,供由前述电子装置20撷取传送的现实世界的实境影像中标记至少一实境商品,又该商品管理模块14并连接有一虚拟商品模型生成单元142,供依该实境商品生成一对应该实境商品的虚拟商品模型,该虚拟商品模型可以是具仿真动作的立体图像,且该商品管理模块14进一步具有一搜索引擎单元143,该搜索引擎单元143并可通过联机界面模块12的云端接口123连接云端数据库50,可供实时搜寻商品,再者该商家管理模块15可用于储存商家的基 本识别数据、位置数据、商品数据及金流账户数据等,且该商家管理模块15进一步连接有一虚拟商家模型生成单元151,供依该商家的服务人员实际影像或图型创作生成一相对应的虚拟商家模型,该虚拟商家模型可以是具仿真动作的立体图像,至于模型迭合模块16则供将商品管理模块14生成的虚拟商品模型迭合于会员管理模块13生成的虚拟应用模型,且将该虚拟应用模型迭合于电子装置20撷取的现实世界的实境影像中,至于交易管理模块17则供处理、储存、记录及追踪会员与商家之间进行互动及交易的履历数据;
另在某些实施例中,该伺服设备10包含有一连接处理模块11的金流管理模块18,而该金流管理模块18依会员与商家完成交易的金额计算及账户间金额移转,该金流管理模块18可供由会的账户预扣交易金额至一担保账户内,以确保会员有足够金额可供支付该交易费用,而在会员与商家确认完成交易商品的寄达及验收后,由该担保账户将会员预扣的交易金额拨入相对应的商家账户内;
又在某些实施例中,该伺服设备10进一步包含有一连接处理模块11的地图生成模块19,该地图生成模块19可用于会员的电子装置20或商家的地理位置定位信息【GPS】,供电子地图生成一标示有会员与商家的地理位置的地图,使该会员可以分别通过具显示电子地图功能的电子装置20寻找及导航到提供该交易商品的商家,让会员能直接选购该商品;
又如图1、图2及图3所示,所述的电子装置20可以是能显示扩增实境的智能型手机、平板计算机、头载式装置、眼镜等便携设备,该电子装置20至少包含有一处理模块21、一联机模块22、一定位模块23、一实境撷取模块24及一显示模块25,其中该处理模块21包含有一内建的实境交易互动程序【APP】及一人机界面,供用于处理本系统100的伺服设备10传递数据,且通过该人机界面进行设定、编辑、注册登录及交易互动等数据与指令的处理,又该电子装置20可以通过与处理模块21连接的联机模块22与伺服设备10的联机界面模块12会员接口121连接,供双向传递数据与指令,另与处理模块21连接的定位模块23可以是全球定位系统【GPS】,可供配合处理模块21指引会搜寻目标或指示地点,并通过联机模块22提供伺服设备10该会员 的地理定位数据;另该实境撷取模块24亦连接处理模块21,可供该电子装置20取得现实世界200的实境影像,至于该显示模块25则可供显示实境撷取模块24取得的现实世界200的实境影像500、该伺服设备10回传的迭合该虚拟应用模型211与虚拟商品模型700于实境影像500的扩增实境影像600。在在某些实施例中,该电子装置20可以是终端机、桌面计算机或笔记本电脑等的固定显示设备,供于固定地点的会员可于该固定地点观看其他移动中会员的扩增实境影像,可供参与互动及交易;
另如图1、图2及图4所示,所述的服务终端装置40可以是商家的终端机、桌面计算机或笔记本电脑等,其至少具有一处理模块41、一传输联机模块42、一商品数据模块43及一显示模块45,其中处理模块41包含有一内建的实境交易服务程序及人机界面,供用于设定、修改及登录该伺服设备10,又该传输联机模块42前述处理模块41连接,并可供与伺服设备10的联机界面模块12的商家接口122连接传送数据与指令,而该与处理模块41连接的商品数据模块43可用于储存商家商品的相对应信息及库存量,至于该显示模块45则可供显示该伺服设备10回传的扩增实境影像;
藉此,形成一种通过现实世界实境影像搜寻商品而生虚拟商品模型、且能迭合于虚拟应用模型生成扩增实镜影像进行交易的扩增实境互动交易系统。
而本发明于实际使用时,其如图1、图2、图5及图6所示,通过上述本系统100的会员可携式电子装置20撷取一现实世界200的一实境影像500,经伺服设备10标记实境影像500的实境标的400上的实境商品450后搜寻生成虚拟商品模型,并迭合于会员的虚拟应用模型与实境影像中,而生成扩境实境影像,供消费者会员通过电子装置20与商家或其他会员进行互动并完成交易,本系统100的扩增实境互动交易方法可应用于消费者的服饰、竉物的服饰、车辆或房间内部等摆饰或配件的采购,进一步配合参看图5所示为该扩增实境互动交易方法的流程步骤至少包含有:一通过电子装置进入伺服设备的实境交易程序、一利用电子设备撷取实境影像、一由实境影像中标记可辨识的实境商品、一由标记的实境商品中选择预备购买商品、一由选择的实 境商品经搜寻生成虚拟商品模型、一进行迭合生成扩境实境影像、一进入交易互动模式及一执行交易事件管理。而本发明以下以消费者于逛街时采购一服饰为较佳实施例说明的;
步骤S11、通过电子装置进入伺服设备的实境交易程序:而各该消费者210依需要开启其电子装置20中内建于处理模块21的本系统100的实境交易互动程序,并联机伺服设备10的联机界面模块12的会员接121,经该伺服设备10的会员管理模块13身份验证后进入伺服设备10的处理模块11的实境交易程序,供该电子装置20与该伺服设备10联机传递数据及指令,且进一步利用该会员管理模块13的虚拟应用模型生成单元131生成一虚拟应用模型211,如该消费者210的个人影像、竉物影像。而根据某些实施例,该系统100开放商家联机时,各该商家220也可依需要开启其服务终端装置40的处理模块41的实境交易服务程序并联机伺服设备10的联机界面模块12的商家接口122,经该伺服设备10的商家管理模块15身份验证后进入伺服设备10的处理模块11的实境交易程序,供该服务终端装置40与该伺服设备10联机传递数据及指令,且进一步利用该商家管理模块15的虚拟商家模型生成单元151生成一虚拟商家模型221,如该商家220的服务人员影像;
步骤S12、利用电子设备撷取实境影像:如图6所示,各该消费者210利用电子装置20的实境撷取模块24取得一现实世界200的实境影像500,并通过定位模块23进行所在地理位置的定位,并将该实境影像500及地理位置传送至伺服设备10,且可利用该模型迭合模块16将该会员管理模块13的虚拟应用模型生成单元131所生成的虚拟应用模型211迭合于该实境影像500中,并回传至该消费者210的电子装置20,使电子装置20显示模块25中显现一具有虚拟应用模型211与实境影像500的扩增实境影像600。根据某些实施例,如图7所示,当该其他未在交易位置的消费者或商家欲加入该交易事件时,可通过各自的电子装置20或服务终端装置40请求同意后,接收该伺服设备10的扩增实境影像600,并利用该模型迭合模块16将会员管理模块13的虚拟应用模型生成单元131或商家管理模块15的虚拟商家模型生成单元131所生成的虚拟应用模型211A或虚拟商家模型221A迭合于该扩境实境影像600中,供参加交易互动;
步骤S13、由实境影像中标记可辨识的实境商品:如图8所示,该伺服设备10的商品管理模块14中实境商品标记单元141可以由实境影像500中实境标的400上实境商品450【如服饰】的轮廓辨识出该实境商品450,且对该实境商品450逐一标记,例如将该服饰轮廓以具色彩的线条圈注,以方便选择;
步骤S14、由标记的实境商品中选择预购商品,且经搜寻生成虚拟商品模型:当完成实境商品450的辨识及标记后,消费者210可以由电子装置20的显示模块25点选欲购买的商品,且由商品管理模块14的搜索引擎单元143进行搜寻,供取得该实境商品450的相关事务数据,例如该服饰的规格、商家或交易条件等,而如图9所示,进一步利用该商品管理模块14的虚拟商品模型生成单元142将该实境商品生成一虚拟商品模型700,如该服饰的立体影像,并传送显示于该电子装置20或服务终端装置40的显示模块25、45以方便进一步了解该实境商品450的状态;
步骤S15、进行迭合生成扩境实境影像:如图10所示,该伺服设备10可利用该模型迭合模块16进一步将该虚拟商品模型700迭合于虚拟应用模型211上,从而形成一包含虚拟商品模型700与虚拟应用模型211的扩增实境影像600,例如将虚拟服饰穿着于虚拟人物上,并回传显示于电子装置20或服务终端装置40的显示模块25、45中,而能通过扩增实境影像600来感受实境商品实际穿着于消费者身上的状态,供作为选购实境商品的参考;
步骤S16、进入交易互动模式:如图11所示,当消费者210由电子装置20的显示模块25显现的扩增实境影像600中确认要购买虚拟应用模型211上的虚拟商品模型700时,可直接操作电子装置20点选确认,例如触控型显示模块25直接点选画面虚拟商品模型700对应位置,则电子装置20显示模块25可进入该虚拟商品模型700的交易互动画面,该交易互动画面可显示包含价格、出货方式、付款方式等交易条件。根据某些实施例,该交易互动画面并可以包含商家220的虚拟商家模型221,供与消费者210进行交易互动。又根据某些实施例,该交易互动画面进一步可以包含至少另一消费者210,供其他消费者210一同参与交易,例如进行团购交易互动。另如图12所示,该交易 互动画面中进一步包含有建议搭配的选择,当该消费者210于电子装置20显示模块25中虚拟应用模型211选定虚拟商品模型700后,该伺服设备10的商品管理模块14可以通过数据统计而提供搭配商品的建议,例如消费者210选购衣服,则可以提供多人选购或套装或商家220建议的裤子,且利用模型迭合模块16将该裤子的虚拟商品模型700A迭合于虚拟应用模型211上,并回传至消费者210的电子装置20显示模块25上,供消费者210参考选购;
步骤S17、执行交易事件管理:当消费者210于电子装置20的显示模块25中点选完成交易行为后,该伺服设备10可将交易信息通过交易管理模块17处理、储存、记录及追踪其互动及交易的履历数据,以利交易管理,方便日后统计、比对或分析,从而完成该交易事件。
通过上述方法的流程步骤,让现实世界200的消费者210可利用电子装置20的实境撷取模块24取得实境影像500后,由伺服设备10通过模型迭合模块16生成扩增实境影像600,并可由扩增实境影像600中直接辨识标记实境商品,供消费者210通过电子装置20进行选购交易,而能实时选购移动时感到兴趣的商品,也能增加商品的流动,大幅提高其交易效果。
又如图5所示,该扩增实境互动交易方法的流程步骤于步骤S16上进一步包含有一步骤818、执行在线付款:当完成该互动交易后,消费者210可以通过电子装置20联机伺服设备10的金流管理模块18进行在线付款。其中该金流管理模块18依会员与商家完成交易的金额计算及账户间金额移转,该金流管理模块18可供由会的账户预扣交易金额至一担保账户内,以确保会员有足够金额可供支付该交易费用,而在会员与商家确认完成交易商品的寄达及验收后,由该担保账户将会员预扣的交易金额拨入相对应的商家账户内。
如图5所示,该扩增实境互动交易方法的流程步骤进一步可以于步骤S14上延伸一步骤S19、导引消费者至实体商家:当伺服设备10商品管理模块14的搜索引擎单元143于搜寻取得该实境商品的相关事务数据后,如该实境商品于附近有商家220的实体店面,则如图13所示,进一步利用该伺服设备10的地图生成模块19产生导航地图,并回传至电子装置20,供消费者210通过电子装置20的显示模块25进 行导航,使消费者210能直接到达商家220的实体店面进行交易。
综上,可以理解到本发明为一创意极佳的创作,除了有效解决习式者所面临的问题,更大幅增进功效,且在相同的技术领域中未见相同或近似的产品创作或公开使用,同时具有功效的增进。

  1. 一种扩增实境互动交易系统,该系统包含有一平台商的伺服设备及至少一个以上消费者持有的电子装置,其特征在于:
    电子装置至少包含有一处理模块、一联机模块、一定位模块、一实境撷取模块及一显示模块,其中内建有一实境交易互动程序的该处理模块包含有一操控用的人机界面,与处理模块连接的联机模块供与伺服设备连接传递数据与指令,与处理模块连接的定位模块提供伺服设备地理定位数据,与处理模块连接的实境撷取模块用于取得现实世界的实境影像,与处理模块连接的显示模块供显示影像;
    该伺服设备包含有一处理模块、一联机界面模块、一会员管理模块、一商品管理模块、一商家管理模块、一模型迭合模块及一交易管理模块,内建有一操作用的实境交易程序的该处理模块至少包含有一人机界面,该连接处理模块的联机界面模块用于电子装置联机传递数据及指令,又该连接处理模块的会员管理模块用于处理包含但不限定是对应会员的基本识别数据,且该会员管理模块进一步连接有一供生成一虚拟应用模型的虚拟应用模型生成单元,另该连接处理模块的商品管理模块用于处理包含但不限定是对应商品的基本数据,该商品管理模块并连接有一供辨识标记商品的实境商品标记单元,且该商品管理模块并连接有一供生成一虚拟商品模型的虚拟商品模型生成单元,且该商品管理模块进一步具有一可依标记商品实时搜寻的搜索引擎单元,至于该连接处理模块的模型迭合模块则供将虚拟商品模型迭合于虚拟应用模型,且将该虚拟应用模型迭合于电子装置撷取的现实世界的实境影像中,该连接处理模块的交易管理模块则供处理、储存、记录及追踪会员与商家之间进行互动及交易的履历数据。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的扩增实境互动交易系统,其特征在于,该系统进一步具有至少一个以上厂商持有的服务终端装置,该伺服设备的联机界面模块具有一商家接口,供对商家的服务终端装置进行接收各种或传送各种数据、指令,且该服务终端装置至少具有一处理模块、一传输联机模块、一商品数据模块及一显示模块,其中内建一实境交易服务程序的处理模块至少包含有一操控用的人机界面,又该与伺服设备联机的传输联机模块前述处理模块连接,该与处理模块连接的商 品数据模块可用于储存商家商品的相对应信息及库存量,该与处理模块连接的显示模块则可供显示该伺服设备回传的扩增实境影像。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的扩增实境互动交易系统,其特征在于,该商家管理模块进一步连接有一虚拟商家模型生成单元,供依该商家的服务人员实际影像或图型创作生成一相对应的虚拟商家模型。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的扩增实境互动交易系统,其特征在于,该系统进一步具有至少一个以上的云端数据库,该伺服设备的联机界面模块具有一云端接口,用以进一步搜寻储存于云端的商品数据。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的扩增实境互动交易系统,其特征在于,该伺服设备包含有一连接处理模块的金流管理模块,该金流管理模块依会员与商家完成交易的金额计算及账户间金额移转。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的扩增实境互动交易系统,其特征在于,该伺服设备进一步包含有一连接处理模块的地图生成模块,该地图生成模块用于会员的电子装置或商家的地理位置定位信息。
  7. 一种扩增实境互动交易方法,其特征在于,包含以下步骤:
    通过一电子装置进入一伺服设备的实境交易程序;
    利用上述电子设备撷取实境影像;
    由实境影像中标记一可辨识的实境商品;
    由标记的实境商品中选择一预购商品,且经搜寻生成一虚拟商品模型;
    将虚拟商品模型迭合于实境影像中生成一扩境实境影像;
    进入交易互动模式;以及
