Abstract

Description
本主题总体上涉及灶具器具,或更具体地涉及用于操作灶具器具的方法。
灶具器具通常包括用于加热烹饪用具、比如壶、平底锅和平板炉的加热元件。用户可以选择期望的加热水平,并且修改加热元件的操作以匹配期望的加热水平。例如,某些灶具器具包括电加热元件。在操作期间,这种灶具器具以对应于选择的加热水平的预定功率输出操作电加热元件。作为另一示例,一些灶具器具包括作为加热元件的燃气燃烧器。在这种示例灶具器具的操作中,燃烧器的预定的燃气流量可以对应于所选择的加热水平。
以对应于所选择的加热水平的预定水平(例如,功率输出、燃料流量等)操作加热元件带来了某些挑战。例如,预定水平仅是实际烹饪温度的间接测量。一些灶具器具采用温度传感器来直接测量烹饪用具和/或包含在烹饪用具内的制品的温度。然后可以使用测量到的温度来将加热水平调节到高于或低于预定水平,以便实现更接近选择的加热水平的烹饪温度。
然而,在某些情况下,具有温度传感器的烹饪用具可能被错放。例如,具有温度传感器的烹饪用具可以位于除基于测量到的温度被调节的加热元件之外的加热元件上。此外,具有温度传感器的烹饪用具可以是第一烹饪用具,并且第二烹饪用具可以位于基于第一烹饪用具的测量到的温度被调节的加热元件上。在这种情况下,第一烹饪用具中的制品可能不会根据需要被加热,并且可以将基于测量到的温度被调节的加热元件的功率输出被调节至不适于第二烹饪用具和/或其中的制品的水平,这可能会降低灶具器具的烹饪性能。
相应地,具有用于避免这种降低的烹饪性能的特征的灶具器具将是有用的。 具体而言,具有用于确定或验证具有温度传感器的烹饪用具对应灶具器具的加热元件或正确地位于其上将是特别有益的,其中灶具器具的加热元件基于来自温度传感器的测量值来被控制。

在本公开的示例性方面,提供了一种灶具器具。灶具器具包括第一加热元件和第二加热元件。第一加热元件和第二加热元件定位在灶具器具的灶具表面处。灶具器具还包括可操作地连接至第一加热元件和第二加热元件的控制器。控制器构造为从与位于第一加热元件和第二加热元件中的一个上的烹饪用具相关联的温度传感器接收信号。所述信号指示与烹饪用具相关联的温度。控制器还构造为启用第一加热元件一测试时段并在测试时段期间监测与烹饪用具相关联的温度。控制器进一步构造为当监测到的温度的值大于预定阈值时确定烹饪用具位于第一加热元件上。

在一些示例性实施例中,炊具温度传感器28可以与烹饪用具18接触、附接到烹饪用具18或集成到烹饪用具18中,并且被构造成感测例如烹饪用具18的底表面或烹饪用具18的底壁的温度。例如,炊具温度传感器28可以嵌入烹饪用具18的底壁内,如图3中所示。替代地,炊具温度传感器28可以例如、邻近烹饪用具18的底表面或底壁嵌入在烹饪用具18的侧壁内。
此外,食物温度传感器30可以定位在任何合适的位置,以感测定位在烹饪用具18内的一个或更多个食物物品32(参见图3)的温度。例如,食物温度传感器30可以是探针型温度传感器,其被构造成插入一个或更多个食物物品32中。然而,替代地,食物温度传感器30可以被构造成以任何其它合适的方式确定定位在烹饪用具18内的一个或更多个食物物品的温度。
在某些示例性实施例中,炊具温度传感器28和食物温度传感器30中的一个或两个可以采用任何合适的技术来感测/确定烹饪用具18和/或定位在烹饪用具18中的食物物品32的温度。炊具温度传感器28和食物温度传感器30可以通过接触和/或非接触方法测量相应的温度。例如,炊具温度传感器28和食物温度传感器30中的一个或两个可以采用热电偶、热敏电阻、光学温度传感器、红外温度传感器、电阻温度检测器(RTD)中的一个或更多个。
再次参考图2和3,灶具器具12另外包括至少一个接收器34。在图2所示的示例中,灶具器具12包括多个接收器34,每个接收器34与单独的加热元件16相关联。每个接收器34被构造成接收来自食物温度传感器30的指示定位在烹饪用具18内的一个或更多个食物物品32的温度和/或来自炊具温度传感器28的指示定位在相应的加热元件16上的烹饪用具18的温度的信号。在其它实施 例中,可以提供单个接收器34,并且单个接收器34可以操作性地连接至一个或一个以上的传感器。在至少一些示例性实施例中,炊具温度传感器28和食物温度传感器30中的一个或两个可以包括无线传输能力,或替代地可以例如通过有线通信总线硬连接到接收器34。
图3提供了根据本公开的一示例性实施例的用于操作灶具器具12的系统的示意图。具体而言,图3提供了示例性控制系统50和图1和2的示例性灶具器具12的加热元件16的示意图。
如上所述,灶具器具12包括与加热元件16中的一个或更多个相关联的接收器34,例如多个接收器34中的每个与相应的加热元件16相关联。对于所示的实施例,每个接收器34直接定位在相应的加热元件16的中心部分下方。另外,对于所示的实施例,每个接收器34被构造为无线接收器34,其被构造成接收一个或更多个无线信号。具体而言,对于所示的示例性控制系统50,炊具温度传感器28和食物温度传感器30两者都被构造为经由无线通信网络54与无线接收器34无线通信的无线传感器。在某些示例性实施例中,无线通信网络54可以是无线传感器网络(比如蓝牙通信网络)、无线局域网(WLAN)、点对点通信网络(比如射频识别(RFID)网络、近场通信网络等)、上述通信网络中的两个或更多个的组合、或任何合适的一个或多个无线通信网络。

在一些实施例中,控制器52可以被构造成当第一烹饪用具18A位于第一加热元件16A和第二加热元件16B中的一个上时接收来自与第一烹饪用具18A相关联的温度传感器的信号。例如,如上所述,可以经由接收器34从传感器接收到信号。温度传感器可以与烹饪用具18相关联,其中温度传感器(比如炊具温度传感器28)被定位和构造成感测烹饪用具18自身的温度,和/或温度传感器(比如食物温度传感器30)被定位和构造成感测烹饪用具的内容物的温度。为 了确认第一烹饪用具18A位于第一加热元件16A上,控制器52进一步构造成基于经由温度传感器28和/或30测量到的温度响应来确定第一烹饪用具18A的位置。
例如,在一些实施例中,控制器52可以被构造成以第一加热水平(例如以高于第二加热元件16B的加热水平的加热水平)启用第一加热元件一测试时段。在各个实施例中,第二加热元件16B可在测试时段期间停用或以低加热水平启用。第一加热水平可以有利地是对应于用户选择的加热水平的普通加热水平。在这类实施例中,第一烹饪用具18A的位置可以在期望的烹饪操作中以最少的中断或没有中断来确定或确认。控制器52还可以被构造成在测试时段期间监测与第一烹饪用具18A相关联的温度,例如第一烹饪用具18A自身的温度和/或第一烹饪用具18A的内容物的温度。因此,控制器52可以确定:当监测到的温度的值大于预定阈值时,烹饪用具位于第一加热元件上。在各个实施例中,监测到的温度的值可以是监测到的温度的净增加、监测到的温度的增加率和/或监测到的温度的积分中的一个或更多个。例如,监测到的温度的积分可以表示时间/温度曲线下的面积,使得大于预定阈值的监测到的温度的积分表示监测到的温度已达到至少阈值温度和/或保持处于或高于阈值温度一最小时间量。
一旦已确定第一烹饪用具18A与相关联的温度传感器28和/或30位于第一加热元件16A上,控制器52就可以响应于测量到的温度、例如基于从温度传感器28和/或30的接收到的信号调节第一加热元件16A的加热水平来操作第一加热元件16A。在一些实施例中,当监测到的温度的值小于预定阈值时,例如,在测试时段过去之前监测到的温度从未达到预定阈值的情况下,控制器52还可以构造成停用第一加热元件16A。在这种情形下,控制器52可以进一步构造成当监测到的温度的值小于预定阈值时,例如经由用户接口62提供比如错误消息或警告等通知。
如以上提及的,第一加热水平可以有利地是对应于用户选择的加热水平的普通加热水平。一般而言,在测试时段期间以普通水平操作或尽可能接近普通 水平来操作(一个或更多个)加热元件可能是有利的。本领域技术人员将认识到,“普通”加热水平是当每个预期的烹饪用具放置在预期的加热元件上时加热元件被操作的水平。例如,普通加热水平可以是响应于用户选择的加热水平而为烹饪操作设置的加热水平。在这些示例中,控制器52进一步构造为生成温度设定。例如,灶具器具12和/或其控制器52可以被构造成响应于经由用户接口62(图3)接收到的用户输入而生成温度设定。在这些实施例中,在测试时段期间以第一水平启用第一加热元件16A可以包括将第一加热元件16A的加热水平设定为与生成的温度设定相关联的普通水平。在其它实施例中,在测试时段期间第一加热水平还可以或替代地包括基于、例如通过使用闭合控制回路(比如PI或PID控制))测量到的温度的可变加热水平。例如,在测试时段期间第一加热水平可以初始地包括普通水平,其然后可以基于PID控制而被修改或改变。因此,在一些实施例中,普通水平可以包括基于闭合控制回路的输出的被调节的可变水平。
在一些实施例中,对于所述测试时段启用第一加热元件16A可以包括将第一加热元件16A的加热水平设定为对应于用户选择的低设定的普通水平。如已提到的,第二加热元件16B(以及任何附加的加热元件,比如例如图2中示出的第三、第四和第五加热元件)可以在所述测试时段、特别是当针对第一加热元件16A的用户选择的设定是低设定或中设定时被停用。在各个实施例中,可以应用任何合适的加热水平组合,例如,其中加热水平之间的差异大到足以提供可测量的温度响应。

在各个实施例中,测试时段的持续时间可以小于约十秒,比如约五秒或更短,比如约三秒或更短。在这些实施例中,可能有利的是为测试时段提供短的持续时间以避免或使在第二加热元件16B(和/或除第一加热元件16A之外的其它加热元件,比如第三、第四加热元件等)上的烹饪操作的破坏最小化。当第二加热元件16B在测试时段期间被停用时,测试时段的短的持续时间(例如,约五秒或更短)可能是特别有利的。另外,在第二加热元件16B被停用的情形下,并且在第一加热元件16A的加热水平与第二加热元件16B的加热水平之间存在大的差异的其它实施例中,测量到的温度的确定值(如果有的话)可以在相对短的时间内达到预定阈值。例如,当在第一加热元件16A的加热水平与第 二加热元件16B的加热水平之间存在大的差异时,可以快速且容易地确定测量到的温度是否更接近地匹配第一加热元件16A上的烹饪用具的温度响应或者第二加热元件16B上的烹饪用具的温度响应。
图5示出了操作灶具器具(比如示例性灶具12)的示例性方法200。在一些实施例中,控制器52可以被构造为执行方法200的一些或所有步骤。方法200可以初始地包括接收信号202,其中从控制面板或多个控制件中的一个或更多个控制件接收信号202。信号202可以指示利用炊具的特定物品(例如第一烹饪用具18A)在特定燃烧器(例如,第一加热元件16A)上执行闭环控制的烹饪操作的意图。方法200还可以包括启用第一加热元件16A一测试时段的步骤204以及停用所有其它加热元件一所述测试时段的步骤205。

图6提供了烹饪用具在测试时段内的示例温度响应的曲线图。在一些实施例中,测试时段可以是五秒(5秒,如图6中所示)。图6示出了各个实施例,其中温度响应表示烹饪用具18A位于第一加热元件16A上。如图6中所示,监测到的温度的值可以是测试时段内的温度升高。在各个实施例中,预定阈值可以取决于加热水平。例如,如图6中所示,当加热水平(例如在该实施例中是电阻加热元件的加热元件16A的普通功率水平)被设定为例如对应于用户选择的低设定的功率水平1时,表示烹饪用具18A位于预期的第一加热元件16A上的温度升高是相对小的。图6中还示出了可以对应于用户选择的中设定的功率水平5、以及可以对应于用户选择的高设定的功率水平10。如在图6中可以看到的,当加热水平较高时,预定阈值可以相应地更高。

Claims (20)
- 一种灶具器具,包括:第一加热元件和第二加热元件,所述第一加热元件和第二加热元件定位在所述灶具器具的灶具表面上;以及控制器,其可操作地连接至所述第一加热元件和第二加热元件,所述控制器构造为:接收来自与位于所述第一加热元件和所述第二加热元件中的一个上的烹饪用具相关联的温度传感器的信号,所述信号指示与所述烹饪用具相关联的温度;启用所述第一加热元件一测试时段;在所述测试时段期间监测与所述烹饪用具相关联的所述温度;以及当监测到的温度的值大于预定阈值时,确定所述烹饪用具位于所述第一加热元件上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的灶具器具,其中,所述控制器进一步构造为生成温度设定,其中启用所述第一加热元件包括将所述第一加热元件的加热水平设定至与生成的温度设定相关联的普通水平,并且其中所述测试时段的持续时间对应于所述生成的温度设定。
- 根据权利要求2所述的灶具器具,其中,所述控制器进一步构造为在查询表中查找所述测试时段的持续时间。
- 根据权利要求1所述的灶具器具,其中,所述监测到的温度的值是所述监测到的温度的净增加。
- 根据权利要求1所述的灶具器具,其中,所述监测到的温度的值是所述 监测到的温度的增加速率。
- 根据权利要求1所述的灶具器具,其中,所述监测到的温度的值是所述监测到的温度的积分。
- 根据权利要求1所述的灶具器具,进一步包括当所述监测到的温度的值小于所述预定阈值时,停用所述第一加热元件并提供通知。
- 根据权利要求1所述的灶具器具,其中,启用所述第一加热元件所述测试时段包括将所述第一加热元件的加热水平设定到对应于用户选择的低设定的普通加热水平。
- 根据权利要求1所述的灶具器具,其中,所述第一加热元件和所述第二加热元件是多个加热元件中的一部分,并且所述多个加热元件中的除了所述第一加热元件之外的每个加热元件在所述测试时段停用。
- 根据权利要求1所述的灶具器具,其中,所述控制器进一步构造为在确定所述烹饪用具位于所述第一加热元件上之后基于来自所述温度传感器的接收到的信号调节所述第一加热元件的加热水平。
- 一种操作具有第一加热元件和第二加热元件的灶具器具的方法,所述第一加热元件和所述第二加热元件定位所述灶具器具的烹饪表面处,所述方法包括:接收来自与位于所述第一加热元件和所述第二加热元件中的一个上的烹饪用具相关联的温度传感器的信号,所述信号指示与所述烹饪用具相关联的温度;启用所述第一加热元件一测试时段;在所述测试时段期间监测与所述烹饪用具相关联的所述温度;以及当监测到的温度的值大于预定阈值时,确定所述烹饪用具位于所述第一加热元件上。
- 根据权利要求11所述的方法,进一步包括生成温度设定,其中启用所述第一加热元件包括将所述第一加热元件的加热水平设定到与生成的温度设定相关联的用户选择水平,并且其中所述测试时段的持续时间对应于所述生成的温度设定。
- 根据权利要求12所述的方法,进一步包括在查询表中查找所述测试时段的持续时间。
- 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,所述监测到的温度的值是所述监测到的温度的净增加。
- 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,所述监测到的温度的值是所述监测到的温度的增加速率。
- 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其中,所述监测到的温度的值是所述监测到的温度的积分。
- 根据权利要求11所述的方法,进一步包括当所述监测到的温度的值小于所述预定阈值时,停用所述第一加热元件并提供通知。
