Description

一种便携式的粉体进料系统 技术领域
本发明涉及一种粉体进料系统。
背景技术
常规粉体进料系统采用大平台,在大平台上安装储罐,然后从储罐做延伸至搅拌机内对物料进行搅拌,中间还包含除尘,倒袋,真空上料,储罐,进料等一系统装置,占地大,使用操作繁琐,投入成本高,维护保养复杂,特别在中小型搅拌(如20升-200升搅拌)方面基本无法实现自动进料。
发明内容
本发明针对上述现有技术中存在的技术问题,提供一种结构紧凑,占地小,制造成本低,操作简单方便,实现自动化进料的便携式的粉体进料系统。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种便携式的粉体进料系统,包括机架、搅拌机,还包括粉体输送系统、称重模块和控制系统,所述粉体输送系统包括气动隔膜泵、储罐、伺服电机、送料桨叶,所述气动隔膜泵安装在机架上,其进料端通过管道连接物料包装袋或者包装桶,其出料端通过管道连接至储罐,所述储罐置于称重模块上,储罐的下部设有倒锥形部以及倒锥形部下方的圆筒部,在倒锥形部和圆筒部相接处设有出料口,出料口通过管道连接搅拌机的进料口,在搅拌机的进料口处设有阀门,送料桨叶设置在圆筒部并与安装在圆筒部下方的伺服电机连接,所述称重模块用于称量储罐的重量并将重量数据发送至控制系统,所述控制系统包括操作触摸屏和PLC控制器,操作触摸屏用于输入指令,PLC控制器接收指令并控制伺服电机的转速和启停、阀门的开发和关闭。
进一步地,所述储罐的出料口连接有倾斜向下的溜管,溜管末端通过软管连接搅拌机的进料口。
进一步地,所述储罐、称重模块均临空置于机架上。
本发明的便携式的粉体进料系统一改以往的大型复杂的进料方式,将整套进料装置置于同一设备上,将整个进料过程改成送料、储存、送料,整个过程无粉体的外泄,整套装置临空置于设备上方,基本不占用土地面积,同时,控制系统可以通过控制伺服电机的转速和及时启停对加料速度和精度进行准确控制,操作方便简单,而且制造成本低。

具体实施方式
为了便于理解本发明,下文将结合说明书附图和较佳的实施例对本发明作更全面、细致地描述,但本发明的保护范围并不限于以下具体的实施例。
如图1、图2所示,本实施例的一种便携式的粉体进料系统,包括机架、搅拌机1,还包括粉体输送系统、称重模块4和控制系统11,所述粉体输送系统包括气动隔膜泵2、储罐3、伺服电机5、送料桨叶6,所述气动隔膜泵2安装在机架上,其进料端通过管道连接物料包装袋或者包装桶7,其出料端通过管道连接至储罐3,所述储罐3置于称重模块4上,储罐3、称重模块4均临空置于机架上,储罐3的下部设有倒锥形部以及倒锥形部下方的圆筒部,在倒锥形部和圆筒部相接处设有出料口,出料口连接有倾斜向下的溜管8,溜管8末端通过软管9连接搅拌机的进料口,在搅拌机的进料口处设有阀门10,送料桨叶6设置在圆筒部并与安装在圆筒部下方的伺服电5机连接,所述称重模块4用于称量储罐3的重量并将重量数据发送至控制系统11,所述控制系统11包括操作触摸屏和PLC控制器,操作触摸屏用于输入指令,PLC控制器接收指令并控制伺服电机的转速和启停、阀门的开发和关闭。
该便携式的粉体进料系统的工作过程如下:首先气动隔膜泵将物料从包装袋或者包装桶里通过压力输送至储罐,储罐进行称重得出原始重量,操作者将需要进的物料重量从操作触摸屏上输入,PLC控制器控制阀门开放,延时控制伺服电机旋转,送料桨叶旋转时物料通过溜管溜入搅拌机内,整个过程PLC控制器可以通过控制伺服电机的转速和及时启停对搅拌机内的物料的加料速度和精度进行准确控制。

  1. 一种便携式的粉体进料系统,包括机架、搅拌机,其特征在于:还包括粉体输送系统、称重模块和控制系统,所述粉体输送系统包括气动隔膜泵、储罐、伺服电机、送料桨叶,所述气动隔膜泵安装在机架上,其进料端通过管道连接物料包装袋或者包装桶,其出料端通过管道连接至储罐,所述储罐置于称重模块上,储罐的下部设有倒锥形部以及倒锥形部下方的圆筒部,在倒锥形部和圆筒部相接处设有出料口,出料口通过管道连接搅拌机的进料口,在搅拌机的进料口处设有阀门,送料桨叶设置在圆筒部并与安装在圆筒部下方的伺服电机连接,所述称重模块用于称量储罐的重量并将重量数据发送至控制系统,所述控制系统包括操作触摸屏和PLC控制器,操作触摸屏用于输入指令,PLC控制器接收指令并控制伺服电机的转速和启停、阀门的开发和关闭。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种便携式的粉体进料系统,其特征在于:所述储罐的出料口连接有倾斜向下的溜管,溜管末端通过软管连接搅拌机的进料口。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种便携式的粉体进料系统,其特征在于:所述储罐、称重模块均临空置于机架上。
