Description
本発明は、土木・建築分野で使用するセメント組成物、特に、道路、鉄道及び導水路等のトンネルにおいて、ロックボルト工法のボルト定着材や掘削時の注入材、及び法面のアンカー工法のボルト定着材等に使用できるセメント組成物及びこれを用いたボルト定着工法に関する。
トンネルのロックボルト工法や法面のアンカー工法では、削孔した後、セメント、細骨材、水を混合してモルタルを調製し、ポンプ圧送により孔にモルタルを充填し、ボルトを挿入するボルト定着工法が行われている。
この工法において、モルタルの水/セメント比を小さくすると、モルタルの強度、ボルトの定着力は増大するが、流動性が低下するため、ポンプ圧送、孔への充填が困難になる。逆に、モルタルの水/セメント比を大きくすると、ポンプ圧送、孔への充填は容易となるが、充填後に逸流したり、材料分離したりすることにより、確実なボルト定着ができなくなるという問題があった。
特に近年、ロックボルト工法では、削孔した後にボルトを挿入し、ボルト中心部の孔から、又はボルト側面の隙間からモルタルを充填してボルトを定着する、後充填式工法が多くなり、この工法では水/セメント比を大きくしないと充填が非常に困難で、前述の課題が顕著になった。さらに、湧水箇所への充填後にひび割れが発生した際に、その修復が不要あるいは容易であれば、メンテナンスの観点から非常に有意である。
そこで、特許文献1に示すセメントに、膨張材、アルカリ金属アルミン酸塩及びアルカリ金属炭酸塩を配合してなるセメント組成物や、特許文献2に示すセメント、細骨材及び分離防止剤を含有してなるボルト定着用セメント組成物が提案されている。

特許文献1及び特許文献2では、孔への充填後、粘度や初期強度発現性が低く、高湧水下では当該セメント組成物が流出してしまう課題があった。
以上から、本発明は、孔への充填時は良好な流動性を保ち、充填後静置すると急激な粘度上昇を示し、初期強度発現性が高いボルト定着用モルタルを作製することが可能で、ボルト定着後に形成されるひび割れに対して優れた修復作用を発揮できるボルト定着用セメント組成物を提供することを目的とする。
以上から、本発明は、孔への充填時は良好な流動性を保ち、充填後静置すると急激な粘度上昇を示し、初期強度発現性が高いボルト定着用モルタルを作製することが可能で、ボルト定着後に形成されるひび割れに対して優れた修復作用を発揮できるボルト定着用セメント組成物を提供することを目的とする。
本発明者らは、種々検討を行った結果、孔への充填時は良好な流動性を保ち、充填後静置すると急激な粘度上昇を示し、初期強度発現性が高いモルタルを得るための特定のセメント組成物を見出し、さらにひび割れ箇所に対して優れた修復作用を発揮できることを見出し、本発明を完成するに至った。すなわち、本発明は下記のとおりである。
[1] セメントと、膨張材と、珪酸ソーダと、さらに、ミョウバンおよび/またはアルカリ金属炭酸塩とを含有してなるボルト定着用セメント組成物。
[2] 前記珪酸ソーダにおけるSiO2とNa2Oとのモル比(SiO2/Na2O)が0.5~1.5である[1]に記載のボルト定着用セメント組成物。
[3] 前記珪酸ソーダにおける水和水の数が9以下である[1]または[2]に記載のボルト定着用セメント組成物。
[4] さらに細骨材を含む[1]~[3]のいずれかに記載のボルト定着用セメント組成物。
[5] [1]~[4]のいずれかに記載のボルト定着用セメント組成物を水で混練してなるボルト定着用モルタルを削孔した孔に注入した後、ボルトを前記削孔した孔に挿入して定着するボルト定着工法。

本発明によれば、孔への充填時は良好な流動性を保ち、充填後静置すると急激な粘度上昇を示し、初期強度発現性が高いボルト定着用モルタルを作製することが可能で、ボルト定着後に形成されるひび割れに対して優れた修復作用を発揮できるボルト定着用セメント組成物を提供するができる。
以下、本発明について詳細に説明するが、本発明はこれらに限定されるものではない。なお、本明細書における部や%は特に規定しない限り質量基準で示す。
[ボルト定着用セメント組成物]
本発明のボルト定着用セメント組成物に係る一態様(本実施形態)は、セメントと、膨張材と、珪酸ソーダと、さらに、ミョウバンおよび/またはアルカリ金属炭酸塩とを含有してなる。また、細骨材をさらに含有してなることが好ましい。
本実施形態のボルト定着用セメント組成物と水とを混練することにより、ボルト定着用モルタルが得られる。
本発明のボルト定着用セメント組成物に係る一態様(本実施形態)は、セメントと、膨張材と、珪酸ソーダと、さらに、ミョウバンおよび/またはアルカリ金属炭酸塩とを含有してなる。また、細骨材をさらに含有してなることが好ましい。
本実施形態のボルト定着用セメント組成物と水とを混練することにより、ボルト定着用モルタルが得られる。
(セメント)
本実施形態で使用するセメントとしては、特に限定されるものではなく、普通、早強、超早強、低熱および中庸熱等の各種セメント、これらのセメントに、高炉スラグやフライアッシュやシリカフュームなどを混合した各種混合セメント、都市ゴミ焼却灰や下水汚泥焼却灰を原料として製造された環境調和型セメント(エコセメント)、市販されている微粒子セメントなどが挙げられ、各種セメントや各種混合セメントを微粉末化して使用することも可能である。また、通常セメントに使用されている成分(例えば石膏等)量を増減して調整されたものも使用可能である。
本実施形態で使用するセメントとしては、特に限定されるものではなく、普通、早強、超早強、低熱および中庸熱等の各種セメント、これらのセメントに、高炉スラグやフライアッシュやシリカフュームなどを混合した各種混合セメント、都市ゴミ焼却灰や下水汚泥焼却灰を原料として製造された環境調和型セメント(エコセメント)、市販されている微粒子セメントなどが挙げられ、各種セメントや各種混合セメントを微粉末化して使用することも可能である。また、通常セメントに使用されている成分(例えば石膏等)量を増減して調整されたものも使用可能である。
(膨張材)
本実施形態で使用する膨張材としては、特に限定されるものではなく、膨張性水和物を生成させ、ブリーディングを抑制するものであれば、いかなるものでも使用可能である。膨張材として遊離石灰、遊離マグネシア、カルシウムフェライト、エトリンガイト系、石灰系、エトリンガイト-石灰複合系、アウイン系を含むものが知られ、特に限定されるものではない。
本実施形態で使用する膨張材としては、特に限定されるものではなく、膨張性水和物を生成させ、ブリーディングを抑制するものであれば、いかなるものでも使用可能である。膨張材として遊離石灰、遊離マグネシア、カルシウムフェライト、エトリンガイト系、石灰系、エトリンガイト-石灰複合系、アウイン系を含むものが知られ、特に限定されるものではない。
膨張材の粒度はブレーン比表面積で2000~9000cm2/gであることが好ましく、3000~8000cm2/gであることがより好ましい。2000cm2/g以上であることで水和反応が良好に進行し、9000cm2/g以下であることで水和反応が早くなり過ぎず、所定の膨張が得られやすくなる。

膨張材の使用量はセメント100部に対して1~20部であることが好ましく、2~15部であることがより好ましく、3~7部であることがさらに好ましい。特に、1部以上(特に2部以上)であることで収縮低減効果が得られやすくなり、20部以下(特に15部以下)であることで膨張量が大きくなり過ぎて強度が低下するのを防ぐことができる。
(珪酸ソーダ)
本発明で使用する珪酸ソーダは、主に極初期の流動性消失の促進効果を発揮するもので、また、例えば、ボルト定着施工した際のボルト定着材料が長い年月によりひび割れを生じた際に、例えば0.1mmひび割れに対しては流水条件下であれば、修復することができる。これは水によりゲル化した珪酸ソーダが、そのひび割れ自体を修復するように働きその幅を小さくするためと考えられる。なお、上記効果を効率よく発現させる観点から、珪酸ソーダは粉末状であることが好ましい。

ボルト定着用セメント組成物として、例えば極初期の流動性消失を促進するものとして、珪酸ソーダにおけるSiO2とNa2Oとのモル比(SiO2/Na2O)は、0.5~1.5であることが好ましく、0.9~1.3であることがより好ましい。
モル比が0.5以上であると、粉末として取り扱い性が良好であり、1.5以下であると、モルタルに対して添加直後からの著しい流動性消失や初期強度発現性が得られやすくなる。

珪酸ソーダとしては、オルソ珪酸ソーダ、メタ珪酸ソーダ、セスキ珪酸ソーダ等が挙げられるが、なかでもメタ珪酸ソーダが好ましい。また、珪酸ソーダとしては、珪酸ソーダ1号[Na2Si2O5(Na2O・2SiO2:n=2)]、珪酸ナトリウム2号[Na4Si5O12(Na2O・2.5SiO2:n=2.5)]、珪酸ソーダ3号[Na2Si3O7(Na2O・3SiO2:n=3)]、及び珪酸ソーダ4号[Na2Si4O9(Na2O・4SiO2:n=4)]等も挙げられる。
珪酸ソーダとしては、水和物であっても無水物であっても特に限定はされないが、水和水の数は9以下が好ましく、5以下がより好ましく、無水和物の使用がさらに好ましい。
珪酸ソーダのブレーン比表面積は、300~1000cm2/gであることが好ましく、500~800cm2/gであることがより好ましい。300~1000cm2/gであることで、初期強度発現性が得られやすい。
珪酸ソーダの使用量は、セメント100部に対して0.05~8部であることが好ましく、0.1~5部であることがより好ましく、0.2~1部であることがさらに好ましい。0.05部以上(特に0.1部以上)であることで充填後の増粘効果が充分となりやすく、8部以下(特に5部以下)であると増粘効果が大き過ぎてポンプ圧送が困難になるのを防ぎ、長期強度発現性が良好にすることができる。
(アルカリ金属炭酸塩)
本実施形態で使用するアルカリ金属炭酸塩(以下、炭酸塩という)としては、炭酸ナトリウム、炭酸カリウム、炭酸リチウム、重炭酸ナトリウム、重炭酸カリウム、セスキ炭酸ナトリウム等が挙げられ、これらの1種又は2種以上を使用してもよい。これらの中では、充填後の増粘効果が大きい点で炭酸カリウムが好ましい。
本実施形態で使用するアルカリ金属炭酸塩(以下、炭酸塩という)としては、炭酸ナトリウム、炭酸カリウム、炭酸リチウム、重炭酸ナトリウム、重炭酸カリウム、セスキ炭酸ナトリウム等が挙げられ、これらの1種又は2種以上を使用してもよい。これらの中では、充填後の増粘効果が大きい点で炭酸カリウムが好ましい。
アルカリ金属炭酸塩の使用量は、セメント100部に対して0.03~4部であることが好ましく、0.05~3部であることがより好ましく、0.1~1.0部であることがさらに好ましい。0.03部以上(特に0.05部以上)であることで充填後の増粘効果が充分に得られやすくなり、4部以下(3部以下)であることで増粘効果が大きくなり過ぎるのを防ぎポンプ圧送を良好な状態にすることができる。
(ミョウバン)
ミョウバンは、ボルト定着用セメント組成物の流動性消失を促進することや、1日程度の強度発現性を促進するために有効である。ミョウバンとしては特に限定されないが、例えば、カリミョウバン、クロムミョウバン、鉄ミョウバン、アンモニウムミョウバン、ナトリウムミョウバン、天然ミョウバン等いずれのミョウバンも使用、併用が可能である。特にセメントモルタルやセメントコンクリート流動性を消失するものとして、カリミョウバン、ナトリウムミョウバン、アンモニウムミョウバンからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種を含むことが好ましい。
ミョウバンは、ボルト定着用セメント組成物の流動性消失を促進することや、1日程度の強度発現性を促進するために有効である。ミョウバンとしては特に限定されないが、例えば、カリミョウバン、クロムミョウバン、鉄ミョウバン、アンモニウムミョウバン、ナトリウムミョウバン、天然ミョウバン等いずれのミョウバンも使用、併用が可能である。特にセメントモルタルやセメントコンクリート流動性を消失するものとして、カリミョウバン、ナトリウムミョウバン、アンモニウムミョウバンからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種を含むことが好ましい。
ミョウバンの使用量は、セメント100部に対して、0.05~18部であることが好ましく、0.1~15部であることがより好ましく、0.2~10部であることがさらに好ましい。使用量を0.05~18部(特に0.1~15部)とすることで、流動性消失が遅延せず、材齢1日における強度発現性を良好にすることができる。
アルカリ金属炭酸塩とミョウバンは併用してもよく、その場合のこれらの合計使用量は、セメント100部に対して、0.03~25部であることが好ましく、0.05~20部であることがより好ましく、0.1~18部であることがさらに好ましい。使用量を0.03~25部とすることで、流動性消失が遅延せず、材齢1日における強度発現性を良好にすることができる。
また、流動性消失又は強度発現性の観点から、ミョウバンのブレーン比表面積は、400~1000cm2/gであることが好ましい。

(細骨材)
本実施形態で使用する細骨材は特に限定するものではなく、川砂、山砂、石灰砂、硅砂等、何れも使用できる。
細骨材の最大寸法は1.2mm以下であることが好ましく、0.6mm以下であることがより好ましい。1.2mm以下であることで、現場施工時、特にロックボルト工法の後充填工法で、充填口が細い場合でも、閉塞せずに良好に充填することができる。
細骨材は、現場施工時の作業性や物性の変動が少ない点から、石灰砂又は硅砂等の乾燥砂を予め本セメント組成物に混合して用いるのが好ましい。
細骨材の使用量は、セメント100部に対して、10~300部であることが好ましく、50~200部であることがより好ましい。10~300部であることで、閉塞せずに良好に充填することができる。

本実施形態では必要に応じて、減水剤や増粘剤等を更に使用してもよい。
本実施形態で使用する減水剤は、セメントコンクリートの流動性を改良するために使用する薬剤であり、液状でも粉状でも使用できる。減水剤としては、ポリオール誘導体、リグニンスルホン酸塩やその誘導体、高性能減水剤等が挙げられ、これらの1種又は2種以上を併用してもよい。これらの中では、強度発現性や流動性改良効果の大きい点で高性能減水剤が好ましい。
本実施形態で使用する減水剤は、セメントコンクリートの流動性を改良するために使用する薬剤であり、液状でも粉状でも使用できる。減水剤としては、ポリオール誘導体、リグニンスルホン酸塩やその誘導体、高性能減水剤等が挙げられ、これらの1種又は2種以上を併用してもよい。これらの中では、強度発現性や流動性改良効果の大きい点で高性能減水剤が好ましい。
高性能減水剤としては、アルキルアリルスルホン酸塩のホルマリン縮合物、ナフタレンスルホン酸塩のホルマリン縮合物、メラミンスルホン酸塩のホルマリン縮合物及びポリカルボン酸系高分子化合物等が挙げられ、これらの1種又は2種以上を併用してもよい。これらの中では、流動性改善効果が大きい点でメタクリル酸ナトリウム-メトキシポリオキシエチレンメタクリレート共重合物が好ましい。
高性能減水剤の使用量は、セメント100部に対して0.05~3部であることが好ましく、0.1~2部であることがより好ましい。0.05部以上であると充分な流動性改良効果が得られやすくなり、3部以下であると流動性が大きくなり過ぎず、充填後の増粘効果を阻害されたり、材料分離を起こし強度発現性が低下したりするのを防ぐことができる。
高性能減水剤は液状や粉状のものが使用できるが、現場使用時の作業性や物性の変動が少ない点から、粉状の減水剤を本発明セメント組成物に予め混合して用いることが好ましい。

本実施形態で使用する増粘剤とは、セメントコンクリートに粘性を付与する薬剤であり、充填後の増粘効果を更に高めるものである。増粘剤としては、メチルセルロース、エチルセルロース、ヒドロキシエチルセルロース、ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース、ヒドロキシエチルメチルセルロース、ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロース及びヒドロキシエチルエチルセルロース等のセルロース類;アルギン酸、アルギン酸ナトリウム、β-1,3グルカン、プルラン、グアーガム、カゼイン及びデュータンガム、ウェランガム等の多糖類;酢酸ビニル、エチレン、塩化ビニル、メタクリル酸、アクリル酸、アクリル酸ナトリウム及び不飽和カルボン酸等のビニル重合体やこれらの共重合体、並びに、酢酸ビニル重合体やその共重合体をケン化したポリビニルアルコール骨格に変性したもの等のエマルジョン類が挙げられ、これらの1種又は2種以上を併用してもよい。これらの中では充填後の増粘効果が大きい点でセルロース類が好ましい。
増粘剤の使用量は、セメント100部に対して、0.005~0.1部であることが好ましく、0.008~0.05であることがより好ましい。0.005部以上であると充分な増粘効果が得られやすく、0.1部以下であると増粘効果が大きくなり過ぎず、ポンプ圧送が困難になったり、強度発現性が低下したりするのを防ぐことができる。
更に、本実施形態では、高温時の本発明セメント組成物の粘度上昇時間及び凝結時間を遅延させるために、有機酸又はその塩、有機酸又はその塩と炭酸塩の混合物、リン酸塩、ホウ酸塩又はその塩及びアルコール類等の凝結遅延剤を使用してもよい。
以上のような本実施形態のセメント組成物によれば、道路、鉄道、導水路等のトンネルにおけるロックボルト工法や掘削時の注入工法、及び法面のアンカー工法等において、ポンプでの圧送時は良好な流動性を保ち、圧送停止後静置すると急激に粘度が上昇し、急激な粘度上昇や初期強度発現性が高く、逸流や材料分離を防止でき、さらにひび割れ箇所に対して優れた修復作用を発揮できるため、確実なボルト定着が可能となる。
[ボルト定着工法]
本実施形態の第1のボルト定着工法は、本実施形態のボルト定着用セメント組成物を水で混練してなるボルト定着用モルタルを削孔した孔に注入した後、ボルトを削孔した孔に挿入して定着する工法である。

また、本実施形態の第2のボルト定着工法は、削孔した孔にボルトが挿入された状態で、本実施形態のボルト定着用セメント組成物を水で混練してなるボルト定着用モルタルを削孔した孔に注入してボルトを定着する工法である。
本実施形態のセメント組成物に対する水の使用量は、水/セメント比で45~75%であることが好ましく、50~70%であることがより好ましい。45%以上であると良好な流動性が得られやすくなり、ポンプ圧送も良好となる。75%以下であることで材料分離を起こし強度発現性が低下するのを防ぐことができる。
脆弱な地盤を補強する工法としては、ロックボルト工法やアンカー工法等が知られているが、本発明はこれらの工法におけるボルトの定着に非常に有効である。
アンカー工法とは、活動しようとするすべり土塊に対する処理で、例えばテンドンという引張り部材の一端をボーリング孔の安定した地盤(アンカー定着部)へ設置して反力を取り、引張り部材のもう一端を地表のコンクリート構造物や受圧盤に固定し、すべり活動を抑止するものである。上記引張り部材の設置の際に本実施形態のボルト定着工法が適用できる。
なお、ボーリング孔の自立が困難な地盤では、地面からアンカー定着部までの間にシース管を挿入する場合もある。

ロックボルト工法とは、斜面(法面)等に掘削機を利用して円柱状の孔を掘削し、その掘削孔の内部に長尺な円柱状のロックボルト(異形鋼等)を挿入し、その後、掘削孔の内部にロックボルトを固定化(定着)するが、この固定化の際に本実施形態のボルト定着工法が適用できる。
以下、実施例により本発明を詳細に説明するが、本発明はこれらに限定されるものではない。
(実験例1)
セメントA100部と、表1に示す量の膨張材、珪酸ソーダ、ミョウバン、及びアルカリ金属炭酸塩と、メタクリル酸ナトリウム-メトキシポリオキシエチレンメタクリレート共重合物0.1部とを配合してボルト定着用セメント組成物を得た。さらに、細骨材αを50部及び水を65部混合してボルト定着用モルタルを作製し、経時時間毎の粘度、膨張率、圧縮強度、ひび割れ修復率を測定した。結果を下記表2に示す。
セメントA100部と、表1に示す量の膨張材、珪酸ソーダ、ミョウバン、及びアルカリ金属炭酸塩と、メタクリル酸ナトリウム-メトキシポリオキシエチレンメタクリレート共重合物0.1部とを配合してボルト定着用セメント組成物を得た。さらに、細骨材αを50部及び水を65部混合してボルト定着用モルタルを作製し、経時時間毎の粘度、膨張率、圧縮強度、ひび割れ修復率を測定した。結果を下記表2に示す。

<試験方法>
(1)粘度:各例で得られたモルタルをカップに入れ、B型粘度計により測定した。測定時間は練り上がり直後(0分)と15分後とした。なお、練り上がり直後の粘度は、7500mPa・s以下が好ましく、6500mPa・s以下がより好ましく、15分後の粘度は、10000mPa・s以上が好ましい。
当該粘度の測定により、孔への充填時の流動性、充填後静置した際の粘度上昇を評価できる。
(1)粘度:各例で得られたモルタルをカップに入れ、B型粘度計により測定した。測定時間は練り上がり直後(0分)と15分後とした。なお、練り上がり直後の粘度は、7500mPa・s以下が好ましく、6500mPa・s以下がより好ましく、15分後の粘度は、10000mPa・s以上が好ましい。
当該粘度の測定により、孔への充填時の流動性、充填後静置した際の粘度上昇を評価できる。
(2)膨張率:各例で得られたモルタルを土木学会標準のφ50mmポリエチレン袋に採取し、JSCE-F 522-1999に準じて材齢20時間に測定した。膨張率は、-3.0%以上が好ましい。
(3)圧縮強度:各例で得られたモルタルを40×40×160mmの型枠に採取し、JIS R 5201に準じて材齢1日と28日に測定した。材齢1日の強度(初期強度)は、5N/mm2以上が好ましい。
(4)ひび割れ修復率:JIS A 6202-1997に準じて一軸拘束の条件で10cm×10cm×40cmの型枠に各例で得られたモルタルを流し込み試験体を作製した。材齢7日後、曲げ試験を行いひび割れ幅が0.1mmとなるようにした後、20℃で水中養生を6ヶ月間実施し、マイクロスコープで観察し、0.1mm幅の隙間に対する修復率を求めた。なお、ひび割れ修復率は、50%以上であることが好ましい。
本発明のボルト定着用セメント組成物を用いることで、初期の粘度は低く、その後粘度が上昇することで定着効果が向上し、強度発現性、さらにひび割れ修復率が優れることがわかる。
(実験例2)
珪酸ソーダとして、SiO2/Na2Oモル比が下記表3に示すものを用いたこと以外は、実験No.1-3と同様にしてボルト定着用モルタルを作製した。その後、実験例1と同様にして各種試験を行った。その結果を表3に示す。

本実施形態のボルト定着用セメント組成物を用いることで、初期の粘度は低く、その後粘度が上昇することで定着効果が向上し、強度発現性、さらにひび割れ修復率が優れることがわかる。
本発明は、土木・建築分野で使用するセメント組成物、特に、道路、鉄道及び導水路等のトンネルにおいて、ロックボルト工法のボルト定着材や掘削時の注入材、及び法面のアンカー工法のボルト定着材等に好適に使用できる。
Claims (6)
- セメントと、膨張材と、珪酸ソーダと、さらに、ミョウバンおよび/またはアルカリ金属炭酸塩とを含有してなるボルト定着用セメント組成物。
- 前記珪酸ソーダにおけるSiO2とNa2Oとのモル比(SiO2/Na2O)が0.5~1.5である請求項1に記載のボルト定着用セメント組成物。
- 前記珪酸ソーダにおける水和水の数が9以下である請求項1または2に記載のボルト定着用セメント組成物。
- さらに細骨材を含む請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のボルト定着用セメント組成物。
- 請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のボルト定着用セメント組成物を水で混練してなるボルト定着用モルタルを削孔した孔に注入した後、ボルトを前記削孔した孔に挿入して定着するボルト定着工法。
- 削孔した孔にボルトが挿入された状態で、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のボルト定着用セメント組成物を水で混練してなるボルト定着用モルタルを前記削孔した孔に注入して前記ボルトを定着するボルト定着工法。
