目前,电梯是一种以电动机为动力的垂直升降机,装有箱状吊舱,用于多层建筑乘人或载运货物,近年来,因电梯故障而引发的人员伤亡事故时有发生,引起人们的重视,在电梯故障中,升降钢索断裂而引发的电梯坠落事故的后果是最为严重的,此类事故往往会造成电梯内人员的重伤伤残和死亡,目前市场上的电梯上升和下降时晃动过大,升降装置只有一个,当装置损坏时,无其他装置替换,事故时常发生。
因此,需要一种高效稳定的电梯坠落保护装置,避免灾难的发生。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种电梯的防坠落保护装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种电梯的防坠落保护装置,包括电梯井,所述电梯井内设置有轿厢,所述电梯井上方设置有曳引轮,所述电梯井上方曳引轮左右两侧分别设置有第一限速器和第二限速器,所述轿厢上端面连接曳引绳一端,所述曳引绳另一端分别绕过第一限速器的限速器轮、曳引轮以 及第二限速器的限速器轮并连接有对重块,所述对重块在电梯井内轿厢前侧设置,所述轿厢左右两侧以及前侧均设置有导轨,所述轿厢与导轨滑动连接设置。
优选的,所述轿厢顶端面设置有若干吊环,所述电梯井上方左右两侧设置有横梁,所述横梁与吊环之间连接有安全绳。
优选的,所述安全绳长度等同于电梯井高度。
优选的,所述轿厢内设置有底板,所述底板与轿厢内底部侧壁之间连接设置有若干第一缓冲弹簧,所述轿厢下方设置有若干缓冲块,所述内设置有缓冲腔,所述轿厢底端面与缓冲块之间设置有若干支杆,所述支杆上端与轿厢底端面固定连接设置,所述支杆下端伸入缓冲腔内连接有固定块,所述缓冲腔内底部侧壁与固定块之间连接有第二缓冲弹簧,所述缓冲块上端面与轿厢底端面之间的支杆外表面设置有第三缓冲弹簧,所述第三缓冲弹簧上下端面分别与轿厢底端面以及缓冲块上端面固定连接设置,所述缓冲块下端固定连接有缓冲板。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明中的轿厢即为电梯箱,当轿厢意外坠落时,电梯井上方第一限速器和第二限速器的转轮因为转速过快改变离心力从而停止转动,同时也会断开电梯的电气回路并停止曳引轮转动,这时限速器停止转动,从而对轿厢坠落产生制动作用;电梯井内设置有安全绳,安全绳的长度与电梯井高度保持一致,所以当轿厢坠落坠落时,安全绳会拉紧,保证轿厢不会与地面 撞击;轿厢内设置有第一缓冲弹簧,轿厢底部设置有第二缓冲弹簧和第三缓冲弹簧,所以当轿厢坠落后,底部的三层缓冲弹簧会吸收坠落的力;电梯井内轿厢和对重块对应下方设置有聚氨酯缓冲器,能够有效缓冲坠落的轿厢,因此,本发明从底部缓冲和上方动力牵引方面对坠落的电梯进行减速缓冲,结构简单,安全可靠。

所述轿厢2顶端面设置有若干吊环3,所述电梯井4上方左右两侧设置有横梁12,所述横梁12与吊环3之间连接有安全绳11。
所述安全绳11长度等同于电梯井4高度。

所述电梯井4内底部端面上轿厢2与对重块9对应下方均设置有聚氨酯缓冲器1。
本发明的工作原理是:本发明中,当轿厢2意外坠落时,电梯井 4上方第一限速器5和第二限速器21的转轮因为转速过快改变离心力从而停止转动,同时也会断开电梯的电气回路并停止曳引轮6转动,这时限速器停止转动,从而对轿厢2坠落产生制动作用;电梯井4内设置有安全绳11,安全绳11的长度与电梯井4高度保持一致,所以当轿厢2坠落坠落时,安全绳11会拉紧,保证轿厢2不会与地面撞击;轿厢2内设置有第一缓冲弹簧14,轿厢2底部设置有第二缓冲弹簧19和第三缓冲弹簧15,所以当轿厢2坠落后,底部的三层缓冲弹簧会吸收坠落的力;电梯井4内轿厢2和对重块9对应下方设置有聚氨酯缓冲器1,能够有效缓冲坠落的轿厢2。
