实施例
图1为本实施例提供的喷漆壶的俯视图,图2为本实施例提供的喷漆壶中内杯100的结构示意图。请参阅图1和图2,本实施例中,喷漆壶为塑料壶,喷漆壶包括内杯100、外杯200和壶盖300,均由塑料制成。
内杯100的外轮廓为柱状,且内杯100的上端部具有敞口,壶盖300能够盖合在内杯100的敞口上,从而使内杯100封闭。内杯100是是市面上普遍使用的一次性薄膜质塑料杯,内杯100是一种耐溶剂的PE材料制成的,用于装放漆料,具有较好的柔韧性、耐溶剂性,透明度高,能够很好地观察内杯100中漆料的量,内杯100的侧壁外部可以印刷有刻度线,能够更为便捷地观察内杯100中漆料的量。在真空的作用下,内杯100能够收缩,从而使漆料由内杯100中挤出。
图3为本实施例提供的喷漆壶中外杯200的结构示意图。请参阅图3,本实施例中,外杯200包括杯体210和翻边220,翻边220设置于杯体210的上端部,内杯100设置于杯体210内,杯体210的底部设置有进气口,在喷枪通过抽吸作用喷出内杯100中的漆料的过程中,气体从进气口进入杯体210内,薄膜质、柔韧性好的的内杯100由于真空的作用下,自然地收缩空间,使内杯100内的漆料用尽,喷枪在一壶漆料喷涂的过程中可以连续性进行,并且可以更换内杯100,以便更换不同的漆料,使用更加方便。
外杯200的外轮廓为柱状,且外杯200的上端部具有敞口,内杯100能够穿过外杯200上的敞口以设置在外杯200内,壶盖300能够盖合在外杯200的敞口上,从而使外杯200封闭。
其中,杯体210和翻边220可以为一体式结构,也可以通过粘接等任何适合的方式连接。
杯体210的底部的进气口可以为一个,也可以为多个。进气口的数量可以根据进气量设置,在进气口为多个时,进气口可以沿杯体210的周向均匀间隔设置,以使气体较为均匀地进入杯体210内。并且在进气口上可以设置过滤网,防止外界异物进入杯体210中。
外杯200是耐溶剂的PP材料制成,透光性好,杯体210的外部印刷有刻度线,可以通过观察刻度线,从而控制调漆量,可以根据用户的使用需求来确定需要的调漆量,并且能够制成固定内杯100。
图4为本实施例提供的喷漆壶中壶盖300的剖视图;图5为图4中Ⅴ处的放大图。请一并参阅图3-图5,本实施例中,壶盖300包括盖体310和至少两个卡扣320,每个卡扣320包括连接片321、延伸片322和卡钩323,每个连接片321的一端间隔设置于盖体310,另一端转动连接于延伸片322,卡钩323连接于延伸片322的靠近盖体310的一侧,当需要将壶盖300固定于外杯200时,延伸片322朝向外杯200的方向转动,使卡钩323设置于翻边220。
翻边220凸出于杯体210,连接片321横向设置在盖体310上,连接片321与延伸片322转动连接,二者可以通过柔性连接带连接,也可以通过铰接等任何适合的方式连接。
连接片321与延伸片322通过柔性连接带连接时,连接片321、延伸片322和柔性连接带可以为一体式结构,提高加工的便捷性。
在需要将壶盖300固定在外杯200上的时候,直接将壶盖300放置在外杯200上,再向下按压延伸片322,使横向设置的延伸片322旋转成竖向设置,并将卡钩323卡设在翻边220上,从而将壶盖300固定在外杯200上;当需要打开壶盖300的时候,直接扳动延伸片322,使延伸片322上的卡钩323脱离翻边220,再将壶盖300取下即可。能够更加方便、快捷地将喷漆壶的壶盖300固定在外杯200上,或者将喷漆壶的壶盖300从外杯200上取下,使用更加方便。
通过多个卡扣320与外杯200连接,能够提高连接的稳定性。在卡扣320为多个时,多个卡扣320可以沿盖体310的周向均匀间隔设置。
可选地,壶盖300包括两个卡扣320,两个卡扣320对称设置于盖体310,使壶盖300的在外杯200上的固定效果更好,壶盖300的结构较为简单。
图6为本申请实施例提供的喷漆壶中壶盖300的结构示意图。请参阅图2、图5和图6,本实施例中,盖体310包括盖面311和侧板面312,侧板面312为圆柱形面,盖面311为锥形面,侧板面312设置在盖面311的下端,将壶盖300盖装在杯体210上的时候,侧板面312位于内杯100内且侧板面312与内杯100接触。可选地,在侧板面312的外表面设置一层密封圈,使内杯100与壶盖300的密封效果更好,避免漆料渗漏。卡扣320设置在盖面311上,通过卡扣320将壶盖300与外杯200固定起来。
具体地,侧板面312的外壁上设有凸起,凸起与内杯100的内壁卡合连接,将壶盖300盖装在杯体210上的时候,侧板面312上的凸起与内壁100卡合连接,并且侧板面312位于内杯100内且侧板面312与内杯100接触。
请参阅图6,壶盖300还包括至少一个卡片330,翻边220的上表面设置有与卡片330对应的卡槽230,卡片330的一端设置于盖体310,另一端旋转卡设于卡槽230内。避免壶盖300侧开,进一步提高壶盖300固定在外杯200上的牢固性。
其中,卡片330可以为一个,也可以为多个。通过多个卡片330与卡槽230连接,能够提高连接的稳定性。在卡片330为多个时,多个卡片330可以沿壶盖300的周向均匀间隔设置。
在卡片330和卡扣320均为多个时,卡片330和卡扣320依次交替设置,能够提高固定效果。
请参阅图2和图6,本实施例中,壶盖300包括两个卡片330,两个卡片330对称设置于盖体310,两个卡片330对称设置于盖面311,两个卡扣320对称设置于盖面311,两个卡片330与两个卡扣320均间隔设置,翻边220的上表面设置有两个卡槽230,两 个卡槽230对称设置于杯体210。即在壶盖300固定在外杯200和内杯100时,两个卡片330与两个卡扣320一一间隔开来,卡片330设置在卡槽230内,卡扣320卡设固定在翻边220上,侧板面312设置在内杯100内,从而使内杯100、外杯200和壶盖300固定在一起,固定效果更好。
两个卡片330的连线与两个卡扣320的连接垂直,使壶盖300固定在内杯100与外杯200上的时候,四个点施加固定的力,固定效果更好,避免壶盖300侧开。
可选地,请参阅图2、图3和图6,每个卡槽230包括第一滑槽231和第二滑槽232,第一滑槽231和第二滑槽232之间形成用于放置卡片330的放置部233,当卡片330旋转时,卡片330选择性卡入第一滑槽231内或第二滑槽232内。需要固定壶盖300的时候,先将卡片330放置在放置部233,然后将壶盖300顺时针或逆时针旋转,从而使卡片330卡设进入第一滑槽231或第二滑槽232内,从而对壶盖300进行进一步固定。
放置部233为平板状,并且放置部233与第一滑槽231和第二滑槽232的槽口237平行,卡片330防止在放置部330上后,转动壶盖300,即可使卡片330沿放置部的延伸方向移动至第一滑槽231或第二滑槽232中,放置部233能够起到导向作用,使卡片330更加顺滑地进入第一滑槽231或第二滑槽232中。
图7为图3中Ⅶ处的放大图;图8为图3中Ⅷ处的放大图。请参阅图3-图8,第一滑槽231和第二滑槽232的结构相同,但设置的方向相对,第一滑槽231包括第一支撑板234、第二支撑板235和盖板236,第一支撑板234的一端连接于翻边220的远离杯体210的一侧,另一端朝上延伸,第二支撑板235的一端连接于翻边220,第一支撑板234的侧边与第二支撑板235的侧边连接,盖板236盖装于第一支撑板234和第二支撑板235上,使第一滑槽231的靠近放置部233的一侧和朝向杯体210的一侧形成槽口237。
将卡片330放置在放置部233,然后将壶盖300顺时针或逆时针旋转后,卡片330进入第一滑槽231或第二滑槽232中,第二支撑板235能够在卡片330移动至与第二支撑板235接触时,挡住卡片330防止卡片330脱出。
先将卡片330设置在放置部233,然后转动壶盖300,使卡片330从槽口237处设置在第一滑槽231内,从而进一步增加壶盖300设置的牢固性。
盖体310的上端连接有用于连接喷枪的具有通孔341的连接头340,通过连接头340连接喷枪,通过喷枪的抽吸作用,将内杯100内的漆料喷出。可选地,连接头340处设置有过滤膜,过滤膜位于通孔341内,通过过滤膜将漆料过滤以后再进入喷枪,防止混入漆料内的颗粒物堵塞喷嘴,喷涂效果更好。连接头340为柱状,喷枪套设在连接图340上,以连通喷枪和连接头340.
壶盖300还包括卡设喷枪的旋转卡槽350,卡槽可以为一个,也可以为多个,在卡槽350为多个时,多个卡槽350沿连接头340的周向均匀间隔设置在连接头340的四周,例如壶盖300还包括两个用于卡设喷枪的旋转卡槽350,两个旋转卡槽350对称设置于连接头340的两侧,通过旋转卡槽350对喷枪进行固定,使喷枪的固定效果更好。
可选地,连接头340上设置有外螺纹,旋转卡槽350包括支撑件351和卡件352,支撑件351的一端设置于盖面311,另一端朝上延伸,卡件352的一端与支撑件351的远离盖面311的一端连接,另一端朝向连接头340的方向延伸。喷枪的连接部与连接头340螺纹连接,且在旋转连接部的时候,将两个卡件352卡设在连接部上,从而对喷枪进行固定,固定效果更好。
本申请提供的喷漆壶的工作原理为:将内杯100放置在外杯200内,在内杯100内放置漆料,并通过观察外杯200的刻度线,从而确定内杯100中漆料的量,根据自己的需求装入适量比例的漆料,避免漆料的浪费。盖装壶盖300,将壶盖300的侧板面312设置在内杯100内,并且使盖面311上设置的两个卡片330分别位于两个卡槽230的放置部233处,顺时针或逆时针旋转壶盖300,从而使卡片330卡设进入第一滑槽231或第二滑槽232内,再向下按压延伸片322,使横向设置的延伸片322旋转成竖向设置,并将卡钩323卡设在翻边220上,从而将壶盖300牢固地固定在外杯200上。将喷枪连接在连接头340上并通过旋转卡槽350将喷枪的连接部固定在连接头340上,放置喷枪 脱落,进行喷枪的使用,通过喷枪的抽吸作用喷出内杯100中的漆料,并且在喷涂的过程中,气体从进气口进入杯体210内,薄膜质的内杯100自然地收缩空间,使内杯100内的漆料用尽,喷枪在一壶漆料喷涂的过程中可以连续性进行,免于清洗。

工业实用性
本申请实施例提供的一种喷漆壶,使用更加便捷,壶盖在外杯上的固定效果更好且壶盖的结构较为简单。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种喷漆壶,其特征在于,包括内杯、外杯和壶盖,所述外杯包括杯体和翻边,所述翻边设置于所述杯体的上端部,所述内杯设置于所述杯体内,所述壶盖包括盖体和至少两个卡扣,每个所述卡扣包括连接片、延伸片和卡钩,每个所述连接片的一端间隔设置于所述盖体,另一端转动连接于所述延伸片,所述卡钩连接于所述延伸片的靠近所述盖体的一侧,当需要将所述壶盖固定于所述外杯时,所述延伸片朝向所述外杯的方向转动,使所述卡钩设置于所述翻边。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的喷漆壶,其特征在于,多个所述卡扣沿所述盖体的周向均匀间隔设置。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的喷漆壶,其特征在于,所述壶盖包括两个卡扣,两个所述卡扣对称设置于所述盖体。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的喷漆壶,其特征在于,所述壶盖还包括至少一个卡片,所述翻边的上表面设置有与所述卡片对应的卡槽,所述卡片的一端设置于所述盖体,另一端旋转卡设于所述卡槽内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的喷漆壶,其特征在于,所述卡片为多个,多个所述卡片沿所述壶盖的周向均匀间隔设置。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的喷漆壶,其特征在于,所述卡片和所述卡扣依次交替设置。
  7. 根据权利要求4-6中任一项所述的喷漆壶,其特征在于,所述壶盖包括两个卡片,两个所述卡片对称设置于所述盖体,两个所述卡片与两个所述卡扣均间隔设置,所述翻边的上表面设置有两个所述卡槽,两个所述卡槽对称设置于所述杯体。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的喷漆壶,其特征在于,两个所述卡片的连线与两个所述卡扣的连接垂直。
  9. 根据权利要求4-8任一项所述的喷漆壶,其特征在于,每个所述卡槽包括第一滑槽和第二滑槽,所述第一滑槽和所述第二滑槽之间形成用于放置所述卡片的放置部,当 所述卡片旋转时,所述卡片选择性卡入所述第一滑槽内或所述第二滑槽内。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的喷漆壶,其特征在于,所述第一滑槽包括第一支撑板、第二支撑板和盖板,所述第一支撑板的一端连接于所述翻边的远离所述杯体的一侧,另一端朝上延伸,所述第二支撑板的一端连接于所述翻边,所述第一支撑板的侧边与所述第二支撑板的侧边连接,所述盖板盖装于所述第一支撑板和第二支撑板上,使所述第一滑槽的靠近所述放置部的一侧和朝向所述杯体的一侧形成槽口。
  11. 根据权利要求9或10所述的喷漆壶,其特征在于,所述杯体的底部设置有进气口。
  12. 根据权利要求8-11中任一项所述的喷漆壶,其特征在于,所述进气口为多个,多个所述进气口沿所述杯体的周向均匀间隔设置。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的喷漆壶,其特征在于,所述进气口上设有过滤网。
  14. 根据权利要求4-13中任一项所述的喷漆壶,其特征在于,所述盖体的上端连接有用于连接喷枪的具有通孔的连接头。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的喷漆壶,其特征在于,所述壶盖还包括两个用于卡设喷枪的旋转卡槽,两个旋转卡槽对称设置于所述连接头的两侧。
  16. 根据权利要求1-15中任一项所述的喷漆壶,其特征在于,所述杯体的外壁上设有刻度线。
  17. 根据权利要求1-16中任一项所述的喷漆壶,其特征在于,所述盖体包括盖面和侧板面,所述侧板面为圆柱形面,所述盖面为锥形面,所述侧板面设置在所述盖面的下端,所述侧板面配制成伸入所述内杯内,且所述侧板面与内杯贴合并卡合连接。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的喷漆壶,其特征在于,所述侧板面的外壁上设有凸起,所述侧板面上的凸起与所述内壁卡合连接。
