本申请的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的情况,本申请移动终端包括壳体和旋钮组件,壳体的顶端设有开口,且壳体内设有与开口连通的容置空间;旋钮组件包括旋钮、固定件以及保护帽,旋钮通过固定件固定在容置空间中,旋钮包括操作件,该操作件向开口延伸;保护帽通过开口套设在旋钮的操作件的端部,在保护帽受到撞击时,保护帽与壳体的顶端接触以向壳体传递作用力,保护帽和固定件之间不传递作用力。由于在保护帽受到撞击时,保护帽与壳体的顶端接触以向壳体传递作用力,且由于保护帽和固定件之间不传递作用力,因此在保护帽受到撞击时,因此能够使固定件不产生松动且旋钮不受到损坏。

需要说明的是,为了清楚说明本申请中的旋钮组件,本申请附图中提供的壳体仅为移动终端的部分壳体,而不是移动终端的整个壳体。本申请中所述的壳体可以为移动终端的整个壳体或者移动终端的部分壳体,本申请不作限制。
移动终端10包括壳体11和旋钮组件12。
在本实施例中,移动终端10为对讲机。在其它实施例中,移动终端10还可以为笔记本电脑、移动电话或者收音机等,此处不作限制。
移动终端10可以包括至少一个旋钮组件12。在本实施例中,移动终端10包括壳体11和一个旋钮组件12。在其它实施例中,移动终端10可以包括壳体11和至少两个旋钮组件12,例如,移动终端10可以包括壳体11和两个旋钮组件12、三个旋钮组件12或者四个旋钮组件12等等。在移动终端10包括壳体11和至少两个旋钮组件12时,旋钮组件12和壳体11的关系可以参照本实施例中的描述。
壳体11的顶端设有开口111,且壳体11内设有与开口111连通的容置空间112。开口111的数量与旋钮组件12的数量对应。开口111和容置空间112的形状和尺寸可以与旋钮组件12中的旋钮121配合。开口111或容置空间112的横截面可以为圆形或者多边形。在本实施例中,开口111的横截面形状为圆形, 容置空间112的横截面形状为矩形。
壳体11的开口边缘113为环状且向外凸出。
壳体11的材质可以为塑料,在其它实施例中,壳体11的材质可以为金属、橡胶或者其它有机高分子材料。本申请对壳体11的材质不作限制。
旋钮组件12包括旋钮121、固定件122以及保护帽123,旋钮121通过固定件122固定在容置空间112中。
本实施例中,旋钮121包括操作件1211,该操作件1211向开口111延伸。另外,旋钮121还包括功能件1212,功能件1212用于响应操作件1211的操作而形成相应电信号,其中,功能件1212又包括主体部1213和螺纹部1214,主体部1213通过螺纹部1214与操作件1211连接。具体而言,操作件1211、螺纹部1214以及主体部1213依次连接,螺纹部1214与主体部1213固定连接,螺纹部1214具有通孔(图未示),操作件1211通过该通孔与主体部1213活动连接。其中,操作件1211与主体部1213活动连接包括但不限于操作件1211相对主体部1213轴向活动连接,和/或操作件1211相对主体部1213径向活动连接。例如,当操作件1211接收到按压的作用力时,操作件1211可以相对主体部1213轴向活动连接;当操作件1211接收到径向的作用力时,操作件1211可以相对于主体部1213径向活动连接。
在本实施例中,固定件122的内侧设有第一螺纹。对应地,旋钮121的螺纹部1214外侧设有第二螺纹,该第二螺纹与固定件122的第一螺纹匹配,以使固定件122可以与螺纹部1214螺接从而使旋钮121卡设于容置空间112中。
在其它实施例中,固定件122可以为卡扣(图未示),而功能件1212包括主体部1213和卡接部(图未示),操作件1211、卡接部以及主体部1213的连接方式可以与上述操作件1211、螺纹部1214以及主体部1213的连接方式类似,此处不再赘述。例如,卡接部的外侧可以设有凸起(图未示),该凸起用于配合卡扣,以使卡扣与卡接部卡合连接,从而实现旋钮组件12卡设于容置空间112中。另外,固定件122还可以为胶水、双面胶或其它粘性材料,即可以通过胶水、双面胶或其它粘性材料使旋钮121固定在容置空间112中。
为了固定旋钮121的主体部1213,壳体11设有环状凸出部115,其中,环状凸出部115的下侧面抵接于主体部1213,环状凸出部115的上侧面抵接于固定件122。应注意,本申请中提到的抵接可以是直接抵接也可以是间接抵接,对此不作限制。进一步,为了提高移动终端10的防水性能,旋钮组件12还包括 密封圈124,密封圈124设置在环状凸出部115和主体部1213之间,环状凸出部115的上侧面抵接于固定件122,环状凸出部115的下侧面通过密封圈124抵接于主体部1213。其中,密封圈124的材料可以为橡胶或者泡棉等防水材料。
在其它实施例中,例如对移动终端10的防水不作要求时,旋钮组件12可以不包括密封圈124,即壳体11设有环状凸出部115,其中,环状凸出部115的下侧面直接抵接于功能件1212的主体部1213,环状凸出部115的上侧面抵接于固定件122。
另外,上述环状凸出部115可以用至少一个凸出部代替,该至少一个凸出部环状且均匀或不均匀设置,至少一个凸出部(图未示)的每一凸出部的下侧面抵接功能件1212的主体部1213,至少一个凸出部的每一凸出部的上侧面抵接于固定件122。本申请对凸出部不作限制,只要凸出部下侧面抵接于功能件1212的主体部1213,上侧面抵接于固定件122即可。
为了进一步限制主体部1213在容置空间112内的活动,主体部1213可以设有凸台1215,壳体11可以设置有与凸台1215位置相对应的凹槽114,凸台1215和凹槽114配合,以限制主体部1213相对壳体11的径向活动。凸台1215和凹槽114的形状不作限制,例如凸台1215或凹槽114的截面形状可以为圆形、椭圆形、多边形或者其它组合形状。在本实施例中,凹槽114可以设置在环状凸出部115的底面。在其它实施例中,凹槽114可以设置在壳体11的其它位置,只要凹槽114和凸台1215的配合能够限制主体部1213在容置空间112内的活动即可,此处不作限制。
结合图1至图3,图3是本申请实施例移动终端的固定件的结构示意图。在本实施例中,为了使固定件122更容易装配,固定件122的背离主体部1213的侧面设有两个相对的装配口1221。在装配过程中,用户可以通过工具卡设于装配口1221,拧转固定件122,进而使固定件122紧密地抵接于环状凸出部115,从而完成固定件122的装配。在其它实施例中,固定件122的背离主体部1213的侧面设有至少三个的装配口1221,至少三个装配口1221可以均匀或者不均匀设置。装配口1221的形状可以为三角形、四边形或者其它形状,本申请对装配口1221的形状和数量均不作限制,只要装配口1221能够与拧转固定件122的工具配合以便于固定件122的装配即可。
本实施例中的固定件122为螺母。其中,螺母可以为环形螺母、方螺母或者六角螺母等,本申请对螺母不做限定,只要螺母能够和螺纹部1214配合即可。
请继续参阅图1和图2,保护帽123通过开口111套设在旋钮121的操作件1211的端部,在保护帽123受到撞击时,保护帽123与壳体11的顶端接触以向壳体11传递作用力,保护帽123和固定件122之间不传递作用力。在本实施例中,保护帽123和固定件122不接触。在其它实施例中,保护帽123可以与固定件122相接触,但是保护帽123和固定件122之间不传递作用力。
保护帽123具有中间凹部1231和围绕该中间凹部1231的环状凹部1232,保护帽123的中间凹部1231套设在操作件1211的端部上,且保护帽123的环状凹部1232套设在开口边缘113上,当保护帽123受到撞击时,保护帽123的环状凹部1232的底面与壳体11的开口边缘的顶端接触以向壳体11传递作用力。通过上述方式,由于保护帽123在受到撞击时,保护帽123的环状凹部1232的底面与壳体11的开口边缘的顶端接触,从而使保护帽123受到的作用力传递至壳体11,且由于保护帽123和固定件122之间不传递作用力,因此在保护帽123受到撞击时,使固定件122不产生松动且旋钮121不受到损坏。
其中,保护帽123的中间凹部1231套设在操作件1211的端部上具体为:旋钮组件12还包括衬套125,保护帽123通过容置在中间凹部1231内的衬套125套设在操作件1211背离主体部1213的端部。保护帽123的环状凹部1232套设在开口边缘113上具体可以为:保护帽123的环状凹部1232和壳体11的开口边缘113间隙配合,即在同一横截面上环状凹部1232的截面面积大于开口边缘113的截面面积,且壳体11的开口边缘113伸入至环状凹部1232的部分在预定平面上的投影落入至环状凹部1232在预定平面上的投影内,其中,预定平面为平行于环状凹部1232的轴线的任一平面。
环状凹部1232和壳体11的开口边缘113在预定平面上投影均为矩形,在其它实施例中,环状凹部1232和壳体11的开口边缘113在预定平面上的投影可以均为梯形,或者环状凹部1232和壳体11的开口边缘113在预定平面上的投影一者为矩形而另一者为梯形,本申请对环状凹部1232和壳体11的开口边缘113的形状不作限定,只要能够实现壳体11的开口边缘113伸入至环状凹部1232,且壳体11的开口边缘113和环状凹部1232间隙配合即可。
请参阅图1图2、图4以及图5,图4是本申请实施例移动终端的旋钮的结构示意图;图5是本申请实施例移动终端的保护帽的结构示意图。为了限制保护帽123相对操作件1211的径向活动,操作件1211具有第一限位部1216,保护帽123具有第二限位部1233,第一限位部1216和第二限位部1233配合以限 制保护帽123相对操作件1211的径向转动。其中,第一限位部1216可以为凹陷部,第二限位部1233可以为突出部。在其它实施中,第一限位部1216可以为突出部,第二限位部1233可以为凹陷部。
在本实施例中,操作件1211背离主体部1213的端部的横截面为D形,同样地,保护帽123的中间凹部1231的横截面也为D形。
衬套125的横截面为一不闭合的D形,通过将衬套125的横截面设置为一不闭合的D形,可以使衬套125具有弹性,从而便于衬套125伸进中间凹部1231中。
在本实施例中,衬套125可以包括平面部分1251和设置在平面部分1251两侧且与平面部分1251连接的两个弧状部分1252,平面部分1251和两个弧状部分1252形成横截面为一不闭合的D形,平面部分1251和两个弧状部分1252一体成型。其中,弧状部分1252具有两段相互平行的第一弧状部1253和连接于两个第一弧状部1253之间的第二弧状部1254,第二弧状部1254可以垂直于第一弧状部1253设置或者不垂直于第一弧状部1253设置。通过将衬套125设置为平面部分1251和弧状部分1252,可以使衬套125的结构强度和弹性均满足要求,而由于衬套125具有弹性,从而使衬套125更加容易装配。
衬套125可以是由具备良好弹性性能的金属片制成。在其它实施例中,衬套125可以是由橡胶或者其他高分子材料制成。
请继续参阅图5,为了进一步便于衬套125伸进中间凹部1231中,中间凹部1231可以包括第一中间凹部1234和第二中间凹部1235,第一中间凹部1234位于第二中间凹部1235背离主体部1213的一侧,且第一中间凹部1234和第二中间凹部1235连通,第一中间凹部1234的尺寸和形状和衬套125匹配,第二中间凹部1235的横截面的面积沿从第一中间凹部1234到第二中间凹部1235的方向上依次增大,以使第二中间凹部1235起到导向作用,从而便于衬套125伸进中间凹部1231中。
以下说明本申请移动终端10的装配方法:首先,将套设有密封圈124的旋钮121的操作件1211从壳体11的开口边缘113伸出,直到密封圈124抵挡于环状凸出部115;接着将螺母从操作件1211伸入至螺纹部1214,旋转螺母使螺母和螺纹部1214配合,直到螺母和密封圈124紧密地将环状凸出部115卡住;最后将中间凹部1231内设有衬套125的保护帽123紧紧地套设在操作件1211背离主体部1213的端部上,进而实现移动终端10的装配。移动终端10装配完成 后,用户可以通过操作保护帽123进而带动旋钮121的操作件1211操作,从而对移动终端10进行控制,例如是对移动终端10进行开关机、音量大小或者选频的控制等。
区别于现有技术的情况,本申请移动终端包括壳体和旋钮组件,壳体的顶端设有开口,且壳体内设有与开口连通的容置空间;旋钮组件包括旋钮、固定件以及保护帽,旋钮通过固定件固定在容置空间中,旋钮包括操作件,该操作件向开口延伸;保护帽通过开口套设在旋钮的操作件的端部,在保护帽受到撞击时,保护帽与壳体的顶端接触以向壳体传递作用力,保护帽和固定件之间不传递作用力。由于在保护帽受到撞击时,保护帽与壳体的顶端接触以向壳体传递作用力,且由于保护帽和固定件之间不传递作用力,因此在保护帽受到撞击时,因此能够使固定件不产生松动且旋钮不受到损坏。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种移动终端,其特征在于,所述移动终端包括:
    壳体,所述壳体的顶端设有开口,且所述壳体内设有与所述开口连通的容置空间;
    旋钮组件,所述旋钮组件包括旋钮、固定件以及保护帽,所述旋钮通过所述固定件固定在所述容置空间中,所述旋钮包括操作件,所述操作件向所述开口延伸;所述保护帽通过所述开口套设在所述旋钮的操作件的端部,在所述保护帽受到撞击时,所述保护帽与所述壳体的顶端接触以向所述壳体传递作用力,所述保护帽和所述固定件之间不传递作用力。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述保护帽和所述固定件不接触。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述旋钮还包括功能件,所述功能件用于响应所述操作件的操作而形成相应电信号;
    所述功能件包括主体部和螺纹部,所述主体部通过所述螺纹部与所述操作件连接,所述固定件与所述螺纹部螺纹连接,以将所述旋钮卡设于所述容置空间中。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述壳体设有环状凸出部,其中,所述环状凸出部的下侧面抵接于所述功能件的主体部,所述环状凸出部的上侧面抵接于所述固定件。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述旋钮组件还包括密封圈,所述密封圈设置在所述环状凸出部和所述主体部之间,所述环状凸出部的下侧面通过所述密封圈抵接于所述主体部。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述主体部设有凸台,所述壳体设有与所述凸台位置相对应的凹槽,所述凸台和所述凹槽配合,以限制所述主体部相对所述壳体的径向活动。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述壳体的开口边缘为环状且向外凸出,所述保护帽具有中间凹部和围绕所述中间凹部的环状凹部,所述保护帽通过所述中间凹部套设在所述操作件的端部上,且所述保护帽的环状凹部套设在所述开口边缘上,当所述保护帽受到撞击时,所述保护帽的环状凹部的底面与壳体的开口边缘的顶端接触以向所述壳体传递作用力。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述旋钮组件还包括衬套,所述保护帽通过容置于所述中间凹部内的所述衬套套设在所述操作件的端部。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述操作件具有第一限位部,所述保护帽具有第二限位部,所述第一限位部和所述第二限位部配合以限制所述保护帽相对所述操作件的径向转动。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述移动终端为对讲机。
