- the present invention relates to an orthopedic orthopedic foam roller for metabolic promotion, more specifically, to promote the body's self-correction ability while exercising the ribs and pelvis, including the spine of the human body using the body weight as if treated by a therapist Orthopedic orthopedic foam rollers for metabolism that can help balance and help to correct one's spine at home.
- a foam roller is a cylindrical object that can be exercised against your back to help loosen your muscles and fascia. Modern man lives in a chair for more than eight hours, so the stress on the spine is great. In addition, various musculoskeletal pain diseases and nervous system diseases are often caused by the spine. Therefore, spinal core movement is required for spinal care, and foam rollers are widely used for spinal core movement.
- the human body responds sensitively to pressure and movement from the head to the tailbone, so if abnormal pressure is applied to the spine, the spine is twisted.
- the spinal nerves located on both sides of the spine are compressed, so that neurotransmission ability decreases and muscle balance inconsistency occurs.
- the twisted spine affects the spinal cord and spinal cord that enter the cerebrospinal fluid and the dura surrounding the nerves, reducing the central nervous system and cerebrospinal fluid circulation.
- the body's metabolism is reduced, the body fluid circulation is lowered, and the waste is not discharged to the body and the body is swollen well. Therefore, the human body accumulates body fat and causes obesity.
