本发明涉及一种具有新型锁盖结构的电压力锅。
[背景技术]
目前,市面上传统的压力锅在锁盖状态下,锁盖时若锅盖转动不到位,推杆会档住浮子,使得浮子不能上升,使得锅内不能实现密封从而无法正常工作,同时用户提锅移动时,锅盖转动不到位容易使锅盖与锅体之间发生相对滑动而使锅盖转动锁盖位置,使锅盖与锅体分离造成危险,另一方面现有电压力锅在锅盖锁盖转动期间仍处于通电工作状态,容易造成危险。
[发明内容]
本发明克服了上述技术的不足,提供了一种具有新型锁盖结构的电压力锅,在锅盖转动到锁盖位置时,锅体中环上的触动杆卡入锁止孔内,使锅盖无法转动,提高了电压力锅实用安全性。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用了下列技术方案:
一种具有新型锁盖结构的电压力锅,包括有锅体1以及与锅体1旋转实现开盖或锁盖的锅盖2,所述锅体1开口端外套设有锅体中环3,所述锅体中环3上设有可被锅盖2下压移动的触动杆4,所述触动杆4上套设有触动杆复位弹簧5,所述锅盖2上设有在锅盖2转动到锁盖位置时使触动杆4复位卡入的锁止孔6,所述锁止孔6内设有可在锁止孔6内滑动的顶杆7,所述顶杆7连接有可在锅盖2上水平滑动用于推动顶杆7向下滑动将触动杆4顶出锁止孔6解除锁止的L型推杆8,所述L型推杆8上设有推键9。
所述锅体1上设有用于控制通断电的常闭微动开关10,所述触动杆4 下压时触发常闭微动开关10断开实现断电。
所述锅盖2上设有浮子11,所述L型推杆8上设有使浮子11卡入防止L型推杆8移动将触动杆4顶出的浮子卡孔12,所述浮子11在锅体1上压时被顶入浮子卡孔12以及在锅体1降压后脱离浮子卡孔12。
所述浮子卡孔12设置于L型推杆8的横向部上。

所述L型推杆8纵向部设有推杆导向斜面81,所述顶杆7上设有与推杆导向斜面81配合实现下移的顶杆导向斜面71。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明在锅体中环上设置触动杆,并使触动杆在锅盖转动到锁盖位置时卡入锅盖锁止孔内,使锅盖完全锁止无法再转动,防止提锅移动时发生锅盖与锅体件发生相对滑动而开盖,防止强行开盖造成危险。
2、本发明在锅盖上设有推动顶杆将触动杆顶出锁止孔的L型推杆,L型推杆在锁合位置时,锅盖上的浮子被锅体压力顶压卡入浮子锁止孔内,锁止L型推杆,使L型推杆无法移动,且只有在锅体内降压后浮子才能脱离浮子锁止孔,解锁L型推杆,更好地实现锅盖与锅体间的锁合,同时L型推杆在非锁合位置时,浮子无法上升,即锅体内无法密封,锅体不能正常工作,提高了使用安全性。
3、本发明设有常闭微动开关,当锅盖盖合到锅体上且处于非锁合位置 时,触动杆被锅盖下压而触发常闭微动开关断开,即使锅体断电停止工作,提高了使用安全性。

如图1-5所示,一种具有新型锁盖结构的电压力锅,包括有锅体1以及与锅体1旋转实现开盖或锁盖的锅盖2,所述锅体1开口端外套设有锅体中环3,所述锅体中环3上设有可被锅盖2下压移动的触动杆4,所述触动杆4上套设有触动杆复位弹簧5,所述锅盖2上设有在锅盖2转动到锁盖位置时使触动杆4复位卡入的锁止孔6,所述锁止孔6内设有可在锁止孔6内滑动的顶杆7,所述顶杆7连接有可在锅盖2上水平滑动用于推动顶杆7向下滑动将触动杆4顶出锁止孔6解除锁止的L型推杆8,所述L型推杆8上设有推键9。
其中,所述锅体1上设有用于控制通断电的常闭微动开关10,所述触动杆4下压时触发常闭微动开关10断开实现断电,所述锅盖2上设有浮子11,所述L型推杆8上设有使浮子11卡入防止L型推杆8移动将触动杆4 顶出的浮子卡孔12,所述浮子11在锅体1上压时被顶入浮子卡孔12以及在锅体1降压后脱离浮子卡孔12。
锁盖前,通过推键9将锅盖2上L型推杆8移动到锁止位置上,此时L型推杆8上的浮子卡孔12设置在浮子11上方;如图2和图3所示,锁盖时,将锅盖2放置于锅体1上,此时锅盖2将锅体中环3上的触动杆4下压,触动杆4向下移动触发常闭微动开关10断开,即电压力锅处于断电状态,随后用户转动锅盖2到锁盖位置,转动期间仍处于断电状态,直到转动到锁盖位置时,被下压的触动杆4在触动杆复位弹簧5的作用下复位并卡入锅盖2上的锁止孔6内,锁止锅盖2使锅盖2无法转动,同时触动杆4复位后,常闭微动开关10复位使电压力锅重新通电工作,完成锁盖,同时电压力锅工作时,锅体1内压力上升,锅盖2上的浮子11受锅体1内压力作用被顶压卡入浮子卡孔12内,对L型推杆8进行锁止,此时锅体1实现密封且推键9无法推动L型推杆8。
如图4和图5所示,所述L型推杆8纵向部设有推杆导向斜面81,所述顶杆7上设有与推杆导向斜面81配合实现下移的顶杆导向斜面71,解锁时,先释放锅体1内的气压,使浮子11脱离浮子卡孔12,解锁L型推杆8,随后用户将推键9推动到锅盖2解锁位置,此时L型推杆8随推键9移动,在L型推杆8移动过程中,在推杆导向斜面81作用下,顶杆7随顶杆导向斜面71在锁止孔6内向下移动,顶杆7将触动杆4顶出锁止孔6内,此时锅盖2可转动解锁,完成解锁锅盖,同时顶杆7顶出触动杆4时,触动杆4下移常闭触发微动开关10,电压力锅处于断电状态,直到锅盖2被移走。
所述顶杆7外套设有顶杆复位弹簧13,当L型推杆8移动会锁止位置 时,顶杆复位弹簧13将顶杆7复位上移。
所述浮子卡孔12设置于L型推杆8的横向部上,更好地使浮子11随锅体1内压力卡入浮子卡孔12内,实现L型推杆8的锁止。

其中,本案L型推杆8和推键9可设置于锅盖2的把手上,便于用户手握操作,同时L型推杆8可通过推动、转动、按压或电子触动被驱动动作,从而实现锅盖解锁和上锁。
