本申请涉及电子产品技术领域,尤其涉及一种屏幕组件和电子设备。
背景技术
高屏占比的电子设备具有更大比例的显示面积,给用户提供了更好的用户体验。目前,主流厂家都在进行提升电子设备屏占比的技术研发。通过在屏幕上开孔安装摄像头模组的方式,为了实现更高的屏占比,会把孔的直径做小,但是摄像头模组的视角与孔的大小会有矛盾,即缩小孔会遮挡摄像头模组的视角,影响摄像头模组的拍摄功能。
申请内容
本申请提供了一种屏幕组件,所述屏幕组件包括背光模组、显示面板和盖板及摄像头模组;所述盖板、所述显示面板及所述背光模组依次层叠设置,所述背光模组上设有安装通孔,所述安装通孔用于收容所述摄像头模组;所述背光模组和所述显示面板之间设置有第一油墨层;所述显示面板和所述盖板之间设置有第二油墨层;所述第一油墨层及所述第二油墨层相互配合以阻挡所述显示面板和所述背光模组朝向所述摄像头模组漏光。

本申请还提供一种屏幕组件,所述屏幕组件包括背光模组、显示面板、盖板和摄像头模组;所述盖板具有显示区,所述背光模组、所述显示面板及所述摄像头模组对应所述显示区设置;所述背光模组上设有安装通孔,所述安装通孔用于收容所述摄像头模组;所述屏幕组件还包括第一油墨层及第二油墨层,所述第一油墨层用于阻挡所述背光模组及所述显示面板朝向所述摄像头模组漏光,所述第二油墨层用于阻挡所述显示面板朝向所述摄像头模组漏光。
本申请还提供一种电子设备,所述电子设备包括如上所述的屏幕组件。

请一并参阅图1(a)和图1(b),图1(a)是本申请实施例一提供的一种屏幕组件的结构示意图。图1(b)是图1(a)中区域A的放大视图的结构示意图。在本实施例中,所述屏幕组件10包括背光模组100、显示面板200和盖板300及摄像头模组400;所述盖板300、所述显示面板200及所述背光模组100依次层叠设置,所述背光模组100上设有安装通孔100A,所述安装通孔100A用于收容所述摄像头模组400;所述背光模组100和所述显示面板200之间设置有第一油墨层510;所述显示面板200和所述盖板300之间设置有第二油墨层520;所述第一油墨层510及所述第二油墨层520相互配合以阻挡所述显示面板200和所述背光模组100朝向所述摄像头模组400漏光。
其中,显示面板200为液晶显示面板。所述摄像头模组400为前置摄像头。
其中,所述第一油墨层510和第二油墨层520用于遮挡光线的传输。
可选的,在本实施方式中,所述第一油墨层510开设有第一通孔510A,所述摄像头模组400部分穿过所述第一通孔510A,且与所述第一通孔510A的边沿贴合。具体的,当所述第一油墨层510的第一通孔510A的边沿贴合所述摄像头模组400时,可以充分遮挡背光模组100朝向所述摄像头模组400的漏光。
可选的,所述第二油墨层520开设有第二通孔520A,所述第二通孔520A与所述第一通孔510A正对。进一步的,所述第二通孔520A的孔径h1大于所述第一通孔510A的孔径h2。
具体的,由于摄像头模组400是对称结构,当所述第二通孔520A与所述第一通孔510A对准时,一方面可以确保所述第二通孔520A与所述第一通孔510A未遮挡外界光线进入所述摄像头模组400,使得摄像头模组400具有更好的拍摄视角,另一方面,可以将第一油墨层510和第二油墨层520做的更小,有助于减小第一油墨层510和第二油墨层520占据显示面板200的比例,进而有助于提高 屏幕组件10的屏占比。

可选的,在一较佳实施方式中,所述第一油墨层510在所述盖板300上的投影为第一投影区域,所述第二油墨层520在所述盖板300上的投影为第二投影区域,所述第一投影区域及所述第二投影区域部分重叠。
具体的,当所述第一投影区域和所述第二投影区域至少部分重叠时,一方面可以确保将第一油墨层510和第二油墨层520底下的部分全部遮挡住,实现屏幕组件10美观整洁的效果;另一方面,所述第一油墨层510和第二油墨层520相互配合可以减少所述显示面板200和所述背光模组100朝向所述摄像头模组400的漏光,从而有助于提高摄像头模组400的拍摄效果。
可选的,所述第一油墨层510的厚度大于所述第二油墨层520的厚度。

可选的,在又一种实施方式中,所述第二油墨层520设置在所述盖板300邻近所述显示面板200的表面,即所述第二油墨层520涂覆在所述盖板300上,一方面用于遮挡所述显示面板200和所述背光模组100朝向所述摄像头模组400的漏光,另一方面,用于阻挡所述显示面板200、所述背光模组100以及所述摄像头模组400反射出来的光线穿过所述盖板300,当所述显示面板200、所述背光模组100以及所述摄像头模组400反射出来的光线穿过所述盖板300进入用户的眼睛时,用户就能够看到屏幕组件10的内部结构,不利用屏幕组件10的美观性以及外观一致性。

其中,光学透明胶600(Optically ClearAdhesive,OCA)是一种用于胶结透明光学元件的特种粘胶剂。其具有高清澈度、高透光性(全光穿透率>99%)、高黏着力、高耐候、耐水性、耐高温、抗紫外线等优点。OCA就是具有光学透明的一层特种无基材的双面胶,将光学透明胶600设置在盖板300和显示面板200之间,一方面将盖板300和显示面板200固定连接,另一方面可以起到密封的作用,用于对所述显示面板200起到防水防尘保护。

请参阅图7,图7是本申请实施例七提供的一种屏幕组件的结构示意图。在本实施例中,所述屏幕组件10包括背光模组100、显示面板200、盖板300和摄像头模组400;所述盖板300具有显示区300A,所述背光模组100、所述显示面板200及所述摄像头模组400对应所述显示区300A设置;所述背光模组100上设有安装通孔100A,所述安装通孔100A用于收容所述摄像头模组400;所述屏幕组件10还包括第一油墨层510及第二油墨层520,所述第一油墨层510用于阻挡所述背光模组100及所述显示面板200朝向所述摄像头模组400漏光,所述第二油墨层520用于阻挡所述显示面板200朝向所述摄像头模组400漏光。
其中,显示面板200为液晶显示面板。所述摄像头模组400为前置摄像头。
具体的,在本实施例中,将所述背光模组100和所述摄像头模组400设置在显示面板200的显示区300A,将第一油墨层510设置在所述背光模组100和所述显示面板200之间,且位于所述显示面板200的显示区300A,因此,可以将显示面板200的非显示区300A做的更窄,从而可以实现屏幕组件10 的大屏占比。且进一步的,所述第一油墨层510用于遮挡背光模组100内无需被用户看到的结构,有助于提升屏幕组件10的美观性;另一方面,所述第一油墨层510用于遮挡所述显示面板200和所述背光模组100朝向所述摄像头模组400漏光,从而有助于增大所述摄像头模组400的拍摄视角,且进一步的,当第一油墨层510位于显示面板200的显示区300A时,有助于提升屏幕组件10的屏占比。且所述第二油墨层520用于遮挡所述显示面板200和所述背光模组100朝向所述摄像头模组400的漏光,且所述第二油墨层520还用于遮挡所述显示面板200和所述背光模组100的内部结构,从而有助于获得所述摄像头模组400更好的拍摄视角,提升摄像头模组400的拍摄性能;且可以避免显示面板200和背光模组100的内部结构透过盖板300被用户看见,影响屏幕组件10的外观一致性。且进一步的,本申请的技术方案有助于提升屏幕组件10的屏占比。
请参阅图8,图8是本申请实施例八提供的一种屏幕组件的结构示意图。实施例八的结构与实施例七的结构基本相同,不同之处在于,在本实施例中,所述显示面板200包括相对设置的阵列基板210和彩膜基板220以及设置在所述阵列基板210和所述彩膜基板220之间的液晶层230,所述显示面板200还包括第一偏光片240和第二偏光片250,所述第一偏光片240设置在所述彩膜基板220远离所述阵列基板210的一侧,所述第二偏光片250设置在所述阵列基板210远离所述彩膜基板220的一侧,所述第二油墨层520正对至少部分所述第一偏光片240以及所述第二偏光片250设置。
具体的,在实施例中,所述第二油墨层520覆盖部分所述第一偏光片240和所述第二偏光片250。一方面可以遮挡所述第一偏光片240和所述第二偏光片250朝向所述摄像头模组400的漏光,从而有助于提升摄像头模组400的拍摄效果。另一方面,所述第二油墨层520用于遮挡所述显示面板200和所述背光模组100反射出来的光线穿过所述盖板300,当所述显示面板200和所述背光模组100反射出来的光线穿过所述盖板300,进入用户的眼睛时,用户就可以看到所述显示面板200和所述背光模组100的内部结构,从而影响屏幕组件10的美观性和外观一致性。
请参阅图9,图9是本申请实施例九提供的一种屏幕组件的结构示意图。 实施例九的结构与实施例八的结构基本相同,不同之处在于,在本实施例中,所述显示面板200还包括像素电极260和公共电极270,所述像素电极260设置在所述阵列基板210邻近所述彩膜基板220的表面,所述公共电极270设置在所述彩膜基板220邻近所述像素电极260的表面,所述第二油墨层520正对至少部分所述像素电极260以及所述公共电极270设置。
具体的,在实施例中,所述第二油墨层520覆盖部分所述像素电极260以及所述公共电极270。一方面可以遮挡所述像素电极260以及所述公共电极270朝向所述摄像头模组400的漏光,从而有助于提升摄像头模组400的拍摄效果。另一方面,所述第二油墨层520用于遮挡所述显示面板200和所述背光模组100反射出来的光线穿过所述盖板300,当所述显示面板200和所述背光模组100反射出来的光线穿过所述盖板300,进入用户的眼睛时,用户就可以看到所述显示面板200和所述背光模组100的内部结构,从而影响屏幕组件10的美观性和外观一致性。
请参阅图10,图10是本申请实施例一提供的一种电子设备的结构示意图。所述电子设备1包括如上任意实施例提供的屏幕组件10。
可选的,所述电子设备1可以是任何具备拍摄功能的设备。例如:平板电脑、手机、电子阅读器、遥控器、个人计算机(Personal Computer,PC)、笔记本电脑、车载设备、网络电视、可穿戴设备等具有拍摄功能的智能设备。
请参阅图11,图11是本申请实施例二提供的一种电子设备的结构示意图。实施例二的结构与实施例一的结构基本相同,不同之处在于,在本实施例中,所述电子设备1还包括前壳800,所述前壳800用于对所述屏幕组件10进行承载,所述前壳800与所述显示面板200分别位于所述背光模组100的相对两面,所述前壳800上对应所述安装通孔100A的位置开设有收容腔800A,所述收容腔800A用于收容所述摄像头模组400,以对所述摄像头模组400进行限位。
其中,所述前壳800为所述电子设备1的中框。所述前壳800开设有收容腔800A,所述收容腔800A正对所述安装通孔100A的位置设置,所述收容腔800A用于收容所述摄像头模组400,以对所述摄像头模组400进行限位。本技术方案通过在前壳800上开设收容腔800A,以对所述摄像头模组400形成 限位,从而无需设计复杂的机械结构来对摄像头模组400进行固定,有助于降低成本。
请参阅图12,图12是本申请实施例三提供的一种电子设备的结构示意图。实施例三的结构与实施例二的结构基本相同,不同之处在于,在本实施例中,所述电子设备1还包括密封层900,所述摄像头模组400包括外壳410以及收容于所述外壳410内的光学元件420,所述密封层900设置在所述背光模组100和所述前壳800之间,所述密封层900贴合所述外壳410设置,用于对所述摄像头模组400的光学元件420形成密封保护。
可选的,所述密封层900可以为防水泡棉,所述密封层900用于对所述电子设备1进行防水防尘保护,有助于延长所述电子设备1的使用寿命。且进一步的,所述密封层900除了用于防水、防尘和密封以外,还用于制震、吸音和缓冲等,可以避免摄像头模组400产生不必要的震荡,且可以吸收电子设备1内部产生的噪音,对电子设备1进行缓冲保护等。
以上所述,仅为本申请的具体实施方式,但本申请的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本申请揭露的技术范围内,可轻易的想到各种等效的修改或替换,这些修改或替换都应涵盖在本申请的保护范围之内。因此,本申请的保护范围应以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种屏幕组件,其特征在于,所述屏幕组件包括背光模组、显示面板和盖板及摄像头模组;所述盖板、所述显示面板及所述背光模组依次层叠设置,所述背光模组上设有安装通孔,所述安装通孔用于收容所述摄像头模组;所述背光模组和所述显示面板之间设置有第一油墨层;所述显示面板和所述盖板之间设置有第二油墨层;所述第一油墨层及所述第二油墨层相互配合以阻挡所述显示面板和所述背光模组朝向所述摄像头模组漏光。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的屏幕组件,其特征在于,所述第一油墨层开设有第一通孔,所述摄像头模组部分穿过所述第一通孔,且与所述第一通孔的边沿贴合。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的屏幕组件,其特征在于,所述第二油墨层开设有第二通孔,所述第二通孔与所述第一通孔正对。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的屏幕组件,其特征在于,所述第二通孔的孔径大于所述第一通孔的孔径。
  5. 如权利要求1~4任一项所述的屏幕组件,其特征在于,所述第一油墨层在所述盖板上的投影为第一投影区域,所述第二油墨层在所述盖板上的投影为第二投影区域,所述第一投影区域及所述第二投影区域部分重叠。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的屏幕组件,其特征在于,所述第一油墨层的厚度大于所述第二油墨层的厚度。
  7. 如权利要求5或6任一项所述的屏幕组件,其特征在于,所述显示面板包括相对设置的阵列基板和彩膜基板以及设置在所述阵列基板和所述彩膜基板之间的液晶层,所述显示面板还包括第一偏光片和第二偏光片,所述第一偏光片设置在所述彩膜基板远离所述阵列基板的一侧,所述第二偏光片设置在所述阵列基板远离所述彩膜基板的一侧,所述第二油墨层正对至少部分所述第一偏光片以及所述第二偏光片设置。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的屏幕组件,其特征在于,所述显示面板还包括像素电极和公共电极,所述像素电极设置在所述阵列基板邻近所述彩膜基板的表面,所述公共电极设置在所述彩膜基板邻近所述像素电极的表面,所述第二油墨层 正对至少部分所述像素电极以及所述公共电极设置。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的屏幕组件,其特征在于,所述显示面板还包括金属走线,所述金属走线与所述像素电极电连接,用于给所述像素电极提供信号,所述第二油墨层正对部分所述金属走线。
  10. 如权利要求7~9任一项所述的屏幕组件,其特征在于,所述显示面板与所述盖板之间设置有光学透明胶,所述光学透明胶用于将所述盖板和所述显示面板固定连接。
  11. 如权利要求5或6任一项所述的屏幕组件,其特征在于,所述背光模组包括导光板及塑胶圈,所述导光板开设第一贯孔,所述塑胶圈收容于所述第一贯孔内,所述塑胶圈开设有第三通孔,所述第三通孔构成所述安装通孔,所述第三通孔与所述摄像头模组之间采用间隙配合。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的屏幕组件,其特征在于,所述第一油墨层正对部分所述塑胶圈。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的屏幕组件,其特征在于,所述背光模组还包括金属框,所述金属框包括支撑环,所述支撑环收容于所述第一贯孔内,所述塑胶圈与所述支撑环固定连接,所述塑胶圈收容于所述第一贯孔内,所述塑胶圈的开孔作为所述安装通孔,所述塑胶圈及所述支撑环相互配合以对所述摄像头模组进行限位。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的屏幕组件,其特征在于,所述金属框还包括支撑板,所述支撑环凸出于所述支撑板的表面,所述金属框开设第二贯孔,所述第二贯孔贯穿所述支撑板及所述支撑环,所述支撑板用于承载所述导光板。
  15. 一种屏幕组件,其特征在于,所述屏幕组件包括背光模组、显示面板、盖板和摄像头模组;所述盖板具有显示区,所述背光模组、所述显示面板及所述摄像头模组对应所述显示区设置;所述背光模组上设有安装通孔,所述安装通孔用于收容所述摄像头模组;所述屏幕组件还包括第一油墨层及第二油墨层,所述第一油墨层用于阻挡所述背光模组及所述显示面板朝向所述摄像头模组漏光,所述第二油墨层用于阻挡所述显示面板朝向所述摄像头模组漏光。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的屏幕组件,其特征在于,所述显示面板包括相对设置的阵列基板和彩膜基板以及设置在所述阵列基板和所述彩膜基板之间的 液晶层,所述显示面板还包括第一偏光片和第二偏光片,所述第一偏光片设置在所述彩膜基板远离所述阵列基板的一侧,所述第二偏光片设置在所述阵列基板远离所述彩膜基板的一侧,所述第二油墨层正对至少部分所述第一偏光片以及所述第二偏光片设置。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的屏幕组件,其特征在于,所述显示面板还包括像素电极和公共电极,所述像素电极设置在所述阵列基板邻近所述彩膜基板的表面,所述公共电极设置在所述彩膜基板邻近所述像素电极的表面,所述第二油墨层正对至少部分所述像素电极以及所述公共电极设置。
  18. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备包括权利要求1~14或者15~17任一项所述的屏幕组件。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备还包括前壳,所述前壳用于对所述屏幕组件进行承载,所述前壳与所述显示面板分别位于所述背光模组的相对两面,所述前壳上对应所述安装通孔的位置开设有收容腔,所述收容腔用于收容所述摄像头模组,以对所述摄像头模组进行限位。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备还包括密封层,所述摄像头模组包括外壳以及收容于所述外壳内的光学元件,所述密封层设置在所述背光模组和所述前壳之间,所述密封层贴合所述外壳设置,用于对所述摄像头模组的光学元件形成密封保护。
