具体实施方式
参见各附图所示,本发明的多功能餐椅,其包括具有餐椅工作状态的餐椅架,该餐椅架包括自前向后逐渐向上倾斜延伸的前支架1、自后向前逐渐向上倾斜延伸的后支架2,以及设置于前支架1上的座位机构3。后支架2的上部连接在前支架1上并与前支架1共同撑立于地面,前支架1包括分设于左右两侧的两根前支杆11,以及固设于两根前支杆11之 间的滑板12。该滑板12具有滑板正面与滑板反面,座位机构3位于滑板正面的前侧。
该餐椅架还具有滑梯工作状态,当餐椅架处于滑梯工作状态时,滑板正面与滑板反面这两者中的一者朝上设置而构成滑梯面,前支架1的上下两端部中,一个端部支撑于地面,另一个端部通过座位机构3和/或后支架2支撑于地面,该多功能餐椅转换为滑梯而可供儿童玩耍使用。
下面结合附图和具体实施例来对本发明的技术方案作进一步的阐述。以下及以上关于前后方向的定义,均是按照该多功能餐椅作为餐椅使用时儿童使用该餐椅时观察到的前后方向进行参考定义的。
实施例1
参见图1至图6所示,该多功能餐椅的餐椅架中,后支架2的上部通过第一轴4枢轴连接在前支架1上,第一轴4的轴心线沿水平左右方向延伸。具体地,后支架2包括分设于左右两侧的两根后支杆21,以及固设于两侧后支杆21之间的后横杆22,后横杆22为一根或为沿上下方向间隔设置的多根。餐椅架的左右各侧上,后支杆21通过第一轴4枢轴连接在同侧的前支杆11上,后支杆21与前支杆11之间还设有用于将两者锁定的锁定结构。
这样,当餐椅架处于餐椅工作状态时,参见图1、图2所示,后支架2在前支架1的后侧下方形成支撑,滑板12的滑板正面朝前且滑板反面朝后,后支杆21下端支撑于地面的支撑点位于滑板反面的后方,滑板正面上部构成靠背而供就坐在座位机构3上的儿童倚靠;当需要将餐椅架转换为滑梯工作状态时,参见图3、图4所示,先将餐椅架翻转倒置,使得前支架1的前侧下端部与座位机构3的前部共同支撑于地面,使得滑板正面朝下而滑板反面朝上,然后解除后支架2与前支架1之间的锁定,并将后支架2绕第一轴4翻转至滑板正面的前侧,亦即将后支架2翻转至与座位机构3位于滑板12的同一侧,再将锁定结构重新锁定,使得后支架2固定支撑在前支架1的上部与地面之间,如图5、图6所示。
该滑梯工作状态下,滑板12的滑板反面即构成滑梯面,后支架2同时构成供儿童攀爬使用的爬梯。儿童在使用该滑梯时,通过后支架2上的一根或多根后横杆22攀爬,然后顺着滑板反面构成的滑梯面滑下,获取滑梯玩耍乐趣。
本实施例中,每侧的后支杆21均包括自后向前逐渐向上倾斜延伸的后杆体21a、固设于后杆体21a上部并自前向后向上倾斜延伸的杆接头21b,杆接头21b的上端部通过第一轴4枢轴连接在前支杆11上,锁定结构设于杆接头21b的下端部与前支杆11之间。这样,无论餐椅架处于餐椅工作状态或是滑梯工作状态,杆接头21b的延伸方向与前支杆11的延伸方向基本一致,使得餐椅架的外观较为美观,同时也使得锁定结构的设置更加的方便。
参见附图1至6所示,本实施例中,后杆体21a的上部向上延伸形成一扶手部21c,该扶手部21c与杆接头21b之间呈一夹角,当餐椅架处于滑梯工作状态时,扶手部21c至少有部分高出滑梯面,使得儿童在攀爬后支架2构成的爬梯,以及儿童在滑梯面的顶部位置处做好下滑准备时双手能够握持,方便儿童攀爬使用。
参见图3、图4及图7所示,本实施例中,锁定结构包括滑动地设于杆接头21b上的锁销5,以及提供锁销5弹性复位力的复位弹簧51;前支杆11上具有一下一上分布的第一锁孔11a与第二锁孔11b,当餐椅架处于餐椅工作状态时,两侧后支杆21上的锁销5对应地插设在两侧前支杆11的第一锁孔11a中;当餐椅架处于滑梯工作状态时,两侧后支杆21上的锁销5则对应地插设在两侧的第二锁孔11b中。解锁操作时,仅需同时将两侧的锁销5向外拉出即可,操作十分的方便。
参图1、图2所示,前支架1上,两侧前支杆11的后部均向后凸出于滑板反面,当餐椅架处于滑梯工作状态时,如图5、图6所示,两侧的前支杆11与滑板反面之间形成一滑道,两侧前支杆11在该滑道的左右两侧形成限位,提供儿童从滑梯面滑落时的导向,以提高滑梯使用安全性。
参见各附图所示,本实施例中,座位机构3包括分别沿前后方向延伸的餐盘31与座板32,以及连接在餐盘31前部与座板32的前部之间的护胯33,该护胯33沿上下方向延伸并位于餐盘31与座板32的中部,以供儿童坐立在座板32上时其两腿分设于护胯33的左右两侧。本实施例中,餐盘31与座板32的后部两侧分别固定地连接在对应侧的前支杆11上。
本实施例中,当餐椅架处于滑梯工作状态时,由前支架1、座位机构3和后支架2共同支撑在地面上,使得餐椅架作为滑梯使用时更加的稳定可靠。其中,座位机构3中,餐盘31的前端部位于座板32前端部的前方,这样座位机构3中可仅由餐盘31提供支撑,也可由餐盘31与座板32共同支撑于地面。
在其他的某些实施方式中,当餐椅架转换为滑梯工作状态时,也可以使得座位机构3脱离地面而仅由后支架2形成支撑,还可以将座位机构3从前支架3上拆离,具体地,参见图8至图11所示,在该实施方式中,座位机构3中餐盘31的后部与座板32的后部分别可拆卸地连接在两侧的前支杆11上。在将餐椅架转换为滑梯工作状态后,按照如图8、图9的方式将座位机构3拆离,形成如图10、图11所示的滑梯。当然,具体操作时,也可以先将座位机构3从前支架1上拆离,然后再翻转后支架2而使其在滑梯工作状态下对前支架1形成支撑。
实施例2
参见图12至图15所示,该多功能餐椅的餐椅架与实施例1的餐椅架相比,主要区别在于后支架2的设置及转换为滑梯工作状态时的转换及使用方式的不同,具体地:
该餐椅架上,后支架2包括分设于左右两侧的两个后支杆21,餐椅架的左右各侧上,后支杆21与前支杆11相互交叉且在交叉处通过第二轴6枢轴连接,后支杆21的上部固定地连接在座板32上,此处,座板32的前端部与后支杆21的上端部之间设有可拆卸连接结构7,以用于餐椅工作状态下后支杆21的锁定。
这样,当餐椅架处于餐椅工作状态时,两个后支杆21分别在前支架1的后侧下方形成支撑,如图12、图13所示;当需要将餐椅架转换为滑梯工作状态时,参见图14所示,先将前支架1连同座位机构3一起翻转倒置,使得滑板反面朝上,且前支架1的前侧下端部与座位机构3共同支撑于地面,然后解除后支杆21上部与座板32之间的锁定,继而驱使后支杆21绕第二轴6朝向前支杆11翻转收拢,使得两侧的后支杆21分别与对应侧的前支杆11收拢在一起,如图15所示。
在这里,收拢后的后支杆21高出前支杆11的上部,从而在上部滑道两侧进一步形成对儿童左右两侧的防护,提高滑梯的使用安全系数。
在其他的某些实施例中,还可以直接将后支架2拆离,由前支架1与座位机构3共同构成滑梯。
实施例3
参见图16至图19所示,该多功能餐椅的餐椅架与实施例1的餐椅架相比,主要区别也是在于后支架2的设置及转换为滑梯工作状态时的转换及使用方式的不同,具体地:
该餐椅架上,后支架2包括分设于左右两侧的两个后支杆21,以及固设于两侧后支杆21之间的后横杆22,后横杆22为一根或为沿上下方向间隔设置的多根。餐椅架的左右各侧上,后支杆21与前支杆11之间相互交叉且在交叉处通过可拆卸连接结构8予以连接,后支杆21的上部则与座板32的前端部之间通过可拆卸连接结构9予以连接。
当将餐椅架由餐椅工作状态转换为滑梯工作状态时,参见图18所示,先将餐椅架翻转倒置,使得前支架1的前侧下端部与座位机构3的前部共同支撑于地面,使得滑板正面朝下而滑板反面朝上,然后将后支架2从前支架1与座位机构3上拆卸下来,继而将后支架2一端支撑于地面,另一端固定地安装连接至前支架1的上端部上,形成前支架1上端部与地面之间的固定支撑,同时还构成供儿童使用滑梯时的爬梯,如图19所示。
综上,本发明的多功能餐椅,其部件数量少,结构简洁,在满足餐椅使用功能之 外,还能够通过简单快速的转换而作为儿童滑梯使用,这极大地丰富了儿童餐椅的使用功能,使得该多功能餐椅的使用年龄段被拉长,延长了该多功能餐椅的使用周期。
上述实施例只为说明本发明的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人士能够了解本发明的内容并据以实施,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围。凡根据本发明精神实质所作的等效变化或修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种多功能餐椅,包括具有餐椅工作状态的餐椅架,其特征在于:所述餐椅架包括自前向后向上倾延伸的前支架、自后向前向上倾延伸的后支架,以及设置于所述前支架上的座位机构,所述后支架的上部连接在所述前支架上并与所述前支架共同撑立于地面,所述前支架包括分设于左右两侧的两根前支杆,以及固设于两侧所述前支杆之间的滑板,所述滑板具有滑板正面与滑板反面,所述座位机构位于所述滑板正面的前侧;
    所述餐椅架还具有滑梯工作状态,当所述餐椅架处于滑梯工作状态时,所述滑板正面与所述滑板反面这两者中的一者朝上设置而构成滑梯面,所述前支架的上下两端部中,其中一个端部支撑于地面,另一个端部通过所述座位机构和/或所述后支架支撑于地面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能餐椅,其特征在于:当所述餐椅架处于滑梯工作状态时,所述前支架的下端部支撑于地面,所述前支架的上端部通过所述座位机构和/或所述后支架支撑于地面,所述滑板反面朝上而构成所述的滑梯面。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的多功能餐椅,其特征在于:所述后支架通过第一轴枢轴连接在所述前支架上,所述第一轴的轴心线沿水平左右方向延伸,当所述餐椅架处于所述餐椅工作状态时,所述后支架在所述前支架的后侧下方形成支撑;当所述餐椅架处于所述滑梯工作状态时,所述后支架绕所述第一轴翻转至所述滑板正面的前侧并支撑在所述前支架的上部与地面之间。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的多功能餐椅,其特征在于:所述后支架包括分设于左右两侧的两个后支杆,所述后支杆包括自后向前上倾延伸的后杆体与固设于所述后杆体上部并自前向后上倾延伸的杆接头,所述杆接头的上端部通过所述第一轴枢轴连接在同侧的所述前支杆上,所述杆接头与所述前支杆之间还设有用于将两者锁定的锁定结构。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的多功能餐椅,其特征在于:所述后杆体的上部向上延伸形成一扶手部,所述扶手部与所述杆接头之间呈一夹角,当所述餐椅架处于所述滑梯工作状态时,所述扶手部至少有部分高出所述滑梯面。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的多功能餐椅,其特征在于:所述后支架包括分设于左右两侧的两个后支杆,所述后支杆通过第二轴枢轴连接在同侧的所述前支杆上,当所述餐椅架处于所述餐椅工作状态时,两个所述后支杆分别在所述前支架的后侧下方形成支撑;当所述餐椅架处于所述滑梯工作状态时,所述座位机构支撑于地面,所述后支杆绕所述第二轴翻转并与所述前支杆相互收拢。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的多功能餐椅,其特征在于:所述座位机构包括座板、位于所述座板上方的餐盘,以及连接在所述餐盘前部与所述座板前部之间的护胯,当所述餐椅架处于所述餐椅工作状态时,所述餐椅架左右各侧上,所述前支杆与所述后支杆相互交叉且在交叉处 通过所述第二轴枢轴连接,所述后支杆的上部可拆卸地固定连接在所述座板上。
  8. 根据权利要求2至7任一项所述的多功能餐椅,其特征在于:所述前支杆的后部向后凸出于所述滑板反面,当所述餐椅架处于滑梯工作状态时,两侧的所述前支杆与所述滑板反面之间形成一滑道。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能餐椅,其特征在于:所述后支架包括分设于左右两侧的两根后支杆、连接在两侧所述后支杆之间的后横杆,所述后横杆有一根或者沿上下方向间隔设置的多根,当所述餐椅架处于所述滑梯工作状态时,所述后支架撑立在所述前支架与地面之间而构成爬梯。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的多功能餐椅,其特征在于:当所述餐椅架处于所述滑梯工作状态时,所述后支杆的上部至少有部分高出所述滑梯面而构成扶手部。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能餐椅,其特征在于:所述座位机构可拆卸地连接在所述前支架上,当所述餐椅架处于所述滑梯工作状态时,所述座位机构从所述前支架上拆离,所述后支架支撑在所述前支架与地面之间;
    或者,所述后支架可拆卸地与所述前支架连接,当所述餐椅架处于所述滑梯工作状态时,所述后支架从所述前支架上拆离,所述座位机构支撑在所述前支架与地面之间。
  12. 根据权利要求1至7、9至11任一项所述的多功能餐椅,其特征在于:所述座位机构包括座板、位于所述座板上方的餐盘,以及连接在所述餐盘前部与所述座板前部之间的护胯,所述座板的后部与所述餐盘的后部分别连接在所述前支架上,所述餐盘的前端部位于所述座板的前方。
  13. 根据权利要求1或2所述的多功能餐椅,其特征在于:所述后支架可拆卸地与所述前支架连接,所述餐椅架在所述餐椅工作状态与所述滑梯工作状态下,所述后支架连接在所述前支架的不同位置处。
