优选地,所述第一固定结构与所述底座底面和所述底座侧壁均固定连接。
第一固定结构不仅与底座底面固定连接,同时还和底座侧壁固定连接,底座底面和底座侧壁同时为洗涤电机提供支撑和固定,将第一固定结构的振动传递至整个底座,进一步增强了对洗涤电机的支撑强度,更有利于降低电机运行时产生的振动,减小洗碗机机身的整体晃动程度;同时由于第一固定结构同时与底座底面和底座侧壁固定连接,在生产搬运过程中也更不容易发生损坏。
优选地,所述第一固定结构包括固定设于所述洗碗机底座上的插装槽,和适于与所述插装槽插装连接的安装支架,所述洗涤电机设于所述安装支架上,所述插装槽具有与所述底座底面和所述底座侧壁均固定连接的槽壁。
洗涤电机设于安装支架上,安装支架与插装槽插装连接,洗涤电机与洗碗机底座的组装更加方便快捷,槽壁和与其抵靠的安装支架的接触面积大,限位能力更强,支撑更稳定;插装槽具有与底座底面和底座侧壁都固定连接的槽壁,这种槽壁能够将安装支架的振动传递给底座底面和底座侧壁,为安装支架提供稳定支撑。
优选地,所述底座侧壁构成所述插装槽的部分槽壁。底座侧壁直接构成插装槽的部分槽壁,结构简化,无需其它中间部件传递,安装支架的振动可直接传递给底座侧壁,对振动的吸收更加直接。
优选地,所述安装支架适于插入所述插装槽内的固定端上设有凸出设置的弹性支撑件,所述弹性支撑件适于与其所对应的所述槽壁弹性抵靠。
优选地,弹性支撑件的设置为插装槽与安装支架之间的作用力提供了一定缓冲作用,弹性支撑件自身能够吸收安装支架的部分振动。
优选地,所述插装槽包括与所述底座侧壁相对设置的第一限位壁,及连接于所述第一限位壁与所述底座侧壁之间的第二限位壁,所述第一限位壁和/或所述第二限位壁的底部与所述底座底面固定连接;所述固定端适于与所述底座侧壁相抵靠,所述弹性支撑件适于与所述第一限位壁和/或所述第二限位壁弹性抵靠。
第一限位壁通过第二限位壁与底座侧壁连接,第一限位壁和/或第二限位壁还与底座底面连接,安装支架的固定端与底座侧壁相抵靠,弹性支撑件与第一限位壁和/或所述第二限位壁弹性抵靠,使得插装槽能够为固定端弹性支撑,允许弹性支撑件吸收部分振动。
优选地,所述第一限位壁在所述底座底面上的投影呈L型,所述第一限位壁的一个壁面适于与所述弹性支撑件相抵靠。第一限位壁呈L型设置,其中一个壁面与弹性支撑件相抵靠,另一个壁面沿抵靠方向设置,有利于抵消振动,加强第一限位壁对弹性支撑件的支撑强度。
优选地,所述底座侧壁上还设置有用于限制所述固定端沿平行于所述底座侧壁的水平方向上的自由量的第一限位结构。需要说明的是,第一限位结构也可以设置于底座底面上。
优选地,所述第一限位结构为固定设于所述底座侧壁上的一对限位条,所述固定端适于伸入一对所述限位条之间,所述限位条的底端与所述底座底面固定连接。
优选地,所述固定组件还包括第二固定结构,所述洗涤电机通过所述第二固定结构挂装于所述安装支架的自由端,所述第二固定结构具有弹性形变量。由于第二固定结构具有弹性形变量,当电机运行产生振动时,能够吸收部分振动,减少振动向安装支架的传递;安装支架的自由端自身能够作一定的弹性浮动,进一步减少振动向洗碗机底座的传递。
优选地,所述第二固定结构为弹性块,所述弹性块上开设有适于插入所述安装支架的自由端的第一插槽,和适于插入所述洗涤电机的连接部的第二插槽。弹性块结构简单,安装支架的自由端和洗涤电机的连接部分别插入弹性块中,即可将洗涤电机安装在安装支架上。
优选地,所述第一插槽位于所述第二插槽上方,所述弹性块上还开设有至少一个通孔,所述通孔位于所述第一插槽和所述第二插槽之间。通孔设于第一插槽和第二插槽之间,能够利用通孔的自身变形进一步吸收电机的振动,减少第一插槽的形变剧烈程度,从而缓解安装支架的振动。
优选地,所述安装支架的自由端设有防止所述弹性块与所述安装支架发生相对滑动的第二限位结构。
优选地,所述第二限位结构包括设于所述安装支架的自由端上、并沿所述安装支架的自由端延伸方向间隔设置的一对限位凸块,所述第二固定结构设于一对所述限位凸块之间。
一种洗碗机,包括上述洗涤电机的安装结构。这种洗碗机在运行时,机身晃动小,有利于洗碗机各部件的正常使用,延长洗碗机的使用寿命。

实施例一
如图1-6所示,本实施例提供的洗碗机洗涤电机18的安装结构,包括:洗碗机底座1,具有底座底面2和设于所述底座底面2上的底座侧壁3;固定组件,包括固定设于所述洗碗机底座1上的第一固定结构,所述第一固定结构与所述底座底面2固定连接;洗涤电机18,设置于所述第一固定结构上。
洗涤电机18设置于第一固定结构上,由于第一固定结构设置在洗碗机底座1的底面上,相较于底座侧壁3而言,底座底面2的结构强度更高,能够为洗涤电机18提供更加稳固的支撑和固定,更好地吸收电机运行时产生的振动,降低洗碗机机身的整体晃动程度,延长洗碗机的使用寿命;并且,当第一固定结构悬空设置在底座侧壁3上,洗涤电机18的重量都集中在悬空的第一固定结构上,对第一固定结构的结构强度要求更高,在生产搬运过程中第一固定结构更容易发生损坏,而第一固定结构设置在底座底面2上,则将洗涤电机18的重量合理分配给了底座底面2,对第一固定结构的结构强度要求降低,且第一固定结构在生产搬运过程中也不易发生损坏。
进一步地,第一固定结构与所述底座底面2和所述底座侧壁3均固定连接。第一固定结构不仅与底座底面2固定连接,同时还和底座侧壁3固定连接,底座底面2和底座侧壁3同时为洗涤电机18提供支撑和固定,将第一固定结构的振动传递至整个底座,进一步增强了对洗涤电机18的支撑强度,更有利于降低电机运行时产生的振动,减小洗碗机机身的整体晃动程度;同时由于第一固定结构同时与底座底面2和底座侧壁3固定连接,在生产搬运过程中也更不容易发生损坏。
再进一步地,第一固定结构包括固定设于所述洗碗机底座1上的插装槽4,和适于与所述插装槽4插装连接的安装支架7,所述洗涤电机18设于所述安装支架7上,底座侧壁3构成所述插装槽4的部分槽壁,并且插装槽4还具有与所述底座底面2和所述底座侧壁3均固定连接的槽壁,洗涤电机18设于安装支架7上,安装支架7与插装槽4插装连接,洗涤电机18与洗碗机底座1的组装更加方便快捷,槽壁和与其抵靠的安装支架7的接触面积大,限位能力更强,支撑更稳定;插装槽4具有与底座底面2和底座侧壁3都固定连接的槽壁,这种槽壁能够将安装支架7的振动传递给底座底面2和底座侧壁3,为安装支架7提供稳定支撑。
具体地,如图3-4所示,安装支架7呈倒L型设置,包括插入插装槽4的固定端8,和悬空的自由端9,洗涤电机18设于自由端9上;插装槽4包括底座侧壁3,与所述底座侧壁3相对设置的两个第一限位壁5,及分别连接于两个所述第一限位壁5与所述底座侧 壁3之间的两个第二限位壁6,所述第一限位壁5和所述第二限位壁6的底部均与所述底座底面2固定连接;第一限位壁5、第二限位壁6、底座侧壁3和底座底面2围成插装槽4,所述固定端8伸入插装槽4与所述底座侧壁3相抵靠;固定端8上还设有凸出设置的弹性支撑件10,固定端8伸入插装槽4后,所述弹性支撑件10与所述第一限位壁5和所述第二限位壁6同时弹性抵靠。
具体地,弹性支撑件10为具有一定形变量的塑料件,设置于固定端8朝向第一限位壁5的侧面上,沿固定端8的延伸方向设置,其横截面呈L型,共两个,每个弹性支撑件10的一侧边与固定端8连接,另一侧外翻设置,且外翻的一侧分别通过其壁面和侧边与第一限位壁5和第二限位壁6相抵。第一限位壁5通过第二限位壁6与底座侧壁3连接,第一限位壁5和第二限位壁6还与底座底面2连接,安装支架7的固定端8与底座侧壁3相抵靠,弹性支撑件10与第一限位壁5和所述第二限位壁6弹性抵靠,使得插装槽4能够为固定端8弹性支撑,允许弹性支撑件10吸收部分振动。
所述第一限位壁5在所述底座底面2上的投影呈L型,所述第一限位壁5的一个壁面与所述弹性支撑件10的一个壁面相抵靠。第一限位壁5的另一个壁面背向安装支架7的固定端8延伸,有利于抵消振动,加强第一限位壁5对弹性支撑件10的支撑强度。
底座侧壁3上还设置有用于限制所述固定端8沿平行于所述底座侧壁3的水平方向上的自由量的第一限位结构。所述第一限位结构为固定设于所述底座侧壁3上的一对限位条11,所述固定端8适于伸入一对所述限位条11之间,所述限位条11的底端与所述底座底面2固定连接。
固定端8与底座侧壁3之间还设有导向结构,具体地,导向结构包括设于底座侧壁3上的导向条12,及设于固定端8上的滑槽,滑槽与导向条12滑动配合,便于安装支架7的快速插装。
固定端8与底座侧壁3之间还设有紧固结构,保证固定端8与洗碗机底座1的固定连接,具体地,紧固结构包括开始与导向条12和滑槽上的螺孔,及穿过对应螺孔的紧固件。
进一步地,固定组件还包括第二固定结构,所述洗涤电机18通过所述第二固定结构挂装于所述安装支架7的自由端9,所述第二固定结构具有弹性形变量。由于第二固定结构具有弹性形变量,当电机运行产生振动时,能够吸收部分振动,减少振动向安装支架7的传递;安装支架7的自由端9自身能够作一定的弹性浮动,进一步减少振动向洗碗机底座1的传递。
如图5所示,所述第二固定结构为弹性块14,具体为橡胶块。所述弹性块14的上部上开设有与安装支架7的自由端9截面轮廓一致的第一插槽15,下部设有适于插入所述洗 涤电机18的连接部19的第二插槽16。弹性块14结构简单,安装支架7的自由端9和洗涤电机18的连接部19分别插入弹性块14中,即可将洗涤电机18安装在安装支架7上。
如图6所示,洗涤电机18的连接部19为设于电机上的安装柱,第二插槽16呈圆形通孔17。
所述弹性块14上还开设有至少一个通孔17,通孔17设于第一插槽15和第二插槽16之间,沿安装支架7的自由端9延伸方向设置,能够利用通孔17的自身变形进一步吸收电机的振动,减少第一插槽15的形变剧烈程度,从而缓解安装支架7的振动。
所述安装支架7的自由端9设有防止所述弹性块14与所述安装支架7发生相对滑动的第二限位结构。所述第二限位结构包括设于所述安装支架7的自由端9上、并沿所述安装支架7的自由端9延伸方向间隔设置的一对限位凸块13,所述第二固定结构设于一对所述限位凸块13之间。洗涤电机18的连接部19上也设有第三限位结构,用于防止洗涤电机18与弹性块14发生相对滑动,第三限位结构为设于安装柱上的限位凸起。
一种洗碗机,包括上述洗涤电机18的安装结构。这种洗碗机在运行时,机身晃动小,有利于洗碗机各部件的正常使用,延长洗碗机的使用寿命。
作为实施例一的可替换实施方式,第一固定结构直接固定在底座底面上,或者通过与底座底面固定连接的固定板、固定座等固定在底座底面上。
作为实施例一的可替换实施方式,第一固定结构与所述底座底面和所述底座侧壁均固定连接,即插装槽的部分槽壁与底座底面直接固定连接,部分槽壁与底座侧壁直接固定连接。
作为实施例一的可替换实施方式,第一固定结构为安装支架,安装支架具有与底座底面固定连接的支架,和与底座侧壁固定连接的支架。
作为实施例一的可替换实施方式,第一限位结构设置于底座底面上。
作为实施例一的可替换实施方式,第二安装结构为其它弹性材料制成的弹性体。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种洗碗机洗涤电机的安装结构,其特征在于,包括:
    洗碗机底座(1),具有底座底面(2)和设于所述底座底面(2)上的底座侧壁(3);
    固定组件,包括固定设于所述洗碗机底座(1)上的第一固定结构,所述第一固定结构与所述底座底面(2)固定连接;
    洗涤电机(18),设置于所述第一固定结构上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗碗机洗涤电机的安装结构,其特征在于,所述第一固定结构与所述底座底面(2)和所述底座侧壁(3)均固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的洗碗机洗涤电机的安装结构,其特征在于,所述第一固定结构包括固定设于所述洗碗机底座(1)上的插装槽(4),和适于与所述插装槽(4)插装连接的安装支架(7),所述洗涤电机(18)设于所述安装支架(7)上,所述插装槽(4)具有与所述底座底面(2)和所述底座侧壁(3)均固定连接的槽壁。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的洗碗机洗涤电机的安装结构,其特征在于,所述底座侧壁(3)构成所述插装槽(4)的部分槽壁。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的洗碗机洗涤电机的安装结构,其特征在于,所述安装支架(7)适于插入所述插装槽(4)内的固定端(8)上设有凸出设置的弹性支撑件(10),所述弹性支撑件(10)适于与其所对应的所述槽壁弹性抵靠。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的洗碗机洗涤电机的安装结构,其特征在于,所述插装槽(4)包括与所述底座侧壁(3)相对设置的第一限位壁(5),及连接于所述第一限位壁(5)与所述底座侧壁(3)之间的第二限位壁(6),所述第一限位壁(5)和/或所述第二限位壁(6)的底部与所述底座底面(2)固定连接;所述固定端(8)适于与所述底座侧壁(3)相抵靠,所述弹性支撑件(10)适于与所述第一限位壁(5)和/或所述第二限位壁(6)弹性抵靠。
  7. 根据权利要6所述的洗碗机洗涤电机的安装结构,其特征在于,所述第一限位壁(5)在所述底座底面(2)上的投影呈L型,所述第一限位壁(5)的一个壁面适于与所述弹性支撑件(10)相抵靠。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的洗碗机洗涤电机的安装结构,其特征在于,所述底座侧壁(3)上还设置有用于限制所述固定端(8)沿平行于所述底座侧壁(3)的水平方向上的自由量的第一限位结构。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的洗碗机洗涤电机的安装结构,其特征在于,所述第一限位结构为固定设于所述底座侧壁(3)上的一对限位条(11),所述固定端(8)适于伸入一对所述限位条(11)之间,所述限位条(11)的底端与所述底座底面(2)固定连接。
  10. 根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的洗碗机洗涤电机的安装结构,其特征在于,所述固定组件还包括第二固定结构,所述洗涤电机(18)通过所述第二固定结构挂装于所述安装支架(7)的自由端(9),所述第二固定结构具有弹性形变量。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的洗碗机洗涤电机的安装结构,其特征在于,所述第二固定结构为弹性块(14),所述弹性块(14)上开设有适于插入所述安装支架(7)的自由端(9)的第一插槽(15),和适于插入所述洗涤电机(18)的连接部(19)的第二插槽(16)。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的洗碗机洗涤电机的安装结构,其特征在于,所述第一插槽(15)位于所述第二插槽(16)上方,所述弹性块(14)上还开设有至少一个通孔(17),所述通孔(17)位于所述第一插槽(15)和所述第二插槽(16)之间。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的洗碗机洗涤电机的安装结构,其特征在于,所述安装支架(7)的自由端(9)设有防止所述弹性块(14)与所述安装支架(7)发生相对滑动的第二限位结构。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的洗碗机洗涤电机的安装结构,其特征在于,所述第二限位结构包括设于所述安装支架(7)的自由端(9)上、并沿所述安装支架(7)的自由端(9)延伸方向间隔设置的一对限位凸块(13),所述第二固定结构设于一对所述限位凸块(13)之间。
  15. 一种洗碗机,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-14任一项所述的洗涤电机(18)的安装结构。
