背景技术
当前,越来越多的家庭中具有电视、空调、机顶盒等一系列家居设备,而每个家居设备都由各自的遥控器控制,使得用户需要找到匹配的遥控器才能控制家居设备。
因此,亟需提供一种便于用户操作的快捷方式,利用广泛使用的移动设备,以使用户能够快速控制需要使用的家居设备。
发明内容
本公开提供了一种在移动设备中呈现遥控器界面的方法,以方便用户快速控制需要使用的家居设备,提高用户体验。
第一方面,提供一种在移动设备中呈现遥控器界面的方法,所述方法包括:
移动设备接收与电子设备配对的遥控器的界面的显示指令,其中,所述移动设备与所述电子设备处于连接状态;

在一些实施例中,显示屏100可以液晶屏或墨水屏。

存储器101作为资源存储的载体,可以是随机存储介质、例如高速随机存储器、非易失性存储器,如一个或多个磁性存储装置、闪存、或者其它固态存储器。存储方式可以是短暂存储或者永久存储。
外设接口103可以包括至少一有线或无线网络接口、至少一串并联转换接口、至少一输入输出接口以及至少一USB接口等等,用于将外部各种输入/输出装置耦合至存储器101以及处理器102,以实现与外部各种输入/输出装置的通信。
射频模块104用于收发电磁波,实现电磁波与电信号的相互转换,从而通过通讯网络与其他设备进行通讯。通信网络包括蜂窝式电话网、无线局域网或者城域网,上述通信网络可以使用各种通信标准、协议及技术。
定位模块105用于获取移动设备当前所在的地理位置。定位模块105的实例包括但不限于全球卫星定位系统(GPS)、基于无线局域网或者移动通信网的定位技术。
摄像模块106隶属于摄像头,用于拍摄图片或者视频。拍摄的图片或者视频可以存储至存储器101内,还可以通过射频模块104发送至上位机。
音频模块107向用户提供音频接口,其可包括一个或多个麦克风接口、一个或多个扬声器接口以及一个或多个耳机接口。通过音频接口与其它设备进行音频数据的交互。音频数据可以存储至存储器101内,还可以通过射频模块104发送。
触控屏幕108在移动设备与用户之间提供一个输入输出界面。在一些实施例中,用户可通过触控屏幕108进行输入操作,例如点击、触摸、滑动等手势操作,以使电子设备对该输入操作进行响应。移动设备则将文字、图片或者视频任意一种形式或者组合所形成的输出内容通过触控屏幕108向用户显示输出。
按键模块109包括至少一个按键,用以提供用户向移动设备进行输入的接口,用户可以通过按下不同的按键使移动设备执行不同的功能。例如,声音调节按键可供用户实现对移动设备播放的声音音量的调节。
可以理解,图1所示的结构仅为示意,移动设备还可包括比图1中所示更多或更少的组件,或者具有与图1所示不同的组件。图1中所示的各组件可以采用硬件、软件或者其组合来实现。
为方便用户利用移动设备实现快速控制需要使用的电子设备,发明人发现:可以充分利用移动设备上桌面导航栏区域便于操作的特性,在导航栏区域动态显示应用程序或功能界面的快捷入口,例如当前时间的提醒信息(暴雨、列车出行、信用卡还款等)、当前时间最常使用的应用程序(XX应用、YY应用等)或者某些功能界面(检测到移动设备成功连接到WiFi环境内的电视,自动显示提示信息或控制该电视的遥控器界面),以使用户可以点击直接进入应用程序或某些功能界面,无需在桌面滑动寻找,提高用户体验。
图2是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种在移动设备中呈现遥控器界面的方法的流程图。如图2所示,该方法可以由图1中的移动设备执行,包括但不限于以下步骤。
在步骤21中,检测到移动设备与电子设备处于连接状态。
在一些实施例中,当移动设备成功接入WIFI时,会主动通过数字生活网络联盟(DIGITAL LIVING NETWORK ALLIANCE,DLNA)技术来搜索接入该局域网内的电子设备。在搜索发现电子设备后,获取其IP地址和描述信息,这里电子设备的描述信息至少包括电子设备的类型(例如电视、机顶盒、空调等)、电子设备的品牌、电子设备的型号、电子设备的红外支持标识等。
需要说明的是,在移动设备和电子设备都支持红外功能的情况下,移动设备可借助红外功能与其它电子设备进行信息交换。通常通过电子设备的描述信息中包含的红外支持标 识,能够确定电子设备是否支持红外功能。
在一些实施例中,在移动设备和电子设备都支持红外功能时,调取移动设备内预先存储的红外设备信息,若获取的电子设备的描述信息与移动设备内预先存储的红外设备信息匹配,则确定移动设备与电子设备绑定。或者,调取移动设备内预先存储的红外设备编码数据库,根据获取的电子设备的描述信息遍历红外设备编码参数,直到电子设备响应时,确定其对应的红外编码参数(如频道加减、声音加减等),此时确定移动设备与电子设备绑定。
在一些实施例中,在移动设备不支持红外功能时,通过移动设备的IP地址和电子设备的IP地址,将两者绑定,进而通过两者的WIFI模块进行信息交换。
此外,在移动设备和电子设备均支持近距离无线通讯技术(Near Field Communication,NFC)功能情况下,打开二者的NFC功能,并将移动设备靠近电子设备,若移动设备可以操作电子设备,此时确定移动设备和电子设备绑定。
在步骤22中,在移动设备的显示屏上显示遥控器界面的入口。
在一些实施例中,在移动设备与电子设备处于连接状态时,如图3所示,可以在移动设备显示屏的桌面导航栏区域显示遥控器界面的入口(在图中用遥控器入口表示),以提示用户当前有电子设备和移动设备成功连接,且能够进入控制该电子设备的遥控器界面。当然,该导航栏区域还可以显示暴雨、列车出行等提醒信息或最常使用的应用程序。
这里,当移动设备显示屏是墨水屏时,由于墨水屏的显示依赖于反射光线而不是发射光线,可确保显示内容在任何光照、锁屏或关机等条件下都很自然的显示。这样,当移动设备与电子设备成功连接时,在墨水屏的桌面导航栏区域显示的遥控器界面的入口,更便于达到提示用户的效果,无需液晶屏的解锁步骤。
在一些实施例中,显示屏上显示的遥控器界面的入口可以是遥控器图标,在一些实施例中遥控器图标可以是与电子设备的描述信息中的类型或型号匹配的,例如,品牌一电视与移动设备连接,则显示屏上显示品牌一电视匹配的遥控器图标,品牌二空调与移动设备连接,则显示屏上显示品牌二空调匹配的遥控器图标。
在步骤23中,接收与电子设备配对的遥控器的界面的显示指令。
在一些实施例中,所述显示指令是通过操作位于所述移动设备的交互界面的应用图标生成的。在一些实施例中,所述位于所述移动设备的交互界面的应用图标为上述遥控器界面的入口,例如上述实施例所述的遥控器图标。
在步骤24中,响应所述显示指令,在所述移动设备的显示屏上显示控制电子设备的遥控器界面。
在一些实施例中,移动设备内或后台服务器内预先存储有电子设备的遥控器界面布局。根据获取到的电子设备的描述信息,查找到与该电子设备匹配的遥控器界面布局;基于该遥控器界面布局,在显示屏上显示遥控器界面。
在一些实施例中,所述遥控器界面包括能够控制所述电子设备的界面元素,所述界面元素可以包括遥控器的通用按键。如图4所示,该遥控器界面中可以包含遥控器的通用按键,如开关键、菜单键、方向键等。
这里,也可以将获取到的电子设备的描述信息转化为能够控制电子设备的控制信息,进而在显示屏上显示与所述控制信息匹配的遥控器界面。
进一步的,用户操作遥控器界面,通过移动设备和电子设备的红外功能或WiFi模块进行信息交换和数据传递,以实现用户通过遥控器界面控制电子设备。
本实施例中,由于移动设备在检测到连接的电子设备后,在其上显示能够控制该电子设备的遥控器界面的入口;进而当操作所述遥控器界面的入口使移动设备接收到遥控器的界面的显示指令后,显示遥控器界面,以供用户控制电子设备;这样用户无需去寻找与电子设备匹配的遥控器,直接利用移动设备上显示的遥控器界面就能够方便用户操作。
此外,发明人发现:用户通常需要使用电子设备时,才去寻找该电子设备的遥控器,因此,用户可主动通过移动设备获取需要使用的电子设备的图片,识别到图片中的电子设备后,直接显示该电子设备匹配的遥控器界面,以供用户操作。
图5是根据一示例性实施例示出的另一种在移动设备中呈现遥控器界面的方法的流程图。如图5所示,该方法可以由图1中的移动设备执行,包括但不限于以下步骤。
在步骤51中,获取电子设备的图片。
在步骤52中,识别图片中包含的电子设备的特征信息。
在一些实施例中,当用户需要使用电子设备时,利用移动设备为电子设备拍照,对拍照获取的图片进行图像识别,进而识别到图片中包含的电子设备的特征信息。在一些实施例中,该电子设备的特征信息包括电子设备的类型、品牌和型号中的一个或多个。例如,当采用手机为品牌一的电视拍照时,拍照获取图片中包含电视图像,图片的特定区域(如下方)包含电视的logo,通过该logo确定电视品牌。又如,当采用手机为品牌二的空调拍照时,拍照获取图片中包含空调,图片的特定区域(如中间)包含空调的logo以及型号,通过该logo可确定空调品牌。
在步骤53中,检测并选择移动设备预先存储的特征信息中与电子设备的特征信息相匹配的特征信息。
在步骤54中,根据所述述与电子设备的特征信息相匹配的特征信息,在移动设备显 示屏上显示控制电子设备的遥控器界面。
移动设备内或后台服务器内预先存储有电子设备的特征信息,例如电视、空调、机顶盒等电子设备的图像、品牌、型号等。将上述图片中识别的电子设备的特征信息与预先存储的特征信息匹配,查找出特征信息匹配度高于预定值的特征信息对应的电子设备,进而确定所述特征信息匹配度高于预定值的电子设备为需要使用的电子设备,并将匹配出的特征信息作为所述电子设备的特征信息,从而在移动设备显示屏上显示控制所述匹配出的电子设备的遥控器界面。
接着,基于与该电子设备匹配的遥控器界面布局或控制该电子设备的控制信息,在移动设备显示屏上显示控制该电子设备的遥控器界面,如图4所示。在一些实施例中,用户操作遥控器界面,通过移动设备和电子设备的红外功能或WiFi模块进行信息交换和数据传递,以实现用户通过遥控器界面控制电子设备。
本公开实施例中,由于移动设备主动获取需要的使用电子设备的图片,识别到图片中的电子设备后,直接显示该电子设备匹配的遥控器界面,以供用户通过操作遥控器界面上的界面元素(遥控器的通用按键,如开关键、菜单键、方向键等)实现对电子设备的控制;这样用户无需去寻找与电子设备匹配的遥控器,直接利用移动设备上显示的遥控器界面就能够方便用户操作。
应当理解的是,本公开并不局限于上面已经描述并在附图中示出的精确结构或步骤,且不局限于上述各步骤的执行顺序,并且可以在不脱离其范围执行各种修改和改变。本公开的范围仅由所附的权利要求来限制。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种在移动设备中呈现遥控器界面的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    移动设备接收与电子设备配对的遥控器的界面的显示指令,其中,所述移动设备与所述电子设备处于连接状态;
    响应所述显示指令,在所述移动设备的显示屏上显示用于控制所述电子设备的遥控器界面,其中,所述遥控器界面包括能够控制所述电子设备的界面元素。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述电子设备为电视、空调中的一种或多种。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述移动设备的显示屏是墨水屏。
  4. 根据权利要求1述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    当检测到所述移动设备与所述电子设备处于同一局域网,获取所述移动设备的IP地址和所述电子设备的IP地址,通过所述移动设备的IP地址和所述电子设备的IP地址,与所述电子设备建立连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    当检测到所述移动设备与所述电子设备处于同一局域网,获取所述电子设备的描述信息;
    将所述电子设备的描述信息与所述移动设备预先存储的红外设备编码参数匹配,在匹配成功时,确定所述移动设备与所述电子设备处于连接状态。
  6. 根据权利要求5述的方法,其特征在于,所述在所述移动设备的显示屏上显示控制所述电子设备的遥控器界面,具体包括:
    根据所述电子设备的描述信息,查找出与所述电子设备匹配的遥控器界面布局;
    基于所述遥控器界面布局,在所述移动设备的显示屏上显示遥控器界面。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6任一所述的方法,其特征在于,所述显示指令是通过操作位于所述移动设备的交互界面的应用图标生成的。
  8. 一种在移动设备中呈现遥控器界面的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    获取电子设备的图片;
    识别所述图片中包含的电子设备的特征信息;
    检测并选择移动设备预先存储的特征信息中与电子设备的特征信息相匹配的特征信息;
    根据所述述与电子设备的特征信息相匹配的特征信息,在所述移动设备显示屏上显示用于控制所述电子设备的遥控器界面。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述特征信息包括电子设备的类型、品牌和型号中的一个或多个。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述图片中包含所述电子设备的logo,所述电子设备的品牌通过所述logo识别。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述图片通过所述移动设备拍照获取。
  12. 根据权利要求8或9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将所述电子设备的特征信息与所述移动设备中预设特征信息匹配,包括:
    将所述电子设备的特征信息和所述移动设备中预设特征信息匹配,查找出匹配度大于预定值的特征信息作为与所述电子设备匹配的特征信息。
  13. 一种移动设备,包括:
    显示屏;
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行的计算机指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为执行所述计算机指令以使所述移动设备执行:
    接收与电子设备配对的遥控器的界面的显示指令,其中,所述移动设备与所述电子设备处于连接状态;
    响应所述显示指令,在所述移动设备的显示屏上显示控制所述电子设备的遥控器界面,其中,所述遥控器界面包括能够控制所述电子设备的界面元素。
  14. 一种移动设备,包括:
    显示屏;
    处理器;
    用于存储处理器可执行的计算机指令的存储器;
    其中,所述处理器被配置为执行所述计算机指令以使所述移动设备执行:
    获取电子设备的图片;
    识别所述图片中包含的电子设备的特征信息;
    将所述电子设备的特征信息与所述移动设备中预设特征信息匹配;
    根据匹配出的特征信息在所述移动设备显示屏上显示用于控制所述电子设备的遥控器界面。
