Abstract

L'invention concerne un produit décoratif de moissanite ainsi qu'un produit décoratif de moissanite ayant un film de diamant revêtu sur sa surface. L'invention concerne également un procédé de revêtement de la surface d'un produit décoratif de moissanite avec un film de diamant. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : étape 1 : réalisation d'un prétraitement d'abrasion ultrasonore sur un produit décoratif de moissanite dans une suspension de poudre de diamant nanométrique; étape 2 : retrait du produit décoratif de moissanite de la suspension de poudre de diamant nanométrique et nettoyage de celui-ci; étape 3 : pressage du produit décoratif de moissanite dans une platine d'échantillon de conservation de forme pré-désignée où ledit produit est ensuite maintenu; étape 4: placement du produit décoratif de moissanite conjointement avec la platine d'échantillon de conservation de forme dans un four de dépôt de film de diamant et réalisation d'un traitement au plasma; étape 5 : introduction de méthane et réalisation d'un dépôt de film de diamant in situ. Dans le présent produit décoratif de moissanite ayant un film de diamant revêtu sur sa surface, les propriétés optiques de la moissanite sont préservées et la dureté de surface de la moissanite est fortement augmentée. La résistance aux rayures de la moissanite est ainsi augmentée.
