所述电连接可拆卸,优选地,所述显示控制单元具有第一导线,所述电脑板具有第二导线,所述第一导线与第二导线通过插接端子连接。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果。
(1)洗衣机的上盖的顶部具有一体的结构,没有割裂感,使得整个洗衣机有档次,增加高级感;
(2)洗衣机的上盖既能够观察洗涤桶内的情况,又能够进行显示和控制,且显示和控制 集成一体,一举多得;
(3)洗衣机的上盖具有防水结构,能够有效防止用电元器件受潮损坏,安全可靠;
(4)洗衣机的上盖与盘座的连接结构可以过线,既能够保护导线又能够达到美观的效果。

在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
通常洗衣机具有显示面板和控制面板,波轮洗衣机的显示及控制设置在盘座的前端或者后部,以方便用户对洗衣机进行操作,因而在需要设置显示面板或者控制面板的区域,盘座需要占用洗衣机顶部的一部分空间用于设置显示和控制模块。
上述设置方法使得洗衣机的上盖不能完全覆盖顶部,在洗衣机顶部具有显示控制区域需要避让,以免影响用户操作,由此使得洗衣机顶部具有割裂感,在外观上不能形成统一的整体。
随着人们生活水平的提高,对于洗衣机等家用电器无论功能与外观都有了更进一步的要求,现有技术中存在利用上盖将显示面板或者控制面板遮盖以达到美观的目的,而这种设置方式会影响用户的操作及体验。
鉴于此本发明致力于设计一款整体感较强,美观大气的洗衣机的上盖且不影响其功能性区域应当发挥的作用。
本发明的洗衣机的上盖设置在洗衣机的顶部,所述洗衣机还包括有盘座200,设置在洗衣机的上部。
如图1所示,所述洗衣机的上盖100具有整体结构全面覆盖洗衣机的顶部,使得洗衣机顶部不再分裂为显示控制区域和上盖区域,且上盖100自身也具有一体结构,外形美观。
本发明的解决方案为将显示模块和/或控制模块设置于上盖100,在上盖100直接能够进行显示和控制,使上盖100同时具有防护作用和显示控制功能。
具体方案为所述上盖100包括盖板1及壳体,所述壳体具有容纳槽21,所述容纳槽21用于放置所述显示模块和/或控制模块,当显示模块放置入容纳槽21内后,所述盖板1配置于容纳槽21的开口处,使得显示模块的显示面板与盖板1结合,在盖板1相应位置形成显示区域;控制模块同理,在控制模块放置入容纳槽21后,所述盖板1配置于容纳槽21的开口处,使得显示模块的控制面板与盖板1结合,在盖板1相应位置形成控制区域。
显示区域与控制区域并不会割裂盖板1独立形成,而是通过盖板1即可进行显示与控制,从而保证了盖板1的整体性,达到美观大气的目的。
由于显示区域和/或控制区域需要与盖板1装配形成相应的区域,因而容纳槽21具有敞口,所述容纳槽21至少具有一个向上的敞口,显示模块和/或控制模块通过此敞口放置入容纳槽21内,再将盖板1设置于开口处,形成显示与控制区域。
通过技术手段,可以将显示模块和控制模块集成一体,集成为同一模块放置入所述容纳槽21,此处称为显示控制模块4。显示模块与控制模块可分别以上述方式设置在上盖100的壳体内,为便于描述,以下以显示控制模块4为例进行阐述。
在装配过程中,当显示控制模块4放置入所述容纳槽21后,为防止显示控制模块4脱落或移位,需要将显示控制模块4固定在所述容纳槽21内,以便于后续的装配过程。
所述显示控制模块4可拆卸地设置在所述容纳槽21内。
显示控制模块4可以通过螺栓连接固定在容纳槽21内,或者通过限位卡槽等方式固定于容纳槽21内。显示控制模块4可拆卸地设置在容纳槽21内可方便装配及后期检修更换,固定于容纳槽21内可保证显示控制模块4与盖板1相对位置固定,保证功能的正常,且方便装配过程中显示控制模块4保证限制于容纳槽21内而不会移位或脱落。
由于显示控制模块4具有电路板及线路等电子元件其固定或限位方式可根据其具体形状及要求进行固定。
优选地,显示控制模块4的电路板边缘处设置有螺孔,在容纳槽21边缘处设置有相应位置的螺孔,通过螺钉将显示控制模块4固定与容纳槽21内,并可以拆卸。
图2为上盖结构的爆炸图,所述壳体由上壳体2和下壳体3构成,将壳体设置成上壳体2与下壳体3是由于壳体内部具有一些其他零部件,在装配过程中需要安装或设置于壳体内部,设置为上下壳体可在装配零部件后再行将壳体封闭,从而形成整体的外观,使得零部件不外露。此为壳体的一种实施例。
以上壳体2和下壳体3的设置方式为例进行描述。
如图3所示,所述上壳体2具有容纳槽21,所述容纳槽21用于放置并固定显示控制模块4,在容纳槽21的一侧设置有出线口22,以便于显示控制模块4与电脑板等结构电连接。在出线口22的外部具有线卡23,用于固定导线等结构,以防止线路在壳体内部进行移动而使得线路磨损造成电路故障。
上壳体2可以具有独立的容纳槽21,还可以通过与下壳体3的配合形成容纳槽21,例如,上壳体2具有第一通孔,在下壳体3的相应位置具有板状结构将通孔的一端开口封堵从而形成槽装结构放置显示控制模块4。
上壳体2也可以在通孔的位置设置限位装置、卡槽等结构将显示控制模块4现位于通孔内,此时仍旧能够起到容纳槽21的作用,而容纳槽21也并不限于方形通孔或圆形通孔,应当依据显示控制模块4的具体形状进行设定。
上壳体2还具有接线端子避让部24,此处用于放置接线端子41等结构。由于壳体内部设置有显示控制模块4,而显示控制模块4需要与盘座200内部的电脑板连接,由于上盖100与盘座200在装配过程中为分离状态,不能降显示控制模块4与电脑板直接进行固定连接,因而采用插接端子的设置方式以便于最后的装配和电路连通。
由于上盖100需要与盘座200进行连接,因而上壳体2还设置有连接部件的避让部,如图3中所示,所述上壳体2具有阻尼器安装部28和铰链座避让部29,所述阻尼器71可以通过螺钉固定在上壳体2,由于阻尼器71需要同安装于盘座200的铰链座73可转动连接,因而在上壳体2设置有铰链座避让部29用于避让铰链座73使得铰接结构能够正常转动。
显示控制模块4为通电元器件,洗衣机内部具有洗涤水,而上盖100由于位于内桶的上部,具有进水风险,因而上盖100的相应位置应当设置防水结构保证显示控制模块4的正常功能不受损。
优选方案为在容纳槽21设置密封结构,所述密封结构通过防水材料,将可能进入的洗涤水阻挡在容纳槽21外,防止其进入显示控制模块4,在壳体内部设置有相应位置的凹槽,所 述凹槽放置有第一密封圈61,所述第一密封圈61在壳体与盖板1装配后分别止抵在壳体与盖板1上,使得容纳槽21形成防水的空间。
所述密封圈可以为橡胶密封圈。
图4为上壳体2与盖板1连接面示意图,图6为上盖100的纵切图,在容纳槽21周围设置有第一密封圈凹槽26,所述第一密封圈凹槽26放入第一密封圈61后,通过上壳体2与盖板1装配连接固定后,密封圈被盖板1与上壳体2挤压,从而形成密封结构,将容纳槽21外部的洗涤水隔离,防止其进入用电模块。
上壳体2与下壳体3通过相应连接结构进行装配,可以设置为可拆卸连接便于装配和拆卸。
其中一种连接方式为所述上壳体2与下壳体3可以通过螺栓连接,通过设置有位置对应的螺孔进行固定。
由于壳体上部需要设置盖板1,在盖板1装配后上下壳体间不能从上部放置螺钉,只能从下部放入螺钉,而此种设置方式可能会产生松动或其他连接问题。
优选的方式为所述上壳体2与下壳体3的连接结构为插接结构,所述上壳体2上具有插孔51,所述插孔51,所述下壳体3具有插头52,所述插头52与下壳体3一体设置;或者上壳体2具有一体设置的插头52,下壳体3具有插孔51。
由于插头52与壳体为一体设置,壳体自身能够形成连接结构而无需额外的连接件,即降低了装配步骤,又减低了整体成本。
插接结构的具体设置方式如图5所示,所述插接结构还具有限位装置,以保证插接结构的牢靠。所述限位装置为设置在插头52的凸起和设置在插孔51的凹槽配合形成限位。
如图所示,所述插头52在顶部的周向设置有凸起,在凸起边缘还具有斜面可滑入插孔51内的限位凹槽,相应的,凹槽前端也具有斜面方便凸起插入限位的凹槽。
由于插头52具有凸起结构,周向尺寸大于插孔51,因而在插头52处还设置有弹性结构,以便于凸起能够插入的过程中尺寸进行收缩,在凸起抵达限位凹槽后,弹性结构恢复,使得凸起卡入凹槽内形成固定的连接结构,不能产生相互的位移。
上下壳体间还可以通过其他连接结构进行固定,包括上述列举的方式但不限于上述方式。
上盖100除集成显示和控制功能外,还可以具有观察功能。通常的洗衣机上盖100由透 明材质制作而成,用户透过上盖即可观察洗衣机。
本发明的洗衣机的上盖同样具有上述功能,具体设置为:
所述壳体具有开口用于形成观察视窗11,当壳体具有上壳体2与下壳体3时,在上下壳体设置有位置对应的开口形成观察视窗11。
如图2所示,所述上壳体2具有第二开口25,所述下壳体3具有第三开口,第二开口25与第三开口位置对应,当盖板1覆盖在壳体上市,开口位置与透明材质的盖板1形成观察视窗11,所述观察视窗11的位置设置于洗涤桶的上部,可通过观察视窗11直接观察洗涤桶内的情况。
为便于观察,盖板1可设置为透明材质。
本发明的洗衣机的上盖具有美观的优势,因而在盖板1外侧不设置有暴露的连接结构,在本发明中盖板1与壳体间通过粘接等方式进行固定。
由于壳体上设置有通孔,通孔被盖板1覆盖,在观察视窗11的内侧具有水蒸气或洗涤过程中溅出的洗涤水聚集,当上盖开启后,水滴凝聚流向盖板1与壳体的连接处,如图6所示,连接结构可能不具有防水的效果,因而仍需在盖板1与壳体间设置有防水的结构。
如图4所示,在观察视窗11的周向外侧设置有第二密封圈62,上壳体2设置有第二密封圈凹槽27放置第二密封圈62,由于洗涤水多观察视窗11内侧流动,因为设置在观察视窗11四周可防止在观察视窗11上凝聚的水通过盖板1与壳体间的缝隙流入上盖的内部对显示控制模块4产生不良的影响。所述第二密封圈62通过盖板1与壳体挤压形成密封结构。
所述上盖还可以包括导流结构,所述倒流结构包括集水槽和导流槽,所述上盖开启后,所述观察视窗位于上盖远离盘座一端,所述显示控制模块设置于上盖靠近盘座一端,所述集水槽横设在观察视窗与电子元件间,所述集水槽倾斜设置,所述导流槽设置在集水槽端部;
优选地,所述电子元件设置在观察视窗下部中间,所述集水槽中部远离盘座,两端靠近盘座,形成弯折的钝角形状对称分布在上盖,所述集水槽两端分别设置有导流槽,液体流至集水槽后自动流入导流槽,并通过导流槽排至上盖外部。
所述壳体具有漏水孔,所述漏水孔设置在导流槽远离集水槽的端部并连通至上盖外部。
优选地,所述导流槽设置于上壳体,所述下壳体具有连通外部的漏水孔将导流槽的洗涤水导出。
所述倒流结构还可以为挡水结构,所述挡水结构在上盖开启后形成倾斜向盘座方向的斜面引导洗涤水流入内桶。
所述上盖具有盖板和壳体,所述所述壳体具有开口,所述盖板覆盖所述开口外侧形成观察视窗,在所述观察视窗靠近盘座一侧所述壳体与盖板接触位置设置有挡水结构。
所述壳体分为上壳体和下壳体,所述上壳体设置于盖板与下壳体间并被下壳体包围在内部,在观察视窗靠近盘座一侧所述下壳体与盖板接触处形成挡水结构。
本发明还涉及一种洗衣机,所述洗衣机具有上述的洗衣机的上盖100。
如图7所示,所述洗衣机包括盘座200,所述上盖100通过铰接与盘座200可转动连接。
铰接的方式具体设置为上盖100设置有阻尼器71,所述阻尼器71具有伸出的铰接轴,所述盘座200固定有铰链座73,所述铰链座73具有水平的轴孔,铰接轴放入轴孔内形成可转动的铰接结构。
所述上盖100仅设置有显示控制模块4,而通常电脑板设置在洗衣机的盘座200或洗衣机的内部,因而上盖100的显示控制模块4仍需要与盘座200或洗衣机其他部分进行电连接。
所述洗衣机包括盘座200,所述盘座200具有电脑板,所述显示控制模块4通过导线与电脑板电连接。
考虑到美观的要求及线路的安全及损耗问题,过线机构可设置在铰接结构处。
具体设置方式为所述铰链座73具有过线孔,所述过线孔,所述过线孔能够将从盘座200伸出的导线引入上部的上盖100内部,因而在铰链座73底部设置有竖直的通孔,所述通孔一端朝向盘座200内部将导线引出,一端通过与轴孔连通从轴孔的另一侧将导线引入上盖100内部。
上盖100与盘座200间不可避免的需要走线,而上盖100与盘座200的可转动连接使得在连接处的导线极易磨损,而将导线设置在铰链座73内部,既能够放置线路损耗,也能保持外部的美观,一举两得。
由于前期的装配过程,上盖100与盘座200分离,因而显示控制模块4与电脑板不在同一部件内,不能在一开始就建立电连接,因而显示控制模块4与电脑板的连接可设置为可拆卸的方式,在装配中能够解决上述问题。
所述显示控制单元具有第一导线,所述电脑板具有第二导线,所述第一导线与第二导线 通过插接端子连接。
所述上盖100具有放置插接端子的避让空间,且由于该方式可拆卸,在下壳体3的相应位置设置有避让口搭配接线端子盖42,既能够方便装配过程,又能够方便后期检修。
由于上盖的美观要求,各个露出的连接结构均具有盖体或脚垫等结构进行装饰,所述阻尼器71具有阻尼器盖72固定安装在壳体上,螺钉连接处具有脚垫,既能在上盖与盘座间形成缓冲防震结构,又能对螺钉起到防水作用,并具有美观的作用。
本发明的有益效果可以总结为:洗衣机的上盖的顶部具有一体的结构,没有割裂感,使得整个洗衣机有档次,增加高级感;洗衣机的上盖既能够观察洗涤桶内的情况,又能够进行显示和控制,且显示和控制集成一体,一举多得;洗衣机的上盖具有防水结构,能够有效防止用电元器件受潮损坏,安全可靠;洗衣机的上盖与盘座的连接结构可以过线,既能够保护导线又能够达到美观的效果。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗衣机的上盖,安装于洗衣机的盘座上,其特征在于:所述上盖包括盖板及壳体,所述壳体设置有容纳槽放置显示模块和/或控制模块,所述盖板覆盖容纳槽并具有相应区域进行显示和/或控制。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗衣机的上盖,其特征在于:所述容纳槽具有向上的敞口,所述盖板覆盖容纳槽敞口,所述显示模块与控制模块集成为显示控制模块,从敞口处可拆卸地固定在容纳槽中;
    优选地,所述显示控制模块具有螺孔,所述壳体具有对应位置的螺孔,所述显示控制模块与壳体通过螺钉固定在容纳槽中。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的洗衣机的上盖,其特征在于:所述容纳槽设置有密封结构防止洗涤水进入显示控制模块,优选地,所述容纳槽外周设置有第一密封圈,所述壳体具有凹槽放置所述第一密封圈,所述第一密封圈通过盖板与壳体挤压形成密封结构。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的洗衣机的上盖,其特征在于:所述壳体分为上壳体和下壳体,所述上壳体具有容纳槽,或者所述上壳体具有第一开口,所述下壳体对应位置封堵第一开口形成所述容纳槽。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的洗衣机的上盖,其特征在于:所述上壳体与下壳体可拆卸连接,
    优选地,所述上壳体与下壳体的连接结构为插接结构,所述上壳体/下壳体具有一体设置的插头,所述下壳体/上壳体具有一体设置的插孔;
    更优选地,所述插接结构具有限位装置,所述插头顶部具有周向凸起,所述插孔底部具有与周向凸起配合的周向凹槽,所述插头或插孔具有弹性机构使得插头进入插孔后轴向凸起陷入周向凹槽固定连接,取消连接时利用弹性机构使凸起脱离凹槽后拔出。

  7. 根据权利要求6所述的洗衣机的上盖,其特征在于:所述盖板与壳体固定连接,优选地,所述盖板边缘与壳体边缘粘接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的洗衣机的上盖,其特征在于:所述盖板与壳体具有密封结构阻 止洗涤水从连接处进入上盖内部;
    优选地,所述盖板与在盖板与壳体间设置有密封圈并设置在观察视窗的边框处,所述密封圈通过盖板与壳体挤压形成密封结构。
  9. 一种洗衣机,包括设置在洗衣机上部的盘座及如权利要求1-7任意一项所述的洗衣机的上盖,其特征在于:所述盘座具有电脑板,所述显示控制单元与所述电脑板通过导线电连接,所述上盖通过铰链与盘座连接,所述铰链具有过线机构,所述导线通过过线机构从盘座伸入上盖。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的洗衣机,其特征在于:所述电连接可拆卸,优选地,所述显示控制单元具有第一导线,所述电脑板具有第二导线,所述第一导线与第二导线通过插接端子连接。
