Description

一种沉雕工艺品成像方法和工艺品 技术领域

背景技术
目前,室内装饰艺术中,浮雕、壁画及与此相关的艺术手段,具有重要的地位,其适用广泛、空间效果强烈,越来越受到建筑空间装饰行家的看重。室内装饰艺术,是以美化装饰室内空间为目的而设置造型艺术品的艺术,既具有造型艺术的某些特点,又具有建筑艺术的某些特征。从以上意义来讲,浮雕、壁画等造型艺术就有了双重属性,由此而决定了浮雕、壁画等造型艺术在室内空间装饰中具有了自己的特性。
而树脂材料制成的浮雕画因为材质坚硬、立体感强、纹路细腻等优点深受广大消费者的喜爱,由于浮雕画具有的高贵气质,常被用于家庭、酒店、办公大厅等多种环境的壁挂装饰,但在光照较弱或者无光照的环境中,因为光线不够,而无法体现其艺术价值,且浮雕的立体图案暴露在外,容易附着灰尘而且不易清理。
另外,现有的带有光源的浮雕工艺品,其雕刻图凸起于雕刻板,即雕刻图的厚度大于壁雕刻板的平面部分,造成周边的光线比雕刻图折射的光线亮,影响雕刻图的视觉效果,参见图7。
所谓沉雕,是相对浮雕而言的,顾名思义,浮雕是浮出平面的雕刻品,沉雕是指插入平面的雕刻品。传统的沉雕,多用于木雕和某些工艺 的烧注毛胎,如铁制工艺品、树脂工艺品等,用途单一,用于石材雕刻品种也并不多见。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于克服现有技术中的上述缺陷,提出一种沉雕工艺品成像方法和工艺品,工艺品栩栩如生,极具美感和生命力,带来极大的想象空间。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种沉雕工艺品成像方法,其特征在于:根据透光率切割厚度合适的石材板,在其一面雕刻带有内凹曲面的沉雕图;增加光源组件,并使光源组件的出射光线进入石材板的另一面,经石材板平面和内凹曲面折射产生亮度对比强烈的光影图像。
优选的,所述石材板的透光率为50%-60%,切割后的厚度为0.8-2cm。
优选的,所述石材板的透光率为60%-70%,切割后的厚度为2-5cm。
优选的,所述石材板的透光率为70%-80%,切割后的厚度为5-10cm。
优选的,所述石材为玉石、大理石、花岗岩或人造石。
一种带光源的沉雕工艺品,包括固定本体和发光组件,该发光组件安装于固定本体上,其特征在于:还包括雕刻板,该雕刻板一面雕刻带有内凹曲面的沉雕图,该雕刻板固定于固定本体上,且雕刻板的另一面作为入光面与发光组件的出光面相对。

具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例1、本发明一种沉雕工艺品成像方法,其主要包括如下:首先根据石材的透光性,设计合适的尺寸,将石材切割成对应尺寸的石材板,该尺寸包括厚度和大小。根据切割后的石材板的尺寸,设计合适的沉雕图,在石材板的一面雕刻对应的带有内凹曲面的沉雕图。
之后,增加发光组件,并使发光组件的出射光线进入石材板的另一面,经石材板的平面和内凹曲面沉雕图折射产生亮度对比强烈的光影图像。当光线进入石材板平面部位(非内凹曲),其对光线的折射角度相同, 且比雕刻图厚,产生较为暗的光线。当光线进入内凹曲面的雕刻图,内凹曲面的点对光线的折射角度不同,则聚合成亮度较高的光线,充满内凹的雕刻图。且由于雕刻图厚度不一,则折射后的光线强弱不同:薄的部分,光线强并形成明亮且白的影像;厚的部分,光线弱并形成相对暗的阴影效果,具有强烈的立体层次感。另外,与平面产生强烈的明暗差异对比,使得沉雕图的光影图像栩栩如生,极具生命力,参见图6。
另外,沉雕图的不同厚度,吸收的光线颜色不同,加上石材本身的轻微色差和纹路使得不同厚度的雕刻图部位发射出不同色彩的光线,就像光源的雕刻品嵌入石材内部,还能随着人的眼光角度移动而随动,让这个光影雕刻品更具美轮美奂的色彩,极具美感和无限想象力。
在实际应用中,石材可以采用玉石、大理石、花岗岩、人造石等中的任一种,石材板可以是玉石板、大理石板、花岗岩板、人造石板或复合石材板,该复合石材板一面复合有透光材料。对于石材的透光率为50%-60%,切割后的石材板厚度为0.8-2cm,其可制作成尺寸较小的工艺品,例如大小为10×50cm,其内雕图内凹曲线可设计为较为平缓,参见图1。对于石材的透光率为60%-70%,切割后的石材板厚度为2-5cm,可制作成尺寸适中的工艺品,例如大小为50×100cm,其内雕图内凹曲线可设计为较为适中,参见图2。石材的透光率为70%-80%,切割后的石材板厚度为5-10cm,其可制作成尺寸较大的工艺品100×150cm,其内雕图内凹曲线可设计为较为陡峭,参见图3。
实施例2,本发明一种带光源的沉雕工艺品,参照图4、图5,包括固定本体10、发光组件20和雕刻板30等。发光组件20包括LED灯条 21、导光板22和扩散板23。LED灯条21配合在导光板22侧面,且LED灯条21的光线从导光板22侧面入射,并从导光板22的正面出射,导光板22的背面设有反光膜。扩散板23位于导光板22的出光面使得光线均匀出射进入雕刻板30,该扩散板23可采用亚克力板。雕刻板30正面带有内凹曲线的雕刻图,雕刻的内容可以是景物(例如山水画)、人物、动物等。雕刻板30的背面作为入光面。雕刻板30可以采用玉石、大理石、花岗岩、人造石等中的任一种石材制作而成,且雕刻板30还可以是若干片雕刻板拼接而成的。
本实施例中,固定本体10采用框架结构,其内侧面设有用于插装发光组件20的插槽11,且该插槽11的数量具体为三个(插槽11的数量不局限于三个,例如,也可以一个等),该三个插槽11并列设置,分别用于插装雕刻板30、导光板22、扩散板23,LED灯条21具体嵌设在导光板22所在侧面的插槽11中,且LED灯条21的导电线束引出框架外。
本实施例中,还包括有透光薄板40,该透光薄板40固定于框架上且覆盖于雕刻板30的出光面,其能遮挡灰尘、更为美观。该透光薄板40可选用的材质为玻璃、有机玻璃或透光塑料等透光材质,厚度为1-3mm。
实施例3、本发明一种带光源的沉雕工艺品,与实施例2相同,包括固定本体10、发光组件20和雕刻板30等;如图8、图9所示其雕刻板30为棋盘,雕刻板30正面上刻有内凹棋子31、内凹棋格32,与实施例1不同的是还有凸起棋子33,在雕刻板30外围设有装配边框34。雕刻板30的背面为抛光面。
参见实施例2,LED灯条21配合在导光板22侧面,且LED灯条21的光线从导光板22侧面入射,并从导光板22的正面出射,导光板22的背面设有反光膜。扩散板23位于导光板22的出光面使得光线均匀出射进入雕刻板30,该扩散板23可采用亚克力板。雕刻板30的背面作为入光面,在光线的照射下,由于雕刻板30上的内凹棋子31、内凹棋格32部分较薄,光线强并形成明亮且白棋子及棋盘网格影像;而凸起棋子33部分较厚,光线弱并形成相对暗的黑色棋子影像效果。本实施例无需对雕刻板30的黑白棋子染色,利用石材的透光性,通过凹、凸雕刻设计及光源运用,达到黑白棋对垒的影像效果。本实施例的光源可选择白色光源。
本发明可以适用于一件作品里沉雕和浮雕的混合使用,如图8所示的黑白围棋效果,黑棋为凸面浮雕而白棋为凹面沉雕,由于光线透过雕刻板的强烈不同而造成黑色与白色或其它介于黑色和白色中间色如灰色效果,由于沉雕和浮雕的混合使用,使得雕刻品平面厚度落差更大,光线强弱反差更大,使得立体感更加强烈,更具艺术价值。
本发明的用途广泛:1、用作豪华家居、酒店、办公室的背景墙;2、可作为各种工艺品、墙面、桌面及橱柜摆件;3、可用于纪念品、收藏品、高档礼品等。
上述仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的设计构思并不局限于此,凡利用此构思对本发明进行非实质性的改动,均应属于侵犯本发明保护范围的行为。
工业实用性
本发明沉雕工艺品成像方法和工艺品,选用透光率适宜的石材板,在石材板雕刻带有内凹曲面的雕刻图,并与发光组件结合,产生明暗对比强烈,颜色层次分明的光影图像,栩栩如生,极具美感和生命力,应用范围广,具有良好的工业实用性。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种沉雕工艺品成像方法,其特征在于:根据透光率切割厚度合适的石材板,在其一面雕刻带有内凹曲面的沉雕图;增加光源组件,并使光源组件的出射光线进入石材板的另一面,经石材板平面和内凹曲面折射产生亮度对比强烈的光影图像。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种沉雕工艺品成像方法,其特征在于:所述石材板的入光面为抛光面;所述光源组件包括LED灯条、导光板和扩散板,该LED灯条安装于导光板一侧,该扩散板位于导光板的出光面,所述雕刻板位于导光板的出光面。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种沉雕工艺品成像方法,其特征在于:所述石材板的透光率为50%-60%,切割后的厚度为0.8-2cm;所述雕图内凹曲线可设计为较为平缓。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种沉雕工艺品成像方法,其特征在于:所述石材板的透光率为60%-70%,切割后的厚度为2-5cm;所述内雕图内凹曲线可设计为较为适中。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种沉雕工艺品成像方法,其特征在于:所述石材板的透光率为70%-80%,切割后的厚度为5-10cm;所述内雕图内凹曲线可设计为较为陡峭。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的一种沉雕工艺品成像方法,其特征在于:所述石材为玉石、大理石、花岗岩或人造石。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的一种沉雕工艺品成像方法,其特征在于:所述光源组件的发光颜色为多种,依据石材原料的色彩及沉雕图的主题 选择。
  8. 一种带光源的沉雕工艺品,包括固定本体和发光组件,该发光组件安装于固定本体上,还包括雕刻板,该雕刻板一面雕刻带有内凹曲面的沉雕图,该雕刻板固定于固定本体上,且雕刻板的另一面作为入光面与发光组件的出光面相对。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的一种带光源的沉雕工艺品,其特征在于:所述发光组件包括LED灯条、导光板和扩散板,该LED灯条安装于导光板一侧,该扩散板位于导光板的出光面,所述雕刻板位于导光板的出光面。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的一种带光源的沉雕工艺品,其特征在于:所述固定本体还包括有透光薄板,该透光薄板固定于框架上且覆盖于所述雕刻板的出光面。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的一种带光源的沉雕工艺品,其特征在于:所述透光薄板厚度为1-3mm,其为玻璃板、有机玻璃板或透光塑料板。
  12. 所述的一种带光源的沉雕工艺品,其特征在于:所述雕刻板为单片雕刻板或多片雕刻板拼接。
  13. 如权利要求8所述的一种带光源的沉雕工艺品,其特征在于:所述雕刻板正面还包括有凸起的浮雕部。
  14. 如权利要求8或13所述的一种带光源的沉雕工艺品,其特征在于:所述雕刻板正面雕刻有内凹棋子、内凹棋格、还有凸起棋子,雕刻板的背面为抛光面。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的一种带光源的沉雕工艺品,其特征在于: 所述雕刻板背面作为入光面,在光线的照射下,内凹棋子、内凹棋格部分,光线强并形成明亮且白棋子及棋盘网格影像;而凸起棋子部分,光线弱并形成相对暗的黑色棋子影像效果,达到黑白棋对垒的影像效果。
