本发明涉及日常生活用品领域,尤其是一种窗式捕蝇器。
背景技术
夏季是蚊蝇盛行的季节,尤其苍蝇在白天展现无穷活力,如影随形跟随和烦扰人类,市场上随之出现各类灭蝇驱虫的药物、器具、方法,包括普遍使用门窗纱帘进行阻隔,使得室内的蚊蝇大为减少,但有时仍有“漏网之鱼”飞入室内,对人们的生活产生困扰。化学药物驱蝇常引起人们对安全的担心,物理方法如使用苍蝇拍会沾污物品表面,粘蝇纸有时粘到人身上,且妨碍美观,电子驱蝇有时候效果有限等等。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明提供了一种窗式捕蝇器,该捕蝇器解决了蝇虫对人们生活的困扰问题,同时解决了传统的捕蝇方式对人们安全性低、不美观等问题。
技术方案:本发明的窗式捕蝇器,包括主框架、以及设于其外侧并与其外形配合的外框架,所述主框架上罩设有能够通过转动机构相对其上下移动的转动帘,所述转动帘上设有能够吸引和捕捉蝇虫的捕蝇组件,所述主框架上还设有用于收集蝇虫的收集器,并能够通过转动帘的移动将捕捉到的蝇虫输送至收集器中,其中,所述转动机构由驱动装置驱动。
为实现转动帘相对主框架上下移动,所述转动机构包括分别设于主框架上、下两端的两个转轴,且其中一个转轴能够通过驱动装置的驱动而转动、并带动另一转轴同向转动,所述转动帘围绕在两个转轴的外侧,并随着两个转轴的转动而相对主框架上下移动。
两个转轴中的一个为驱动轴,另一个为从动轴,转动帘为可更换的透明PVC材质或纱网,呈条带形环状安装在驱动轴和从动轴上,形成转动的帘布。
为防止转动帘在移动时偏离轨道,所述主框架两侧分别设有能够防止转动帘偏离的限位器,所述限位器设于转动帘的外沿,左右对称分布。
所述捕蝇组件包括位于收集器下方的自动发光板,所述自动发光板包括反光板、能够照射反光板的发光原件以设于所述反光板上的光感应探头,反光板位于发光原件的外部,使得光线按侧向下射,能够很好的吸引蝇虫,且不影响室内光线。
为了方便调节转动帘的移动速度,所述窗式捕蝇器还包括能够控制转动机构转速以及为所述捕蝇组件提供电源的控制器。驱动装置带有减速器,并能够通过控制器调节转速或定时停关。
为节约能源,充分利用太阳能,所述控制器还连接有能够为其提供能源的太阳能发电板,绿色环保。
所述控制器包括控制面板、与所述控制面板连接的控制芯片和电池电路,所述控制器通过导线连接转轴的驱动装置、自动发光板和太阳能发电板。
其中,所述收集器包括比所述转动帘等宽或略宽、并设于所述转动帘外侧的收集盒、通过活动轴与收集盒连接的弧形开关挡板,且所述收集盒一侧与主框架可拆卸卡接。收集盒呈长管状,且底部为开口,开口处设有能够打开/闭合收集盒的开关挡板,开关挡板与收集盒等长。
为实现捕蝇组件捕捉的蝇虫能够自动输入收集盒,所述活动轴与开关挡板之间设有能够使收集盒保持闭合的弹簧,所述转动帘上均匀分布若干条向下倾斜的软毛带,且所述开关挡板能够在软毛带上移时的挤压下实现收集盒的自动打开,继续上移时恢复关闭。活动轴的一端带有弹簧,开关挡板平时在弹簧的作用下保持关闭状态,和收集盒一起形成封闭空间,当受到软毛刷的挤压后开关挡板打开,底部略微开口,软毛带将蝇虫扫入收集盒,当软毛带继续上移时,开关挡板重新关闭。
为实现整窗可以相对外框架打开,所述外框架其中一侧边还设有框架轴,所述主框架能够通过所述框架轴相对外框架打开/闭合。
为方便整窗可以围绕框架轴旋转打开,所述主框架的另一侧设有窗把手。
有益效果:1、本发明根据蝇虫的趋光特性,经常飞往纱窗或玻璃上,设计一种窗式捕蝇器,该捕蝇器捕蝇虫效果好;2、有效避免了传统捕蝇方式不安全、不美观、捕捉蝇虫有限的问题;3、能够自动收集捕捉的蝇虫,也便于收集后的处理;4、充分利用太阳能供电,实现连续捕捉蝇虫;5、安全、绿色、环保。

具体实施方式
参见图1和图2,本发明一实施例所述的窗式捕蝇器,包括主框架1、与主框架1外形配合的外框架2、罩设在主框架1上并能够相对其上下移动的转动帘 4、能够驱动转动帘4移动的转动机构3、设于所述转动帘4上并吸引捕捉的捕蝇组件、能够收集由捕蝇组件捕捉到蝇虫的收集器5、控制转动机构3的转速并能够为捕蝇组件提供电源的控制器8和为控制器8提供能源的太阳能发电板9。
外框架2其中一侧边设有框架轴11,主框架1能够通过框架轴11相对外框架2打开/闭合,主框架1的另一侧设有窗把手21。
转动帘4通过转动机构3相对主框架1上下移动,转动机构3包括分别设于主框架1上、下两端的两转轴,且其中一个转轴能够通过电机的驱动而转动、并带动另一个转轴同向转动,转动帘4围绕在两个转轴的外侧,并随着两个转轴的转动而相对主框架1上下移动。两个转轴中的一个为驱动轴31,另一个为从动轴32,转动帘4为可更换的透明PVC材质或透明纱网,两边带有PVC的条带,形成类似输送带的结构,呈条带形环状安装在驱动轴31和从动轴32上,形成转动的帘布,根据苍蝇等飞虫的运动习性,转动帘4一般设置为向上转动。主框架1的两侧分别对称设有能够防止转动帘4偏离的限位器6。
捕蝇组件包括位于收集器5下方的自动发光板7,自动发光板7包括反光板71、能够照射反光板71的发光原件72,以及于反光板71上的光感应探头73。
控制器8包括控制面板81、与控制面板81连接的控制芯片82和电池电路83,控制器8通过导线连接驱动转动机构3的电机、自动发光板7和太阳能发电板9。电机带有减速器,并能够通过控制器8调节转速或定时停关。
收集器5包括与转动帘4等宽、并设于转动帘4外侧的收集盒51、通过活动轴52与收集盒51连接的弧形开关挡板53,且收集盒51的一侧带有盖,可卡在主框架1上,方便拆卸。
收集盒51呈长管状,紧靠在转动帘4外,且底部为开口,开口处设有能够打开/闭合收集盒的开关挡板53,开关挡板53与收集盒51等长。
活动轴52与开关挡板53之间设有能够使收集盒51保持闭合的弹簧,所述转动帘4上通过基座41均匀设有若干条向下倾斜的软毛带42,且所述开关挡板53能够在软毛带42上移时的挤压下实现收集盒51的自动打开,继续上移时恢复关闭。活动轴52一端带有弹簧,开关挡板53平时在弹簧的作用下保持关闭状态,和收集盒51一起形成封闭空间,当受到软毛带42的挤压后开关挡板53打开,底部略微开口,软毛带42将蝇虫扫入收集盒,当软毛带42继续上移时,开关挡板53重新关闭。
本发明的工作原理如下:
转动帘4在转动机构3的作用下相对外框架2向上移动,调节控制器8,在光线不足的情况下,光感应探头73接收的信号小于阈值,驱动发光原件72点亮,由于反光板71的限制,光线只能照在自动发光板7下面转动帘4上的一小片区域,这有利于光照不好的条件下吸引苍蝇和飞虫,在夜晚不干扰休息的同时可以起到小夜灯的作用。
当软毛带42随着转动帘4向上转动到达收集盒51后,挤压开关挡板53,逐渐打开封闭的收集盒51,可将蝇虫推入收集盒51中,随着转动帘4继续上行,软毛带42离开收集盒51上的狭缝,开关挡板53在弹簧的作用下,关闭收集盒51,蝇虫在其中不得逃出。
需要清理收集盒51的时候,将之从主框架1上取下来,打开一侧盖子,处理里面捕捉到的苍蝇。
在主框架1上相对框架轴11的一边装有窗把手21,整窗可以围绕框架轴11旋转打开、关闭,在需要开关调节原先的窗户时,可以操作此窗把手21。
太阳能发电板9安装在窗外向阳的地方,通过控制器8内的电池给本装置提供稳定的电源,如果在房屋北边光照不足的地方,可以直接使用室内的普通电源对捕蝇器供电。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的窗式捕蝇器,其特征在于:所述转动机构(3)包括分别设于主框架(1)上、下两端的两个转轴,且其中一个转轴能够通过驱动装置的驱动而转动、并带动另一个转轴同向转动,所述转动帘(4)围绕在两个转轴的外侧,并随着两个转轴的转动而相对外框架(2)上下移动。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的窗式捕蝇器,其特征在于:所述主框架(1)两侧分别设有能够防止转动帘(4)偏离的限位器(6)。
