可选地,所述双传动冲泡装置还包括主动驱动组件;
所述主动驱动组件与所述移动支架连接,用于驱动所述移动支架相对于所述固定组件在打开位置和关闭位置之间移动。
所述主动驱动组件包括第一驱动件和第二驱动件,所述第一驱动件的两端分别与所述移动支架和所述固定组件铰接,所述第二驱动件的两端也分别与所述移动支架和所述固定组件铰接;
所述第一驱动件和所述第二驱动件分别铰接在所述移动支架的两端。
可选地,所述主动驱动组件还包括主动驱动件,所述主动驱动件上设有驱动齿轮,所述第一驱动件上设有从动齿轮,所述主动驱动件和所述第一驱动件通过所述驱动齿轮和所述从动齿轮传动连接。
可选地,所述第一驱动件的外侧设有第一凸起部,所述第一驱动件上还设有第一开关,当所述移动支架处于所述关闭位置时,所述第一凸起部与所述第一开关接触。
可选地,所述从动齿轮为扇形齿轮,所述第一凸起部设于所述扇形齿轮的侧边。
可选地,所述主动驱动件包括电机,所述电机的电机输出轴与所述驱动齿轮固定连接。
可选地,所述第二驱动件上设有第二开关,所述第一驱动件的外侧设有第二凸起部,当所述移动支架处于所述打开位置时,所述第二凸起部与所述第二开关接触。
在一实施例中,所述固定组件的末端设有用于容纳所述胶囊杯组件 的容纳腔,所述胶囊杯组件可在所述容纳腔内滑动。
可选地,所述双传动冲泡装置还包括位置检测组件;
所述位置检测组件包括第三开关、凸伸入所述容纳腔的推杆和与所述推杆连接的弹性件,当所述胶囊杯组件完全容纳在所述容纳腔内时,所述推杆和所述第三开关接触,所述弹性件被压缩。
本申请实施例的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的情况,本申请实施例的双传动冲泡装置包括固定组件、传动组件和胶囊杯组件,胶囊杯组件包括用于容纳胶囊的第一胶囊杯和第二胶囊杯,传动组件包括双传动机构和第一滑动机构、第二滑动机构,其中,双传动机构包括移动支架、第一连接件和第二连接件,移动支架可相对于固定组件在打开位置和关闭位置之间移动,第一连接件的两端分别与移动支架和第一滑动机构铰接,第二连接件的两端分别与移动支架和第二滑动机构铰接,通过驱动移动支架可驱动第一滑动机构和第二滑动机构向靠近胶囊杯组件的方向移动,能够同时制备两杯饮料,或者实现一键操作制作混合型饮料,提高机器的工作效率。

为了便于理解本申请,下面结合附图和具体实施例,对本申请进行更详细的说明。需要说明的是,当元件被表述“固定于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上、或者其间可以存在一个或多个居中的元件。当一个元件被表述“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件、或者其间可以存在一个或多个居中的元件。本说明书所使用的术语“垂直的”、“水平的”、“左”、“右”以及类似的表述只是为了说明的目的。
除非另有定义,本说明书所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本申请的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本说明书中在本申请的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施例的目的,不是用于限制本申请。本说明书所使用的术语“和/或”包括一个或多个相关的所列项目的任意的和所有的组合。
本申请实施例提供一种双传动冲泡装置,该双传动冲泡装置可应用于饮料制备机器中,制作咖啡、茶、奶茶、果汁、奶粉等饮料。请参阅图1,图1为本申请其中一实施例提供的双传动冲泡装置的结构示意图,双传动冲泡装置包括:固定组件100、传动组件200和胶囊杯组件300,固定组件100用于设置传动组件200和胶囊杯组件300,胶囊杯组件300包括用于容纳胶囊的第一胶囊杯310和第二胶囊杯320。
在固定组件100的末端设有用于容纳胶囊杯组件300的容纳腔101,为方便第一胶囊杯310和第二胶囊杯320的清洗和胶囊的放进、拿出,胶囊杯组件300可在容纳腔101内滑动,亦即,胶囊杯组件300可抽屉式地推入到容纳腔101内,以及从容纳腔101中抽出。
在一实施例中,固定组件100的容纳腔101内设有第一磁吸件,胶囊杯组件300还包括第二磁吸件,通过容纳腔101内的第一磁吸件和第二磁吸件定位胶囊杯组件300在容纳腔101内的位置。
其中,第一磁吸件和第二磁吸件均为磁铁;或者,第一磁吸件和第二磁吸件两者其中之一为磁铁,另一为铁磁类物质。磁铁本身就具有磁矩,异性极N极与S极能够相互吸引,而铁磁类物质,如铁、钴、镍及其合金等在外部磁场的作用下显示顺磁性,也能够被磁铁吸引。
请一并参阅图2-图4,传动组件200包括双传动机构210和第一滑动机构220、第二滑动机构230,双传动机构210包括移动支架211、第一连接件212和第二连接件213,移动支架211可相对于固定组件100在打开位置(如图3所示)和关闭位置(如图4所示)之间移动。第一连接件212的两端分别与移动支架211和第一滑动机构220铰接,第二连接件212的两端分别与移动支架211和第二滑动机构230铰接,通过驱动移动支架211可驱动第一滑动机构220和第二滑动机构230向靠近胶囊杯组件300的方向移动。
具体地,移动支架211的两端分别设有第一活动轴201和第二活动轴202,第一滑动机构220的上端设有第三活动轴203,且第三活动轴203的两端未受到固定组件100的约束。第一连接件212的一端设有供第一活动轴201穿出的轴孔,另一端设有供第三活动轴203穿出的轴孔,通过将第一活动轴201和第三活动轴203分别穿设于第一连接件212两端的轴孔中,可实现第一连接件21与移动支架211之间和与第一滑动机构220之间的铰接。
第二滑动机构230的上端设有第四活动轴204,且第四活动轴204的两端未受到固定组件100的约束。第二连接件213的一端设有供第二活动轴202穿出的轴孔,另一端设有供第四活动轴204穿出的轴孔,通过将第二活动轴202和第四活动轴204分别穿设于第二连接件213两端的轴孔中,可实现第二连接件213与移动支架211之间和与第二滑动机构230之间的铰接。
第一活动轴201、第二活动轴202、第三活动轴203和第四活动轴204构成一平行四边形,当驱动移动支架211移动时,移动支架211可带动第一连接件212和第二连接件213分别绕第三活动轴203和第四活动轴204转动,从而带动第一滑动机构220、第二滑动机构230在固定组件100内向上或向下运动。
双传动冲泡装置还包括主动驱动组件400,主动驱动组件400与移动支架211连接,用于驱动移动支架211相对于固定组件100在打开位置和关闭位置之间移动。
可选地,主动驱动组件400包括第一驱动件410和第二驱动件420,第一驱动件410的两端分别与移动支架211和固定组件100铰接,第二驱动件420的两端也分别与移动支架211和固定组件100铰接,第一驱动件410和第二驱动件420分别铰接在移动支架211的两端。当驱动第一驱动件410绕固定组件100转动时,第一驱动件410可带动移动支架211移动,移动支架211继而可带动第二驱动件420绕固定组件100转动。
具体地,第一驱动件410的一端穿设有第一转轴401,另一端设有轴孔,固定组件100上设有供第一转轴401穿出的轴孔,通过将第一驱动件410一端的第一转轴401穿设于固定组件100的轴孔中,以及将另一端的轴孔套设在移动支架211的第一活动轴201上,可实现第一驱动件410与移动支架211之间和与固定组件100之间的铰接。
第二驱动件420的一端穿设有第二转轴402,另一端设有轴孔,固定组件100上还设有供第二转轴402穿出的轴孔,通过将第二驱动件420一端的第二转轴402穿设于固定组件100的轴孔中,以及将另一端的轴孔套设在移动支架211的第二活动轴202上,可实现第二驱动件420与移动支架211之间和与固定组件100之间的铰接。
当通过第一驱动件410驱动移动支架211移动时,由第一转轴401、第二转轴402、第一活动轴201和第二活动轴202组成的平行四边形机构,保证了移动支架211移动过程中的稳定性。
在一实施例中,主动驱动组件400还包括主动驱动件430,主动驱动件430上设有驱动齿轮431,第一驱动件410上设有从动齿轮411,主动驱动件430和第一驱动件410通过驱动齿轮431和从动齿轮411传动连接,通过驱动主动驱动件430上的驱动齿轮431转动,可驱动第一驱动件410带动移动支架211移动。
可选地,第一驱动件410的外侧设有第一凸起部412,第一驱动件410上还设有第一开关413,当移动支架211处于关闭位置时,第一凸起部412与第一开关413接触。因此,通过第一开关102的开关状态能够检测出双传动机构210是否驱动到位。
在一实施例中,从动齿轮411为扇形齿轮,第一凸起部412设于扇形齿轮的侧边。
在一实施例中,主动驱动件430包括电机,电机的电机输出轴432与驱动齿轮431固定连接。在其他实施例中,主动驱动件430还包括手柄,手柄可与电机的电机输出轴432固定住,在电机不运行时,通过手柄驱动驱动齿轮431转动。
可选地,第二驱动件420上设有第二开关421,第一驱动件410的外侧设有第二凸起部414,当移动支架211处于打开位置时,第二凸起部414与第二开关431接触。
通过主动驱动组件400驱动移动支架211的方法并不限定于此,可以根据本领域技术人员的选择进行变更,例如,还可以采用第一驱动件410与移动支架211固定连接的方式,当通过第一驱动件410驱动移动支架211在固定组件内滑动时,同样地移动支架211可带动第一滑动机构220、第二滑动机构230在固定组件100内向上或向下运动。
可选地,固定组件100包括相互拼接固定的第一固定座110和第二固定座120,在第一固定座110的末端设置有第一侧壁111和第一支撑平面112,第二固定座120的末端设置有第二侧壁121和第二支撑平面122,第一侧壁111和第二侧壁121围合形成容纳腔101,第一支撑平面112和第二支撑平面122用于固定胶囊杯组件300。
在第一固定座110的侧壁上设有第一滑槽,在第二固定座120的侧壁上设有第二滑槽122,使得第三活动轴203和第四活动轴204的两端可沿着第一滑槽和第二滑槽122滑动,第一滑槽和第二滑槽122在第一滑动机构220和第二滑动机构230的运动过程中提供导向作用。
在一实施例中,分别在第一支撑平面112和第二支撑平面122上设有导轨,胶囊杯组件300的下端设有滑轮,通过滑轮胶囊杯组件300可沿第一支撑平面112和第二支撑平面122上的导轨滑入固定组件100的容纳腔101内,以及从容纳腔101中滑出。
在一实施例中,固定组件100的第一支撑平面112和/或第二支撑平面122上设有压力传感器,用于检测胶囊杯组件300对第一支撑平面 112和第二支撑平面122的整体压力。当固定组件100内没有胶囊杯组件300,或者胶囊杯组件300没有胶囊时,压力传感器检测到的压力值低于预设值。饮料制备机器开启后,如果压力传感器反馈的压力值低于预设值,饮料制备机器发出提示,和/或切断水流通道。
第一滑动机构220上固定有第一刺破针221以及设有第一入水流道222,第二滑动机构230上固定有第二刺破针231以及设有第二入水流道232。具体实施时,第一入水流道222和第二入水流道232可由同一电磁阀控制或者由不同的电磁阀控制,用户可以选择同时制备两杯饮料或者只制备一杯饮料。
可选地,第一入水流道222和第二入水流道232中设有止回阀和止回阀弹簧,防止水倒流。
第一胶囊杯310和第二胶囊杯320的底部均设有出水口,其中,还可以在第一胶囊杯310和/或第二胶囊杯320内设置与出水口连通的刺破针。在第一胶囊杯310和/或第二胶囊杯320的底部未设置刺破针的情况下,热水从胶囊的一端刺破口进入后,在水压的作用下,水流可冲破胶囊的密封口直接流出。
使用时,先将胶囊放进胶囊杯组件300的第一胶囊杯310和第二胶囊杯320中,将胶囊杯组件300沿着固定组件100的第一支撑平面112和第二支撑平面122推入固定组件100的收容腔101内。
再直接驱动移动支架211或者通过主动驱动组件400驱动移动支架211从打开位置移动到关闭位置,在移动支架211移动的过程中,通过第一连接件212和第二连接件213可分别带动第一滑动机构220和第二滑动机构230向靠近胶囊杯组件300的方向移动。
当移动支架211移动到关闭位置时,第一刺破针221和第二刺破针222可分别刺破第一胶囊杯310和第二胶囊杯320内的胶囊,热水分别从两个胶囊的一端刺破口进入,并从两个胶囊的另一端流出,完成饮料的制备。在实际应用中,从第一胶囊杯310的出水口和第二胶囊杯320的出水口流出的饮料可以使之流入同一容器中,通过一键操作便可制作混合型饮料,如混合果汁、卡布奇诺等混合型饮料。
在一实施例中,第一胶囊杯310和第二胶囊杯320的尺寸大小不一样。例如,在实际生活中,有人喜欢美式咖啡,有人喜欢意式咖啡,而意式咖啡胶囊和美式咖啡胶囊尺寸大小差异比较大,可根据意式咖啡胶囊设计第一胶囊杯310的尺寸,根据美式咖啡胶囊设计第二胶囊杯320的尺寸,以满足不同用户的需求。
请参阅图5,图5为本申请另一实施例提供的双传动冲泡装置的固定组件的剖视图,与上述实施例的不同之处在于,双传动冲泡装置还包括位置检测组件500,位置检测组件500包括第三开关510、凸伸入容纳腔101的推杆520和与推杆520连接的弹性件530。如图6所示,当胶囊杯组件300完全容纳在容纳腔101内时,推杆520和第三开关510接触,弹性件530被压缩。
当胶囊杯组件300从容纳腔101中拉出时,推杆520在弹性件530的弹性力作用下向容纳腔101内运动,继而与第三开关510分离。可选地,第三开关510为微动开关。
因此,通过第三开关510的开关状态可判断出胶囊杯组件300是否在容纳腔101内,当胶囊杯组件300在容纳腔101内时,说明胶囊杯组件300处于饮料制备机器的预设位置。
在一实施例中,推杆520的设置方向与胶囊杯组件300相对固定组件100的运动方向平行。
例如,固定组件100的末端还设有与第一侧壁111连接或第二侧壁121连接的后壁102,推杆520贯穿后壁102。在其他实施例中,后壁102也可以不与第一侧壁111和第二侧壁121连接,而直接由固定组件100的末端向容纳腔101延伸形成。
在一实施例中,推杆520的设置方向与胶囊杯组件300相对固定组件100的运动方向垂直;推杆520凸伸入容纳腔101的一端设有倾斜平面,倾斜平面用于当推杆520与胶囊杯组件300接触时,使推杆520向远离容纳腔101的方向运动。
具体地,在将胶囊杯组件300推进容纳腔101内时,当胶囊杯组件300与推杆520接触时,在推力的作用下,胶囊杯组件300继续沿推杆 520的倾斜平面滑动,迫使推杆520向远离容纳腔101的方向运动,在这个过程中,与推杆520连接的弹性件530被压缩。
可选地,推杆520贯穿第一侧壁111或第二侧壁121的后端。在另一实施例中,推杆520贯穿第一支撑平面112或第二支撑平面122的后端。
本申请实施例的双传动冲泡装置包括固定组件100、传动组件200和胶囊杯组件300,胶囊杯组件300包括用于容纳胶囊的第一胶囊杯310和第二胶囊杯320,传动组件200包括双传动机构210和第一滑动机构220、第二滑动机构230,其中,双传动机构210包括移动支架211、第一连接件212和第二连接件213,移动支架211可相对于固定组件100在打开位置和关闭位置之间移动,第一连接件212的两端分别与移动支架211和第一滑动机构220铰接,第二连接件212的两端分别与移动支架211和第二滑动机构230铰接,通过驱动移动支架211可驱动第一滑动机构220和第二滑动机构230向靠近胶囊杯组件300的方向移动,能够同时制备两杯饮料,或者实现一键操作制作混合型饮料,提高机器的工作效率。
本申请实施例还提供一种胶囊饮品机,包括如上的双传动冲泡装置。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种饮料制备机器的双传动冲泡装置,包括固定组件(100)、传动组件(200)和胶囊杯组件(300),所述固定组件(100)用于设置所述传动组件(200)和所述胶囊杯组件(300),其特征在于;
    所述传动组件(200)包括双传动机构(210)和第一滑动机构(220)、第二滑动机构(230),所述双传动机构(210)包括移动支架(211)、第一连接件(212)和第二连接件(213),所述移动支架(212)可相对于所述固定组件(100)在打开位置和关闭位置之间移动,所述第一连接件(212)的两端分别与所述移动支架(211)和所述第一滑动机构(220)铰接,所述第二连接件(213)的两端分别与所述移动支架(212)和所述第二滑动机构(230)铰接;
    所述胶囊杯组件(300)包括用于容纳胶囊的第一胶囊杯(310)和第二胶囊杯(320),通过驱动所述移动支架(211)可驱动所述第一滑动机构(220)和所述第二滑动机构(230)向靠近所述胶囊杯组件(300)的方向移动,当所述移动支架(211)处于所述关闭位置时,所述第一滑动机构(220)与所述第一胶囊杯(310)紧密配合夹持住所述第一胶囊杯(310)中的胶囊并形成冲泡空间,所述第二滑动机构(230)与所述第二胶囊杯(320)紧密配合夹持住所述第二胶囊杯(320)中的胶囊并形成冲泡空间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的双传动冲泡装置,其特征在于,所述双传动冲泡装置还包括主动驱动组件(400);
    所述主动驱动组件(400)与所述移动支架(211)连接,用于驱动所述移动支架(211)相对于所述固定组件(100)在打开位置和关闭位置之间移动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的双传动冲泡装置,其特征在于,
    所述主动驱动组件(400)包括第一驱动件(410)和第二驱动件(420),所述第一驱动件(410)的两端分别与所述移动支架(211)和所述固定组件(100)铰接,所述第二驱动件(420)的两端也分别与所 述移动支架(211)和所述固定组件(100)铰接;
    所述第一驱动件(410)和所述第二驱动件(420)分别铰接在所述移动支架(211)的两端。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的双传动冲泡装置,其特征在于,
    所述主动驱动组件(400)还包括主动驱动件(430),所述主动驱动件(430)上设有驱动齿轮(431),所述第一驱动件(410)上设有从动齿轮(411),所述主动驱动件(430)和所述第一驱动件(410)通过所述驱动齿轮(431)和所述从动齿轮(411)传动连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的双传动冲泡装置,其特征在于,
    所述第一驱动件(410)的外侧设有第一凸起部(412),所述第一驱动件(410)上还设有第一开关(413),当所述移动支架(211)处于所述关闭位置时,所述第一凸起部(412)与所述第一开关(413)接触。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的双传动冲泡装置,其特征在于,
    所述从动齿轮(411)为扇形齿轮,所述第一凸起部(412)设于所述扇形齿轮的侧边。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的双传动冲泡装置,其特征在于,
    所述主动驱动件(430)包括电机,所述电机的电机输出轴(432)与所述驱动齿轮(431)固定连接。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的双传动冲泡装置,其特征在于,
    所述第二驱动件(420)上设有第二开关(421),所述第一驱动件(410)的外侧设有第二凸起部(414),当所述移动支架(211)处于所述打开位置时,所述第二凸起部(414)与所述第二开关(421)接触。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的双传动冲泡装置,其特征在于,
    所述固定组件(100)的末端设有用于容纳所述胶囊杯组件(300)的容纳腔(101),所述胶囊杯组件(300)可在所述容纳腔(101)内滑动。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的双传动冲泡装置,其特征在于,所述双传动冲泡装置还包括位置检测组件(500);
    所述位置检测组件(500)包括第三开关(510)、凸伸入所述容纳 腔(101)的推杆(520)和与所述推杆(520)连接的弹性件(530),当所述胶囊杯组件(300)完全容纳在所述容纳腔(101)内时,所述推杆(520)和所述第三开关(510)接触,所述弹性件(530)被压缩。
