Abstract

本发明公开了一种复合式顶盖,其包括:一安装框及一顶罩,所述安装框装设在帐篷架的顶部,所述顶罩配合在安装框上,使顶盖的顶面形成封闭的平面。本发明将帐篷的顶盖设计成安装框配合顶罩的复合式结构,安装框可便于与帐篷架实现安装,顶罩配合在安装框上,使该顶盖形成开口朝下、顶面为封闭平面的U型框,这样不但可以起到防尘、防水的作用,封闭的顶面在车辆行驶过程中不会随风摆动,降低风阻,增加行车安全。

Description

一种复合式顶盖 技术领域
本发明涉及一种帐篷,特别是指一种帐篷的复合式顶盖。
背景技术
现有帐篷一般是由帐篷架杆及设置在帐篷架杆顶部的帐篷顶组成,该帐篷架杆可以展开或者收折,目前帐篷架杆的展开以及收折有多种结构形式,有的是完全人工的手动操作,有的可以采用手摇式的半自动操作,有的可以实现全自动操作。而帐篷顶通常包括两种,一种是软质的帐篷布,另一种是硬质的顶盖,软质的帐篷布虽然可以防尘,但是软质的结构容易积水,不但增加帐篷的重量,水也容易渗透,防水效果不佳,并且整个帐篷收折后形成软质的结构,容易膨胀,风阻较大,另外,帐篷布本身清洗不方便。而硬质的盖板其存在安装困难及使用不便的缺陷,且若该硬质的盖板采用金属结构会增加整个帐篷的重量,而采用塑料板,安装时容易破裂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种安装方便、风阻小的复合式顶盖。
为了达成上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:
一种复合式顶盖,其包括一安装框及一顶罩,所述安装框装设在帐篷架的顶部,所述顶罩配合在安装框上,使顶盖的顶面形成封闭的平面。
所述顶罩包括一柔性篷布及一压板,所述柔性篷布绷直罩盖在安装框的外周及顶部,所述压板将柔性篷布固定在所述安装框的外周。
所述安装框为一铝框,所述压板为环形的铝压板,该压板将所述柔性篷布固定在压板与铝框之间。
所述安装框包括一外框及配合设置在外框内的至少一加强筋。
所述顶罩包括一轻质板材及一压条,所述轻质板材配合在安装框的顶面,所述压条配合设置在轻质板材的外周并于与安装框的顶面配合固定在一起。
所述安装框为一铝框,所述压条为L型的铝压条。
所述轻质板材为一蜂窝板。
所述帐篷架包括一底座及一中部撑架,中部撑架的后端枢接于底座的后端,而中部撑架的前端枢接所述安装框的前端。
采用上述结构后,本发明将帐篷的顶盖设计成安装框配合顶罩的复合式结构,安装框可便于与帐篷架实现安装,顶罩配合在安装框上,使该顶盖的顶面形成封闭平面的框体,这样不但可以起到防尘、防水的作用,封闭的顶面在帐篷过程中不会随风摆动,降低风阻,增加使用安全。

具体实施方式
为了进一步解释本发明的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来对本发明进行详细阐述。
需说明的是,术语'前'、'后'等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
如图1至图4所示,本发明揭示了一种复合式顶盖100,其包括一安装框1及一顶罩2,所述安装框1装设在帐篷架200的顶部,所述顶罩2配合在安装框1上,使顶盖100的顶面形成封闭的平面。
本发明将帐篷的顶盖100设计成安装框1配合顶罩2的复合式结构,安装框1可便于与帐篷架200实现安装,顶罩2配合在安装框1上,使该顶盖100的顶面形成的封闭平面,这样不但可以起到防尘、防水的作用,封闭的顶面在帐篷使用过程中不会随风摆动,降低风阻,增加使用安全。
本发明复合式顶盖100可配合在大部分的帐篷架上,如图1至图4所示的实施例1及实施例2均是以车顶帐篷为例,将本发明顶盖100直接作为Z型帐篷架200的顶部支架。这种Z型的帐篷架200包括一底座3及一中部撑架4,中部撑架4的后端枢接于底座3的后端,而中部撑架4的前端枢接所述安装框1的前端。
如图1至图3为本发明复合式顶盖100的实施例1,本实施例中,顶盖100的顶罩2为一硬质结构,该顶罩2包括一轻质板材21及一压条22,所述轻质板材21配合在安装框1的顶面,所述压条22配合设置在轻质板材21的外周并与安装框1的顶面配合固定在一起。
所述安装框1为一方形的铝框,所述压条22为L型的方形铝压条。铝材具有质量轻及耐腐蚀两大优点,将安装框1及压条22采用铝材具有加工工艺简单、不易变形、密封性能好且使用寿命长等优点;而轻质板材21可选用蜂窝板、纤维板、胶合板、装饰板、石膏板、防火板等等。将轻质板材21配合在安装框1的顶部后,通过L型的方形铝压条22将该轻质板材21固定在安装框1上,形成复合式顶盖100,该复合式顶盖100具有轻便、耐用、成本低等特点,硬质的顶盖100便于日常清洗维护,且在车辆行驶过程中,风阻小,增加行车安全。
如图4所示,为本发明复合式顶盖100的实施例2,本实施例中,顶盖100的顶罩2为一软质结构,该顶罩2包括柔性篷布23及一压板24,所述柔性篷布23绷直罩盖在安装框1的外周及顶部,所述压板24将柔性篷布23固定在所述安装框1的外周。
本实施例的安装框1同样可为一铝框,所述压板24为方形的铝压板24,该压板24将所述柔性篷布23固定在压板24与铝框之间。由于顶罩2为软质结构,为了增加该顶盖100的强度,所述安装框1包括一外框11及配合设置在外框11内的至少一加强筋12。虽然顶罩2为软质结构,但该顶罩2的柔性篷布23是绷直设置在安装框1外,使顶盖100的顶面形成封闭的平面,因此柔性篷布23在使用过程中,不会随风摆动,也不会膨胀,减少风阻,增加行车安全。
如图5至图7所示,为本发明复合式顶盖100另外三种使用状态示例,该三种使用状态示例中,采用实施例1或实施例2制作的顶盖100,其安装框1直接与底座3枢接。具体为:
如图5所示的一种顶盖100为一硬质结构或者软质结构的车顶帐篷,其安装框1与底座3经合页枢接,至少有一个伸缩杆5与安装框1与底座3连接,通过伸缩杆5的伸缩带动帐篷撑开或闭合。
如图6、7所示的一种顶盖100为一硬质结构或者软质结构的车顶帐篷,其底座3相对于顶盖100的枢接边设有一门形框7,至少有一个可伸缩的支撑杆件6与顶盖100的安装框1、门形框连接。所述顶盖100的安装框1与底座3经合页枢接,并至少有一个伸缩杆5与安装框1、底座3连接。底座3、顶盖100通过伸缩杆5、支撑杆件6的伸缩、折叠以达帐篷撑开或闭合。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种复合式顶盖,其特征在于,包括:一安装框及一顶罩,所述安装框装设在帐篷架的顶部,所述顶罩配合在安装框上,使顶盖的顶面形成封闭的平面。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种复合式顶盖,其特征在于:所述顶罩包括一柔性篷布及一压板,所述柔性篷布绷直罩盖在安装框的外周及顶部,所述压板将柔性篷布固定在所述安装框的外周。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种复合式顶盖,其特征在于:所述安装框为一铝框,所述压板为环形的铝压板,该压板将所述柔性篷布固定在压板与铝框之间。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的一种复合式顶盖,其特征在于:所述安装框包括一外框及配合设置在外框内的至少一加强筋。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种复合式顶盖,其特征在于:所述顶罩包括一轻质板材及一压条,所述轻质板材配合在安装框的顶面,所述压条配合设置在轻质板材的外周并与安装框的顶面配合固定在一起。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的一种复合式顶盖,其特征在于:所述安装框为一铝框,所述压条为L型的铝压条。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的一种复合式顶盖,其特征在于:所述轻质板材为一蜂窝板。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的一种复合式顶盖,其特征在于:所述帐篷架包括一
    底座及一中部撑架,中部撑架的后端枢接于底座的后端,而中部撑架的前端枢接所述安装框的前端。
