技术领域
本公开涉及一种按键结构及具有该按键结构的显示装置。
背景技术
现有的TV或显示器等显示产品愈发重视以人为本的设计理念,产品需要符合美学要求、个性化、纤薄、功能需要等多种要求。随着TV及显示器的普及,势必在其设计上需要做到外观与功能的共赢,使终端消费者高效率地使用到这类产品,感受到科技为民的便利。基于上述产品设计需求,提供一种集多种控制功能为一体,且兼具产品外观设计需要的按键结构,以称为本领域亟待解决的重要课题。
发明内容
根据本公开的一个方面,提供一种按键结构,可拆装地安装于电子设备。其中,所述按键结构包括壳体、功能控制基板、机械按键和遥控模组。所述壳体具有容置空间和连接结构,所述壳体通过所述连接结构可拆装地连接于所述电子设备,所述壳体具有对接于所述电子设备的一安装面,所述安装面开设有连通于所述容置空间的线孔,所述电子设备开设有与所述线孔对应的开孔。所述功能控制基板设于所述容置空间内且连接有线缆,所述线缆经由所述线孔和所述开孔伸入所述电子设备,并连接于所述电子设备内部的电子器件。所述机械按键设于所述功能控制基板上且由所述壳体开设的按键孔露出。所述遥控模组设于所述功能控制基板上,用以接收遥控信号。
在一些实施例中,所述壳体包括第一壳体以及第二壳体。所述第一壳体开设有容置槽且设有所述连接结构。所述第二壳体可拆装地扣合于所述第一壳体,且封闭所述容置槽而形成所述容置空间。
在一些实施例中,所述第一壳体包括第一部以及第二部。所述第一部开设有所述容置槽。所述第二部连接于所述第一部且设有所述连接结构,所述第一壳体通过所述连接结构连接于所述电子设备时,所述第二部位于所述电子设备内部。
在一些实施例中,所述第一壳体与所述第二壳体通过卡接组件连接,所述卡接组件包括卡勾以及卡槽。所述卡勾设于所述第一壳体与所述第二壳体的其中之一。所述卡槽设于所述第一壳体与所述第二壳体的其中另一,所述卡槽与所述卡勾卡扣配合。
在一些实施例中,所述第一壳体设有多根定位柱,所述定位柱由所述容置槽的槽底向槽口凸伸而成;所述功能控制基板开设有多个定位孔,多个定位孔分别对应于多根定位柱,以供所述定位柱穿设于所述定位孔而将所述功能控制基板定位于所述容置槽内。
在一些实施例中,所述壳体具有围绕所述安装面周缘的多个侧壁,多个所述侧壁的至少其中之一的表面呈与所述电子设备的表面平滑过渡的形状。
在一些实施例中,所述连接结构为螺丝锁付孔,且所述电子设备开设有与所述螺丝锁付孔对应的螺孔,所述螺丝锁付孔与所述螺孔共同穿设有固定螺丝,以使所述壳体可拆装地连接于所述电子设备。
在一些实施例中,所述遥控模组接收的所述遥控信号包括红外信号、蓝牙信号和WIFI信号的至少其中之一。
根据本公开的另一方面,提供一种显示装置,包括外壳以及设于所述外壳内的显示器件。其中,所述显示装置还包括本公开提出的并在上述实施方式中所述的按键结构。其中,所述壳体通过所述连接结构可拆装地连接于所述外壳,所述外壳开设有所述开孔,所述线缆经由所述线孔和所述开孔伸入所述外壳内,并连接于所述显示器件。
在一些实施例中,所述显示器件包括背板。其中,所述连接结构伸入所述外壳内并可拆装地连接于所述背板。

按键结构实施方式
参阅图1,其代表性地示出了本公开提出的按键结构的结构示意图。在该示例性实施方式中,本公开提出的按键结构是以安装在显示装置的按键结构为例,进一步地,是以安装在例如TV或显示器的显示装置的按键结构为例进行说明的。本领域技术人员容易理解的是,为将本公开的相关设计应用于其他类型的显示装置或其他电子设备中,而对下述的具体实施方式做出多种改型、添加、替代、删除或其他变化,这些变化仍在本公开提出的按键结构的原理的范围内。
如图1所示,本公开提出的按键结构100能够以可拆装的方式安装在显示装置上。其中,按键结构100主要包括壳体、功能控制基板、机械按键和遥控模组。按键结构100可以包括logo图案150。壳体包括第一壳体110和第二壳体120。
配合参阅图2和图3,图2中代表性地示出了能够体现本公开原理的按键结构100的爆炸分解示意图;图3中代表性地示出了能够体现本公开原理的按键结构100安装于一显示器200的结构示意图。以下结合上述附图,对本公开提出的按键结构100的各主要组成部分的结构、连接方式和功能关系进行详细说明。
如图1和图2所示,壳体具有容置空间和连接结构,容置空间用于容纳和安装功能控制基板130,连接结构用于供壳体以可拆装的方式连接在显示装置上。其中,壳体具有对接于显示装置的一安装面121,安装面121上开设有连通于容置空间的线孔1211,显示装置开设有与线孔1211对应的开孔,据此,功能控制基板130与显示装置内部的电子器件相连接的线缆,可以经由上述线孔1211和开孔由容置空间直接进入显示装置内部,不会显露在壳体或者显示装置的外部,满足显示装置,特别是例如TV或显示器200等显示装置对内部走线的特殊要求。
如图2所示,壳体示例性地采用两部分结构扣合对接的结构设计。具体而言,壳体包括第一壳体110以及第二壳体120。第一壳体110开设有容置槽1111且设置有连接结构。第二壳体120可拆装地扣合于第一壳体110,且封闭容置槽1111而形成上述容置空间。
如图2所示,第一壳体110示例性地包括第一部111以及第二部112。具体而言,第一部111开设有容置槽1111,且第二壳体120的形状示例性地采用与第一壳体110的第一部111形状大致相同的设计。第二部112连接于第一部111且设置有连接结构,第一壳体110通过连接结构连接于显示装置时,第二部112位于显示装置内部。
进一步地,如图2所示,第一壳体110与第二壳体120示例性地通过卡接组件可拆装地连接。具体而言,卡接组件主要包括多对卡勾1221以及卡槽1112。其中,卡槽1112设置在第一壳体110的第一部111的与第二壳体120对接的一侧,即设置在第一部111的容置槽1111的槽口一侧,卡勾1221设置在第二壳体120的与第一壳体110对接的一侧,且卡勾1221的设置位置与卡槽1112一一对应。在其他实施方式中,卡勾1221和卡槽1112的设置位置亦可互换,且第一壳体110和第二壳体120并不限于仅设置卡勾1221和卡槽1112两者的其中之一。即,对于相配合的一对卡勾1221和卡槽1112而言,卡勾1221设置于第一壳体110与第二壳体120的其中之一,卡槽1112设置于第一壳体110与第二壳体120的其中另一。
进一步地,如图3所示,显示装置具有前、后端面、顶面、底面和两侧面。在此基础上,假设显示装置采用前端面设置屏幕220的结构,且壳体以安装面121连接于显示装置的底面(或顶面和两侧面的其中之一)时,壳体的两侧侧壁的表面分别呈与显示装置的底面平滑过渡的形状,例如斜面、内凹弧面等,进一步提升整体外形的美观度。在其他实施方式中,当按键结构100安装在显示装置的其他位置时,在壳体所 具有的围绕安装面121周缘的多个侧壁中,可以将至少其中之一的表面设计为与显示装置的表面平滑过渡的形状。
进一步地,如图1和图2所示,连接结构示例性地采用螺丝锁付孔1121的结构,相应地,显示装置内部开设有与螺丝锁付孔1121相对应的螺孔,螺丝锁付孔1121与螺孔共同穿设有固定螺丝(例如M3*8机械牙纹螺丝),以使连接结构的壳体可拆装地连接于显示装置。
如图2所示,功能控制基板130设置在容置空间内,其可选择PVC板等常用电路基板的结构。功能控制基板130通过线缆与显示装置内部的电子器件连接。具体而言,线缆一端连接于功能控制基板130,另一端经由线孔1211和开孔伸入显示装置,并连接于显示装置内部的电子器件。据此,由于壳体的安装面121对接于显示装置的表面,且线孔1211与开口对应而形成供线缆穿过的通道,从而使得线缆不会显露于壳体或显示装置的外部,满足显示装置,特别是例如TV或显示器200等显示装置对内部走线的特殊要求。
进一步地,如图2所示,第一壳体110设有多根定位柱1113,这些定位柱1113分别由容置槽1111的槽底向槽口凸伸而成。相应地,功能控制基板130上开设有多个定位孔,多个定位孔分别对应于多根定位柱1113,以供定位柱1113穿设于定位孔而将功能控制基板130定位于容置槽1111内。
如图2所示,机械按键140设置在功能控制基板130上且由壳体开设的按键孔露出于壳体之外,以供使用者能够直接触控操作机械按键140,而到达控制显示装置的目的。其中,机械按键140的具体选型可以为按压式、触控式等。在其他实施方式中,机械按键140的数量并不限于图中示出的一个,可根据不同功能需要灵活调整。
遥控模组设置在功能控制基板130上,用以接收遥控信号。据此,通过遥控模组与机械按键140的结合设计,本公开提出的按键结构100能够将多种控制功能整合在一起,提供使用者以多种不同的操作体验。
进一步地,遥控模组接收的遥控信号至少可以包括红外信号、蓝牙信号或WIFI信号等,还可以包括上述多种遥控信号的组合。
如图2和图3所示,logo图案150设置在壳体上,其能够用于显示显示装置的产品logo。具体而言,logo图案150可以采用印刷、电镀、胶粘或焊接等方式,将金属或塑料等材质的logo贴设在壳体上。再者,logo图案150亦可采用将壳体设计 为镂空结构,并在壳体内设置对应显露于镂空结构的光源元件(例如LED灯珠),提供发光功能,进一步提升美观度。
在此应注意,附图中示出而且在本说明书中描述的按键结构仅仅是能够采用本发明原理的许多种按键结构中的几个示例。应当清楚地理解,本发明的原理绝非仅限于附图中示出或本说明书中描述的按键结构的任何细节或按键结构的任何部件。
显示装置实施方式
参阅图3,其代表性地示出了本公开按键结构安装于一显示器的结构示意图,即代表性地示出了本公开提出的显示装置的示例性结构。在该示例性实施方式中,本公开提出的显示装置是以显示器为例进行说明的。本领域技术人员容易理解的是,为将本公开的相关设计应用于其他类型的显示装置,而对下述的具体实施方式做出多种改型、添加、替代、删除或其他变化,这些变化仍在本公开提出的显示装置的原理的范围内。
如图3所示,本公开提出的显示装置,主要包括外壳210、屏幕220、显示器件以及本公开了提出的并在上述实施方式中示例性说明的按键结构100。其中,显示器件设置在外壳210的内部。按键结构100的第一壳体110的第二部112伸入显示装置的外壳210内部,按键结构100通过其连接结构可拆装地连接于显示器200。外壳210开设有开孔,线缆经由线孔1211和开孔伸入外壳210内,并连接于显示器件。
进一步地,显示器件包括背板,相应地,按键结构100的连接结构伸入外壳210内并可拆装地连接于背板。即,背板上设置有螺孔,固定螺丝穿设于螺丝锁付孔1121与螺孔而将壳体与背板连接。
在此应注意,附图中示出而且在本说明书中描述的显示装置仅仅是能够采用本发明原理的许多种按键结构中的几个示例。应当清楚地理解,本发明的原理绝非仅限于附图中示出或本说明书中描述的显示装置的任何细节或显示装置的任何部件。
综上所述,本公开提出的按键结构及具有该按键结构的显示装置,通过“按键结构包括机械按键和遥控模组”的设计,使得该按键结构将触控操作与遥控操作的多种操控功能整合在一起。同时,本公开通过“logo图案设于壳体”的设计,使得该按键结构同时能够作为展示产品logo的装饰性结构,兼具产品外观设计的需要。另外,本公开通过“壳体具有对接于电子设备的一安装面,安装面开设有连通于容置空间的线孔,功能控制的线缆经由线孔伸入电子设备”的设计,使得该按键结构能够满足例 如TV或显示器的电子设备对于走线的特殊设计需要。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种按键结构,可拆装地安装于电子设备,其中,所述按键结构包括:
    壳体,具有容置空间和连接结构,所述壳体通过所述连接结构可拆装地连接于所述电子设备,所述壳体具有对接于所述电子设备的一安装面,所述安装面开设有连通于所述容置空间的线孔,所述电子设备开设有与所述线孔对应的开孔;
    功能控制基板,设于所述容置空间内且连接有线缆,所述线缆经由所述线孔和所述开孔伸入所述电子设备,并连接于所述电子设备内部的电子器件;
    机械按键,设于所述功能控制基板上且由所述壳体开设的按键孔露出;和
    遥控模组,设于所述功能控制基板上,用以接收遥控信号。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的按键结构,其中,所述壳体包括:
    第一壳体,开设有容置槽且设有所述连接结构;以及
    第二壳体,可拆装地扣合于所述第一壳体,且封闭所述容置槽而形成所述容置空间。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的按键结构,其中,所述第一壳体包括:
    第一部,开设有所述容置槽;以及
    第二部,连接于所述第一部且设有所述连接结构,所述第一壳体通过所述连接结构连接于所述电子设备时,所述第二部位于所述电子设备内部。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的按键结构,其中,所述第一壳体与所述第二壳体通过卡接组件连接,所述卡接组件包括:
    卡勾,设于所述第一壳体与所述第二壳体的其中之一;以及
    卡槽,设于所述第一壳体与所述第二壳体的其中另一,所述卡槽与所述卡勾卡扣配合。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的按键结构,其中,所述第一壳体设有多根定位柱,所述定位柱由所述容置槽的槽底向槽口凸伸而成;所述功能控制基板开设有多个定位 孔,多个定位孔分别对应于多根定位柱,以供所述定位柱穿设于所述定位孔而将所述功能控制基板定位于所述容置槽内。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的按键结构,其中,所述壳体具有围绕所述安装面周缘的多个侧壁,多个所述侧壁的至少其中之一的表面呈与所述电子设备的表面平滑过渡的形状。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的按键结构,其中,所述连接结构为螺丝锁付孔,且所述电子设备开设有与所述螺丝锁付孔对应的螺孔,所述螺丝锁付孔与所述螺孔共同穿设有固定螺丝,以使所述壳体可拆装地连接于所述电子设备。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的按键结构,其中,所述遥控模组接收的所述遥控信号包括红外信号、蓝牙信号和WIFI信号的至少其中之一。
  9. 一种显示装置,包括外壳以及设于所述外壳内的显示器件,其中,所述显示装置还包括权利要求1~8任一项所述的按键结构;其中,所述壳体通过所述连接结构可拆装地连接于所述外壳,所述外壳开设有所述开孔,所述线缆经由所述线孔和所述开孔伸入所述外壳内,并连接于所述显示器件。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的显示装置,其中,所述显示器件包括背板;所述连接结构伸入所述外壳内并可拆装地连接于所述背板。
