背景技术

第二方面,本申请实施例提供了一种点餐装置,包括:初始推荐菜单确定模块,用于基于目标商家信息和当前用户信息,确定对所述当前用户的推荐菜单;推荐菜单调整模块,用于根据所述当前用户输入的菜单调整信息,调整所述推荐菜单。
第三方面,本申请实施例还公开了一种电子设备,包括存储器、处理器及存储在所 述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的计算机程序,所述处理器执行所述计算机程序时实现本申请实施例所述的点餐方法。

本申请实施例公开的点餐方法,通过首先基于目标商家信息和当前用户信息,确定对所述当前用户的推荐菜单,然后,根据所述当前用户输入的菜单调整信息,调整所述推荐菜单,提升了点餐效率。

实施例一
本实施例公开的一种点餐方法,如图1所示,该方法应用于点餐系统,包括:步骤110和步骤120。
步骤110,基于目标商家信息和当前用户信息,确定对所述当前用户的推荐菜单。
本申请实施例中的当前用户为点餐用户,可以为一个人,也可以为多个人。申请应 用的点餐系统可以包括点餐客户端和点餐服务器。本申请实施例中的目标商家为所述当前用户在当前用户进入某一家餐厅后,点餐系统可以根据所述当前用户的移动终端上安装的点餐客户端对当前用户进行定位,将所述当前用户所在的餐厅确定为目标商家。或者,点餐系统可以根据所述当前用户使用的点餐客户端确定目标商家,例如点餐客户端是商家的专用设备,则可以直接确定目标商家;如果是当前用户的安装的点餐客户端,则可以由用户输入商家名称来确认目标商家。再或者,当前用户通过电子设备上,如智能手机、PAD(平板电脑),安装的点餐客户端、通过AR(Augmented Reality,增强现实技术)投影投出的点餐客户端输入目标商家,即所述当前用户点餐的餐厅。所述当前用户可以通过语音输入或者文本输入的方式输入目标商家。
进一步的,在确定目标商家之后,需要确定所述目标商家的可推荐菜。所述目标商家的推荐菜可以为所述目标商家自身的菜品。目标商家的菜品可以通过以下任意一种或多种渠道获得:获取目标商家上传到点餐系统的菜品、对所述目标商家的历史订单数据进行分析并提取菜品、对所述目标商家的用户评论数据进行分析并提取菜品、通过第三方平台开放的接口获取所述目标商家的菜品,以及获取与所述目标商家同类别的其他商家的菜品。
然后,根据所述目标商家的历史订单信息中的用餐人数、主菜配菜信息、用餐时间,以及预先确定的菜品搭配习惯信息,结合当前用户人数和用餐时间,从目标商家的可推荐菜品中确定推荐菜单。
步骤120,根据所述当前用户输入的菜单调整信息,调整所述推荐菜单。
在确定了对当前用户的推荐菜单之后,可以向所述当前用户展示所述推荐菜单。进一步的,还可以根据所述当前用户的操作,展示所述推荐菜单的某一维度或多个维度的信息。更进一步的,所述当前用户可以通过输入菜单调整信息,例如,输入增加菜品、删除菜品、调整菜单整体价格、调整菜单口味等。点餐系统会基于用户指定的菜单调整信息对所述推荐菜单进行调整。所述点餐系统会实时展示调整后的推荐菜单,以供用户反复调整及浏览调整后的推荐菜单。
本申请实施例公开的点餐方法,通过首先基于目标商家信息和当前用户信息,确定对所述当前用户的推荐菜单,然后,根据所述当前用户输入的菜单调整信息,调整所述推荐菜单,提高了点餐的效。
实施例二
本实施例公开的一种点餐方法,如图2所示,该方法应用于点餐系统,包括:步骤210至步骤250。
步骤210,确定菜品搭配禁忌信息。
本申请具体实施时,在基于目标商家信息和当前用户信息,确定对所述当前用户的推荐菜单时,首先需要确定菜品搭配禁忌信息。菜品搭配禁忌信息可以根据历史菜单中菜品共现频率和/或菜品搭配常识确定。菜品搭配禁忌信息至少包括适合搭配的主菜信息和/或不适合搭配的主菜信息。
在根据历史菜单信息中菜品共现频率确定菜品搭配禁忌信息时,可以根据历史菜单信息中任意两款菜品的同时出现在一个菜单中的概率高低,确定这两款菜品是否适合搭配。例如,菜品“鱼香肉丝”和“宫保鸡丁”同时出现概率很低,如低于10%,则可以认为菜品“鱼香肉丝”和“宫保鸡丁”不适合搭配。而菜品“清蒸鲈鱼”和“宫保鸡丁”同时出现概率很高,如高于60%,则可以认为菜品“清蒸鲈鱼”和“宫保鸡丁”适合搭配。
在根据菜品搭配常识确定菜品搭配禁忌信息时,可以根据食材的营养成分,或菜品的相似度等菜品搭配常识角度,确定不适合出现的主菜和主菜的搭配、以及主菜和配菜的搭配。例如,菜品“烤羊腿”和“烧羊腿”比较相似,则可以认为菜品“烤羊腿”和“烧羊腿”不适合搭配。
步骤220,基于目标商家信息和当前用户信息,确定对所述当前用户的推荐菜单。
在本申请的一个实施方式中,首先,基于目标商家信息,确定所述目标商家的可推荐菜品。然后,根据当前用户的人数,确定所述目标商家对应的主菜和配菜各自的数量。最后,根据所述可推荐菜品、所述主菜和配菜各自的数量和预先确定的菜品搭配禁忌信息,确定所述目标商家对当前用户的推荐菜单。

在确定所述目标商家对应的主菜和配菜各自的数量之前,还包括,根据只包括一个菜品的历史订单信息,确定所述可推荐菜品的主菜属性;根据只包括两个菜品的历史订单信息,确定所述可推荐菜品的配菜属性。即所述主菜为根据只包括一个菜品的历史订单信息确定的菜品;所述配菜为根据只包括两个菜品的历史订单信息和所述主菜确定的菜品。主菜和配菜的区别在于,特定人数用餐时的主菜个数波动较小,配菜波动则较大。因此,可以根据用户的历史订单数据,如点餐系统下商家的下单数据和外卖下单数据,确定菜品的主菜或配菜属性。例如,根据仅包括一个菜品的订单中的菜品的历史出现频率和菜品价格,确定菜品的主菜属性。首先分析用户单独点一个菜品的订单,如果这个菜品在历史订单中出现频率高于预设频率阈值和/或菜品价格大于预设价格阈值,则可判断该菜品可单独出餐,确定该菜品为主菜。其中,预设频率阈值和预设价格阈值可以根据经验确定。进一步的,根据包括两个菜品的订单中的非主菜菜品与主菜菜品同时出现频率,确定菜品的配菜属性。例如,单独点两个菜品的且其中一个菜品为主菜的订单中,另一个菜品在单独点两个菜品历史订单中出现的频率大于30%,则可以确定所述另一个菜品的属性为配菜。

在本申请的另一个实施方式中,若当前用户输入的整体菜单维度为荤素维度的菜单调整信息,例如,荤菜和素菜的比例,或荤菜或素菜的数量,则根据所述当前用户输入的荤素比例或荤菜和/或素菜的数量调整信息,确定符合所述菜单调整信息的备选推荐菜单。例如,用户通过文本框输入“减少荤菜”,则点餐服务器将所述推荐菜单中的预设比例,如1/3,的荤菜替换为素菜,并生成备选推荐菜单。其中,菜品的荤素属性信息可以根据菜品属性或菜品名称确定。
在本申请的另一个实施方式中,若当前用户输入的整体菜单维度为凉热维度的菜单调整信息,例如,凉菜和热菜的比例,或凉菜或热菜的数量,则根据所述当前用户输入的凉热比例或凉菜和/或热菜的数量调整信息,确定符合所述菜单调整信息的备选推荐菜单。例如,用户通过文本框输入“3荤4素”,则点餐服务器可以通过如下方式的一种或几种来调整所述推荐菜单并生成备选推荐菜单:将所述推荐菜单中的荤菜替换为素菜、将所述推荐菜单中的素菜替换为荤菜、增加或减少荤菜、增加或减少素菜。其中,菜品的荤素属性信息可以根据菜品属性或菜品名称确定。
在本申请的另一个实施方式中,若当前用户输入的整体菜单维度为食材维度的菜单调整信息,则根据所述当前用户输入的食材调整信息,确定符合所述菜单调整信息的备选推荐菜单。例如,用户通过文本框输入“爱吃牛肉”,则点餐服务器通过将所述推荐菜单中的“猪肉”或“鸡肉”等食材的菜品替换为以“牛肉”为食材的菜品,以生成备选推荐菜单。其中,菜品的食材信息可以根据菜品属性或菜品名称确定。
在本申请中,所述当前用户可以通过点餐客户端的交互界面设置的语音输入接口、文本输入接口或预设按键等信息输入渠道,输入增加菜品、删除菜品、锁定指定菜品、解锁指定菜品和排除指定菜品的单一菜品维度菜单调整信息,以增加菜品、删除菜品或锁定、解锁指定菜品,以及,排除指定菜品,以生成备选推荐菜单。当某一菜品被锁定后,在根据整体菜单维度的菜单调整信息对菜单进行调整时,被锁定的菜品将不会被替换,用户可以通过输入删除菜品维度的菜单调整信息删除被锁定的菜品或通过输入解锁指定菜品维度的菜单调整信息删除被锁定的菜品。
在生成备选推荐菜单生成之后,需要进一步对生成的备选推荐菜单基于预先确定的菜品搭配禁忌信息对生成的备选推荐菜单进行菜品搭配禁忌检验。以判断所述备选推荐菜单是否匹配预先确定的菜品搭配禁忌信息,若匹配则将所述备选推荐菜单作为调整后的推荐菜单,否则,跳转至所述根据所述当前用户输入的整体菜单维度或单一菜品维度的菜单调整信息,确定符合所述菜单调整信息的备选推荐菜单的步骤,重新确定备选推荐菜单。
例如,可以首先将所述备选推荐菜单中未被调整的菜品确认为匹配预先确定的菜品搭配禁忌信息的准确定菜品;然后,对于每个所述备选推荐菜单中新增菜品,逐个判断与所述准确定菜品是否匹配所述菜品搭配禁忌信息,若匹配,则将当前新增菜品作为准确定菜品,并继续判断其他新增菜品;最后,对于与所述准确定菜品不匹配所述菜品搭配禁忌信息的新增菜品,根据所述当前用户输入的菜单调整信息,选择满足所述菜单调整信息的其他菜品,重新生成备选推荐菜单。例如,当前推荐菜单包括菜品A、菜品D和菜品E,当前用户输入的菜单调整信息为价格维度,根据价格维度调整信息对推荐菜单进行调整后,用菜品B替换了原推荐菜单中的菜品A,同时新增了菜品C,则调整后得到的备选推荐菜单包括:菜品B、菜品D、菜品E和菜品C。在进行菜品搭配禁忌信息校验时,确定菜品B与菜品D和菜品E匹配菜品搭配禁忌信息,而菜品C与菜品B、菜品D和菜品E不匹配菜品搭配禁忌信息,则继续选择与菜品C价格相近的其他菜品,生成备选推荐菜单。
若所述备选推荐菜单不匹配预先确定的菜品搭配禁忌信息,也可以放弃当前次调整,重新执行完整的根据当前用户输入的菜单调整信息确定候选推荐菜单的步骤。
在每次调整推荐菜单之后,会重新确定并展示所述推荐菜单。如果所述当前用户对调整后的推荐菜单不满意,还可以继续输入菜单调整信息,直至提交菜单,完成点餐。
更进一步的,本申请的实施例在基于某一维度的菜单调整信息调整推荐菜单时,优先寻找使得推荐菜单的其他维度信息变化最小的当前菜品的替代菜品。
本申请实施例公开的点餐方法,通过首先根据历史订单数据或相关信息确定目标商家的可推荐菜品、所述可推荐菜品的主、配菜属性、与用餐人数和时间对应的主菜和配菜各自的数量等信息,然后,根据上述信息,结合当前用餐人数、预先确定的菜品搭配禁忌信息,确定所述目标商家对当前用户的推荐菜单,然后,通过多种方式获取用户输入的推荐菜单调整信息,以根据用户输入的信息对推荐菜单进行多维度调整,直接在点餐流程初始阶段推荐完整菜单,免去用户一个菜、一个菜进行点餐的过程,给用户带来了方便,有效地提高了点餐效率。通过结合菜品搭配禁忌信息对推荐菜单进行检查,使得推荐的菜单更加符合菜品搭配习惯,提升推荐菜单满足用户点餐需求的可能性。通过对推荐菜单信息进行多维度分析和展示,使得用户可以从多个维度调整菜单,点餐更加方便,并且,支持用户通过整体菜单维度对菜单整体进行一次性调整,使点餐效率产生了很大程度的提升。
应用本申请实施例公开的点餐方法,在点餐过程中任一时刻,用户可以方便地查看当前点餐结果的详细信息,并用对话形式表达点餐偏好,而不只是用对话增删单个菜品,不仅方便点餐,而且实现了个性化菜单推荐。
实施例三
本实施例公开的一种点餐装置,如图3所示,所述装置包括:
初始推荐菜单确定模块310,用于基于目标商家信息和当前用户信息,确定对所述当前用户的推荐菜单。
推荐菜单调整模块320,用于根据所述当前用户输入的菜单调整信息,调整所述推荐菜单。
本申请实施例公开的点餐装置,通过首先基于目标商家信息和当前用户信息,确定对所述当前用户的推荐菜单,然后,根据所述当前用户输入的菜单调整信息,调整所述推荐菜单,有效提升了点餐效率。
可选的,所述推荐菜单调整模块320进一步用于,根据所述当前用户输入的整体菜单维度的菜单调整信息,调整所述推荐菜单,其中,所述整体菜单维度包括以下任意一个维度:菜品数量、口味、价格、荤素、凉热、食材、营养。
可选的,所述推荐菜单调整模块320进一步用于,根据所述当前用户输入的单一菜品维度的菜单调整信息,调整所述推荐菜单,其中,所述单一菜品维度包括以下任意一个维度:锁定指定菜品、解锁指定菜品、排除指定菜品、删除菜品、增加菜品。
可选的,如图4所示,所述推荐菜单调整模块320进一步包括:
推荐菜单调整子模块3201,用于根据所述当前用户输入的菜单调整信息,确定符合所述菜单调整信息的备选推荐菜单。
菜单菜品搭配禁忌信息检验子模块3202,用于判断所述备选推荐菜单是否匹配预先确定的菜品搭配禁忌信息,若匹配则将所述备选推荐菜单作为调整后的推荐菜单,否则,跳转至所述推荐菜单调整子模块,重新确定备选推荐菜单。
可选的,如图4所示,所述装置还包括:获取菜单调整信息模块330,所述获取菜单调整信息模块330进一步用于:
获取所述当前用户通过其自身的点餐客户端经由预设信息输入接口输入的菜单调整信息;或,获取所述当前用户通过所述目标商家的点餐客户端经由预设信息输入接口输入的菜单调整信息;其中,所述预设信息输入接口包括选自于以下至少一项:语音输入、文本输入、按键输入。
可选的,如图4所示,所述装置还包括:
多维度信息展示模块340,用于确定并展示所述推荐菜单,其中,所展示的内容包括所述推荐菜单的至少一个整体菜单维度的菜单信息。
可选的,所述初始推荐菜单确定模块310进一步用于:
基于目标商家信息,确定所述目标商家的可推荐菜品。
根据所述当前用户的人数以及所述目标商家信息,确定主菜和配菜各自的数量。
根据所述可推荐菜品、所述主菜和配菜各自的数量和预先确定的菜品搭配禁忌信息,确定所述目标商家对当前用户的推荐菜单。
可选的,所述菜品搭配禁忌信息根据历史菜单中菜品共现频率和/或菜品搭配常识确定。
可选的,所述主菜为根据包括一个菜品的历史订单信息确定的菜品;所述配菜为根据包括两个菜品的历史订单信息和所述主菜确定的菜品。
本申请实施例公开的点餐装置,通过首先根据历史订单数据或相关信息确定目标商家的可推荐菜品、所述可推荐菜品的主、配菜属性、与用餐人数和时间对应的主菜和配菜各自的数量等信息,然后,根据上述信息,结合当前用餐人数、预先确定的菜品搭配禁忌信息,确定所述目标商家对当前用户的推荐菜单,然后,通过多种方式获取用户输入的推荐菜单调整信息,以根据用户输入的信息对推荐菜单进行多维度调整,直接在点餐流程初始阶段推荐完整菜单,免去用户一个菜、一个菜进行点餐的过程,给用户带来了方便,有效地提高了点餐效率。通过结合菜品搭配禁忌信息对推荐菜单进行检验,使得推荐的菜单更加符合菜品搭配习惯,提升推荐菜单满足用户点餐需求的可能性。通过对推荐菜单信息进行多维度分析和展示,使得用户可以从多个维度调整菜单,点餐更加方便,并且,支持用户通过整体菜单维度对菜单整体进行一次性调整,使点餐效率产生了很大程度的提升。

相应的,本申请还公开了一种电子设备,包括存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的计算机程序,所述处理器执行所述计算机程序时实现如本申请实施例一和实施例二所述的点餐方法。所述电子设备可以为PC机、移动终端、个人数字助理、平板电脑等。
本申请还公开了一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,该程序被处理器执行时实现如本申请实施例一和实施例二所述的点餐方法。
本说明书中的各个实施例均采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似的部分互相参见即可。对于装置实施例而言,由于其与方法实施例基本相似,所以描述的比较简单,相关之处参见方法实施例的部分说明即可。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种点餐方法,包括:
    基于目标商家信息和当前用户信息,确定对所述当前用户的推荐菜单;
    根据所述当前用户输入的菜单调整信息,调整所述推荐菜单。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,根据所述当前用户输入的所述菜单调整信息,调整所述推荐菜单,包括:
    根据所述当前用户输入的整体菜单维度的所述菜单调整信息,调整所述推荐菜单,
    其中,所述整体菜单维度包括以下任意一个维度:菜品数量、口味、价格、荤素、凉热、食材、营养。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,根据所述当前用户输入的所述菜单调整信息,调整所述推荐菜单,包括:
    根据所述当前用户输入的单一菜品维度的所述菜单调整信息,调整所述推荐菜单,
    其中,所述单一菜品维度包括以下任意一个维度:锁定指定菜品、解锁指定菜品、排除指定菜品、删除菜品、增加菜品。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,根据所述当前用户输入的所述菜单调整信息,调整所述推荐菜单,包括:
    根据所述当前用户输入的所述菜单调整信息,确定符合所述菜单调整信息的备选推荐菜单;
    判断所述备选推荐菜单是否匹配预先确定的菜品搭配禁忌信息;
    若匹配,则将所述备选推荐菜单作为调整后的推荐菜单;
    否则,跳转至根据所述当前用户输入的所述菜单调整信息,确定符合所述菜单调整信息的备选推荐菜单,重新确定备选推荐菜单。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在根据所述当前用户输入的所述菜单调整信息,调整所述推荐菜单之前,还包括:
    获取所述当前用户通过其自身的点餐客户端经由预设信息输入接口输入的所述菜单调整信息;或,
    获取所述当前用户通过所述目标商家的点餐客户端经由预设信息输入接口输入的 所述菜单调整信息;
    其中,所述预设信息输入接口包括选自于以下至少一项:语音输入、文本输入、按键输入。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,在确定对所述当前用户的所述推荐菜单或调整所述推荐菜单之后,还包括:
    确定并展示所述推荐菜单,
    其中,所展示的内容包括所述推荐菜单的至少一个所述整体菜单维度的菜单信息。
  7. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,基于所述目标商家信息和所述当前用户信息,确定对所述当前用户的所述推荐菜单,包括:
    基于所述目标商家信息,确定所述目标商家的可推荐菜品;
    根据所述当前用户的人数以及所述目标商家信息,确定主菜和配菜各自的数量;
    根据所述可推荐菜品、所述主菜和配菜各自的数量以及预先确定的菜品搭配禁忌信息,确定所述目标商家对所述当前用户的所述推荐菜单。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述菜品搭配禁忌信息根据历史菜单中菜品共现频率和/或菜品搭配常识确定。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,
    所述主菜为根据包括一个菜品的历史订单信息确定的菜品;
    所述配菜为根据包括两个菜品的历史订单信息和所述主菜确定的菜品。
  10. 一种点餐装置,包括:
    初始推荐菜单确定模块,用于基于目标商家信息和当前用户信息,确定对所述当前用户的推荐菜单;
    推荐菜单调整模块,用于根据所述当前用户输入的菜单调整信息,调整所述推荐菜单。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述推荐菜单调整模块进一步用于,
    根据所述当前用户输入的整体菜单维度的所述菜单调整信息,调整所述推荐菜单,
    其中,所述整体菜单维度包括以下任意一个维度:菜品数量、口味、价格、荤素、凉热、食材、营养。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述推荐菜单调整模块进一步用于,
    根据所述当前用户输入的单一菜品维度的所述菜单调整信息,调整所述推荐菜单,其中,所述单一菜品维度包括以下任意一个维度:锁定指定菜品、解锁指定菜品、排除指定菜品、删除菜品、增加菜品。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述推荐菜单调整模块进一步包括:
    推荐菜单调整子模块,用于根据所述当前用户输入的所述菜单调整信息,确定符合所述菜单调整信息的备选推荐菜单;
    菜单菜品搭配禁忌信息检验子模块,用于判断所述备选推荐菜单是否匹配预先确定的菜品搭配禁忌信息;
    若匹配,则将所述备选推荐菜单作为调整后的推荐菜单;
    否则,跳转至所述推荐菜单调整子模块,重新确定备选推荐菜单。
  14. 根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:获取菜单调整信息模块,所述获取菜单调整信息模块进一步用于:
    获取所述当前用户通过其自身的点餐客户端经由预设信息输入接口输入的所述菜单调整信息;或,
    获取所述当前用户通过所述目标商家的点餐客户端经由预设信息输入接口输入的所述菜单调整信息;
    其中,所述预设信息输入接口包括选自于以下至少一项:语音输入、文本输入、按键输入。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    多维度信息展示模块,用于确定并展示所述推荐菜单,其中,所展示的内容包括所述推荐菜单的至少一个所述整体菜单维度的菜单信息。
  16. 根据权利要求10至12任一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述初始推荐菜单确 定模块进一步用于:
    基于所述目标商家信息,确定所述目标商家的可推荐菜品;
    根据所述当前用户的人数以及所述目标商家信息,确定主菜和配菜各自的数量;
    根据所述可推荐菜品、所述主菜和配菜各自的数量以及预先确定的菜品搭配禁忌信息,确定所述目标商家对所述当前用户的所述推荐菜单。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的装置,其特征在于,所述菜品搭配禁忌信息根据历史菜单中菜品共现频率和/或菜品搭配常识确定。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的装置,其特征在于,
    所述主菜为根据包括一个菜品的历史订单信息确定的菜品;
    所述配菜为根据包括两个菜品的历史订单信息和所述主菜确定的菜品。
  19. 一种电子设备,包括存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的计算机程序,所述处理器执行所述计算机程序时实现权利要求1至9任意一项所述的点餐方法。
  20. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,该程序被处理器执行时实现权利要求1至9任意一项所述的点餐方法。
