Description
本发明属于动车技术领域,涉及一种填充过滤装置,尤其是一种水冷基板填充过滤装置。
随着中国铁路的高速发展,高速大编组的动车组,以及高速大功率的电力机车越来越多,所需牵引动力的大功率铁路机车、动车牵引辅助变流装置迅速增加。随着科学技术的发展,高技术含量、结构复杂的变流装置专业化分工更强、更加趋于模块化。如此大规模的模块化部件生产,如果还依靠原有的传统方式来组织生产的模式,已经不能满足大批量、生产周期短、产品可靠性高的要求。
现有技术的填充过滤往往采用在变流器中进行,或者在例行试验站中进行,这种方式具有以下缺陷:
1)效率太低,受变流器生产进度的限制。
2)容易对变流器(或试验站)管路造成损伤,增加变流器(试验站)故障率;
3)操作难度大,需要天车或模块周转车等设备辅助使用。
正是在这种情况下,研制发明了水冷基板填充过滤装置。
填充过滤装置通过提前设定好的参数控制填充过滤过程(启动、排气,保压,停止),可以实现水冷板的填充、过滤功能,能快速替换水冷板,降低了填充过滤难度,提高生产效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的缺点,提供一种水冷基板填充过滤装置,该装置能够通过提前设定好的参数控制填充过滤过程,可以实现水冷板的填充、过滤功能,能快速替换水冷板,降低了填充过滤难度,提高生产效率。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来解决的:
这种水冷基板填充过滤装置,包括冷却液容器、水泵、过滤器、浮动流量表、快速水接头组件、单向阀水管和冷却液容器;所述单向阀水管伸入至冷却液容器内,单向阀水管连接至水泵的入水口,水泵的出水口连接至过滤器的入水口,过滤器的出水口连接至快速水接头组件,所述快速水接头组件连接至待填充基板;所述快速水接头组件的回水出口连接至浮动流量表的入水口,所述浮动流量表的出水口通过回水管连接至冷却液容器。
进一步,上述快速水接头组件由第一快速水接头和第二快速水接头组成;第一快速水接头和第二快速水接头通过水管连接;所述第一快速水接头包括与过滤器出水口连接的供水快速接头以及与浮动流量表入水口连接的回水快速接头;所述第二快速水接头为与待填充基板的进出水口所匹配对接的接头。
进一步,上述第二快速水接头包括接头本体,在接头本体上设置有与待填充基板的进、出水口相对应的进水管段和回水管段;所述进水管段和回水管段穿过接头本体,且下端伸出接头本体与待填充基板的进、出水口对接,上端伸出接头本体并与来自第一快速水接头的 连接管相互连通;在接头本体与待填充基板插接的一面还设置有定位孔。
进一步,上述过滤器的出水管路上设置有压力表。
进一步,上述还包括有框架,所述水泵、浮动流量表和过滤器固定设置在框架上。
进一步,上述水泵还连接有用以控制水泵的电气控制盒。
进一步,上述冷却液容器的下方设置有用以支撑的架体。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明的水冷基板填充过滤装置通过单向阀水管和具有冷却液的冷却液容器连接,通过快速水接头组件和不同型号的水冷板工装连接,不同情况可方便转换。该水冷基板填充过滤装置通过提前设定好的参数控制填充过滤过程(启动、排气,保压,停止),可以实现水冷板的填充、过滤功能,能快速替换水冷板,降低了填充过滤难度,提高生产效率。
进一步,本发明的水冷基板填充过滤装置在试验中运用于CRH5动车组牵引功率模块、高速大功率的HXD1、HXD2B/C、HXD3B,新八轴、7200KW电力机车用牵引功率模块批量生产中,结果大大提高了生产效率,保证了批量化产品的一致性和可靠性,取得了良好的经济效益。

下面结合附图对本发明做进一步详细描述:
参见图1和图2:本发明的水冷基板填充过滤装置,包括冷却液容器11、水泵2、过滤器5、浮动流量表3、快速水接头组件、单向阀水管4和冷却液容器11。单向阀水管4伸入至冷却液容器11内,单向阀水管4通过水管连接至水泵2的入水口,水泵2的出水口通过水管连接至过滤器5的入水口,过滤器5的出水口通过水管连接至快速水接头组件,该快速水接头组件连接至待填充基板;本发明的快速水接头组件的回水出口通过管路连接至浮动流量表3的入水口,浮动流量表3的出水口通过回水管12连接至冷却液容器11。过滤器5的出水管路上设置有压力表6。
在本发明的最佳实施例中:还包括有框架1,所述水泵2、浮动流量表3和过滤器5固定设置在框架1上。水泵2还连接有用以控制水泵的电气控制盒7。冷却液容器11的下方设置有用以支撑的架体。
本发明的快速水接头组件由第一快速水接头8和第二快速水接头9组成;第一快速水接头8和第二快速水接头9通过水管连接;第一快速水接头8包括与过滤器5出水口连接的供水快速接头以及与浮 动流量表3入水口连接的回水快速接头;第二快速水接头9为与待填充基板10的进出水口所匹配对接的接头。
如图2所示:第二快速水接头9包括接头本体,在接头本体上设置有与待填充基板10的进、出水口相对应的进水管段9.1和回水管段9.2;进水管段9.1和回水管段9.2穿过接头本体,且下端伸出接头本体与待填充基板10的进、出水口对接,上端伸出接头本体并与来自第一快速水接头8的连接管相互连通;在接头本体与待填充基板10插接的一面还设置有定位孔9.3。
本发明的工作过程如下:
参见图3,冷却液容器11中储存有冷却液,水泵2通过水管13和单向阀水管4从冷却液容器11抽取冷却液,然后泵至过滤器3过滤后进入快速水接头组件,在快速水接头组件中,由过滤器3供给过滤后的冷却液通过第一快速水接头8的供水快速接头并通过管路至第二快速水接头9的进水管段9.1,然后至待填充基板10的进水口进入填充基板10中,多余的冷却液由填充基板10的出水口流出至第二快速水接头9的回水管段9.2,然后经过管路至第一快速水接头8的回水快速接头,然后进入浮动流量表3,最后通过回水管12回流至冷却液容器,其中,通过电气控制盒7以及来自压力表和浮动流量表3来提前设置或者中间监控或控制整个装置的工作状态。

- 一种水冷基板填充过滤装置,其特征在于,包括冷却液容器(11)、水泵(2)、过滤器(5)、浮动流量表(3)、快速水接头组件、单向阀水管(4)和冷却液容器(11);所述单向阀水管(4)伸入至冷却液容器(11)内,单向阀水管(4)连接至水泵(2)的入水口,水泵(2)的出水口连接至过滤器(5)的入水口,过滤器(5)的出水口连接至快速水接头组件,所述快速水接头组件连接至待填充基板;所述快速水接头组件的回水出口连接至浮动流量表(3)的入水口,所述浮动流量表(3)的出水口通过回水管(12)连接至冷却液容器(11)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的水冷基板填充过滤装置,其特征在于,所述快速水接头组件由第一快速水接头(8)和第二快速水接头(9)组成;第一快速水接头(8)和第二快速水接头(9)通过水管连接;所述第一快速水接头(8)包括与过滤器(5)出水口连接的供水快速接头以及与浮动流量表(3)入水口连接的回水快速接头;所述第二快速水接头(9)为与待填充基板(10)的进出水口所匹配对接的接头。
- 根据权利要求2所述的水冷基板填充过滤装置,其特征在于,所述第二快速水接头(9)包括接头本体,在接头本体上设置有与待填充基板(10)的进、出水口相对应的进水管段(9.1)和回水管段(9.2);所述进水管段(9.1)和回水管段(9.2)穿过接头本体,且下端伸出接头本体与待填充基板(10)的进、出水口对接,上端伸出接头本体并与来自第一快速水接头(8)的连接管相互连通;在接头本体与待填充基板(10)插接的一面还设置有定位孔(9.3)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的水冷基板填充过滤装置,其特征在于,所述过滤器(5)的出水管路上设置有压力表(6)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的水冷基板填充过滤装置,其特征在于,所述还包括有框架(1),所述水泵(2)、浮动流量表(3)和过滤器(5)固定设置在 框架(1)上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的水冷基板填充过滤装置,其特征在于,所述水泵(2)还连接有用以控制水泵的电气控制盒(7)。
