请再参阅图4、图7及图8,当对折叠轮椅车100自动收折时,只需要控制所述伸缩器5的伸缩端伸出,此时,由于所述限位件6与所述长形槽31的前端共同锁定所述轴销51,使所述伸缩器5顶推所述第一横杆3的前端,所述第一横杆3的前端向上摆动,带动所述第二横杆4向上摆动,此时,所述第一横杆3与所述第二横杆4相互向中间靠拢,同时,所述第一横杆3的后端带动所述第一支架1围绕其上端的枢接中心转动地向中间靠拢,所述第二横杆4的前端带动所述第二支架2围绕其上端的枢接中心转动向中间靠拢。最后,所述第一横杆3、第二横杆4、第一支架1、第二支架2及伸缩器5相互靠拢在一起实现收 折。当对折叠轮椅车100自动展开时,只需要控制所述伸缩器5的伸缩端收缩,从而可以使所述第一横杆3、第二横杆4、第一支架1及第二支架2沿收折时的反方向运动,直到所述第一抵触部3a与所述第二抵触部4a相互抵顶,折叠轮椅车100即可实现完全展开。
请结合图5、图7及图8,当对折叠轮椅车100手动收折时,操作所述操作手柄64,使所述限位件6转动,进而带动所述限位部62离开所述长形槽31,即可释锁所述伸缩端的轴销51,使所述轴销51可在所述长形槽31内滑动。此时,手动使所述第一支架1及第二支架2相互靠拢,同时所述第一横杆3及第二横杆4相互靠拢,在此过程中,所述轴销51从所述长形槽31的始端滑动到末端,即可实现手动收折。当对折叠轮椅车100手动展开时,只需要手动使所述第一支架1、第二支架2、第一横杆3及第二横杆4相互展开,在此过程中,所述轴销51从所述长形槽31的末端向始端滑动,并且通过所述导向斜面63顶推所述限位部62,使限位部62向上转动而避让所述轴销51,使得所述轴销51重新进入到所述长形槽31的始端与限位部62之间,重新被所述限位部62卡持,且所述第一抵触部3a与所述第二抵触部4a相互抵顶,这时折叠轮椅车100即可完全展开
本申请通过将所述第一支架1、第二支架2、第一横杆3、第二横杆4相互枢接在一起形成一四边形支架,再在所述第一支架1和所述第一横杆3之间设置一伸缩器5,从而使折叠轮椅车100能随着所述伸缩器5的收缩或伸出而达到展开或收折的目的。并且,通过设置一限位件6,使所述限位件6呈可活动地设置,因此,当所述限位件6处于限制所述轴销51的位置时,可以使所述轴销51与第一横杆3相对固定,再利用所述伸缩器5推动横杆,使整个折叠轮椅车100能自动收折或展开。当限位件6处于释放所述轴销51的位置时,可以使所述轴销51在所述长形槽31中滑动,从而避免伸缩器5对第一横杆3的限制,使折叠轮椅车100能实现手动收折或展开,结构十分简单,使用非常方便。
以上所揭露的仅为本申请的较佳实例而已,当然不能以此来限定本申请之权利范围,因此依本申请申请专利范围所作的等同变化,仍属于本申请所涵盖的范围。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种折叠支架,其特征在于:包括第一支架、第二支架、第一横杆、第二横杆及伸缩器,所述第一支架的一端与所述第二支架的一端枢接,所述第一支架的另一端与所述第一横杆的一端枢接,所述第二支架的另一端与所述第二横杆的一端枢接,所述第一横杆的另一端与第二横杆的另一端枢接;所述伸缩器枢接于所述第一支架,且所述伸缩器的伸缩端与所述第一横杆及所述第二横杆的任一者枢接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的折叠支架,其特征在于:与所述伸缩端枢接的横杆上开设有一长形槽,所述伸缩端设有轴销,所述轴销滑动地设置于所述长形槽内。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的折叠支架,其特征在于:所述折叠支架还包括限位件,所述限位件可活动地设置于与所述伸缩端枢接的横杆上,所述限位件能对在所述长形槽内的所述轴销锁定或释锁。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的折叠支架,其特征在于:所述限位件包括主体及连接于所述主体的限位部,所述主体枢接于与所述伸缩端枢接的横杆上,所述限位部卡持所述轴销。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的折叠支架,其特征在于:所述限位部上设有导向斜面。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的折叠支架,其特征在于:所述限位件还包括操作手柄,所述操作手柄固定于所述主体。
  7. 如权利要求3所述的折叠支架,其特征在于:所述折叠支架还包括弹性复位件,所述弹性复位件能驱使所述限位件自动与所述轴销卡持。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的折叠支架,其特征在于:所述弹性复位件为扭簧。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的折叠支架,其特征在于:所述第一横杆的另一端设有第一抵触部,所述第二横杆的另一端设有第二抵触部,所述第一横杆与第二横杆相互展开时,所述第一抵触部与所述第二抵触部相互抵顶。
