Description

FRP板用纤维梳齿上料机构 技术领域
本实用新型涉及FRP板生产设备领域,特别涉及一种FRP板用纤维梳齿上料机构。
背景技术
FRP板在生产过程中需要用到大量纤维,在聚酯树脂上铺上纤维前需要将纤维切断,形成短纤维,现有的切断机构上游多设有供料机构,而工料机构大多包括供料架、梳齿、送料辊,在将纤维料盘上的纤维架到送料辊上前需要将纤维分成多束,目前需要人工将纤维分成多束,工作量较大,如何能一次性将纤维均匀分成多束穿过梳齿后架到送料辊上是目前急需解决的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种操作方便,工作效率高的FRP板用纤维梳齿上料机构。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种FRP板用纤维梳齿上料机构,其包括用于放置纤维料盘的供料架、设于所述供料架下游且用于将纤维分成多束的梳齿组件以及位于所述梳齿组件下游的送料辊,所述梳齿组件包括梳齿架、安装于所述梳齿架的横梁下端面上且朝下延伸的梳齿杆,所述梳齿架的纵梁上且低于所述梳齿杆以下的位置上设有用将纤维束排布在送料辊上的上料组件。
优化的,所述上料组件包括安装在所述纵梁上的自动收卷盘、卷绕于所述自动收卷盘上的上料绳索。
优化的,所述上料组件包括与所述纵梁通过万向轴连接且可伸缩的杆。
进一步地,所述上料绳索表面涂覆有一层软质橡胶。
进一步地,所述梳齿架具有两根纵梁,所述自动收卷盘安装于其中一根纵梁上,另一根所述纵梁上设有连接扣,所述上料绳索的自由端设有与所述连接扣相匹配的连接环,所述连接环与所述连接扣相扣接。
由于上述技术方案运用,本实用新型与现有技术相比具有下列优点:本实用新型利用梳齿架上的上料组件将垂下的纤维顶起并使纤维均匀分布在上料组 件上,上料组件带动纤维穿过梳齿杆后担设在送料辊上。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图所示的实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述。
如图1、2、3、4所示,FRP板用纤维梳齿上料机构包括用于放置纤维料盘2的供料架1、设于所述供料架1下游且用于将纤维分成多束的梳齿组件以及位于所述梳齿组件下游的送料辊4。
所述梳齿组件包括梳齿架31、安装于所述梳齿架31的横梁32下端面上且朝下延伸的梳齿杆33,所述梳齿架31的纵梁34上且低于所述梳齿杆33以下的位置上设有用将纤维束排布在送料辊4上的上料组件。所述上料组件包括安装在所述纵梁34上的自动收卷盘35、卷绕于所述自动收卷盘35上的上料绳索36。所述梳齿架31具有两根纵梁34,所述自动收卷盘35安装于其中一根纵梁34上,另一根所述纵梁34上设有连接扣37,所述上料绳索36的自由端设有与所述连接扣37相匹配的连接环38,所述连接环38与所述连接扣37相扣接。
如图5所示,为防止纤维在被上料绳索36带动过程中偏移而聚集成一束,所述上料绳索36表面涂覆有一层软质橡胶39。
其工作原理如下:从自动收卷盘中拉出上料绳索至另一纵梁侧,利用梳齿架上的上料绳索将垂下的纤维顶起并使纤维均匀分布在上料绳索上,上料绳索带动纤维穿过梳齿杆后担设在送料辊上,也可将连接扣扣于连接环上,从两纵梁附近拉起上料绳索,保持上料绳索与送料股以及横梁平行,这样能更好的保证纤维匀部与送料辊上。
实施例二
本实施例与实施例一的区别点在于:上料组件为与所述纵梁通过万向轴连接且可伸缩的杆。

  1. 一种FRP板用纤维梳齿上料机构,其包括用于放置纤维料盘的供料架、设于所述供料架下游且用于将纤维分成多束的梳齿组件以及位于所述梳齿组件下游的送料辊,所述梳齿组件包括梳齿架、安装于所述梳齿架的横梁下端面上且朝下延伸的梳齿杆,其特征在于:所述梳齿架的纵梁上且低于所述梳齿杆以下的位置上设有用将纤维束排布在送料辊上的上料组件。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的FRP板用纤维梳齿上料机构,其特征在于:所述上料组件包括安装在所述纵梁上的自动收卷盘、卷绕于所述自动收卷盘上的上料绳索。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的FRP板用纤维梳齿上料机构,其特征在于:所述上料组件包括与所述纵梁通过万向轴连接且可伸缩的杆。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的FRP板用纤维梳齿上料机构,其特征在于:所述上料绳索表面涂覆有一层软质橡胶。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的FRP板用纤维梳齿上料机构,其特征在于:所述梳齿架具有两根纵梁,所述自动收卷盘安装于其中一根纵梁上,另一根所述纵梁上设有连接扣,所述上料绳索的自由端设有与所述连接扣相匹配的连接环,所述连接环与所述连接扣相扣接。
