一种汽车安全座椅 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种汽车安全座椅。
背景技术
目前,随着家长对儿童安全坐车意识的加强,儿童安全座椅在汽车上的使用越来越普及。儿童安全座椅的设计在很大程度上会影响其使用的安全性以及舒适性。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种汽车安全座椅,与汽车座位的连接牢固,安全性能优异。
本实用新型的目的采用如下技术方案实现:
一种汽车安全座椅,包括:
座椅部,其包括椅背、底座、从所述椅背的两侧向前延伸形成的两上侧翼以及从所述底座的两侧向上延伸形成的两下侧翼,所述上侧翼与所述下侧翼之间具有安全带通道,以允许汽车安全带的腹带通过;
ISOFIX装置,其设于所述底座,用于与汽车座位上的锚点进行连接;
头枕,其通过一头枕调节结构可调高度地设于所述椅背上,所述头枕两侧的下端分别设有一导向槽,汽车安全带适于穿过所述导向槽;
以及两侧碰块,各所述侧碰块可拆卸地安装于各所述上侧翼的外侧。
汽车安全座椅安装在汽车座位上时,首先通过ISOFIX装置与汽车上的锚点连接,然后使汽车安全带的肩带穿过所述头枕上的导向槽,使汽车安全带的腹带从两所述安全带通道之间穿过,安全带的肩带与腹带汇合后,插入汽车座位上的锚点固定,由于汽车安全的肩带由所述导向槽限定,汽车安全带的腹带由所述安全带通道限定,因此汽车安全带可以更好地与汽车安全座椅贴合,从而将汽车安全座位更稳定地保持在汽车座椅上;本实用新型提供的汽车安全座椅还在座椅部的两侧设置了侧碰块,可以提高汽车安全座椅的安全性能,减少碰撞时汽车安全座椅发生的侧向运动。
进一步地,所述汽车安全座椅还包括两腹带导向件,各所述腹带导向件的一端固定于各所述上侧翼的下端,另一端向相应的所述下侧翼延伸,所述腹带导向 件与所述下侧翼之间具有一定距离的间隙,以允许汽车安全带通过所述间隙进入所述安全带通道,从而所述腹带导向件将汽车安全带保持在所述安全带通道内。
通过在所述安全带通道处设置腹带导向件,可以避免汽车安全座椅受到较大冲击力时安全带腹带滑动到所述安全带通道外,以致的安全带无法起到固定汽车安全座椅的作用。
进一步地,所述ISOFIX装置包括:ISOFIX连接器、导轨、锁件以及二道锁,所述导轨设于所述底座,所述ISOFIX连接器可滑动地设于所述导轨,所述锁件用于锁定或解锁所述ISOFIX连接器沿所述导轨的移动,所述二道锁用于锁定或解锁所述锁件的移动,以使得所述二道锁锁定所述锁件时,所述锁件不能对所述ISOFIX连接器进行解锁。
本实用新型通过增加所述二道锁,避免了所述锁件被意外解锁导致的ISOFIX连接器与汽车锚点意外分离,提高了汽车安全座椅安装的稳定性,降低了意外发生的概率。
进一步地,所述汽车安全座椅还包括TT带,所述TT带的一端固定于所述椅背的上端,所述TT带的另一端设有一连接钩,所述连接钩适于与汽车上的锚点连接,所述底座的底面具有一连接部,所述连接钩适于可分离地安装于所述连接部,从而当不使用所述TT带时,通过所述连接部收纳所述连接钩。当所述连接钩连接在所述连接部上时,所述TT带贴附在所述椅背的背面以及所述底座的底面。所述TT的作用在于进一步加强汽车安全座椅与汽车座位之间的连接稳定性,尤其是对汽车安全座椅上端的固定。
进一步地,所述汽车安全座椅还包括用于调节所述座椅部与汽车座椅之间角度的垫件,所述垫件的第一端可移动地铰接于所述底座的底面,以使得所述垫件相对于所述底座可前后移动,并且所述垫件的第二端相对于所述底座可上下转动;所述底座的底面设有至少两定位部,所述垫件的第二端适于与所述定位部可分离地连接,各所述定位部沿所述垫件移动的方向依次设置在所述底座的底部,且各所述定位部的竖向高度不相同,以使得所述垫件的第二端与不同的所述定位部连接时,所述垫件与所述底座之间的夹角不同。
通过所述垫件,使用者可以根据需要改变汽车安全座椅与汽车底座之间的角度。所述垫件的结构简单,制造成本低,且不易发生损坏。所述垫件的倾斜角度 调节方便,使用者可以方便、快速地进行角度调节。
进一步地,所述头枕调节结构包括:
档位轨,其设于所述椅背,所述档位轨沿长度方向具有多个档位槽;
档位单元,其可移动地设于所述头枕,以使得所述头枕沿所述椅背上下移动时,所述档位单元依次与各所述档位槽相对,且所述档位单元与一所述档位槽相对时,所述档位单元适于移动进入或远离所述档位槽,以实现对所述头枕的锁定或解锁;
弹性元件,其设于所述档位单元与所述头枕之间,适于对所述档位单元持续施加向所述档位槽内移动的作用力,以将所述头枕锁定;
解锁件,包括固定段、形变段以及活动段,所述形变段的两端分别与所述固定段和所述活动段连接,所述固定段固设于所述头枕的下端,所述活动段延伸到所述头枕的上端,所述形变段与所述档位单元相对,通过对所述活动段施加外力适于使所述形变段发生弹性形变,所述形变段发生弹性形变时带动所述档位单元移动,以将所述头枕解锁。
所述解锁件的活动段位于所述头枕的上端,当使用者需要移动所述头枕时,直接对所述活动段施加作用力,所述活动段移动时使所述形变段发生弹性形变,从而将所述头枕解锁,当所述头枕的移动方向与所述活动段的移动方向一致时,使用者可继续对所述活动段施加外力,使得所述头枕移动;当所述活动段的移动反向与所述头枕的移动方向相反时,使用者通过手指对所述活动段施加外力后,可通手肘、手背或手掌对所述头枕施加外力,使所述头枕移动。也即本实用新型的头枕调节结构可以单手进行操作,使得头枕的调节方便、快捷。
进一步地,所述侧碰块通过侧碰块安装结构可拆卸地安装于所述上侧翼,所述侧碰块安装结构包括第一连接部和所述第二连接部,所述第一连接部的后端与所述上侧翼连接,所述第一连接部的前端凸出于所述上侧翼形成连接件,所述第二连接部设于所述侧碰块,所述第二连接部具有与所述连接件匹配的安装腔,所述连接件适于插入所述安装腔内,从而将所述第一连接部与所述第二连接部可拆卸地连接。
本实用新型中,通过将侧碰块设计为可拆卸,使得侧碰块可根据使用需要进 行更换,提高汽车安全座椅的通用性,或者侧碰块发生损坏时,也可以及时进行更换;另外,头枕的高度可根据儿童的身高进行调节,保证了头枕使用的舒适性与安全性

如图1、2所示,本实用新型提供一种汽车安全座椅,包括座椅部1、ISOFIX装置2、头枕3、两个侧碰块4以及两个腹带导向件5。
座椅部1包括椅背11、底座12、从椅背11的两侧向前延伸形成的两个上侧翼13、从底座12的两侧向上延伸形成的两下侧翼14。上侧翼13与下侧翼14之间具有安全带通道15,以允许汽车安全带的腹带通过。
ISOFIX装置2设于底座12,用于与汽车座位上的锚点进行连接。
头枕3通过一头枕调节结构可调高度地设于椅背11上。头枕3两侧的下端分别设有一导向槽30,汽车安全带适于穿过导向槽30,从而可对汽车安全座椅的上半部分起到固定作用。
两个侧碰块4分别可拆卸地安装在两个上侧翼13的外侧,适于在汽车发生侧面碰撞时,吸收冲击能量,减少汽车安全座椅的侧向移动。
两个腹带导向件5的一端分别固定于两个上侧翼13的下端,另一端向相应的下侧翼14延伸,腹带导向件5与下侧翼14之间具有一定距离的间隙,以允许汽车安全带通过该间隙进入安全带通道15,从而可对汽车安全座椅的下半部分起到固定作用。此外,通过腹带导向件5可以将汽车安全带稳定地保持在安全带通道15内,避免汽车安全带在较大冲击力时发生移动。
进一步地,ISOFIX装置2包括:ISOFIX连接器21、导轨22、锁件23以及二道锁24。导轨22设于底座12,ISOFIX连接器21可滑动地设于导轨22,锁件23用于锁定或解锁ISOFIX连接器21沿导轨22的移动,二道锁24用于锁定或解锁锁件23的移动,以使得二道锁24锁定锁件23时,锁件23不能对ISOFIX连接器21进行解锁。
二道锁24具有多种实施方式,图3、4、5提供一种具体实施方式作为参考,可以理解的是,本实用新型二道锁24的具体结构并不仅限于该具体实施方式。
如图3-5所示,二道锁24包括按钮底座242、按钮复位件243、二道锁按钮244以及二道锁复位件245。
按钮底座242固定设置在ISOFIX连接器21上,按钮底座242具有一内腔,锁件23可移动地设于内腔,从而锁件23在一解锁位置与一锁定位置之间移动,当锁件23处于解锁位置时,ISOFIX连接器21适于沿导轨22进行移动;当锁件23处于锁定位置时,ISOFIX连接器21无法沿导轨22发生移动。值得一提的是,锁件23与ISOFIX连接器21在本领域中属于现有技术,本领域的技术人员可以根据现有技术实现锁件23对ISOFIX连接器21的锁定或解锁,此处不再详述。
按钮复位件243设于按钮底座242与锁件23之间,适于对锁件23持续施加使其保持在锁定位置的作用力。也即,无外力作用时,锁件23通过按钮复位件243保持在锁定位置。
二道锁按钮244铰接于按钮底座242,从而二道锁按钮244在一锁定位置与一解锁位置之间转动。二道锁按钮244包括止动部2441与按压部2442,当二道锁按钮244处于锁定位置时,止动部2441与同样处在锁定位置的锁件23抵触,从而锁件23在止动部2441的限制下不能发生移动;当二道锁按钮244转动到解 锁位置时,止动部2441与锁件23分离,此时锁件23可在外力作用下由锁定位置移动到解锁位置。
二道锁复位件245设于按压部2442与按钮底座242之间,适于对二道锁按钮244持续施加使其保持在锁定位置的作用力。也即,无外力作用时,二道锁按钮244通过二道锁复位件245保持在锁定位置。当需要解锁ISOFIX连接器21时,使用者通过按压部2442使二道锁按钮244由锁定位置转动到解锁位置,同时按压锁件23使其由锁定位置移动到解锁位置,从而ISOFIX连接器21可沿导轨22进行移动。
进一步地,汽车安全座椅还包括TT带61,TT带61的一端固定于椅背11的上端,另一端设有一连接钩62,连接钩62适于与汽车上的锚定连接。
如图6的放大图所示,底座12的底面具有一连接部63,连接钩62适于可分离地钩接于连接部63,当TT带61不使用时,可以通过连接钩62钩接在连接部63上进行收纳,此时TT带61贴附在椅背11的背面以及底座12的底面。
优选地,连接部63为一挂杆。
进一步地,如图7、8所示,汽车安全座椅还包括用于调节座椅部1与汽车座椅之间角度的垫件71。垫件71的第一端可移动地铰接于底座12的底面,以使得垫件71相对于底座12可前后移动,并且垫件71的第二端相对于底座12可上下转动;底座12的底面设有至少两定位部72,垫件71的第二端适于与定位部72可分离地连接,各定位部72沿垫件71移动的方向依次设置在底座12的底部,且各定位部72的竖向高度不相同,以使得垫件71的第二端与不同的定位部72连接时,垫件71与底座12之间的夹角不同。
底座12的底面设有连接轨,连接轨沿底座11底面的前后方向延伸,垫件71的第一端设有圆柱形的连接件,连接件可活动地设于连接轨内,从而连接件适于沿连接轨移动,并且连接件适于在连接轨内发生转动。
定位部72与垫件71的第二端的连接有多种实施方式,如挂钩、卡合、磁性吸引等。图7、8提供一种具体实施方式作为参考,可以理解的是,本实用新型的定位部72与垫件71的具体结构并不仅限于该具体实施方式。
如图7、8所示,定位部72从底座12的底面向下延伸形成至少一凸部,垫件71的第二端形成与各凸部对应的卡槽,各凸部适于插入卡槽内,从而将定位 部72与垫件71的第二端连接。底座12与垫件71之间还设有保持元件73,保持元件73对垫件71的第二端持续施加向上的力,以避免垫件71由于自身重力与定位部72分离。垫件71的底面具有凹槽,以方便使用者通过凹槽对垫件71施加作用力。
进一步地,如图9-13所示,头枕调节结构包括档位轨81、档位单元82、解锁件83以及弹性元件84。
档位轨81设置在椅背11上,其沿长度方向具有多个档位槽810。
档位单元82可移动地设于头枕3,以使得头枕3沿椅背11上下移动时,档位单元82与档位轨81上的各档位槽810依次相对,并且当档位单元82与档位槽810相对时,档位单元82可移动进入或远离档位槽810;弹性元件84设于档位单元82与头枕3之间,其适于对档位单元82持续施加向档位槽810内移动的作用力,从而当档位单元82与一档位槽810对应时,弹性元件84将档位单元82保持在该档位槽810内,此时头枕3由档位单元82限位在该档位处,不能上下移动。
解锁件83包括固定段831、形变段832以及活动段833,形变段832的两端分别连接固定段831与活动段833,固定段831固设于头枕3的下端,活动段833可上下移动地设于头枕3的上端,形变段832适于发生弹性形变。形变段832与档位单元82相对,当活动段833在外力作用下向上移动时,形变段832发生弹性形变,同时对档位单元82施加外力以克服弹性元件84的作用力,档位单元82在形变段832的作用下移动到远离档位槽810的位置,此时头枕3不受到档位的限制,可上下移动;当头枕3移动到合适的位置时,撤去对活动段833施加的外力,形变段832恢复形变,档位单元82也在弹性元件84的作用下移动到相应的档位槽810内,从而将头枕3保持在该位置。
头枕3上设有一安装底座31,安装底座31具有底座安装腔310。档位单元82包括档位活动件821以及档位杆822,档位活动件821可移动地设于底座安装腔310内,档位杆822设于档位活动件821的外端,档位杆822与档位轨81上的档位槽810相对,当档位活动件821沿底座安装腔310移动时,档位杆822移动进入档位槽810或远离档位槽810。
弹性元件84的一端抵于安装底座31,另一端抵于档位活动件821,其适于 对档位活动件821持续施加作用力以将档位杆822保持在档位槽810内。
形变段832为中部弯折的金属片,形变段832的中部向椅背11的前方拱起,档位活动件821处于形变段832的后方,档位活动件821的内端与形变段832的拱起部抵触,当活动段833在外力作用下向上移动时,形变段832的拱起部被拉直并向档位活动件821的一侧移动,从而对档位活动件821施加向外移动的力,使档位杆822与档位槽810分离,此时头枕3被解锁,可以自由地上下移动;当撤去对活动段833的外力时,形变段832恢复形变,此时档位活动件821在弹性元件84的作用下向内移动,使档位杆822卡入对应的档位槽810内,此时头枕3被锁定,无法自由上下移动。
进一步地,如图14、15所示,侧碰块4通过侧碰块安装结构可拆卸地安装于上侧翼13。侧碰块安装结构包括第一连接部91和第二连接部92,第一连接部91的后端与上侧翼13连接,第一连接部91的前端凸出于上侧翼13形成连接件911;第二连接部92设于侧碰块4,第二连接部92具有与连接件911匹配的安装腔920,连接件911适于插入安装腔920内,从而将第一连接部91与第二连接部92可拆卸地连接。
连接件911为长条形结构,第二连接部92包括对称设置的两卡件921,卡件921的横截面呈L形,两卡件921的后端设于侧碰块4,两卡件921的前端相向地延伸,从而在两卡件921之间形成安装腔920。连接件911适于从两卡件921的上端或下端插入安装腔920。
连接件911与两卡件921之间还设有限位结构,以避免连接件911与卡件921轻易分离。限位结构为设置在连接件911下端的第一限位件912,第一限位件912的宽度大于两卡件921之间的距离,从而连接件911插入两卡件921之间时,第一限位件912与两卡件921的下端相抵,避免了由于侧碰块4自身重力导致卡件921沿连接件911下滑。
进一步地,底座12的前端还固设有调节器按钮10,调节器按钮10用于对汽车安全座椅上的安全带进行长度调节。
值得一提的是,调节器按钮10的具体结构属于现有技术,本实用新型不再详述。

    座椅部,其包括椅背、底座、从所述椅背的两侧向前延伸形成的两上侧翼以及从所述底座的两侧向上延伸形成的两下侧翼,所述上侧翼与所述下侧翼之间具有安全带通道,以允许汽车安全带的腹带通过;
    ISOFIX装置,其设于所述底座,用于与汽车座位上的锚点进行连接;
    头枕,其通过一头枕调节结构可调高度地设于所述椅背上,所述头枕两侧的下端分别设有一导向槽,汽车安全带适于穿过所述导向槽;
    以及两侧碰块,两所述侧碰块分别可拆卸地安装于两所述上侧翼的外侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车安全座椅,其特征在于,还包括两腹带导向件,两所述腹带导向件的一端分别固定于两所述上侧翼的下端,另一端向相应的所述下侧翼延伸,所述腹带导向件与所述下侧翼之间具有一定距离的间隙,以允许汽车安全带通过所述间隙进入所述安全带通道,从而所述腹带导向件将汽车安全带保持在所述安全带通道内。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车安全座椅,其特征在于,所述ISOFIX装置包括:ISOFIX连接器、导轨、锁件以及二道锁,所述导轨设于所述底座,所述ISOFIX连接器可滑动地设于所述导轨,所述锁件用于锁定或解锁所述ISOFIX连接器沿所述导轨的移动,所述二道锁用于锁定或解锁所述锁件的移动,以使得所述二道锁锁定所述锁件时,所述锁件不能对所述ISOFIX连接器进行解锁。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车安全座椅,其特征在于,所述汽车安全座椅还包括TT带,所述TT带的一端固定于所述椅背的上端,所述TT带的另一端设有一连接钩,所述连接钩适于与汽车上的锚点连接,所述底座的底面具有一连接部,所述连接钩适于可分离地安装于所述连接部,从而当不使用所述TT带时,通过所述连接部收纳所述连接钩。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车安全座椅,其特征在于,所述汽车安全座椅还包括用于调节所述座椅部与汽车座椅之间角度的垫件,所述垫件的第一端可移动地铰接于所述底座的底面,以使得所述垫件相对于所述底座可前后移动,并且 所述垫件的第二端相对于所述底座可上下转动;所述底座的底面设有至少两定位部,所述垫件的第二端适于与所述定位部可分离地连接,各所述定位部沿所述垫件移动的方向依次设置在所述底座的底部,且各所述定位部的竖向高度不相同,以使得所述垫件的第二端与不同的所述定位部连接时,所述垫件与所述底座之间的夹角不同。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一所述的汽车安全座椅,其特征在于,所述头枕调节结构包括:
    档位轨,其设于所述椅背,所述档位轨沿长度方向具有多个档位槽;
    档位单元,其可移动地设于所述头枕,以使得所述头枕沿所述椅背上下移动时,所述档位单元依次与各所述档位槽相对,且所述档位单元与一所述档位槽相对时,所述档位单元适于移动进入或远离所述档位槽,以实现对所述头枕的锁定或解锁;
    弹性元件,其设于所述档位单元与所述头枕之间,适于对所述档位单元持续施加向所述档位槽内移动的作用力,以将所述头枕锁定;
    解锁件,包括固定段、形变段以及活动段,所述形变段的两端分别与所述固定段和所述活动段连接,所述固定段固设于所述头枕的下端,所述活动段延伸到所述头枕的上端,所述形变段与所述档位单元相对,通过对所述活动段施加外力适于使所述形变段发生弹性形变,所述形变段发生弹性形变时带动所述档位单元移动,以将所述头枕解锁。
  7. 根据权利要求1-5任一所述的汽车安全座椅,其特征在于,所述侧碰块通过侧碰块安装结构可拆卸地安装于所述上侧翼,所述侧碰块安装结构包括第一连接部和所述第二连接部,所述第一连接部的后端与所述上侧翼连接,所述第一连接部的前端凸出于所述上侧翼形成连接件,所述第二连接部设于所述侧碰块,所述第二连接部具有与所述连接件匹配的安装腔,所述连接件适于插入所述安装腔内,从而将所述第一连接部与所述第二连接部可拆卸地连接。
