在本公开的一个方面,提供了一种用于将附件连接到设备主体上的连接结构,包括:
锁止件,设置在所述设备主体上,并相对于所述主体可转动;

本公开使用的所有术语(包括技术术语或者科学术语)与本公开所属领域的普通技术人员理解的含义相同,除非另外特别定义。还应当理解,在诸如通用字典中定义的术语应当被解释为具有与它们在相关技术的上下文中的含义相一致的含义,而不应用理想化或极度形式化的意义来解释,除非这里明确地这样定义。
对于相关领域普通技术人员已知的技术、方法和设备可能不作详细讨论,但在适当情况下,所述技术、方法和设备应当被视为说明书的一部分。参照图1-图8所示,本公开的连接结构,用于将附件3连接到设备主体1上,例如,将电池包(附件)安装在手持式吸尘器主体上。
在本公开的一些实施例中,连接结构参照图1、图6-图8所示,在所述设备主体 1上设置有锁止件2,所述锁止件2能够相对于所述设备主体1转动,通过所述锁止件2的转动使得所述锁止件2具有第一状态和第二状态。在第一状态,所述锁止件2能够限制所述附件3相对所述设备主体1的移动。在第二状态,所述锁止件2解锁所述附件3相对所述设备主体1的移动。如此,在所述设备主体1上拆装所述附件3仅需要使得所述附件3相对所述设备主体1移动即可,拆装方便,避免在所述设备主体1上设置安装所述附件的盒体和盖体,结构更加简单。
参照图1、图6-图8所示,在一些实施例中,所述设备主体1包括手柄11、横梁12及支柱13。所述横梁12和所述手柄11呈夹角设置,所述横梁12的第一端的中间部分与所述手柄11相连。所述横梁12的第一端的中间部分的两侧设置有两处凸起121,所述横梁12的第二端与所述支柱13相连。
在所述支柱13上且位于所述横梁12的下侧设置有承载台14,所述承载台14构造为第一凸起141,且向所述横梁12的第一端延伸。所述第一凸起141包括底板1411和与所述底板1411相连接且位于底板1411两侧的侧板1412。在一些实施例中,所述两侧板1412之间的支柱上设置有凹槽1413。所述凹槽1413的上槽壁从远离底板1411的位置至所述底板1411的位置的方向上向远离处于装配状态的附件3的方向上倾斜。
参照图2、图6-图8所示,在一些实施例中,所述附件3包括设置在其上部的槽结构31,所述槽结构31的第二端设置成开口311。当所述附件3为电池包时,所述槽结构31的第一端上设置有接线部32。所述接线部32用于给所述设备主体1提供动力。在所述接线部32的两侧且位于所述槽结构31的侧壁上设置有与所述凸起121配合的两处凹槽312。在另一些实施例中,在横梁12的第一端还可以设置凹槽,且附件3上设置能够与该凹槽配合的凸起。
所述附件3的位于所述槽结构31的第二端的端部上设置有第二凸起33。在装配状态下,所述横梁12嵌装在所述槽结构31上,所述凸起121插入所述凹槽312,所述第二凸起33支撑在所述底板1411上。如此,所述附件3吊挂在所述设备主体1上,省去了容置所述附件的腔体结构的设置,使得结构更加简单。
参照图3、图5-图8所示,在一些实施例中,所述锁止件2包括呈夹角相连的第一臂21和第二臂22。在所述第一臂21和所述第二臂22的连接位置的两端设置有枢转部23,所述枢转部23包括铰轴231。所述设备主体1包括内衬结构15,所述内衬结构15的一端设置有安装槽151。所述安装槽151的槽壁上设置有轴孔1511,通过将所述铰轴231安装在所述轴孔1511中实现将所述锁止件2安装在所述内衬结构15上。 在另一些实施例中,枢转部也可以包括轴孔,设备主体包括与该轴孔相配合的铰轴。
在一些实施例中,所述第一臂21包括一体成型的第一块211和第一杆212,所述第二臂22包括一体成型的第二块221和第二杆222。所述第一杆212和第二杆222相连,所述第一块211和所述第一杆212形成的所述第一臂21以及所述第二块221和所述第二杆222形成的所述第二臂22能够使得结构强度得到保证,且材料减少。
参照图5所示,在一些实施例中,在所述第二块221和所述内衬结构15之间设置偏置件4,例如弹簧。参照图3所示,所述第二块221面向所述内衬结构15的一侧侧面上设置有第一安装柱2211,参照图4所示,所述内衬结构15上设置有第二安装柱1512,所述弹簧设置在所述第一安装柱2211和所述第二安装柱1512上。
在一些实施例中,所述手柄11为管状结构,所述内衬结构15固定安装在所述手柄11的空腔中,例如,所述内衬结构15与所述手柄11过盈配合安装,所述横梁12上设置有容置孔122,所述容置孔122贯穿所述管状结构的一部分侧壁形成缺口111,进而使得在装配状态下,所述第一臂21嵌装在所述容置孔122,所述第二臂22的部分结构通过所述缺口111显露在外,所述第二臂22的部分结构且与安装所述弹簧相反一侧的侧面形成操作部223。显然,所述操作部223通过所述缺口111暴露在手柄11上,便于人们操作。
参照图3、图6所示,在一些实施例中,所述第一臂21包括第一斜面213,所述第一斜面213设置在所述第一块211和第一杆212上。在装配状态下,所述第一斜面213从所述枢转部23到所述第一臂21的自由端逐渐向装配所述附件3的一侧倾斜。
所述附件3的槽结构31的第二端设置有卡止结构34,参照图2所示,在一些实施例中,所述卡止结构34构造为所述附件3设置的凸起,所述卡止结构34包括限位面341和第二斜面342。在装配状态下,所述第二斜面342和所述第一斜面213的倾斜方向一致,所述第二斜面342位置较高的一端与所述限位面341相连。在所述附件3装入所述设备主体1的过程中,即所述附件3相对所述设备主体1沿所述横梁12移动时,所述卡止结构34的凸起的自由端推动所述第一斜面213,进而使得所述附件3顺利移动。当所述附件3移动到所述卡止结构34的凸起的自由端脱离推动所述第一斜面213时,所述锁止件2在弹簧的作用下复位,进而使得所述第一臂21的自由端与所述限位面341相抵靠,实现限制所述附件3相对所述设备主体1的移动,从而将所述附件3可靠安装所述设备主体1上。
本公开的连接结构,当需要将所述附件3安装在所述设备主体1上时,首先将所 述附件3沿所述横梁12滑动,滑动过程中,所述横梁12嵌在所述槽结构31中,所述槽结构31对附件3的滑动起到导向作用,以保证所述附件3顺利滑动到位。于此同时,所述卡止结构34的凸起的自由端推动所述第一臂21的第一斜面213使得所述锁止件2以铰轴231为转动轴转动。
当所述卡止结构34的自由端推动所述第一斜面213时,弹簧处于压缩状态。当所述附件3继续滑动到所述卡止结构34的自由端,并脱离所述第一斜面213时,所述锁止件2在弹簧的作用下转动,进而使得第一臂21的自由端对所述卡止结构34的限位面341形成限位。于此同时,所述凸起121卡装在凹槽312中,第二凸起33支撑在底板1411上,进而保证所述附件3吊装在设备主体1的下部。
当需要将所述附件3从所述设备主体1上拆下时,仅需要按压手柄11处缺口111位置露出的操作部223。在按压操作部223的时候,操作部223挤压弹簧,使得锁止件2转动,以保证第一臂21的自由端脱离对卡止结构34的限位面341的限制,从而使得附件3顺利从所述设备主体1上滑移出来。
本公开还提供一种手持式吸尘器,包括吸尘器主体和电池包,所述电池包和所述吸尘器主体之间通过上述连接结构连接,其中,所述附件包括电池包。吸尘器主体则作为设备主体,通过连接结构与包括电池包的附件相连。
本领域的技术人员容易理解的是,在不冲突的前提下,上述各实施例可以自由地组合、叠加。
以上所述本公开实施例并不用于限制本公开,对于本领域技术人员而言,本公开可以有各种改动和变化。凡在本公开的精神和原理之内所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本公开的保护范围之内。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种用于将附件连接到设备主体上的连接结构,包括:
    锁止件,设置在所述设备主体上,并相对于所述主体可转动;
    其中,通过所述锁止件的转动使得所述锁止件具有第一状态和第二状态;在第一状态,所述锁止件被配置为限制所述附件相对所述设备主体的移动,在第二状态,所述锁止件被配置为解锁所述附件相对所述设备主体的移动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的连接结构,其中,所述锁止件包括:
    枢转部,包括第一铰轴或者第一轴孔,所述设备主体包括与所述第一铰轴相配合的第二轴孔或者与所述第一轴孔相配合的第二铰轴;和
    第一臂,与所述枢转部相连接,通过所述锁止件的转动使得所述第一臂具有第一位置和第二位置;
    其中,在所述附件上设置有能够与所述第一臂相配合的卡止结构;在第一位置,所述第一臂与所述卡止结构相配合,以限制所述附件相对所述主体的移动,在所述第二位置,所述第一臂与所述卡止结构脱离配合,以解锁所述附件相对所述主体的移动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的连接结构,其中,所述锁止件还包括:
    第二臂,与所述枢转部相连接,通过操作所述第二臂使得所述锁止件在所述第一状态和所述第二状态之间转换。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的连接结构,还包括:
    偏置件,设置在所述第二臂和所述设备主体之间,用于向所述锁止件提供由所述第二状态向所述第一状态切换的偏置力。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的连接结构,其中,所述设备主体具有手柄,所述第二臂上与所述偏置件的设置侧相反的一侧的表面构成操作部,所述操作部设置在所述手柄上,并在受到的按压作用下,使所述第二臂克服所述偏置件的偏置力,从而使得所述锁止件由所述第一状态转换到所述第二状态。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的连接结构,其中,所述设备主体包括横梁,所述横梁的第一端设置有第一凸起或者第一凹槽,所述附件上设置有能够与所述第一凸起配合的第二凹槽或者与所述第一凹槽配合的第二凸起。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的连接结构,其中,所述横梁和所述手柄之间呈夹角设置,所述横梁的第一端或者靠近第一端的部分与所述手柄连接,所述第一臂嵌入所述横梁上设置的容置孔内。
  8. 根据权利要求2-7任一所述的连接结构,其中,所述第一臂包括第一斜面,所述第一斜面被配置为在装配状态下从所述枢转部到所述第一臂的自由端逐渐向装配所述附件的一侧倾斜,所述卡止结构被配置为在所述附件装入的过程中推动所述第一斜面。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的连接结构,其中,所述卡止结构为形成在所述附件上的凸起,所述卡止结构包括限位面,所述凸起的自由端被配置为在所述附件装入过程中推动所述第一斜面;在装配状态下,所述第一臂的自由端与所述限位面配合以限制所述附件相对所述设备主体的移动。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的连接结构,其中,所述卡止结构包括第二斜面和限位面,在装配状态下,所述第二斜面和所述第一斜面的倾斜方向一致,所述第二斜面位置较高的一端与所述限位面相连。
  11. 一种手持式吸尘器,包括吸尘器主体和电池包,所述电池包和所述吸尘器主体之间通过权利要求1-10任一所述的连接结构连接,其中,所述附件包括电池包。
