本实用新型涉及航海浮标设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种稳固抗漂移的滚塑浮标。
背景技术
浮标是指浮于水面的一种航标,是锚定在指定位置,用来标示航道范围、指示浅滩和碍航物或表示专门用途的水面助航标志。海上恶劣天气带来的大风、强降雨、巨浪等会对浮标造成不同程度的损坏,然而,现有的浮标整体结构承受能力不理想,在水体中的稳固性较差,在风力和海水的冲击下会逐渐偏移预定范围,使得滚塑浮标远离预定区域而发生漂移,导致无法为海上航行船舶提供优质、安全的航海保障。
发明内容
本实用新型旨在解决现有技术的不足,而提供一种稳固抗漂移的滚塑浮标。

一种稳固抗漂移的滚塑浮标,包括浮体和竖直设置在浮体上方的灯架,其特征在于,所述浮体包括上浮体和下浮体,所述上浮体为前后两侧相对的半圆台组成上窄下宽的圆台结构,所述下浮体为前后两侧相对的半圆柱组成的圆柱结构,所述上浮体的半圆台和同侧的所述下浮体的半圆柱为极低密度聚乙烯滚塑成型的一体结构,所述浮体的内部通过螺栓连有钢骨架,所述上浮体中前后两侧相对的半圆台与所述下浮体中前后两侧相对的半圆柱均关于所述钢骨架对称设置,所述钢骨架包括上吊环、圆管和钢板,所述上吊环安装在所述钢板的上部两侧,所述上吊环位于所述浮体的外部,所述圆管竖直安装在所述钢板的中心轴线处,所述钢板内设有若干关于所述圆管对称的加强钢板,所述圆管的顶端贯穿所述浮体的上部与所述灯架相连,所述灯架与所述浮体之间设有加强底座,所述加强底座可拆卸安装在所述浮体的上表面,所述加强底座的外表面均布有若干凹槽加强结构,所述灯架的顶端外侧固定安有灯座,所述浮体的底部外侧固定安有同轴设置 的配重底盘,所述配重底盘内部呈中空结构设置,所述配重底盘的外侧壁固定安有若干侧吊环,所述圆管的底部依次贯穿所述浮体的底部、所述配重底盘的顶端连有预留下吊环,所述预留下吊环位于所述配重底盘的内部顶端。
所述侧吊环的个数为2。
所述上吊环与所述钢板采用焊接方式连接。
所述圆管与所述钢板采用焊接方式连接。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型结构设计合理,安装方便,上浮体采用前后两侧相对的半圆台组成上窄下宽的圆台结构,下浮体采用前后两侧相对的半圆柱组成的圆柱结构,与现有浮标相比,提高了浮标整体结构在海水中的稳定性,同时延长了使用寿命,通过设置上吊环,侧吊环以及预留下吊环,对浮标进行多角度定位,改善了在水体中的稳固性,在风力和海水的冲击下,减少了浮标偏移预定范围的情况,进而减少了滚塑浮标远离预定区域而发生漂移的现象,进而为海上航行船舶提供优质、安全的航海保障。

如图所示,一种稳固抗漂移的滚塑浮标,包括浮体1和竖直设置在浮体1上方的灯架2,其特征在于,所述浮体1包括上浮体11和下浮体12,所述上浮体11为前后两侧相对的半圆台组成上窄下宽的圆台结构,所述下浮体12为前后两侧相对的半圆柱组成的圆柱结构,所述上浮体11的半圆台和同侧的所述下浮体12的半圆柱为极低密度聚乙烯滚塑成型的一体结构,所述浮体1的内部通过 螺栓连有钢骨架7,所述上浮体11中前后两侧相对的半圆台与所述下浮体12中前后两侧相对的半圆柱均关于所述钢骨架7对称设置,所述钢骨架7包括上吊环71、圆管72和钢板73,所述上吊环71安装在所述钢板73的上部两侧,所述上吊环71位于所述浮体1的外部,所述圆管72竖直安装在所述钢板73的中心轴线处,所述钢板73内设有若干关于所述圆管72对称的加强钢板,所述圆管72的顶端贯穿所述浮体1的上部与所述灯架2相连,所述灯架2与所述浮体1之间设有加强底座5,所述加强底座5可拆卸安装在所述浮体1的上表面,所述加强底座5的外表面均布有若干凹槽加强结构,所述灯架2的顶端外侧固定安有灯座6,所述浮体1的底部外侧固定安有同轴设置的配重底盘3,所述配重底盘3内部呈中空结构设置,所述配重底盘3的外侧壁固定安有若干侧吊环4,所述圆管72的底部依次贯穿所述浮体1的底部、所述配重底盘3的顶端连有预留下吊环8,所述预留下吊环8位于所述配重底盘3的内部顶端。

所述上吊环71与所述钢板73采用焊接方式连接。
所述圆管72与所述钢板73采用焊接方式连接。
本实用新型使用时,根据用户的不同需求,当需要浮标灯时,将信号灯安装在灯座6上,将蓄电池安装在灯座6内,信号灯通过导线接通蓄电池,当不需要浮标灯时,无需在灯座6上安装信号灯,将钢丝绳穿过钢骨架7上的上吊环71,将浮标投放在预定区域,投放完成后,配重块通过钢丝绳穿过上吊环71,侧吊环4以及预留下吊环8,对浮标进行多角度定位,改善了在水体中的稳固性,在风力和海水的冲击下,减少了浮标偏移预定范围的情况,进而减少了滚塑浮标远离预定区域而发生漂移的现象,进而为海上航行船舶提供优质、安全的航海保障,当需要回收浮标时,将钢丝绳穿过钢骨架7上的上吊环71,将浮标回收至目标地点,上浮体11采用前后两侧相对的半圆台组成上窄下宽的圆台结构,下浮体12采用前后两侧相对的半圆柱组成的圆柱结构,与现有浮标相比,提高了浮标整体结构在海水中的稳定性,同时延长了使用寿命,本实用新型结构设计合理,安装方便。
