Description

一种集成有水管的墙板系统
本发明属于建筑技术领域,尤其涉及一种集成有水管的墙板系统。
推动建筑产业现代化最重要的是要促进建设发展方式的转变,必须要摆脱传统建造的模式,寻求一种建筑产业现代化为目标的发展路径。
目前,国内水电施工多采用在墙体预埋方式布设水管,然而设备及管线使用年限一般在10-20年左右,在房屋使用年限内需要多次更换,导致多次破坏主体结构,降低房屋使用寿命。另外,在进行内装修改时,也需要破坏主体结构,重新铺设管线,降低了房屋耐久性。
可见,传统水电预埋方法,维修时需要破坏主体结构,且维修难度较大,成本高,维修效率较低;同时,维修时产生大量建筑垃圾及噪音污染,会对楼下用户影响较大。由于主体结构受到损害,不利于后期内装修改,改修成本及耗时较长,此外,由于管线采用预埋方式,管线与主体结构形成一体,管线与结构主体不便分离,不利于后期户型修改,难以满足居住者多样化及灵活化的需求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种集成有水管的墙板系统,旨在解决现有技术中采用预埋方式将水管设置于主体结构中所导致的水管维修时会损害主体结构,且维修麻烦,噪音大以及需要抹灰的问题。
本发明实施例提供了一种集成有水管的墙板系统,包括墙板以及水管,所述墙板包括中心板体以及盖板;所述中心体板上开设有至少一个凹槽,所述凹槽的至少一端与所述中心板体的至少一边缘相通;所述水管固定安装在所述凹槽内,所述中心板体两外侧面盖设有所述的盖板;所述中心板体侧面上的至少一块盖板开设有窗口,所述窗口的位置与所述水管的输出端的位置相对应。
进一步地,所述中心板体的两侧面均开设有若干间隔的凹槽,所述若干凹槽包括纵横交错分布的纵向凹槽以及横向凹槽。
进一步地,所述墙板系统还包括用于卡紧水管的水管卡紧组件,所述水管卡紧组件包括底板、卡托、上盖以及螺钉,所述底板与上盖的形状均与所述凹槽的形状相匹配;所述底板通过所述螺钉固定安装于所述凹槽内,所述卡托固定在所述底板的顶面上,所述卡托具有弹性卡持部,所述水管嵌置于所述弹性卡持部内,所述上盖卡扣于所述底板的两侧壁上,并盖罩所述水管。
进一步地,所述墙板系统还包括水管压紧组件,所述水管压紧组件包括压板以及螺钉,所述压板中间位置设置有压槽,所述压槽的形状与所述水管的形状相匹配,所述压板的两侧边均设置有安装孔,所述螺钉穿过所述安装孔,固定在所述凹槽的槽底上。
本发明与现有技术相比,有益效果在于:本发明的墙板系统,其中心板体的侧面在工厂制作时即可形成凹槽,从而可以将水管布设于凹槽内,盖板盖设于中心板体的侧面上,可以盖封凹槽和水管。克服了传统预埋水管维修时需开凿楼板、墙板的弊端,实现了水管与主体结构分离(SI分离);能减少对结构主体的破坏,大大增加了房屋安全可靠性、耐久性。由于具有盖板,盖板表面光滑,本身可自带装饰作用,无需再抹灰,避免了湿作业。
通过水管与主体结构采用分离式设计,为内装及设备更新提供更大空间,水管及设备可在不破坏主体结构情况下进行更新,大大节约后期维修及改装成本。极大减少了后期维修及改造时产生的建筑垃圾及噪音污染,减少对自然环境的破坏。减少维修时对楼下用户影响,可极大提升居住者满足度。另外,居住者可根据各人需求对户型进行改造,最大化满足住宅使用要求。

为了使本发明所要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1至图3所示,为本发明的一较佳实施例,提供了一种集成有水管的墙板系统,包括墙板10以及水管2。
墙板10包括中心板体11以及盖板12;中心体板11上开设有至少一个凹槽,凹槽的至少一端与中心板体11的至少一边缘相通,从而便于水管2进入凹槽内。所述水管2固定安装在所述凹槽内,所述中心板体11两外侧面盖设有所述的盖板12。所述中心板体11侧面上的至少一块盖板12开设有窗口,所述窗口的位置与水管2的输出端的位置相对应。
上述中心板体11的两侧面均开设有若干间隔的凹槽,所述若干凹槽包括纵横交错分布的纵向凹槽111以及横向凹槽112。水管2安装在纵向凹槽111以及横向凹槽112内。
在实际应用中,水管2引出位置需要接水龙头,由于仅设置纵向凹槽111不能在水平方向调节水龙头的位置,当用户想在某一位置安装插座或水龙头时,所以,有可能会限制用户的具体需求。为此,请参见图4,本实施例的水管2可以先后排布于纵向凹槽111、横向凹槽112内。
为了固定水管2,本实施例提供两种结构形式的水管2固定组件:
请参见图5,其中一种形式是设置水管卡紧组件7,所述水管卡紧组件7包括底板71、卡托72、上盖73以及螺钉74,所述底板71与上盖73的形状均与所述纵向凹槽11的形状相匹配;所述底板71通过螺钉74固定安装于所述纵向凹槽111内,所述卡托72固定在所述底板71的顶面上,所述卡托72具有弹性卡持部721,所述水管2嵌置于所述弹性卡持部721内,所述上盖73卡扣于所述底板71的两侧壁上,并盖罩所述水管2。
请参见图6,另一种形式是水管压紧组件8,所述水管压紧组件8包括压板81以及螺钉82,所述压板81中间位置设置有压槽811,所述压槽811的形状与所述水管2的形状相匹配,所述压板81的两侧边均设置有安装孔,所述螺钉82穿过所述安装孔,固定在所述纵向凹槽111的槽底上,优化地,为了填充压板81与纵向凹槽111内壁之间的缝隙,可以在缝隙内嵌入填充条9。
本实施例的墙板系统,其中心板体上设置有纵向凹槽111以及横向凹槽112,从而可以将水管2布设于纵向凹槽111以及横向凹槽112内。克服了传统预埋管线维修时需开凿楼板、墙板的弊端,实现了管线与主体结构分离(SI分离);能减少对结构主体的破坏,大大增加了房屋安全可靠性、耐久性。 由于具有盖板12,盖板12表面光滑,本身可自带装饰作用,无需再抹灰,避免了湿作业。
通过水管2与主体结构采用分离式设计,为内装及设备更新提供更大空间,水管2及设备可在不破坏主体结构情况下进行更新,大大节约后期维修及改装成本。极大减少了后期维修及改造时产生的建筑垃圾及噪音污染,减少对自然环境的破坏。减少维修时对楼下用户影响,可极大提升居住者满足度。另外,居住者可根据各人需求对户型进行改造,最大化满足住宅使用要求。

  1. 一种集成有水管的墙板系统,其特征在于,包括墙板以及水管,所述墙板包括中心板体以及盖板;所述中心体板上开设有至少一个凹槽,所述凹槽的至少一端与所述中心板体的至少一边缘相通;所述水管固定安装在所述凹槽内,所述中心板体两外侧面盖设有所述的盖板;所述中心板体侧面上的至少一块盖板开设有窗口,所述窗口的位置与所述水管的输出端的位置相对应。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的集成有水管的墙板系统,其特征在于,所述中心板体的两侧面均开设有若干间隔的凹槽,所述若干凹槽包括纵横交错分布的纵向凹槽以及横向凹槽。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的集成有水管的墙板系统,其特征在于,所述墙板系统还包括用于卡紧水管的水管卡紧组件,所述水管卡紧组件包括底板、卡托、上盖以及螺钉,所述底板与上盖的形状均与所述凹槽的形状相匹配;所述底板通过所述螺钉固定安装于所述凹槽内,所述卡托固定在所述底板的顶面上,所述卡托具有弹性卡持部,所述水管嵌置于所述弹性卡持部内,所述上盖卡扣于所述底板的两侧壁上,并盖罩所述水管。
  4. 如权利要求1或2所述的集成有水管的墙板系统,其特征在于,所述墙板系统还包括水管压紧组件,所述水管压紧组件包括压板以及螺钉,所述压板中间位置设置有压槽,所述压槽的形状与所述水管的形状相匹配,所述压板的两侧边均设置有安装孔,所述螺钉穿过所述安装孔,固定在所述凹槽的槽底上。
