Description

软板电容感应式的汽车开门前警示装置 技术领域
本申请涉及一种汽车警示装置,尤指一种软板电容感应式的汽车开门前警示装置。
背景技术
在交通意外中,汽车驾驶或乘客在开门时未注意邻近道路的交通状况而贸然开启车门,使后方来车或行人反应不及而直接撞上车门,因此车门直接撞上附近的车辆及行人的事故时常发生。
为解决上述的安全问题,先前技术如,汽车门安全警告装置(TW M509150)、车门开启安全警示装置(TW M510875)、车门警示系统(TW M522149)、车门开启语音提醒装置(TW M524280)、具安全与声音之感测装置(TW M529620)、车用警示装置(TW M530762)、汽车开门警示装置(CN202782885U)、汽车开门警示结构(TW M523614)...等案件提出在汽车内门把手上安装按键、红外线、超音波、体温感测红外线(PIR)...等感应装置来感测使用者是否有开启车门的动作,并连带产生警示讯号来警告使用者。
然而,上述技术在实际应用上有诸多的限制,举例来说,当在内门把手上安装按键时,由于启闭次数相当的频繁,而按键间的缝隙容易受到杂物影响而失能,前述二个问题会严重的影响按键可正常运作的机率。
而红外线以及超音波等方案多将感测讯号的收发装置设于内门手把与内门把手饰板之间,并判断讯号是否被遮断以产生警示讯号,但是此种方案在使用者手部未在指定区域间操作时则会产生误动作,而影响使用者对此类产品的信心。
另外,采用体温感测红外线的方案则容易在车内温度接近或超过37度后,或者使用者载上手套时无法正确判断使用者是否正在开启车门,而无法操作在实际车装环境中。
为解决以上的问题,TW M543807提出以电容式触控汽车内门把手警示装置来判断使用者是否接近或碰触内门把手,并据以产生警示讯号。然而,在实施时,因为车内门把手饰板多为弧状设计,若使用传统硬式电路板会因无法完全贴合于车内门把手饰板的形状,而增加设置于车门板内的体积,因此并非每种车型都能适用。且因为汽车在运作时会有许多电气讯号干扰,而容易发生感应不良的问题,造成警示装置的误判。
综上所述,目前汽车开门前警示装置的设计有加以改善的必要。
发明内容
有鉴于先前技术的问题,本申请的目的是提供一软板电容感应式的汽车开门前警示装 置,通过软性电路板的装置设计,增加汽车开门前警示装置的感应精确度。
为达上述目的,本申请提供一种软板电容感应式的汽车开门前警示装置,其包含:内门把手饰板、内门手把组件、软板、电容式感应组件、电容式感应处理电路、警示单元及控制单元;其中,该内门把手饰板安装在汽车的车门内侧相对于汽车的车门连杆的一端位置,内门把手饰板上设有穿孔及设有容置空间,该内门手把组件的一部份穿过此穿孔与车门连杆连接,而另一部分则容纳在该容置空间中;该装置的软板为软性印刷电路板(Flexible Printed Circuit,FPC),而软板的一面设于内门把手饰板面对车门内部的一面上,和/或,该内门把手饰板面对该容置空间的一面上,另一面设有电容式感应组件、电容式感应处理电路及控制单元;其中,控制单元也可设于汽车内部。配置上,电容式感应组件与电容式感应处理电路电性连接,控制单元与电容式感应处理电路及警示单元电性连接,而电容式感应组件的感应范围至少可感应容置空间内的电容变化状况,并由电容式感应处理电路进行处理后产生感应电容值;控制单元内设有警示模式,控制单元依据所接收的感应电容值而选择进入警示模式,该警示模式为控制单元依据设定于控制单元上的警示命令让警示单元执行运作。
综上所述,本申请具有下列之一或多个优点:
1、本申请为软板电容感应式的汽车开门前警示装置,因此在使用者将手伸进容置空间时,即可对使用者提出警示,因此为开门“前”的警示装置,相较于传统,需经由门开启的动作执行警示的装置,本申请因增加使用者的反应时间,而提高安全性。
2、本申请的电路板为软式电路板,为可挠曲的电路板,因此可减少设置于车门板内的体积,进而适用于各种车型的内门把手饰板,提高本申请的通用性。
3、本申请的电路板为软式电路板,为可挠曲的电路板,因此可以更贴附于内门把手饰板,进而减少汽车中电气讯号的干扰所造成的误判情形,提高电容感应的精确性。

参见图1、图2或图6所示,本申请提供的软板电容感应式的汽车开门前警示装置1之一实施例,其包含内门把手饰板2、内门手把组件3、软板4、电容式感应组件5、电容式感应处理电路6、警示单元7及控制单元8;其中,内门把手饰板2安装在汽车的车门90内侧相对于汽车的车门连杆92的位置,在内门把手饰板2上设有穿孔20及设有容置空间,该内门手把组件3的一部份穿过穿孔20与车门连杆92连接,而另一部分则容纳在容置空间中。请参阅图3至图5,上述的软板4为软性印刷电路板(Flexible Printed Circuit,FPC),软板4的一面设于内门把手饰板2面对车门90内部的一面上,和/或,该内门把手饰板2面对该容置空间的一面上。即可以依照不同车型的内门把手饰板2的形状调整软板4的设置位置,只要此位置能够感应到容置空间中的电容值变化即可,以此提高通用性。软板4的另一面设有电容式感应组件5、电容式感应处理电路6及控制单元8;其中,软板4、电容式感应组件5及电容式感应处理电路6可为一体状,控制单元8也可设置于汽车内部。参见图6,于配置上,电容式感应组件5与电容式感应处理电路6电性连接,控制单元8与电容式感应处理电路6及警示单元7电性连接,而电容式感应组件5的感应范围至少可感应容置空间内的电容变化状况,并由电容式感应处理电路6进行处理并产生感应电容值。控制单元8内设有警示模式,控制单元8依据所接收的感应电容值而选择进入警示模式,该警示模式为控制单元8依据设定于控制单元8上的警示命令让警示单元执行运作。
其中,软板电容感应式的汽车开门前警示装置1的软板2为软性电路板。由于软性电路板具有可挠曲性,因此在贴合时,能够更紧密地附着于内门把手饰板2上,减少因传统 电路板与电容式感应组件5距离太远,而受到电气讯号的干扰所造成误判的情形,也可避免接触不良的问题,进而提高电容感应的精确性。
本申请的另一实施例中,警示单元7还包含灯光警示部70和声音警示部72的其中之一或两者的组合。其中,灯光警示部70与声音警示部72是依据警示命令而执行指定的发光态样及指定的声音内容,该指定的发光态样及声音内容在一开始即默认于控制单元8中。
本申请的一实施例中,控制单元8还用于接收来自汽车系统9本身的距离侦测模块94和/或危险警示灯控制模块96所产生的警示信息,控制单元8依据该警示信息提供警示命令。因此,不但可以经由车内所设置的电容式感应组件5进行车内使用者下车前需注意后方来车的警示提醒,更可经由汽车系统9本身的距离侦测模块94和/或危险警示灯控制模块96所感应车外目前的来车情况,减少使用者因下车前因视角盲点而未注意到后方来车,进而增加使用者的安全性。其中,距离侦测模块94包含盲点侦测器940和超音波测距器942。

本申请的再一实施例中,控制单元8设有车速标准值;控制单元8还用于接收来自汽车系统9的速度侦测模块98所发出的车速信息,控制单元8确定车速信息高于车速标准值,则停止进入警示模式,而控制单元8确定车速信息低于车速标准值,则选择进入警示模式。因此,避免车辆行驶时,因使用者误触而造成警示单元的运作,减少了使用者在专心驾驶时,因不必要的警示出现而造成分心,进而增加的行车危险。在实施例中,可选地,车速标准值设置为8~6km。车速标准值的设定范围是在车将要停车的车速,为了避免乘客在车未完全停止时,就开车门下车,而造成后方来车反应不及,进而发生交通事故。
另一实施例中,控制单元8确定车速信息高于车速标准值,则选择进入或停止进入警示模式;其中,高于车速标准值所能进入的警示模式中的警示命令为让警示单元7执行运作,并让危险警示灯控制模块96停止执行运作;而控制单元8确定车速信息低于车速标准值,则选择进入警示模式;其中,低于车速标准值所能进入的警示模式中的警示命令是为让警示单元7和危险警示灯控制模块96同时执行运作。以上设定是为了让驾驶人在高速行驶时,能够知道车内有乘客正在做准备下车的动作,让驾驶人可以适时提醒乘客禁止执行此危险行为,由于在高速行驶时,将不会使汽车系统9本身的危险警示灯控制模块96执行运作,以此避免让附近的车辆驾驶人接收到错误的讯息。
因为目前的汽车多数具有车辆行驶时即上车门锁的设定,本申请又一实施例中,控制 单元8还用于接收来自汽车系统9的车门上锁信息,并选择停止或选择进入警示模式;控制单元8还用于接收来自汽车系统9的车门解锁信息,并选择进入警示模式。让车门在上锁期间不会使警示单元7运作,减少了不必要的警示,提高使用者驾驶时的安全性。
由于各车种的解锁方式不同,有的车种需手动将车门解锁,即可以设定为上锁期间不会使警示单元7执行运作,而有的车种在扳动车门把手开门的同时即可进行解锁,则可将控制单元8设定为上锁期间仍会使警示单元7运作,以符合各种车种所需的不同设定。
本申请在上文中以藉由较佳的实施例具体充分揭露相关技术内容,然熟习本项技术者应理解的是,该实施例仅用于描绘本申请,当不能以此限定本申请的专利范围;熟悉此想技术领域的人士当可在了解本申请的精神与原则后对其进行变更与修改而达到等效目的,而此等变更与修改,皆应涵盖于如后所述申请专利范围所界定之范畴中。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种软板电容感应式的汽车开门前警示装置,其特征在于,包含:
    一内门把手饰板,所述内门把手饰板安装在汽车的车门内侧相对于所述汽车的车门连杆位置,所述内门把手饰板上设有一穿孔,且所述内门把手饰板还设有一容置空间;
    一内门手把组件,所述内门手把组件的一部分穿过所述穿孔与车门连杆连接,另一部分容纳在所述容置空间中;
    一软板,所述软板的一面设于该内门把手饰板面对车门内部的一面上,和/或,设于该内门把手饰板面对所述容置空间的一面上;
    一电容式感应组件,所述电容式感应组件设于所述软板的另一面上,所述电容式感应组件的感应范围至少可感应所述容置空间内的电容变化状况;
    一电容式感应处理电路,所述电容式感应处理电路设于所述软板上,并与所述电容式感应组件电性连接,所述电容式感应处理电路处理所述电容式感应组件所感应到的电容变化状况,并产生一感应电容值;
    一警示单元,所述警示单元设置于所述汽车内部;以及
    一控制单元,所述控制单元设于所述软板上或所述汽车内部,与所述电容式感应处理电路和所述警示单元电性连接,所述控制单元包括一警示模式,所述控制单元用于根据所接收的所述感应电容值而选择进入所述警示模式,其中,所述警示模式是该控制单元依据设定于所述控制单元上的一警示命令让所述警示单元执行运作。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的软板电容感应式的汽车开门前警示装置,其特征在于,所述警示单元还包含:
    一灯光警示部和/或一声音警示部,其中,所述灯光警示部与所述声音警示部依据所述警示命令而执行指定的发光态样及指定的声音内容。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的软板电容感应式的汽车开门前警示装置,其特征在于,所述控制单元还用于:
    接收来自一汽车系统的一距离侦测模块和/或一危险警示灯控制模块所产生的一警示信息,所述控制单元依据所述警示信息提供所述警示命令。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的软板电容感应式的汽车开门前警示装置,其特征在于,所述距离侦测模块包含一盲点侦测器及一超音波测距器。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的软板电容感应式的汽车开门前警示装置,其特征在于,所述控制单元还用于:
    输出所述警示命令给所述危险警示灯控制模块,所述危险警示灯控制模块依据所述警示命令执行运作。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的软板电容感应式的汽车开门前警示装置,其特征在于,所述控制单元设有一车速标准值,且所述控制单元还用于:
    接收来自一汽车系统的一速度侦测模块所发出的一车速信息,确定所述车速信息高于所述车速标准值,则选择进入或停止进入所述警示模式;
    确定所述车速信息低于所述车速标准值,则选择进入所述警示模式。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的软板电容感应式的汽车开门前警示装置,其特征在于,所述控制单元设有一车速标准值,所述控制单元还用于:
    接收来自该汽车系统的一速度侦测模块所发出的一车速信息,确定所述车速信息高于所述车速标准值,则选择进入或停止进入该警示模式,其中,所述警示命令让该警示单元执行运作并让所述危险警示灯控制模块停止执行运作;
    确定所述车速信息低于所述车速标准值,则选择进入该警示模式,其中所述警示命令让所述警示单元及所述危险警示灯控制模块执行运作。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的软板电容感应式的汽车开门前警示装置,其特征在于,所述控制单元还用于:接收来自所述汽车的一汽车系统的一车门上锁信息,则选择停止或选择进入该警示模式;
    接收来自所述汽车的一汽车系统的一车门解锁信息,则选择进入警示模式。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的软板电容感应式的汽车开门前警示装置,其特征在于,所述软板、电容式感应组件及电容式感应处理电路为一体状。
