在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,术语“上”、“下”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。

下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步的介绍。
实施例一
如图1-5所示,一种滚筒洗衣机,包括箱体5、门体1,还包括
盛放洗涤添加剂的容器2,设置在门体1上,
投放洗涤添加剂的投放装置6,设置在箱体5内,所述容器2和投放装置6在门体1关闭时连通,在门体1打开时中断。
上述方案中,现有滚筒洗衣机的容器2,大多安装在洗衣机顶部或者左上方等明显位置,占用了洗衣机顶部或者左上方的大量位置,又由于滚筒洗衣机上方的空间狭窄,导致这些洗衣机的容器2一般为长条状,沿洗衣机纵向方向延伸,导致用户不易查看存储盒内洗涤剂的剩余量,也不利于用户及时添加洗涤添加剂。门体1上玻璃碗的位置又有大量空间浪费。本发明所述容器2设置在门体1上,优选的实施方式中,所述容器2设置在门体1的玻璃碗内,节省空间,又操作方便,但是容器2设置在门体1上后,在门体1不断的打开和关闭时容易有残留的洗涤添加剂流出,污染环境,且投放装置6从容器2内抽取洗涤添加剂进行投放时,洗涤添加剂也容易从门体1和箱体5之间流出,造成污染,给用户带来不便。本发明的方案解决了这个问题,容器2设置在门体1上,投放装置6设置在箱体5内,所述容器2和投放装置6在门体1关闭时连通,在门体1打开时中断,没有洗涤添加剂流出,结构简单方便。
进一步的,所述容器2和投放装置6上设有导通结构,所述导通结构控制容器2和投放装置6在门体1关闭时连通,在门体1打开时中断。
上述方案中,所述导通结构控制容器2和投放装置6在门体1关闭时连通,没有洗涤添加剂溢出,在门体1打开时中断,没有残留的洗涤添加剂流出污染环境。
进一步的,所述导通结构包括分体式设置的封堵部4和顶开部3,分别设置在门体1和箱体5上,门体1关闭时,顶开部3顶开封堵部4以连通容器2和投放装置6,门体1打开时,封堵部4封堵以中断容器2和投放装置6。
上述方案中,所述导通结构包括分体式设置的封堵部4和顶开部3,可以为封堵部4设置在箱体5上,顶开部3设置在门体1上,也可以为封堵部4设置在门体1上,顶开部3设置在箱体5上。门体1关闭时,顶开部3顶开封堵部4,容器2和投放装置6连通,门体1打开时,容器2和投放装置6不连通,封堵部4封堵投放装置6/容器2,防止洗涤添加剂流出。
进一步的,所述顶开部3一端伸入门体1内与容器2连通,另一端凸出于门体1侧面设置与封堵部4配合,
优选的,所述顶开部3可拆卸的设置在门体1上。
上述方案中,所述顶开部3设置在门体1上,一端伸入门体1内与容器2连通,也可以为一端通过一输送管路与容器2连通。另一端凸出于门体1侧面设置与封堵部4配合连通/中断容器2与投放装置6。优选的实施方式中,所述顶开部3可拆卸的设置在门体1上,方便进行维护,在发生堵塞等现象时可及时进行清理。
进一步的,所述顶开部3为中空的管状结构,其内部设有顶柱31,所述顶柱31一端固定在顶开部3内侧,另一端凸出于顶开部3设置与封堵部4配合。
上述方案中,所述顶开部3为中空的管状结构,洗涤添加剂可以通过管状结构进入到投放装置6部分,顶柱31一端固定,另一端才容易进行顶开操作,另一端凸出设置方能实现顶开的效果,还为洗涤添加剂提供流动的空间,也就是说顶柱31凸出的部分既实现了顶开封堵部4的作用,又可以为洗涤添加剂通过顶开部3进入封堵部4提供了空间,防止未设凸出部44时顶开部3和封堵部4闭合洗涤添加剂无法通过。
进一步的,所述顶柱31同轴设置在顶开部3内,其直径小于顶开部3的内径。
上述方案中,所述顶柱31同轴设置在顶开部3内,顶柱31与顶开部3中空管的空隙均匀,顶开部3处于中心位置,对于封堵部4施加的力道也处于中心且更加均匀,不会因为力道不均匀产生封堵部4偏离,导致的封堵效果受到影响。
进一步的,所述封堵部4设置在箱体5内,包括
与容器2连通的进液口41,
与投放装置6连通的出液口42,
与顶开部3配合导通/封堵出液口42的封堵件43,可移动的设置在封堵部4内,
优选的,所述顶开部3伸入进液口41内与封堵件43配合导通/封堵出液口42,
更优选的,所述封堵件43上设有与顶开部3配合的凸出部44。
上述方案中,所述封堵部4的进液口41与顶开部3连接,出液口42与投放装置6连通,封堵件43可移动的设置在封堵部4内以导通/封堵出液口42。优选的实施方式中,所述顶开部3伸入进液口41内与封堵件43配合,避免洗涤添加剂从缝隙流出。更优选的实施方式中,所述封堵件43上设有与顶开部3配合的凸出部44,增长了封堵件43后退的距离,同时减小了顶开部3凸出的距离,使得顶开部3与封堵部4配合时更容易,防止顶开部3凸出的距离大导致的门体1打开/关闭时的干涉。
进一步的,所述封堵部4还包括抵靠封堵件43的弹性元件,所述封堵件43与顶开部3和弹性元件配合导通/封堵出液口42,
优选的,所述弹性元件为弹簧45。
上述方案中,弹性元件为封堵件43实现封堵时提供回复原位的动力。封堵件43在顶开部3的顶开作用下克服弹力移动导通出液口42,在顶开部3撤出时,在弹力作用下回复原位封堵出液口42。
进一步的,所述封堵部4内还设有限位封堵件43移出封堵部4的限位部46,
优选的,所述限位部46设置在出液口42外侧的进液口41处,
更优选的,所述限位部46为设置在进液口41处的环形凸起。
上述方案中,所述限位部46限位封堵件43的移动,防止其在弹力作用下移出封堵部4。优选的实施方式中,所述限位部46设置在出液口42处,既可以限位封堵件43的移动,防止其在弹力作用下移出封堵部4,又可以对顶开部3上残留的洗涤添加剂进行限位,防止其溢出至封堵部4外,也就是出液口42外。更优选的实施方式中,所述限位部46为设置在进液口41处的环形凸起,全方位的实现了防溢出的效果,防溢出效果更好。
进一步的,门体1关闭时,所述顶柱31伸入进液口41顶开封堵件43,出液口42导通,容器2和投放装置6连通;
门体1打开时,所述顶柱31从进液口41中退出,封堵件43在弹簧45弹力作用下回复 原位封堵出液口42,容器2和投放装置6中断。
实施例二
如图1-5所示,本实施例中,一种滚筒洗衣机,包括箱体5、门体1,还包括
盛放洗涤添加剂的容器2,设置在门体1上,
投放洗涤添加剂的投放装置6,设置在箱体5内,所述容器2和投放装置6在门体1关闭时连通,在门体1打开时中断。
进一步的,所述容器2和投放装置6上设有导通结构,所述导通结构控制容器2和投放装置6在门体1关闭时连通,在门体1打开时中断。
进一步的,所述导通结构包括分体式设置的封堵部4和顶开部3,所述封堵部4设置在箱体5上,顶开部3设置在门体1上,门体1关闭时,顶开部3顶开封堵部4以连通容器2和投放装置6,门体1打开时,封堵部4封堵以中断容器2和投放装置6。所述顶开部3设置在门体1上端部,通过一输送管路与容器2连通。所述封堵部4设置在与顶开部3相对应的箱体5上,通过一输送管路与投放装置6连通。
上述方案中,所述顶开部3设置在门体1的上端部,通过一输送管路与设置在其下方的容器2连通,洗涤添加剂不会溢出,因此无需设置封堵结构封堵顶开部3对应封堵部4的开口。此外,本实施例中,所述投放装置6设置在高于门体1的位置,也就是设置在洗衣机的上方,便于进水和投放洗涤添加剂,容易造成洗涤添加剂在重力作用下的回溢,所以,本实施例中,设置封堵部4,在门体1打开状态下,对连接投放装置6的输送管路进行封堵,防止溢出。
进一步的,所述投放装置6包括向洗涤筒投放洗涤添加剂的投放部61,还包括抽取洗涤添加剂的抽取结构,将洗涤添加剂从处于低处的容器2内抽取至处于高处的投放装置6内,再向洗涤筒内投放。所述抽取结构可以为负压抽取结构,也可以为计量泵等结构。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种滚筒洗衣机,包括箱体、门体,其特征在于:还包括
    盛放洗涤添加剂的容器,设置在门体上,
    投放洗涤添加剂的投放装置,设置在箱体内,所述容器和投放装置在门体关闭时连通,在门体打开时中断。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:所述容器和投放装置上设有导通结构,所述导通结构控制容器和投放装置在门体关闭时连通,在门体打开时中断。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:所述导通结构包括分体式设置的封堵部和顶开部,分别设置在门体和箱体上,门体关闭时,顶开部顶开封堵部以连通容器和投放装置,门体打开时,封堵部封堵以中断容器和投放装置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:所述顶开部一端伸入门体内与容器连通,另一端凸出于门体侧面设置与封堵部配合,
    优选的,所述顶开部可拆卸的设置在门体上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:所述顶开部为中空的管状结构,其内部设有顶柱,所述顶柱一端固定在顶开部内侧,另一端凸出于顶开部设置与封堵部配合。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:所述顶柱同轴设置在顶开部内,其直径小于顶开部的内径。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:所述封堵部设置在箱体内,包括
    与容器连通的进液口,
    与投放装置连通的出液口,
    与顶开部配合导通/封堵出液口的封堵件,可移动的设置在封堵部内,
    优选的,所述顶开部伸入进液口内与封堵件配合导通/封堵出液口,
    更优选的,所述封堵件上设有与顶开部配合的凸出部。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:所述封堵部还包括抵靠封堵件的弹性元件,所述封堵件与顶开部和弹性元件配合导通/封堵出液口,
    优选的,所述弹性元件为弹簧。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:所述封堵部内还设有限位封堵件移 出封堵部的限位部,
    优选的,所述限位部设置在出液口外侧的进液口处,
    更优选的,所述限位部为设置在进液口处的环形凸起。
  10. 根据权利要求4-9任一项所述的滚筒洗衣机,其特征在于:
    门体关闭时,所述顶柱伸入进液口顶开封堵件,出液口导通,容器和投放装置连通;
    门体打开时,所述顶柱从进液口中退出,封堵件在弹簧弹力作用下回复原位封堵出液口,容器和投放装置中断。
