Description

一种与外部热交换的变温保温杯
技术领域
本发明涉及一种保温杯技术领域,特别是涉及一种与外部热交换的变温保温杯。
背景技术
保温杯用于储放液体,并具有保温的功能;但在日常使用中,会发现杯内液体得到保温后其长时间保持高温导致人们不能直接饮用,甚至要将其倒出等待冷却或将保温杯盖子打开来冷却。这样不仅耗时长,而且保温杯开盖冷却后其内部的液体温度整体下降,失去了保温杯的作用,满足不了使用者的需求。为此本发明提供一种既具有保温功能,又能直接饮用杯中液体的变温保温杯,不需要将液体倒出冷却或者将杯盖打开。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供一种既具有保温功能,又能直接饮用杯中液体的变温保温杯,不需要将液体倒出冷却或者将杯盖打开。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种与外部热交换的变温保温杯,包括:
储放腔,用于储放液体;
隔热层,位于储放腔外部,用于对储放腔进行保温;
变温腔,下部与储放腔连通,可承接储放腔流入的液体,上部设置有出水口;
热交换腔,变温腔位于热交换腔内,热交换腔内填充有变温材料,热交换腔的壳体直接与外界空气接触。
本发明还包括:
外壳,用于放置储放腔、隔热层及变温腔,外壳与隔热层、变温腔之间具有中空间隙,该中空间隙即为所述的热交换腔;
翻盖,用于封闭出水口。
所述变温腔与储放腔通过一中空的连接柱连通,连接柱下端与变温腔连接并延伸到储放腔内;所述连接柱内设置有一阀门;所述端盖铰接在外壳上,端盖连接有一触发杆,触发杆于出水口延伸到变温腔内并与阀门搭接,触发杆跟随端盖移动可操控阀门启闭。
所述储放腔、变温腔、热交换腔整体呈桶状,呈同心状排布,储放腔上端通过一端盖封闭,出水口设置在该端盖上,储放腔通过一隔热板与变温腔分割。
所述变温材料采用相变材料。
所述相变材料采用石蜡,所述相变材料中混有辅助颗粒,所述辅助颗粒设置为轻质金属或者其合金或者其氧化物颗粒或者膨胀石墨颗粒或者上述颗粒的混合。
所述变温腔及热交换腔整体设置在一杯盖上。
所述变温腔设置为一连续管道,优选为盘管,连续管道一端与储放腔连通,另一端与出水口连通。
所述连续管道出口与出水口之间还设置有一可根据经过液体的温度自动启闭的防护开关。
所述防护开关设置为碟形双金属片温控开关。
本发明的有益效果是:采用上述结构的本发明具体工作原理如下,从储放腔内倒出一部分液体到变温腔,变温腔内的液体与热交换腔内的变温材料进行热交换,经过热交换后的液体从出水口排出可直接供使用者饮用,无需等待,未进入变温腔的液体始终处于保温状态;热交换腔的壳体直接与外界空气接触可以使得经过变温后的变温材料快速与外界空气进行换热,恢复到变温前的状态,保证下次变温效率;由上可见本发明既具有保温功能,又能直接饮用杯中液体,使用方便快捷,结构简单,效果显著。

具体实施方式
参照图1,其为本发明的第一种具体实施方式,本发明是一种与外部热交换的变温保温杯,包括:
储放腔1,用于储放液体;
隔热层2,位于储放腔1外部,用于对储放腔1进行保温,隔热层内抽真空处理或者隔热层内设置有导热性能差的材料,例如发泡材料等;
变温腔3,下部与储放腔1连通,可承接储放腔1流入的液体,上部设置有出水口4;
热交换腔5,变温腔3位于热交换腔5内,热交换腔5内填充有变温材料,热交换腔的壳体直接与外界空气接触;
外壳7,用于放置储放腔1、隔热层2及变温腔3,外壳7与隔热层2、变温腔3之间具有中空间隙,该中空间隙即为所述的热交换腔5;
翻盖8,用于封闭出水口4。采用上述结构的本发明具体工作原理如下,从储放腔1内倒出一部分液体到变温腔3,变温腔3内的液体与热交换腔5内的变温材料进行热交换,经过热交换后的液体从出水口4排出可直接供使用者饮用,无需等待,未进入变温腔3的液体始终处于保温状态;热交换腔的壳体直接与外界空气接触可以使得经过变温后的变温材料快速与外界空气进行换热,恢复到变温前的状态,保证下次变温效率;由上可见本发明既具有保温功能,又能直接饮用杯中液体,使用方便快捷,结构简单,效果显著。
如图所示,所述变温腔与储放腔1通过一中空的连接柱9连通,连接柱9下端与变温腔3连接并延伸到储放腔1内;所述连接柱9内设置有一阀门10,所述端盖铰接在外壳7上,端盖连接有一触发杆12,触发杆12于出水口4延伸到变温腔3内并与阀门10搭接,触发杆12跟随端盖移动可操控阀门10启闭;具体的,阀门10可滑动地安装在连接柱9内部,通过弹簧11进行复位,通过触发杆12下压阀门10将中空的连接柱9开启。上述结构可实现在将保温杯倒置时储放腔1的液体进入变温腔3,且变温腔3的液体不能从出水口4出去;经过变温以后需要饮用时,开启翻盖8,翻盖8带动触发杆12脱离阀门10,阀门10将中空的连接柱9封闭,储放腔1内的液体无法在使用者饮用变温腔3内的液体是进入变温腔3,结构简单巧妙,非常实用。其中端盖还可以采用与外壳7进行螺纹连接的方式连接。
如图所示,所述隔热层2的壳体与变温腔3的壳体一体成型,上端通过一端盖13封闭,所述储放腔、变温腔、热交换腔整体呈桶状,呈同心状排布,出水口4设置在该端盖13上,储放腔1的壳体呈桶状,侧壁与隔热层2的壳体密封连接,储放腔1的壳体上端通过一隔热板14与变温腔3分割;变温腔3内设置有一框架,框架底部与隔热板14通过卡扣式结构连接,连接柱9设置在框架底部,框架侧部具有多根支撑柱15,支撑柱15上部连接有杯口托架16。可见本实施方式中热交换腔5覆盖整个外壳7的侧壁及底部,可以加速与外界的热交换,始终保持极佳的变温效果;另外,上述结构的本发明制造方便,组装简单,生产效率高,利于降低生产成本。
其中,所述变温材料采用相变材料;所述相变材料采用石蜡,所述相变材料中混有辅助颗粒,所述辅助颗粒设置为轻质金属或者其合金或者其氧化物颗粒或者膨胀石墨颗粒或者上述颗粒的混合,摇晃外壳7辅助颗粒可以促进相变材料的流动,利于热传递。轻质金属优选铝或者镁;所述石蜡与辅助颗粒按质量的占比分别为70-95%及5-30%。
参照图2,其为本发明的第二种具体实施方式,本发明是一种与外部热交换的变温保温杯,包括:
储放腔1,用于储放液体;
隔热层2,位于储放腔1外部,用于对储放腔1进行保温;
变温腔3,下部与储放腔1连通,可承接储放腔1流入的液体,上部设置有出水口4;
热交换腔5,变温腔3位于热交换腔5内,热交换腔5内填充有变温材料,热交换腔的壳体6直接与外界空气接触;
其中,所述变温腔3及热交换腔5整体设置在一杯盖上,杯身可以采用传统结构,利于与现有的杯身进行结合改善;所述变温腔3设置为一连续管道,优选为盘管,盘管一端与储放腔1连通,另一端与出水口4连通,出水口与一吸管17连通。上述实施方式中使用者只需要吮吸吸管17即可以将储放腔1内的液体吸入盘管,盘管位于相变材料中,经过和相变材料进行热交换以后,盘管中的液体温度降到可以直接饮用的范围内,直接供使用者饮用,相变材料通过热交换腔5的壳体直接与外界进行热交换,加速相变材料温度的下降,始终保持极佳的变温效果。
其中,所述连续管道出口与出水口4之间还设置有一可根据经过液体的温度自动启闭的防护开关18;所述防护开关设置为碟形双金属片温控开关。通过不同金属受热以后变形系数不同达到在温度过高时将吸管17封闭的目的,避免烫伤使用者。

    储放腔,用于储放液体;
    隔热层,位于储放腔外部,用于对储放腔进行保温;
    变温腔,下部与储放腔连通,可承接储放腔流入的液体,上部设置有出水口;
    热交换腔,变温腔位于热交换腔内,热交换腔内填充有变温材料,热交换腔的壳体直接与外界空气接触。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种与外部热交换的变温保温杯,其特征在于其还包括:
    外壳,用于放置储放腔、隔热层及变温腔,外壳与隔热层、变温腔之间具有中空间隙,该中空间隙即为所述的热交换腔;
    翻盖,用于封闭出水口。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种与外部热交换的变温保温杯,其特征在于所述变温腔与储放腔通过一中空的连接柱连通,连接柱下端与变温腔连接并延伸到储放腔内;所述连接柱内设置有一阀门;所述端盖铰接在外壳上,端盖连接有一触发杆,触发杆于出水口延伸到变温腔内并与阀门搭接,触发杆跟随端盖移动可操控阀门启闭。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种与外部热交换的变温保温杯,其特征在于所述储放腔、变温腔、热交换腔整体呈桶状,呈同心状排布,储放腔上端通过一端盖封闭,出水口设置在该端盖上,储放腔通过一隔热板与变温腔分割。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种与外部热交换的变温保温杯,其特征在于所述变温材料采用相变材料;所述相变材料采用石蜡,所述相变材料中混有辅助颗粒,所述辅助颗粒设置为轻质金属或者其合金或者其氧化物颗粒或者膨胀石墨颗粒或者上述颗粒的混合。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的一种与外部热交换的变温保温杯,其特征在于所述变温腔及热交换腔整体设置在一杯盖上。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的一种与外部热交换的变温保温杯,其特征在于所述变温腔设置为连续管道,优选为盘管,连续管道一端与储放腔连通,另一端与出水口连通。
