和宝宝一起外出时,最困扰妈妈的应该是必须随身携带的大包装奶粉。有了奶粉盒就可以很好地解决妈妈这一问题了,奶粉盒小巧实用密封卫生,漏斗型的设计使用起来非常方便,完全能够满足宝宝一天在外的需要,而且每层均可独立使用,每层装的奶粉量为婴儿喝奶的一次用量。外出携带奶粉从此就不用再发愁了。但是现有的奶粉盒却存在以下不足之处:(一)目前市场上便携式多功能奶瓶的奶粉盒与奶瓶一体,宝宝需要冲奶时旋转下盒子就可以直接冲奶,但由于密封性不好造成水倒灌奶粉结块和冷凝水造成奶粉受潮结块。(二)目前市场上的单独奶粉盒的直径或体积较大,父母带婴儿的一起出行时,不仅需携带保温杯、奶瓶、储奶盒、加热套、移动电源等配套物品,而且还需要带上述的奶粉盒,从而造成出行负载太重且也不科学调奶,给出行带来不便和负重。(三)目前市场上的便携奶粉盒,采用定量盒子一层一层叠加,浪费空间,同时倒出奶粉和装奶粉不够便捷。(四)目前市场上的便携横向弹性机构定量奶粉盒,无法拆洗,存在清洗困难问题。
综上所述,目前市场上的奶粉盒存在体积大、携带不方便、奶粉容易受潮、使用麻烦、操作不方便、清洗麻烦、不方便等不足之处。因此,目前市场上的奶粉盒急需作进一步改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有奶粉盒体积大、携带不方便、奶粉容易受潮、使用麻烦、操作不方便、清洗麻烦、不方便等不足,而提供一种结构简单、合理、携带方便、拆装、清洗方便、定量出粉的便携式定量奶粉盒。本发明能够与便携式迷你加热器连成一个整体,十分方便携带、方便出行,节省背包空间。

本发明还可以作以下进一步改进。

本发明奶粉盒与加热器组装成一个整体,十分方便携带、方便出行,节省空间,而且奶粉盒与保温水杯、奶瓶独立分开,达到水与奶粉分开放置的目的,从而避免了水倒灌奶粉结块和冷凝水造成奶粉受潮结块的情况发生,同时还可以保证导热顶盖的清洁。

(一)用户通过按压或拨动出粉开关,从而带动阀杆、定粉量阀门和出粉阀门一起往下移动,定粉量阀门将储粉腔上下完全分隔成两个区域,储粉腔内的奶粉被划分成了上下两份,定粉量阀门在储粉腔内控制出粉量,与此同时出粉阀门打开出粉口,定量奶粉被倒出,当腔体区域内的奶粉倒出之后,用户松开出粉开关,定粉量阀门和出粉阀门复位,出粉阀门重新关闭出粉口,定粉量阀门重新在储粉腔内控制出粉量,本发明实现了定粉量出粉的目的。因此,本发明奶粉盒结构简单合理、体积小、便于携带,且拆装方便、清洗方便,能够实现定量出粉。
(二)还有的是,本发明只要拆下装饰盖和下盖,就能往奶粉盒内加奶粉,因此本发明加奶粉方便。
(三)另外,本发明奶粉盒能够与加热器连接成一个整体,两者整体美感和谐、便于携带、节省空间,同时还可以保证到加热器的导热顶盖的清洁。

本发明的工作原理:
定粉量状态:用户将奶粉盒正立放置,储粉腔内的奶粉在重力作用下自动落入定粉量阀门52与出粉阀门53之间的腔体区域,形成定粉量状态,此时在阀杆与复位弹簧的作用下,出粉阀门53密封住储粉腔底部的出粉口11,不让奶粉落出。
出奶粉状态:用户打开装饰盖,将奶粉盒正立放置,储粉腔内的奶粉在重力作用下自动落入定粉量阀门52与出粉阀门53的腔体区域,用户按下按键41,按键41带动阀杆51、出粉阀门53以及定粉量阀门5一起往下移动,复位弹簧被压缩,定粉量阀门52往下移动的过程中,定粉量阀门52与储粉腔的内壁配合,定粉量阀门的外边缘抵接在储粉腔的内壁上,定粉量阀门将储粉腔上下完全分隔成两个区域,储粉腔内的奶粉被划分成了上下两份,从而确定了出粉量,与此同时出粉阀门53打开出粉口11,奶粉12可从出粉口11排出,本发明保证了每次出粉的出粉量恒定,实现定量出粉。

本发明实施例二的工作原理与实施例一的工作原理相似,具体是:当用户需要使用本发明中的奶粉12时,用户打开装饰盖,将奶粉12盒正立放置,用户是通过向上拨起杠杆42外端的拨动块43,杠杆42转动,杠杆42的内端带动阀杆、定粉量阀门52、以及出粉阀门53一起往下移动,复位弹簧被拉伸,定粉量阀门52往下移动的过程中,定粉量阀门52与储粉腔的内壁配合,定粉量阀门的外边缘抵接在储粉腔的内壁上,定粉量阀门将储粉腔上下完全分隔成两个区域,储粉腔内的奶粉12被划分成了上下两份,从而确定了出粉量,与此同时出粉阀门53打开出粉口11,奶粉12可从出粉口11排出,本发明保证了每次出粉的出粉量恒定,实现定量出粉。
当用户松开杠杆42时,杠杆4、阀杆、定粉量阀门52、出粉阀门53以及杠杆42在复位弹簧54的作用下复位,出粉阀门重新关闭储粉腔底部的出粉口11,不让奶粉12落出,定粉量阀门脱离储粉腔的内壁,储粉腔内的奶粉12在重力作用下继续自动落入定粉量阀门52与出粉阀门53的之间的腔体区域,为下一次定量出粉作准备。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种便携式定量奶粉盒,包括盒身、上盖、下盖、阀杆、定粉量阀门、出粉阀门、复位弹簧以及出粉开关,所述上盖、下盖分别设置于盒身的上端和下端以围成储粉腔,所述储粉腔的底部设有出粉口,所述出粉开关设置于上盖上,所述阀杆上下滑动设置在上盖上,所述出粉开关与阀杆的上端传动连接,所述复位弹簧设于阀杆的上端与上盖之间,所述阀杆的下端伸入储粉腔内并延伸到出粉口处,所述定粉量阀门和出粉阀门分别一上一下设置在阀杆上,所述定粉量阀门和出粉阀门分别位于储粉腔内和出粉口的下方。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述便携式定量奶粉盒,其特征在于,所述储粉腔的底部呈倒锥形状。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述便携式定量奶粉盒,其特征在于,所述定粉量阀门和出粉阀门均呈喇叭状,所述定粉量阀门和出粉阀门的喇叭口均朝下。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述便携式定量奶粉盒,其特征在于,所述出粉口的直径≤出粉阀门的直径<定粉量阀门的直径。
  5. 根据权利要求1或4所述便携式定量奶粉盒,其特征在于,所述出粉开关是一按键,所述按键与阀杆的上端固定连接,所述按键上下滑动设置在上盖上。
  6. 根据权利要求1或4所述便携式定量奶粉盒,其特征在于,所述出粉开关是杠杆,所述杠杆转动设置在上盖上,杠杆的内端与阀杆的上端连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述便携式定量奶粉盒,其特征在于,所述上盖上沿阀杆的轴向方向设有导向杆,所述阀杆的上端设有导向块,所述导向块套设在导向杆上,所述复位弹簧套设在导向杆上并位于上盖与导向块之间。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述便携式定量奶粉盒,其特征在于,所述上盖的顶面向上延伸出凸起围壁以形成所述导向凹腔,所述按键上下滑动设置在导向凹腔内,所述凸起围壁的外壁上设有外螺纹。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述便携式定量奶粉盒,其特征在于,所述导向凹腔内设有定位轴套,定位轴套位于按键的下方,阀杆的上端依次穿过上盖、定位轴套并与按键螺纹连接,复位弹簧套设 在阀杆上并位于阀杆与定位轴套之间,复位弹簧的两端分别抵接在上盖和定位轴套上。
  10. 根据权利要求4所述便携式定量奶粉盒,其特征在于,还包括加热器,所述加热器包括底座,所述底座的顶部设置有导热顶盖,所述导热顶盖上设有加热凹腔,所述加热凹腔的内侧壁设有内螺纹,所述凸起围壁插入加热凹腔内,并与加热凹腔螺纹连接,加热凹腔的底壁设有密封垫,所述底座内设有电路板、供电装置、温控器以及发热元件,所述发热元件设于导热顶盖的底部,所述温控器、发热元件、供电装置均与电路板电性连接。
