一种应用在便捷式吸尘器上的分离器(含分离器盖)的第一种结构,如图2所示,所述可拆卸机构7包括设置在所述分离器盖6上的内螺纹(图中未示出)以及设置在所述分离腔4内壁上的外螺纹(图中未示出),所述内螺纹与所述外螺纹螺接;或:所述可拆卸机构包括设置在分离器盖6上的卡接孔(图中未示出)以及设置在所述分离腔4外壁上的卡接位(图中未示出),所述卡接孔与所述卡接位相卡接;如此,安装、拆卸均非常的便捷。
一种应用在便捷式吸尘器上的分离器(含分离器盖)的第二种结构,如图3所示,所述可拆卸机构7包括设置在所述分离器盖6上的连接轴71以及设置在所述分离腔4外周上的突出部72,所述连接轴71与所述突出部72相铰接。所述突出部72为两个,但不做过多的限制,也可以为三个等。
如图1所示,所述分离器出尘口42的面积大于等于100平方毫米,所述分离器出尘口42的形状为方形或圆形或椭圆形。此外,也可以为方形或圆形或椭圆形任意之二或三个组合而成的形状。
如图1和图4所示,为了减少空气流的阻力,便于分离灰尘、大颗粒物质,所述分离进气格栅5设有呈周向排布的进气导风筋51,所述进气导风筋51的方向与所述螺旋上升切面41的方向保持一致。 灰尘、大颗粒物质在运动过程中可以保证遇到的空气阻力最小,方便灰尘、大颗粒物质快速的从分离器出尘口42飞出,也可以起到阻挡部分灰尘、大颗粒物质的作用,以提高灰尘、大颗粒物质分离的效率;此外,为了进一步地阻挡部分灰尘、大颗粒物质,在分离进气格栅的前端设有呈周向排布的隔条14、通孔15,隔条14均匀的分布在通孔15的外周部,当然,隔条14也可以不均匀的分布在通孔15的外周部。
优选地,如图4所示,位于所述分离器座1上部设有抓手部8。设置抓手部8,在需要清洗或更换部件时,只需要轻轻搬动抓手部8,就能将分离器座1拿起,提高了清洗或更换的便利性。
本申请还提供一种吸尘器,如图4和图5所示,包括主机9、地刷10、尘杯11以及过滤组件16,所述主机9设有排风口91,还包括如上所述的应用在便捷式吸尘器上的分离器,所述主机9与所述尘杯11一端相连接,所述尘杯11另一端与地刷10相连接,所述尘杯11和地刷10之间的连接可以采用孔轴配合和卡扣的形式进行固定连接,分离器14和所述过滤组件16均位于所述尘杯11的内腔,所述进气导管3与设置在所述尘杯的导气管13相连通,所述分离腔4端部与所述尘杯11内侧壁相贴合,这样,可以使得灰尘、大颗粒物质分离过程形成真空状态,不会使气流分散带起尘杯11内的灰尘、大颗粒物质飞起,从而提高了吸尘器吸尘处理的效率,所述过滤组件16盖合在所述分离器座1上部。由于本申请的过滤组件16设置在分离器14的分离器座1上部,并不像现有技术那样,而是对灰尘、大 颗粒物质经过离心分离后,通过在分离腔4内设有轴向延伸的分离进气格栅进行处理,从而形成干净的空气,在经过过滤组件16,很难出现由于过滤器组件12堵住而导致电机过热而烧机的情况,提高了吸尘器的吸尘处理能力。
本吸尘器的工作原理:如图1、图4以及图5所示,当启动所述的吸尘器时,带灰尘或大颗粒物质的空气通过地刷10,经过尘杯11的导气管13进入分离器14的进气导气管3;进入后,沿着分离腔4内的螺旋上升切面41做螺旋上升切向运动,从而产生强大的离心力,在离心力的作用下,使得灰尘、大颗粒物沿着圆形(也可以为其他形状)分离腔4的外缘侧面做切向运动,形成带少量气体的灰尘颗粒流(离心力能使大颗粒物、灰尘远离分离腔4的中心)离心力促使极少部分空气、灰尘、颗粒物形成的带少量气体的灰尘颗粒流从分离腔4的下侧壁上设有分离器出尘口42抛甩到尘杯11内部的灰尘储藏室111中;同时,在离心力的作用下,绝大部分干净的洁净空气流沿着螺旋上升切面41运动,进入分离进气格栅5中,距离分离腔4的中心轴心越近,空气越洁净;绝大部分干净的洁净空气流,进入分离进气格栅5后,部分没有被分离的灰尘,进入过滤组件16,被过滤组件16完全过滤,最终得到非常干净的空气通过排气通道2进入主机9进风口(图中未示出),从设置在主机9两侧的排风口91排走。
优选地,所述过滤组件16为圆形或椭圆形或方形。
优选地,如图6所示,所述过滤组件16包括天然橡胶、百洁布以及海绵,通过缝制或/和胶合方式将天然橡胶、百洁布以及海绵制 成所述过滤组件16。当需要清洁或更换过滤组件16时,只需要轻轻拿出即可,非常方便。
如上所述,本实用新型涉及的一种应用在便捷式吸尘器上的分离器,具有以下有益效果:
本申请利用上述的应用在便捷式吸尘器上的分离器后,与现有技术相比,采用本结构的分离器,灰尘及大颗粒物可以沿着分离器的进气导管进入,接着沿螺旋上升切面进入分离腔,在离心力的作用下,使得灰尘及大颗粒物从分离腔下侧壁上设有的分离器出尘口飞出,洁净的空气可以从分离进气格栅排出至排气通道,这样,可以避免灰尘及大颗粒物易堵塞分离器的情况,排除了堵塞导致的电机过热而出现的烧机现象,故有效提高了分离器的吸尘处理能力。
综上所述,本实用新型有效克服了现有技术中的种种缺点而具高度产业利用价值。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种应用在便捷式吸尘器上的分离器,其特征在于:包括分离器座(1),所述分离器座(1)上部设有用于排出洁净空气的排气通道(2),在所述分离器座(1)的下部设有沿径向延伸的进气导管(3),所述分离器座(1)的侧面开设有与所述进气导管(3)相连通的分离腔(4),所述分离腔(4)内设有轴向延伸的分离进气格栅(5),所述分离进气格栅(5)与所述排气通道(2)相连通,环绕所述分离进气格栅(5)且设置在所述分离腔(4)内的螺旋上升切面(41),所述螺旋上升切面(41)的端部与所述进气导管(3)的侧面相切,所述分离腔(4)的下侧壁上设有分离器出尘口(42)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的应用在便捷式吸尘器上的分离器,其特征在于:还包括分离器盖(6),所述分离器盖(6)通过可拆卸机构(7)与所述分离腔(4)侧壁相连接;
    或:所述分离器盖(6)通过超声波焊接的方式与所述分离腔(4)侧壁相连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的应用在便捷式吸尘器上的分离器,其特征在于:所述可拆卸机构(7)包括设置在所述分离器盖(6)上的内螺纹以及设置在所述分离腔(4)内壁上的外螺纹,所述内螺纹与所述外螺纹螺接;
    或:所述可拆卸机构包括设置在分离器盖(6)上的卡接孔以及设置在所述分离腔(4)外壁上的卡接位,所述卡接孔与所述卡接位相卡接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的应用在便捷式吸尘器上的分离器,其特征在 于:所述可拆卸机构(7)包括设置在所述分离器盖(6)上的连接轴(71)以及设置在所述分离腔(4)外周上的突出部(72),所述连接轴(71)与所述突出部(72)相铰接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的应用在便捷式吸尘器上的分离器,其特征在于:所述分离器出尘口(42)的面积大于等于100平方毫米,所述分离器出尘口(42)的形状为方形或圆形或椭圆形。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的应用在便捷式吸尘器上的分离器,其特征在于:所述分离进气格栅(5)设有呈周向排布的进气导风筋(51),所述进气导风筋(51)的方向与所述螺旋上升切面(41)的方向保持一致。
  7. 根据权利要求1-5所述的应用在便捷式吸尘器上的分离器,其特征在于:位于所述分离器座(1)上部设有抓手部(8)。
  8. 一种吸尘器,其特征在于:包括主机(9)、地刷(10)、尘杯(11)以及过滤组件(16),所述主机(9)设有排风口(91),还包括权利要求1-7任一项所述的应用在便捷式吸尘器上的分离器,所述主机(9)与所述尘杯(11)一端相连接,所述尘杯(11)另一端与地刷(10)相连接,分离器(12)和所述过滤组件(16)均位于所述尘杯(11)的内腔,所述进气导管(3)与设置在所述尘杯的导气管(13)相连通,所述分离腔(4)端部与所述尘杯(11)内侧壁相贴合,所述过滤组件(16)盖合在所述分离器座(1)上部。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的吸尘器,其特征在于:所述过滤组件(16)为圆形或椭圆形或方形。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的吸尘器,其特征在于:所述过滤组件(16)包括天然橡胶、百洁布以及海绵,通过缝制或/和胶合方式将天然橡胶、百洁布以及海绵制成所述过滤组件(16)。
