一种防尘防水透声保护膜,包括设有与移动终端显示屏表面扬声器配合的保护膜通孔(11)的本体(1),在本体(1)下表面至少在保护膜通孔(11)设有防尘防水透声层;当本体(1)下表面全部设有防尘防水透声层时,该防尘防水透声层外表面设有粘胶层(3),在粘胶层(3)上设有与保护膜通孔(11)对应的粘胶通孔(31);当本体下表面保护膜通孔(11)覆有防尘防水透声层时,该本体下表面设有粘胶层(3),该粘胶层(3)设有与防尘防水透声层对应的用于收纳防尘防水透声层的粘胶通孔(31)。由于在保护膜上设有防尘防水透声层,且在保护膜下表面的粘胶层(3)位于同一平面,不影响声音输出情况下,提高防水防尘效果,同时保证保护膜下表面平整,与平面的移动终端显示屏固定更牢靠。

Description

防尘防水透声保护膜 技术领域
本实用新型涉及移动终端产品保护膜技术领域,特别适用于既能防尘防水又不影响声音传播的保护膜。
背景技术
随着信息通讯技术的发展,移动终端功能越来越大,如智能手机已经是人们的必备品,然而,现在的智能手机或平板电脑大都是触屏式,手机屏幕很容易摔碎或划伤,通常在手机显示屏或平板电脑显示屏表面贴上保护膜,以防止摔坏或划伤的显示屏。现有的智能手机或平板电脑通常在其显示面板上设有扬声器,方便声音输出,保护膜通常在扬声器位置预留有通孔,以使在播放或通话时声音输出,在使用过程中水或灰尘容易通过保护膜上预留有通孔进入智能手机或平板电脑内部,造成损坏。
技术问题
本实用新型主要目的在于提供防尘防水透声保护膜,该防尘防水透声保护膜可以避免保护膜表面预留有与移动终端扬声器匹配的通孔存在,造成灰尘或水容易进入内部导致损坏,提高使用防水防尘效果,同时不影响声音输出。
技术解决方案
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供一种防尘防水透声保护膜,该防尘防水透声保护膜包括设有与移动终端显示屏表面扬声器配合的保护膜通孔的本体,在本体下表面至少在保护膜通孔设有防尘防水透声层,当本体下表面全部设有防尘防水透声层时,该防尘防水透声层外表面设有粘胶层,在粘胶层上设有与保护膜通孔对应的粘胶通孔;当本体下表面保护膜通孔覆有防尘防水透声层时,该本体下表面设有粘胶层,且该粘胶层设有与防尘防水透声层收纳防水透声层的粘胶通孔。
进一步地说,所述本体为钢化玻璃。
进一步地说,在保护膜通孔四周的防尘防水透声层上设有粘胶。
进一步地说,所述本体上表面设有抗指纹涂层。
进一步地说,所述防尘防水透声层包括涤纶滤网层或膨体聚四氟乙烯,该涤纶滤网层或膨体聚四氟乙烯上均匀分布有微孔。
进一步地说,所述微孔的直径为20μm- 30μm。
进一步地说,所述微孔的直径为23μm- 27μm.
进一步地说,所述粘胶层为EVA粘胶层,在EVA粘胶层的下表面固定连接有离型纸或离型板。
进一步地说,所述抗指纹涂层上表面固定有PET保护膜。
进一步地说,所述保护膜还设有按键孔,该按键孔位置的保护膜下表面设有防尘防水层。 
有益效果
本实用新型防防尘防水透声保护膜,设有与移动终端显示屏表面扬声器配合的保护膜通孔的本体,在本体下表面至少在保护膜通孔设有防尘防水透声层,当本体下表面全部设有防尘防水透声层时,该防尘防水透声层外表面设有粘胶层,在粘胶层上设有与保护膜通孔对应的粘胶通孔;当本体下表面保护膜通孔覆有防尘防水透声层时,该本体下表面设有粘胶层,且该粘胶层设有与防尘防水透声层收纳防水透声层的粘胶通孔。由于在保护膜上设有防尘防水透声层,且在保护膜下表面的粘胶层位于同一平面,不影响声音输出情况下,提高使用防水防尘效果。同时保证保护膜下表面平整,与平面的移动终端显示屏固定更牢靠。

为了使发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是发明一部分实施例,而还是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1-图3所示,本实用新型提供一种防尘防水透声保护膜实施例。
该防尘防水透声保护膜包括设有与移动终端显示屏表面扬声器配合的保护膜通孔11的本体1,在本体1下表面至少在保护膜通孔11设有防尘防水透声层2,当本体1下表面保护膜通孔11覆有防尘防水透声层2时,该本体1下表面设有粘胶层3,该粘胶层3设有与防尘防水透声层收纳防水透声层的粘胶通孔31。
具体地说,所述本体1采用钢化玻璃材质。所述防尘防水透声层2包括涤纶滤网层,该涤纶滤网层上均匀分布有微孔。该微孔的直径为20μm- 30μm,微孔的直径最好为23μm- 27μm。当防尘防水透声层2仅覆在保护膜通孔11时,保护膜通孔11四周的防尘防水透声层2上设有防水粘胶,避免水或灰尘从防尘防水透声层2与保护膜通孔11接触面进入,进一步提高防尘防水透效果。
所述粘胶层采用EVA粘胶层,具有透光性,不影响显示屏的显示效果,在EVA粘胶层的下表面固定连接有离型纸或离型板,对该粘胶层3进行保护,避免使用影响粘胶层3的粘合力。
为了避免使用时在干化玻璃表面的本体表面形成指印,在本体1上表面设有抗指纹涂层,该抗指纹涂层采用现有技术来现在。为了在贮运过中对本体1保护,在抗指纹涂层上表面固定有PET保护膜。
由于在保护膜上设有防尘防水透声层,且在保护膜下表面的粘胶层位于同一平面,不影响声音输出情况下,提高使用防水防尘效果。同时保证保护膜下表面平整,与平面的移动终端显示屏固定更牢靠。
如图4所示,当本体1下表面全部设有防尘防水透声层2时,该防尘防水透声层2外表面设有粘胶层3,在粘胶层3上设有与保护膜通孔11对应的粘胶通孔31。

  1. 防尘防水透声保护膜,包括设有与移动终端显示屏表面扬声器配合的保护膜通孔的本体,其特征在于,在本体下表面至少在保护膜通孔设有防尘防水透声层,当本体下表面全部设有防尘防水透声层时,该防尘防水透声层外表面设有粘胶层,在粘胶层上设有与保护膜通孔对应的粘胶通孔;当本体下表面保护膜通孔覆有防尘防水透声层时,该本体下表面设有粘胶层,该粘胶层设有与防尘防水透声层收纳防水透声层的粘胶通孔。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的防尘防水透声保护膜,其特征在于:所述本体为钢化玻璃。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的防尘防水透声保护膜,其特征在于:在保护膜通孔四周的防尘防水透声层上设有粘胶。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的防尘防水透声保护膜,其特征在于:所述本体上表面设有抗指纹涂层。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的防尘防水透声保护膜,其特征在于:所述防尘防水透声层包括涤纶滤网层或膨体聚四氟乙烯,该涤纶滤网层或膨体聚四氟乙烯上均匀分布有微孔。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的防尘防水透声保护膜,其特征在于:所述微孔的直径为20μm- 30μm。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的防尘防水透声保护膜,其特征在于:所述微孔的直径为23μm- 27μm。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的防尘防水透声保护膜,其特征在于:所述粘胶层为EVA粘胶层,在EVA粘胶层的下表面固定连接有离型纸或离型板。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的防尘防水透声保护膜,其特征在于:所述抗指纹涂层上表面固定有PET保护膜。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的防尘防水透声保护膜,其特征在于:所述保护膜还设有按键孔,该按键孔位置的保护膜下表面设有防尘防水层。
