Description
本发明涉及太阳能板清洁领域,尤其涉及一种太阳能一体化路灯清扫装置。
随着节能环保概念的不断提倡,太阳能路灯被越来越多的使用,太阳能路灯主要靠太阳能光伏组件将光能转化为电能。随着时间的推移,太阳能光伏组件表面会堆积浮尘,导致光伏发电效率降低。如果长时间不清理就会导致路灯供电不足,影响道路照明需求。
现有技术中,对太阳能光伏组件的清扫主要有人工和机械两种方法。然而,人工清扫对清扫质量不可控制,而且成本高、周期长,因此,采用机械清扫是比较常见的方式。目前机械清扫主要使用推杆清扫和滚轮清扫两种方式,其中,推杆清扫由于中间跨度大,不能完全紧贴光伏组件表面,做不到完全清扫干净;而滚轮清洁的方式中,采用的是双电机控制,但是双电机控制方式在单个电机损坏的情况下,会产生清扫动作不协调,受力不均导致损坏清洁机器,若用户不能及时检修到,会造成清扫组件损坏程度加剧,更为严重的是,用户未检查到清扫组件损坏,而继续使用,造成对光伏组件清洁不及时,会导致光伏组件产生热斑等现象,造成光伏组件的损坏。
另外,现有技术只采用毛刷进行清扫,清扫效果不佳。
因此,现有技术有待改进和提高。
发明内容

本实施例中,所述驱动电机30只设置一个,驱动电机30通过第一传动轴31带动第一滑块111沿第一导轨11的长度方向移动,同时带动与第一滑块111固定的第一运行支架41移动;驱动电机30通过第二传动轴32带动第二滑块121沿第二导轨12的长度方向移动,同时带动与第二滑块121固定的第二运行支架42移动。采用单电机驱动,可以保证第一滑块111和第二滑块121同步移动。从而,带动固定在第一运行支架41和第二运行支架42顶端的清扫组件40在太阳能板20上方移动,以达到清扫太阳能板20表面的目的。
需要说明的是,主体10为U型形状,与第一导轨11和第二导轨12为一体式结构,这样的结构更加稳固,也便于加工。当然,在其他实施方式中,也可分别单独设计两个独立的导轨和一个独立的主体,再将这两个独立的导轨安装在独立的主体上。
进一步的,清扫组件40包括:固定杆43,下压调节机构44/45,以及用于清扫太阳能板的橡胶条和毛刷。其中,固定杆43的两端分别固定在第一运行支架41和第二运行支架42上,橡胶条和毛刷固定在固定杆43的底部,并与太阳能板20的表面接触,下压调节机构44/45分别安装在第一运行支架41和第二运行支架42的顶端,用于调节固定杆43的高度,从而改变橡胶条、毛刷对太阳能板20的下压 力,使其具有更好的清扫效果。当然,也可在固定杆43上均匀设置多个下压调节机构,同样能调节橡胶条和毛刷的高度及下压力度。本实施例中,下压调节机构44/45采用螺丝旋钮的方式控制,螺丝正转带动橡胶条和毛刷下压,螺丝反转带动橡胶条和毛刷抬高,结构简单,易于实现。
进一步的,该装置还包括第一联轴器33和第二联轴器34;驱动电机30的第一主动轴35通过第一联轴器33连接第一传动轴31的一端;驱动电机30的第二主动轴36通过第二联轴器34连接第二传动轴32的一端。一个驱动电机30带动两个主动轴,通过齿轮波箱即可实现,不多赘述。同时,为便于第一传动轴31和第二传动轴32的转动,在主体10上靠近第一导轨11的内侧设置有第一侧板13,第一侧板13上第一传动轴31贯穿的位置内置有用于支撑第一传动轴31另一端的轴承131;在主体10上靠近第二导轨12的内侧设置有第二侧板14,第二侧板14上第二传动轴32贯穿的位置内置有用于支撑第二传动轴32另一端的轴承141。当然,也可将内置的轴承131/141用耐磨套替代,同样可以支撑第一传动轴31和第二传动轴32。
本实施例中,驱动电机30通过设置的第一联轴器33连接第一传动轴31,通过设置的第二联轴器34连接第二传动轴32,对于装置本身而言,便于拆卸,有利于对装置的维护。
进一步的,结合图2所示,在第一传动轴31的另一端还设置有第一带传动组件50,第一带传动组件50用于带动第一滑块111沿第一导轨11移动,并带动与第一滑块111连接的第一运行支架41移动;在第二传动轴32的另一端还设置有第二带传动组件60,第二带传动组60用于带动第二滑块121沿第二导轨12移动,并带动与第二滑块121连接的第二运行支架42移动。
具体的,第一带传动组件50包括第一同步带轮51、第一同步皮带52以及第一从动轮53;其中,第一同步带轮51固定在第一传动轴31的另一端,且位于第一导轨11前端的一侧,第一从动轮53设置在第一导轨11后端的一侧,第一同步带轮51和第一从动轮53相对设置;第一滑块111固定在第一同步皮带52上,第一同步皮带52带动第一同步带轮51以及第一从动轮53同步转动,从而带动第一滑 块111以及与其连接的第一运行支架41沿第一导轨11的长度方向移动。第二带传动组件60包括第二同步带轮61、第二同步皮带62以及第二从动轮63;其中,第二同步带轮61固定在第二传动轴32的另一端,且位于第二导轨12前端的一侧,第二从动轮63设置在第二导轨12后端的一侧,第二同步带轮61和第二从动轮63相对设置;第二滑块121固定在第二同步皮带62上,第二同步皮带62带动第二同步带轮61以及第二从动轮63同步转动,从而带动第二滑块121以及与其连接的第二运行支架42沿第二导轨12的长度方向移动。
进一步的,为实现本申请所提供的太阳能路灯自动清扫装置的自动化运行,可在第一导轨11的端部和第二导轨12的端部分别设置轻触开关或接近开关,并外接控制器。控制器上设置有轻触开关或接近开关触发后对驱动电机30的控制逻辑,以自动控制驱动电机30的启动、暂停和停止。当控制器启动驱动电机30后,驱动电机30首先反转以带动清扫组件40向本装置的末端移动,当第一滑块111和第二滑块121分别触碰到设置在第一导轨11和第二导轨12末端的轻触开关或接近开关后,轻触开关或接近开关反馈相应的信号给控制器,控制器控制驱动电机30正转;驱动电机30正转并带动清扫组件40向本装置的前端移动,当第一滑块111和第二滑块121分别触碰到设置在第一导轨11和第二导轨12前端的轻触开关或接近开关后,轻触开关或接近开关反馈相应的信号给控制器,控制器控制驱动电机30反转;以此循环往复,循环预定次数后关闭驱动电机30,完成清扫。当然,所述控制器上也可以设置按钮,来手动控制驱动电机30的启停。
综上所述,本申请所提供的一种太阳能一体化路灯清扫装置,利用控制器控制单个驱动电机30带动清扫组件40往复运动,以清扫太阳能板20的表面,自动化程度高,维护更简便;同时,清扫组件40有橡胶条加毛刷的组合,并能对橡胶条和毛刷的下压力度可调,清扫效果更佳,从而延长了太阳能板20的使用寿命。
以上应用了具体个例对本发明进行阐述,只是用于帮助理解本发明,并不用以限制本发明。对于本发明所属技术领域的技术人员,依据本 发明的思想,还可以做出若干简单推演、变形或替换。
Claims (10)
- 一种太阳能一体化路灯清扫装置,其特征在于,包括:主体,固定在所述主体顶部的太阳能板,驱动电机,连接在所述驱动电机两侧的第一传动轴和第二传动轴,位于所述主体两侧且平行设置的第一导轨和第二导轨,可滑动的设置在所述第一导轨上的第一滑块,可滑动的设置在所述第二导轨上的第二滑块,固定在所述第一滑块上的第一运行支架,固定在所述第二滑块上的第二运行支架,以及用于清扫太阳能板的清扫组件;所述第一运行支架和第二运行支架分别固定所述清扫组件的两端,所述清扫组件位于所述太阳能板的上方,所述驱动电机通过第一传动轴和第二传动轴分别带动第一滑块沿第一导轨移动、第二滑块沿第二导轨移动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的太阳能一体化路灯清扫装置,其特征在于,所述清扫组件包括:固定杆,用于清扫太阳能板的橡胶条、毛刷;所述固定杆的两端分别固定在第一运行支架和第二运行支架上,所述橡胶条和毛刷固定在所述固定杆的底部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的太阳能一体化路灯清扫装置,其特征在于,所述第一运行支架和第二运行支架的顶端均设置有用于调节所述清扫组件高度的下压调节机构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的太阳能一体化路灯清扫装置,其特征在于,还包括第一联轴器和第二联轴器;所述驱动电机的第一主动轴通过第一联轴器连接所述第一传动轴的一端;所述驱动电机的第二主动轴通过第二联轴器连接所述第二传动轴的一端。
- 根据权利要求4所述的太阳能一体化路灯清扫装置,其特征在于,还包括第一带传动组件和第二带传动组件;所述第一传动轴的另一端通过第一带传动组件带动第一滑块沿第一导轨移动;所述第二传动轴的另一端通过第二带传动组件带动第二滑块沿第二导轨移动。
- 根据权利要求5所述的太阳能一体化路灯清扫装置,其特征在于,所述第一带传动组件包括第一同步带轮、由第一同步带轮带动的第一同步皮带以及由第一同步皮带带动的第一从动轮;所述第一同步带轮固定在第一传动轴的另一端,且位于第一导轨前端的一侧,所述第一从动轮设置在第一导轨后端的一侧;所述第一滑块固定在所 述第一同步皮带上。
- 根据权利要求5所述的太阳能一体化路灯清扫装置,其特征在于,所述第二带传动组件包括第二同步带轮、由第二同步带轮带动的第二同步皮带以及由第二同步皮带带动的第二从动轮;所述第二同步带轮固定在第二传动轴的另一端,且位于第二导轨前端的一侧,所述第二从动轮设置在第二导轨后端的一侧;所述第二滑块固定在所述第二同步皮带上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的太阳能一体化路灯清扫装置,其特征在于,所述第一导轨的端部、所述第二导轨的端部均设置有轻触开关或接近开关,所述轻触开关或接近开关用于控制所述驱动电机的暂停、运行、正转、和/或反转。
- 根据权利要求1所述的太阳能一体化路灯清扫装置,其特征在于,所述主体为U形铝制主体。
- 根据权利要求5所述的太阳能一体化路灯清扫装置,其特征在于,所述主体上设置有第一侧板和第二侧板;所述第一侧板靠近所述第一导轨的内侧,通过内置的轴承支撑所述第一传动轴的另一端;所述第二侧板靠近所述第二导轨的内侧,通过内置的轴承支撑所述第二传动轴的另一端。
