一种纺织厂沥青路面地聚物注浆方法,包括对弯沉值Ls>20.8沥青路面进行钻孔注浆;采用基层注浆;注浆孔深:1.2~1.5m;注浆压力:1.0~1.5MPa;地聚合物注浆混合量的单位用量:90~120kg/m 2;质量比:地聚物∶水=1∶0.38;注浆后养生3天后,进行弯沉检测,单点弯沉Ls<20.8即通过,否则对该点进行二次钻孔补浆施工,以期该点弯沉值符合设计要求。用地聚合物混合浆液,经过浆泵通过高压管注入道路路基或基层中,达到非开挖加固效果。

Description

一种纺织厂沥青路面地聚物注浆方法 技术领域
本发明涉及一种沥青路面地聚物注浆方法。
背景技术
目前我国投入运营的道路路面中有相当一部分接近或超过了设计年限,有的虽然未到设计年限,但在重交通荷载、自然环境等外部条件的作用下,有的道路出现了不同程度的破坏,特别是在交叉口附近及桥接坡段较为明显,大批的道路急待改造修复。如果不及时进行养护维修,其使用性能迅速下降,影响车辆快速、舒适、安全行驶。但是,如果大规模地翻挖原有路面,则存在着保养周期长,资金投入多,也严重影响车辆的行车安全。
处于城区的政治经济敏感地带的城市道路,交通流量大,地下管线复杂,受各方关注度高的特点,因此这就更要求在施工上必须做到快速有效,安全环保,经济适用,干扰小。
 为此需要积极探索一些切实可行的施工方法,采用道路非开挖快速抢修加固技术可谓是解决此类问题一种有效的方案。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于提供一种用地聚合物混合浆液,经过浆泵通过高压管注入道路路基或基层中,达到非开挖加固效果的沥青路面地聚物注浆方法。
技术解决方案
一种纺织厂沥青路面地聚物注浆方法,其特征是:包括下列步骤:
(1)对弯沉值 Ls>20.8沥青路面进行钻孔注浆;
(2)采用基层注浆;注浆孔按梅花型布孔,一个车道布置三排注浆孔,注浆孔距1.0~2m,排距1.5m,孔径Φ50mm,注浆孔位布设后留有释放孔,4个注浆孔设1个释放孔,可利用相邻的注浆孔作为释放孔;注浆孔深:1.2~1.5m;注浆压力:1.0~1.5MPa;地聚合物注浆混合量的单位用量: 90~120kg/m2 ;质量比:地聚物:水=1:0.38;
(3)如出现周边孔冒浆情况,立即停止送浆并将注浆管移入到下一注浆孔;注浆过程中对注浆区域周边范围的道路设施进行监测,防止路面抬升起拱或浆液流失,注浆过程中控制路面的抬升高度,路面抬升不大于3㎝,对个别隆起的区域及时铲挖平整,超出上述控制量时,停止注浆,过大时应采用反压方式恢复;
(4)注浆结束后,待浆液达到初凝状态时拔处注浆管;拔管后采用地聚合物混合料封堵孔口并抹平,确保孔内填充密实,填补至路面齐平;
(5)注浆前、后测量路面标高,对比标高变化,对因注浆高出原路3cm的点进行反压,反压后路面标高基本达到设计要求;
(6)注浆后养生3天后,进行弯沉检测,单点弯沉Ls<20.8即通过,否则对该点进行二次钻孔补浆施工,以期该点弯沉值符合设计要求。
有益效果
本发明地聚物压密注浆技术是利用注浆管把浆液均匀的注入地层中,浆液在周围的土体中,通过裂缝渗透、填充、压密、扩张挤走基层结构土体缝隙内的积水和空气,形成浆脉。由于压浆材料本身稳定性好,强度大,加上浆体的流动性能好,在压力作用下,有较强的渗透力,经采用地聚合物注浆材料使基层和路基的密实度和水稳定性,使道路结构致密,缺损得到弥补。从而增加路基及基层的稳定性,增强道路结构的使用寿命,承载力得到提高。在道路结构层注浆后经过短时间的养护后迅速开放交通有良好的经济、技术、和社会效益。
本发明施工快捷,不需养生,大幅度节省工期,减少对交通的干扰。耐久:根治病害。采用高聚物注浆技术,一次注浆,多层修复,即基层与底基层、底基层与路基之间脱空、开裂、松散和唧泥病害均被处治。经济:维修具有针对性,节省维修经费。环保:避免了开挖维修造成的资源浪费和环境污染。
本发明的最佳实施方式
一种纺织厂沥青路面地聚物注浆方法,包括下列步骤:
(1)对弯沉值 Ls>20.8沥青路面进行钻孔注浆;
