Abstract

A device for concealed carrying and rapid drawing of a short-barreled firearm includes a rigid housing (1) having handle (2), which is made so as to be concealable under a briefcase, and a reciprocating mechanism for automatic feeding of the weapon (5) into a convenient and safe position for drawing. The reciprocating mechanism consists of a moving carriage (7), a return spring (14) and an actuating button (3) arranged on the handle (2) of the housing (1), wherein the device also comprises a mechanism in the form of a spring-loaded latch (9), which rigidly affixes the carriage (7), limiting the angle of rotation thereof in the drawing position of the weapon (5). The device also comprises a compartment for an armor element (16), which reduces the probability of injury to the user by bullets from a firearm of an adversary.
