Abstract

Device for concealed carrying and quick removal of short-barreled firearms, which includes a rigid body with a handle, made with the possibility of its masking under the briefcase, built-in reciprocating mechanism for removing weapons, consisting of a movable gun carriage, return spring and trigger button on the handle of the case, which further comprises a mechanism in the form of a spring-loaded latch, which rigidly fixes the carriage on the limiter of the angle of its rotation in the position of the weapon, and as a return spring reciprocating mechanism used tension spring.

Description

The invention relates to the means for concealed carrying of small arms, in particular, hand-held short-barreled firearms.

The well-known submachine gun for concealed carry, placed in a "diplomat" type case according to the declaratory patent for an invention of Ukraine Mo 58405 A, IPC: RATA 11/00, G41С 33/00, publication date 07/15/2003. The disadvantage of the invention is the impossibility of its use for small pistols and revolvers, low tactical and operational characteristics.

The well-known device for concealed carrying small arms, taken as a prototype, disclosed in the utility model patent of the Russian Federation Mo 176569, IPC: Б41С 33/02, publication date 01/23/2018. The known device includes a case made with the possibility of disguising it as a case, with a hidden magazine for small arms and a built-in movable carriage.

The disadvantages of the known device are insufficient tactical and operational capabilities, namely the inability to fully ensure the convenient removal of weapons from the device due to the lack of rigid fixation of the carriage in the position of removing the weapon, as well as the low reliability of the device, which is associated with over-tensioning of the return spring of the carriage, made in the form torsion springs.

The objective of the claimed invention is to improve the known device for concealed carrying of small arms in order to increase the tactical operational capabilities and reliability of the device.

The task is solved by the fact that the device for concealed carrying and quick removal of short-barreled firearms, which includes a rigid case with a handle, made with the possibility of disguising it as a briefcase, a reciprocating mechanism for removing weapons, consisting of a movable carriage, a return spring, is built into the case and the trigger button, located on the handle of the case, additionally contains a mechanism in the form of a spring-loaded latch, which rigidly fixes the carriage on the limiter of the angle of its rotation in the position of removing the weapon, and a tension spring is used as a return spring of the reciprocating mechanism.

The essence of the invention is explained by the drawings, where in fig. 1 shows a view of the device in the position of concealed carrying of a weapon, in fig. 2 - a view of the device in the position of removing the weapon.

Zo consists of a body 1 with a carrying handle 2, which is externally identifiable as a small vertical briefcase. Inside the body 1 there is a reciprocating mechanism for removing a short-barreled firearm 5, which consists of a carriage 7 with bearings 8 and 13 for fixing the handle and the barrel of the weapon 5, respectively; axis 11, on which the carriage 7 is held and rotated, buttons 3, when pressed, the hook 15 of the C button releases the bar 6 of the carriage 7, tension springs 14, under the action of which the carriage 7 begins to rotate around the axis 11 and moves from the position of concealed carrying to the position extraction; spring 4, which holds the hook 15 of the C button on the bar b when carrying the weapon; stop 10, which limits the angle of rotation of the carriage 7; latches 9 and springs 12 for automatic fixing of the carriage 7 in the position of removing the weapon.

The device for concealed carrying and quick removal of short-barreled firearms is used as follows. In the concealed carry position, the short-barreled weapon 5, such as a pistol or revolver, is inside the hard case 1.
