The invention relates to small arms for temporary disabling of manpower, intended for firing with striking, mostly elastic, non-lethal elements and can be used in the construction of pistols, rifles, carbines, etc.

Shot 1 of small arms is known, for example, pistols specially designed for cartridges with non-lethally striking elastic elements, which have found widespread use as a means of self-defense of the civilian population and a means of combating police (police) with offenders. Their damaging effect is expressed in the sobering painful effect on the delinquents of an elastic element having a shape and kinetic energy, excluding lethal outcome and causing significant injury and injury (see, for example, patent RU 2172460, IPC 7 F41C 3/00, publication 2001).

The disadvantage of such devices is the need to establish specialized production associated with large expenses of funds.

A promising area is the refinement of existing models of small arms combat or samples close to it, intended for the temporary decommissioning of manpower.

A small arms (pistol) is known containing a chamber and a bore (see patent RU 2098737, IPC 7 F41C 3/00, 1997 publication). A disadvantage of the well-known technical solution is that shooting can be carried out by bullets, both non-lethal and lethal.

The problem is solved in that the small arms node, which plays the role of a barrel, contains a chamber and a channel in which an insert with a hole is made, with the impossibility of passing through it a combat striking element.

The weapons offered may be a pistol or revolver.

The insert is made of any suitable material, for example metal (steel, cast iron, bronze, brass).

The insert can be locked in the ZZL acting as a trunk by means of a pin located perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the cocoa or by crimping the insert.

The hole in the insert is preferably in the form of a truncated cone, the larger base of which is located on the chamber side.

A bullet made of an elastic material, such as rubber, can pass through an opening in the insert.

Using the present invention allows to achieve a technical result, which consists in preventing shots by a combat striking element, for example, a lead bullet.

The invention is illustrated by drawings.

In FIG. 1 shows a gun with a node acting as a barrel in which the insert is fixed by means of a pin.

In FIG. 2 shows a revolver with a node acting as a barrel, in which the insert is fixed by crimping it.

Small arms consists of a handle 1, trigger mechanism 2 and a node that acts as a barrel 3 (see figure 1, 2). In node 3 there is a channel 4 for passing a bullet and a chamber 5 for placing a cartridge. A metal insert 6 with a through hole 7 made in the form of a truncated cone is placed in the channel.

The insert 6 in the channel can be fixed using a pin 8 located in the hole drilled in the material of the barrel and in the insert (see figure 1).

The insert 6 can also be fixed by crimping, for example, at the location of the end face of the insert. In this case, an annular protrusion 9 is formed, which prevents the insert from moving along the channel (see Fig. 2).

The work of the proposed device is as follows.

In the case of firing with a rubber bullet, the latter deforming passes a conical hole in the insert, then passes through the channel and flies to the target.

In the case of firing a lead bullet, the latter gets stuck in the conical hole of the insert and it does not fly out of the barrel. A sample of small arms is not suitable for further use.

Small arms containing a chamber and a part with a channel, characterized in that the channel has an insert with a hole made with the impossibility of passing through it a combat striking element. 2. Small arms according to claim 1, characterized in that it is a pistol or revolver. 3. Small arms according to any one of claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the insert is made of metal. 4. Small arms according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the insert is fixed in the barrel by means of a pin located perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the barrel. 5. Small arms according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the insert is fixed in the barrel channel by compressing it at the location of the end face of the insert from the muzzle end. 6. Small arms according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the hole has the shape of a truncated cone, the larger base of which is located on the side of the chamber. 7. Small arms according to claim 6, characterized in that the larger base of the cone corresponds to the caliber of the striking element. 8. Small arms according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the hole in the insert is made with the possibility of a rubber bullet passing through it.
