The magazine lower generating line has slots for engagement with the lock, a spring-loaded axle switch is positioned in the body. The nuzzle device is made in the form of a replaceable nuzzle coupling with a stepped central duct directed towards the blade edge.

EFFECT: provided production of two successive shots on target before reloading, constant carrying of two spare cartridges in the handle.

Description

The invention relates to civilian weapons, and more particularly to a firearms barrelless self-defense weapons with the possibility of firing traumatic cartridges.

Knives are known for household purposes, travel knives, etc., which are widespread in everyday life and are often used in extreme situations as a means of self-defense, although for such purposes they are not intended and can cause injury to the person who uses them.

Knives related to cold bladed weapons are known, having a blade and handle design that can effectively hit the enemy in the course of hostilities (combat knives and daggers) or hunting animals (hunting knives and daggers), which are also self-defense weapons, but with limitations on their acquisition and constant wearing.

Known pistols and revolvers for civilian self-defense, affecting the attacker with shotgun cartridges of traumatic action, such as a 380ME GUM cartridge for a Viking revolver or a 9 mm RA cartridge for an IZH-79-9T Makarych pistol [1]. The results of firing at volunteers with a Makarych pistol showed that for reliable temporary incapacitation of an attacker, it is optimal to hit two bullets of a traumatic cartridge in it [2].

The prototype of the claimed knife, shooting for self-defense, was selected shooting knife "Model 85" (China), which has 4 barrels in the handle for firing in the direction of the piercing end of the blade [3].

The trunks in the handle of the Model 85 knife are placed in pairs on both sides of the blade, on which two longitudinal grooves are made on both sides for the flight of 22LR bullets. Due to gas breakthroughs during firing into the gap between the blade and the bullet (“gas wedge”), the aiming range from this knife does not exceed 5-8 m.

Due to the gas wedge, when firing from a knife like this with traumatic cartridges with a rubber bullet weighing 0.7 grams and a bullet diameter in flight of 10.2 mm exceeding the caliber of cartridges (9 mm PA or 380ME GUM), the bullet's flight path does not guarantee an aiming range at all , but will have the character of a chaotic ejection. The Model 85 knife has stationary trunks under the 22LR cartridge, which cannot be replaced with trunks of another caliber for other cartridges and has a handle that is inconvenient for operation.

The invention solves the problem of creating a knife that shoots for self-defense, combining the qualities of knives not related to cold bladed weapons, which can be freely purchased and constantly carried with you as a civilian firearm, acquired under a license for self-defense weapons so that the license holder can to acquire and constantly carry a shooting knife, as an effective means of self-defense against criminal attacks on the life and property of a citizen.

This problem is solved due to the fact that in a knife that shoots for self-defense, containing a blade and a handle with a trigger mechanism, a chamber and a muzzle device, new according to the invention is that the trigger trigger has a combat stop below, and placed under the trigger a spring-loaded trigger that carries the functions of an alarm, while the chamber is made in the form of a cartridge for two cartridges and is equipped with a rack with the possibility of rotation on the axis, while on the lower generatrix of the cartridge there are slots for interaction with a clamp, and in the case there is a spring-loaded axis switch. The muzzle device is made in the form of a removable muzzle clutch with a stepped central channel directed towards the tip of the blade.

The proposed shooting knife is designed for self-defense with the possibility of producing two consecutive shots at a target before reloading and with the possibility of constantly carrying two spare cartridges in the handle. The overall dimensions of the 9 mm RA and 380ME GUM traumatic cartridges differ only in the presence of a groove or flange on the sleeve and make it possible to carry out a single chamber in the proposed knife, which makes it possible to use any of these cartridges for firing.

The invention is illustrated by drawings, where:

- figure 1 shows a General view of a knife firing for self-defense, in the position when the cartridge is set on the line of fire, and before cocking the trigger mechanism;

- figure 2 shows a section aa, which shows the cartridge without cartridges in position on the fuse;

- figure 3 shows the position of the cocked trigger on the trigger trigger and the release of the trigger beyond the dimensions of the handle, which is a signal that the knife is ready to fire.

A knife firing for self-defense includes a blade 1, a muzzle clutch 2 with a stepped bullet channel, a spring clip 3 with the possibility of fixing the cartridge 4 in three positions by means of fixing grooves and the body 5.

In the case 5 of the knife is placed on the axis of the trigger 6 with the striker, and the trigger 6 movably with a pin connected to the cock 7, which has two working protrusions and a shoulder on the shank. In the handle of the knife, a spring-loaded magazine 8 is placed on two chucks 9, which is closed by a cover 10 of the butt plate, in which a spring 11 is placed for interaction with the cocking lever 12 with cocking protrusions.

On the cocker 7 there is a fighting spring 13. In the lower part of the trigger 6 there is a combat stop, and below the trigger 6 in the housing 5 there is a trigger 14 with whispered teeth. In the rack of the cassette 4 and in the housing 5 there is a common hole for the axis 15, rigidly connected to the switch 16, interacting with the spring 17. The switch 16 is located in the front of the knife in the lower stop 18.

The trigger 14 has a return spring 19.

To load the knife, it is necessary to press the switch 16 with the axis 15 forward, which will exit from the holes in the rack of the cartridge 4 and the housing 5. The cartridge 4 is manually removed from the housing 5 and two cartridges are inserted into it. After loading, the cartridge 4 is inserted into the housing 5 from above, by moving the switch 16, the axis 15 enters the rack of the cartridge 4 and the housing 5, and the cartridge 4 rests on the tooth of the retainer 3 with one of the three fixing grooves, which corresponds to the position of the cartridge 4 "PR" (fuse), in which the axis of the cartridges are located on both sides of the axis "striker - muzzle channel of the coupling" at angles α / 2.

In this position, the cassette ensures safe handling of the knife and the minimum overall dimensions of the knife in width.

To produce a shot by pressing fingers, the cartridge 4 is rotated to the right or left to fix one of the cartridges on the line of fire.

Then, by pressing down on the cocking lever 12 by moving the cock 7 with the protrusions of the lever behind the cock collar, the trigger 6 is turned with a pin on the axis, compressing the war spring 13, and the gun stop 6 sits on the trigger sear 14. Under the influence of the trigger spring 19, the trigger 14 goes beyond the contour of the handle, which signals the readiness of the knife for firing.

At a distance of 1-5 m, the knife is aimed at the target and a shot is fired by pressing the trigger 14.

To produce a second shot, the cartridge 4 by pressing switches to the second cartridge and cocking the trigger 6 and pulling the trigger 14 produces a second shot.

A shot from the knife occurs in such a way that, after the trigger 6 is detached, the mainspring 13 whispers, acting with the upper protrusion of the cock 7 on the trigger 6, turns it until the cartridge capsule is briskly striking. After that, the lower protrusion of the cock 7 carries out the “hang up” of the trigger 6, which guarantees the drowning of the striker behind the “mirror” of the housing 5, which increases the safety of handling the knife.

In addition, in the case of cancellation of a shot from an armed cocked knife, handling safety is ensured by the fact that the cartridge 4 is set to the “PR” position, the cocking lever 12 is lowered to come in contact with the cock 7 and when the trigger 14 is pressed, the cocking lever 12 is smoothly lowered to landing trigger 6 on both protrusions of the cock 12.

The design of the knife that shoots for self-defense is modular, allowing, if the basic design of the knife remains unchanged, it is possible to replace the removable cartridge 4 and the removable muzzle sleeve 2 with other similar parts for other traumatic cartridges and the like, the number and effectiveness of which is constantly growing in a wide range of calibres used.
