Abstract

Le problème à résoudre dans le cadre de la présente invention consiste à fournir un système d'introduction de spécialiste, un procédé d'introduction de spécialiste et un programme qui permettent l'introduction du meilleur spécialiste ayant le niveau de compétence le plus élevé pour une tâche spécialisée, et qui correspond au contenu d'une demande par un utilisateur. La solution selon l'invention consiste en un système d'introduction de spécialiste qui comprend : une base de données de spécialistes (30) dans laquelle sont enregistrées des informations de spécialiste se rapportant à une tâche pour un spécialiste ; et des données d'exécution de tâche qui sont transmises par le spécialiste effectuant la tâche. Le système d'introduction de spécialiste comprend en outre : un module d'évaluation (111) qui évalue le spécialiste sur la base des données d'exécution de tâche ; et un module d'introduction de spécialiste (112) qui introduit un spécialiste en association avec les informations de spécialiste et une évaluation par le module d'évaluation (111).
