为了便于理解本申请,下面将参照相关附图对本申请进行更全面的描述。附图中给出了本申请的较佳的实施例。但是,本申请可以以许多不同的形式来实现,并不限于本文所描述的实施例。相反地,提供这些实施例的目的是使对本申请的公开内容的理解更加透彻全面。
作为在此使用的“终端设备”指包括但不限于经由以下任意一种或者数种连接方式连接的能够接收和/或发送通信信号的装置:
(1)经由有线线路连接方式,如经由公共交换电话网络(Public Switched Telephone Networks,PSTN)、数字用户线路(Digital Subscriber Line,DSL)、数字电缆、直接电缆连接;
(2)经由无线接口方式,如蜂窝网络、无线局域网(Wireless Local Area Network,WLAN)、诸如DVB-H网络的数字电视网络、卫星网络、AM-FM广播发送器。
被设置成通过无线接口通信的终端设备可以被称为“移动终端”。移动终端的示例包括但不限于以下电子装置:
(1)卫星电话或蜂窝电话;
(2)可以组合蜂窝无线电电话与数据处理、传真以及数据通信能力的个人通信系统(Personal Communications System,PCS)终端;
(3)无线电电话、寻呼机、因特网/内联网接入、Web浏览器、记事簿、日历、配备有全球定位系统(Global Positioning System,GPS)接收器的个人数字助理(Personal Digital Assistant,PDA);
(4)常规膝上型和/或掌上型接收器;
(5)常规膝上型和/或掌上型无线电电话收发器等。
参考图1至图3,在一实施例中,移动终端10为智能手机。移动终端10包括可分离使用的手持端100和主机端200。手持端100包括第一无线通信模块、第一电源模块120和显示屏130,第一电源模块120能够分别与第一无线通信模块、显示屏130通电连接。第一电源模块120能够为第一无线通信模块和显示屏130供电。主机端200包括摄像模组210、第二无线通信模 块、第三无线通信模块和第二电源模块,第二电源模块能够分别与摄像模组210、第二无线通信模块、第三无线通信模块通电连接,第三无线通信模块用于与外部设备例如基站通信连接。主机端200具有相背设置的前表面221、后表面223及连接前表面221、后表面223的侧表面225,主机端200上开设有贯穿前表面221、后表面223的镂空槽230,摄像模组210具有入光面211,入光面211位于前表面221上。手持端100能够安装在镂空槽230内且能够从镂空槽230内拆卸,当手持端100从镂空槽230内拆卸后,第二无线通信模块能够与第一无线通信模块通信连接。
第一电源模块120可以包括核电池例如氚电池,核电池体积较小,较为轻薄,且使用寿命较长,能够长期为显示屏130和手持端100内的其他电子元器件提供电能,因而有利于手持端100的轻薄化。在其他实施方式中,第一电源模块120也可以包括锂电池等,第一电源模块120可进行反复多次充放电,以为显示屏130及手持端100内的其他电子元器件提供电能。手持端100提供的功能可以较为简单,以使手持端100内部的电子元器件的数量较少,从而有利于延长手持端100的续航能力。在一实施例中,第二电源模块包括可反复多次充放电的锂电池,第二电源模块能够为摄像模组210、第二无线通信模块、第三无线通信模块提供电能。
第一无线通信模块和第二无线通信模块均采用近距离通信技术,且第一无线通信模块和第二无线通信模块采用相同的通信协议。例如,第一无线通信模块和第二无线通信模块可以均为蓝牙(Bluetooth)通信模块,或均为无线局域网(WiFi,Wireless Fidelity)通信模块,或均为红外数据传输(lrDA,Infrared Data Association)模块,或均为ZigBee通信模块,或均为超宽频(Ultra WideBand)通信模块,或均为短距通信(NFC,Near Field Communication)模块等,第一无线通信模块与第二无线通信模块的通信连接可以实现手持端100与主机端200之间的数据传输。例如,主机端200传输至手持端100的数据可以被进一步转化为显示、触控等信号,手持端100传输至主机端200的数据可以进行存储或其他处理。在其他实施方式中,手持端100还可以包 括用于输出声音的音频输出模块,或用于摄像、拍照的摄像器件等,此处不再赘述。
上述移动终端10,由于手持端100包括第一无线通信模块、显示屏130和第一电源模块120,第一无线通信模块可以和主机端200的第二无线通信模块通信连接,手持端100可以从主机端200上分离出来,且手持端100能够接收主机端200的信号并提供显示功能以供用户正常使用,主机端200则可以放置于口袋中或其他地方。手持端100的结构较为简单,因而可以做得极为轻薄,且手持端100的电子元器件可以较少,因而能够提升手持端100的续航能力,主机端200内则可以设置体积较大的电池以提升主机端200的续航能力。手持端100和主机端200组合后,用户同样能够方便地使用移动终端10。可以理解的是,移动终端10也可以为平板或掌上电脑等。
参考图1和图2,手持端100能够从主机端200的前表面221所在一侧装入镂空槽230内,以使显示屏130的朝向与入光面211的朝向相同。此时,摄像模组210可以执行前置摄像头的功能,用户可通过摄像模组210进行自拍或视屏通话等操作。可以理解的是,显示屏130的朝向是指显示屏130的显示面所在的一侧的朝向。显示屏130的显示面为用户可以直接接触的表面,显示面可以显示信息,且能够提供交互界面以供用户进行触摸操作等。参考图4,手持端100还能够从主机端200的后表面223所在一侧装入镂空槽230内,以使显示屏130的朝向与入光面211的朝向相反。此时,摄像模组210可以执行后置摄像头的功能,用户可以通过摄像模组210进行远景拍摄或视屏录制等操作。上述设置可以避免在主机端200的前表面221和后表面223上均设置摄像模组210,因而可以减少元器件的数量并节省移动终端10的成本,且上述摄像模组210可以具有较高的像素,因而可以提升自拍及后置拍摄的质量。可以理解的是,手持端100和主机端200上可以均设置摄像模组,但具有以上技术特征的方案亦在本申请的保护范围之内。
参考图5,镂空槽230可以为周向开放式的结构,镂空槽230的其中一侧贯穿了主机端200的侧表面225。手持端100能够从侧表面225所在一侧 装入镂空槽230内,以使显示屏130的朝向与入光面211的朝向相同或相反。上述结构,用户可以将手持端100从主机端200的侧表面225所在一侧插入主机端200的镂空槽230内,且可以利用镂空槽230的槽壁进行导向,以利于手持端100的插入与取出。显示屏130的朝向与入光面211的朝向相同时,摄像模组210可以执行前置摄像头的功能。入光面211的朝向与显示屏130的朝向相反时,摄像模组210可以执行后置摄像头的功能。
在一实施例中,手持端100大致呈矩形块状,手持端100包括前端面141、后端面143以及连接前端面141、后端面143的侧端面145,显示屏130设置在前端面141上。手持端100能够从前端面141所在一侧装入镂空槽230内,手持端100还能够从后端面143所在一侧装入镂空槽230内。具体地,可以将手持端100的两侧设置为对称结构,并将镂空槽230的两侧对应设置为对称结构。在使用过程中,用户可以将手持端100的前端面141朝向主机端200并装入主机端200内,也可以将手持端100的后端面143朝向主机端200并装入主机端200内。上述结构,一方面可以实现显示屏130的朝向与入光面211的朝向相同或相反;另一方面,上述结构使得用户无需刻意定位手持端100的前端面141或后端面143,而将前端面141和后端面143中的任一一个朝向主机端200均可装入镂空槽230内,因而有利于手持端100与主机端200的组装,可以提升使用的便利性。
参考图6至图8,在一实施例中,镂空槽230的横截面大致呈矩形状,镂空槽230具有相对设置的第一槽壁231和第二槽壁233。同时参考图9和图10,第一槽壁231上设有凸出于镂空槽230内的弹扣240,手持端100的一侧的边缘上开设有卡槽150,弹扣240能够卡设于卡槽150中,以使手持端100卡合于主机端200上。在一实施例中,弹扣240悬空设置于镂空槽230内,弹扣240的一端连接于第一槽壁231上。在手持端100装入镂空槽230的过程中,弹扣240在手持端100的挤压作用下可以发生弹性变形,且弹扣240的末端可以卡入卡槽150内,以使手持端100卡设于主机端200的镂空槽230内,防止手持端100轻易从主机端200脱出。弹扣240的可以为塑胶, 或硅胶,或金属。
参考图7,在一实施例中,弹扣240的数量为多个,多个弹扣240间隔分布于第一槽壁231上,弹扣240、第一槽壁231和手持端100形成抠手槽160。具体地,两个相邻的弹扣240之间存在一定的间隔,手持端100卡合于主机端200上后,第一槽壁231和手持端100的边缘之间存在间隔,弹扣240、第一槽壁231和手持端100的边缘就能够形成用于提供指尖着力点的抠手槽160,以方便用户将手持端100从镂空槽230中取出来。可以理解的是,在弹扣240为多个的情况下,可以用任意两个相邻弹之间的间隔或弹扣240与第一槽壁231的末端之间的间隔作为抠手槽160,也可以在抠手槽160所在的位置提供明显的标志。例如,可以在主机端200的长度方向上,将抠手槽160的长度设置得较宽,并在第一槽壁231或手持端100的边缘加工凹陷的区域,以方便用户的指尖定位至抠手槽160,并利于指尖对手持端100的施力,以顺利将手持端100从主机端200上取下。
参考图11,在一实施例中,第二槽壁233上开设有导向槽250,导向槽250沿主机端200的长度方向(x轴方向)延伸。手持端100的另一侧的边缘上设有导轨170,导轨170能够收容于导向槽250内。具体地,在图7所示实施例中,作垂直于主机端200的长度方向的平面,导向槽250的横截面的形状大致呈梯形,导轨170的横街面的形状大致呈梯形。手持端100的边缘可以设置有保护结构例如塑胶或金属支撑结构,导轨170可以与手持端100的边缘的支撑结构一体成型,也可以采用焊接或胶接等其他方式与支撑结构连接为一体。导轨170可以沿手持端100的长度方向从手持端100的一端延伸至另一端。导轨170外凸于手持端100的侧面上,可以较为容易插入导向槽250内,以使手持端100的宽度方向的两侧均受到卡合作用,防止手持端100轻易从主机端200上脱出。可以理解的是,导轨170和导向槽250也可以省略。
参考图11,在一实施例中,手持端100的显示屏130朝向前表面221卡入镂空槽230内后,显示屏130所在的一侧可以与前表面221平齐,手持端 100的背向显示屏130的一侧也可以与后表面223平齐。上述设置有利于提升移动终端10的外观整体性以美化移动终端10的外观。其他实施方式中,可以使得导向槽250与弹扣240在主机端200的厚度方向上居中设置,并使得导轨170和卡槽150在手持端100的厚度方向上居中设置,当手持端100的显示屏130朝向前表面221所在的一侧卡入镂空槽230内后,显示屏130所在的一侧可以与前表面221平齐,手持端100的背向显示屏130的一侧也可以与后表面223平齐。当手持端100的显示屏130朝向后表面223所在的一侧插入镂空槽230内后,手持端100的显示屏130所在的一侧可以与后表面223平齐,手持端100的背向显示屏130的一侧也可以与前表面221平齐。上述设置,能够进一步提升移动终端10的外观整体性并美化移动终端10的外观。
可以理解的是,在手持端100使用可充电电池的实施例中,手持端100、主机端200上还可以对应设置充放电的接口,例如,可以在主机端200的镂空槽230的槽壁上设置放电接口,在手持端100上对应的位置设置充电接口,当手持端100插入镂空槽230内后,放电接口与充电接口相配合,主机端200就能够为手持端100充电。可以理解的是,充放电接口可以采用Type-C型或Micro USB型,还可以采用弹性顶针与金属触点相配合的结构,以使主机端200能够为手持端100及时充电,以方便用户的使用。主机端200上还可以设有体积容量较大的存储模块,存储模块可用于存储数据,存储模块的体积也可以设置得较大,以使主机端200具有较大的数据存储空间。主机端200还可以包括设置处理器等电子元器件,处理器用于控制第二无线通信模块、第三无线通信模块、存储模块等电子元器件工作,此处不再赘述。
在一实施例中,显示屏130可以采用LCD(Liquid Crystal Display,液晶显示)屏用于显示信息,LCD屏可以为TFT(Thin Film Transistor,薄膜晶体管)屏幕或IPS(In-Plane Switching,平面转换)屏幕或SLCD(Splice Liquid Crystal Display,拼接专用液晶显示)屏幕。在另一实施例中,显示屏130可以采用OLED(Organic Light-Emitting Diode,有机电激光显示)屏用于显示 信息,OLED屏可以为AMOLED(Active Matrix Organic Light Emitting Diode,有源矩阵有机发光二极体)屏幕或Super AMOLED(Super Active Matrix Organic Light Emitting Diode,超级主动驱动式有机发光二极体)屏幕或Super AMOLED Plus(Super Active Matrix Organic Light Emitting Diode Plus,魔丽屏)屏幕,此处不再赘述。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本申请的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本申请的保护范围。因此,本申请专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种移动终端,包括:
    手持端,包括第一无线通信模块、第一电源模块和显示屏;所述第一电源模块能够分别与所述第一无线通信模块、所述显示屏通电连接;及
    主机端,包括摄像模组、第二无线通信模块、第三无线通信模块和第二电源模块;所述第二电源模块能够分别与所述摄像模组、所述第二无线通信模块、所述第三无线通信模块通电连接,所述第三无线通信模块用于与外部设备通信连接;所述主机端具有相背设置的前表面、后表面及连接所述前表面、所述后表面的侧表面,所述主机端上开设有贯穿所述前表面、后表面的镂空槽,所述摄像模组具有入光面,所述入光面位于所述前表面上;所述手持端能够安装在所述镂空槽内且能够从所述镂空槽内拆卸,当所述手持端从所述镂空槽内拆卸后,所述第二无线通信模块能够与所述第一无线通信模块通信连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述手持端能够从所述前表面所在一侧装入所述镂空槽内,以使所述显示屏的朝向与所述入光面的朝向相同;所述手持端还能够从所述后表面所在一侧装入所述镂空槽内,以使所述显示屏的朝向与所述入光面的朝向相反。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述手持端能够从所述侧表面所在一侧装入所述镂空槽内,以使所述显示屏的朝向与所述入光面的朝向相同或相反。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述手持端包括前端面、后端面以及连接所述前端面、所述后端面的侧端面,所述显示屏设置在所述前端面上;所述手持端能够从所述前端面所在一侧装入所述镂空槽内,所述手持端还能够从所述后端面所在一侧装入所述镂空槽内。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述镂空槽具有相对设置的第一槽壁和第二槽壁,所述第一槽壁上设有凸出于所述镂空槽内的弹扣,所述手持端的一侧的边缘上开设有卡槽,所述弹扣能够卡设于所述卡槽 中,以使所述手持端卡合于所述主机端上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述弹扣的数量为多个,多个所述弹扣间隔分布于所述第一槽壁上,所述弹扣、所述第一槽壁和所述手持端形成抠手槽。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述第二槽壁上开设有导向槽,所述导向槽沿所述主机端的长度方向延伸;所述手持端的另一侧的边缘上设有导轨,所述导轨能够收容于所述导向槽内。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述第一无线通信模块与所述第二无线通信模块均为蓝牙通信模块,或者均为WiFi通信模块,或者均为ZigBee通信模块,或者均为NFC通信模块。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端,其特征在于,当所述手持端安装在所述镂空槽内时,所述前表面和所述后表面中的一个与所述手持端的所述显示屏所在的一侧平齐,另一个与所述手持端的背向所述显示屏的一侧平齐。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端,其特征在于,所述手持端上还设有充电接口,所述主机端上对应设置有放电接口,在组合状态时,所述主机端能够为所述手持端充电。
  11. 一种手机,包括:
    手持端,包括第一无线通信模块、第一电源模块和显示屏;所述第一电源模块能够分别与所述第一无线通信模块、所述显示屏通电连接;及
    主机端,包括第二无线通信模块、第三无线通信模块和第二电源模块;所述第二电源模块能够分别与所述第二无线通信模块、所述第三无线通信模块通电连接,所述第三无线通信模块用于与外部设备通信连接;所述主机端具有相背设置的前表面、后表面及连接所述前表面、所述后表面的侧表面,所述主机端上开设有贯穿所述前表面、后表面的镂空槽;所述手持端能够安装在所述镂空槽内且能够从所述镂空槽内拆卸,当所述手持端从所述镂空槽内拆卸后,所述第二无线通信模块能够与所述第一无线通信模块通信连接。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的手机,其特征在于,所述主机端包括摄像模 组,所述摄像模组能够与所述第二电源模块通电连接;环境光线能够从所述前表面一侧入射至所述摄像头模组内。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的手机,其特征在于,所述手持端能够从所述前表面所在一侧装入所述镂空槽内,以使所述显示屏的朝向与所述前表面的朝向相同;所述手持端还能够从所述后表面所在一侧装入所述镂空槽内,以使所述显示屏的朝向与所述后表面的朝向相同。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的手机,其特征在于,所述手持端能够从所述侧表面所在一侧装入所述镂空槽内,以使所述显示屏的朝向与所述前表面的朝向相同或相反。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的手机,其特征在于,所述手持端包括前端面、后端面以及连接所述前端面、所述后端面的侧端面,所述显示屏的可显示区的朝向与所述前端面的朝向相同;所述手持端能够从所述前端面所在一侧装入所述镂空槽内,所述手持端还能够从所述后端面所在一侧装入所述镂空槽内。
  16. 根据权利要求11所述的手机,其特征在于,所述镂空槽具有相对设置的第一槽壁和第二槽壁,所述第一槽壁上设有凸出于所述镂空槽内的弹扣,所述手持端的一侧的边缘上开设有卡槽,所述弹扣能够卡设于所述卡槽中,以使所述手持端卡合于所述主机端上。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的手机,其特征在于,所述弹扣的数量为多个,多个所述弹扣间隔分布于所述第一槽壁上,所述弹扣、所述第一槽壁和所述手持端形成抠手槽。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的手机,其特征在于,所述第二槽壁上开设有导向槽,所述手持端的另一侧的边缘上设有导轨,所述手持端安装在所述镂空槽内时,所述导轨收容于所述导向槽内。
  19. 根据权利要求11所述的手机,其特征在于,所述手持端上还设有充电接口,所述主机端上对应设置有放电接口,在组合状态时,所述主机端能够为所述手持端充电。
  20. 根据权利要求11所述的手机,其特征在于,当所述手持端安装在所述镂空槽内时,所述前表面和所述后表面中的一个与所述手持端的所述显示屏所在的一侧平齐,另一个与所述手持端的背向所述显示屏的一侧平齐。
