1、该排水结构的排水泵壳体上设置相连通的排水口、第一进水口与第二进水口,且第一进水口通过第一排水管与洗干一体机的干衣筒相连通,第二进水口经第二排水管与洗涤筒相连通,既可将洗干一体机洗涤筒洗涤衣物过程中所用洗涤水排放至机体外部,也可及时地将干衣筒烘干衣物过程中生成的冷凝水排出,从而该排水结构简单,通用性强。

为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例一
如图1至图3所示,本发明介绍了一种洗干一体机的排水结构,包括排水泵1,所述排水泵1上设有排水泵壳体2,所述排水泵壳体2具有排水口3、第一进水口4与第二进水口5,所述第一进水口4、第二进水口5分别与排水口3相连通,用于排放干衣筒中的冷凝水与洗涤筒中的洗涤水。通过在排水泵上设置多个开口,既可将洗干一体机中洗涤水进行外排,也保证了冷凝水能及时从洗干一体机的干衣筒中排出,该排水结构简单,通用性强。
本实施例中,所述排水泵壳体2内部为中空的泵腔,泵腔包括相连通的、沿排水泵壳体轴线方向依次排布的过滤腔和排水腔,过滤腔内安装有过滤器11,第一进水口4和第二进水口5均与过滤腔相连通;排水腔与排水口相连通,排水腔内设有搅拌叶轮,排水泵壳体2上安装有驱动搅拌叶轮旋转的排水电机,搅拌叶轮旋转令泵腔内水受离心力作用而以一定流速自排水口流出。
本实施例中,排水泵壳体2的一端设有供过滤器11拆装的开口;第一进水口4与第二进水口5设置于靠近排水泵壳体开口端的侧壁上,且均沿泵腔径向方向向外凸出延伸;排水泵壳体2的另一端安装有排水电机,排水口3设置在排水泵壳体上靠近排水电机的侧壁,且沿泵腔径向方向向外凸出延伸;所述排水口3的延伸端为向排水电机侧水平弯折的水平延伸部。
本实施例中,第一进水口4的轴线方向竖直设置、第二进水口5的轴线方向水平设置;排水口3的轴线方向竖直设置,并与第二进水口的轴线相平行。
本实施例中,排水泵壳体2上还设有排残水口12,所述排残水口12与过滤腔相连通。当排水泵发生堵塞时,可通过排残水口将排水泵中的残留水进行外排。
本实施例中,所述第一进水口4连接有第一排水管6,第一排水管6的一端通过管夹10固定至第一进水口4上,另一端延伸至洗干一体机的干衣筒,形成供干衣筒烘干衣物过程中生成的冷凝水进入泵腔的第一排水通路;第一排水管6上设有安装凸台8,凸台8上设有螺钉孔9,螺钉穿过螺钉孔9将第一排水管6固定在洗干一体机上,第一排水管6还设有水阀7,通过水阀7控制第一排水管6的关闭与导通,以对干衣筒中的冷凝水进行收集与排放。第一 排水管设置水阀,可对冷凝水的排放进行自动控制,使得冷凝水的排放更加智能。
本实施例中,所述第二进水口5经第二排水管与洗干一体机的洗涤筒连通,形成供洗涤筒洗涤衣物过程中所用洗涤水进入泵腔的第二排水通路。
本实施例中,排水口3连接排水管,排水管的一端通过管夹10固定至排水口6上,另一端延伸至洗干一体机的外部,形成排放洗涤水与冷凝水的排水通路。
本实施例中,第一排水管6的截面积小于第一进水口4的截面积;排水管的截面积小于排水口3的截面积,第一排水管的一端内接于第一进水口中,并沿第一进水口的轴线延伸,再通过管夹进行固定至第一进水口4上;排水管的一端内接于排水口中,并沿排水口的轴线延伸,再通过管夹进行固定至排水口3上。将水管内接于相应的接口中,且通过管夹固定,有效地避免洗干一体机在排水过程中出现漏水的情况。
本实施例中,所述第一排水管6与排水管采用橡胶管。
本实施例中,冷凝水通过第一排水通路流入泵腔,再通过排水口3经排水管排放至洗干一体机外部形成第一排水通路,洗涤水通过第二排水通路流入泵腔,再通过排水口3经排水管排放至洗干一体机外部形成第二排水通路;优选的,冷凝水依靠自身重力通过第一排水通路流入泵腔,再通过第二进水口经第二排水通路流入洗涤筒。冷凝水依靠自身重力流入洗干一体机的洗涤筒中,节约能源,也有效地避免了冷凝水积聚后流入干衣筒的电路结构中,造成洗干一体机损坏的情况发生。
本实施例中,所述第一排水管6连通干衣筒的开口处设有支管,所述支管与第一排水管6相连通,当第一排水管上6的水阀7在关闭或损坏的情况下,冷凝水的水量超过干衣筒的容纳范围时,干衣筒烘干衣物过程中生成的冷凝水可直接通过支管溢出至洗涤筒中,防止干衣筒中的冷凝水积聚越来越多导致电路进水,损坏洗干一体机。
本实施例中,第一排水通路与第二排水通路均为上排水方式。
实施例二
如图3所示,本实施例中介绍了一种安装有实施例一所述排水结构的洗干一体机,包括,
箱体框架13,所述箱体框架13上部安装干衣筒,下部安装洗涤筒;
排水结构的排水泵1第一进水口4与干衣筒的冷凝水排水口3相连通,第二进水口5与洗涤筒的洗涤水排水口3相连通,排水口3与洗干一体机的排水管相连通,用于排放干衣筒中的冷凝水与洗涤筒中的洗涤水。
本实施例中,箱体框架13底部由底座14构成,所述排水泵1安装于底座14上前侧的一端,排水泵1的开口朝向箱体框架13的前侧设置。
本实施例中,箱体框架13包括设于底座四个端角处的、向上竖直延伸的竖梁,第一排水管6沿对应端角处的竖梁内侧延伸,且第一排水管6至少一处经螺钉与竖梁相连接固定。
本实施例中,所述竖梁上设有与螺钉相适配的安装孔,第一排水管6上设有安装凸台8,凸台8上设有螺钉孔9,螺钉依次穿过第一排水管6上的螺钉孔9、竖梁上的安装孔将所述第一排水管6竖直固定在竖梁上,以与干衣筒相连通。所述第一排水管稳固的固定在洗干一体机的箱体框架上,不会因洗干一体机工作时产生的震动而出现偏移的情况,从而排水效果好,提升用户体验。
本实施例中,排水管一端与排水泵壳体2上的排水口3相连通,排水管自连通端沿底座14上表面向箱体框架13后侧方向水平延伸至穿出箱体框架13,排水管穿出箱体框架13后向上延伸至少超过洗涤筒高度,排水管的末端与洗干一体机的外部相连通。
本实施例中,排水结构的排水泵1连接的第一排水管6与第二排水管上均设置有水阀,通过控制水阀的打开与关闭,控制第一排水管6与第二排水管的导通与关闭,用于排放干衣筒清洗滤网过程中生成的过滤网清洗水。通过在第一排水管与第二排水管上设置水阀,排水结构可实现对洗涤筒洗涤衣物过程中所用的洗涤水、干衣筒烘干衣物过程中生成的冷凝水的排放,也可用于排放干衣筒清洗过滤网过程中生成的过滤网清洗水,使得排水结构功能更加全面,实用性高。
本实施例中,排水结构用于排放洗涤水、冷凝水时,第一排水管6与第二进水管上的水阀均打开;用于排放干衣筒中的过滤网清洗水时,第二排水管的水阀关闭,第一排水管6的水阀7打开。第一排水管与第二排水管上的水阀相配合工作,有效地避免了干衣筒中的过滤网清洗水在排放过程中流入洗涤筒,对洗涤筒造成污染的情况发生。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗干一体机的排水结构,包括排水泵,所述排水泵上包括排水泵壳体,排水泵壳体内部为中空的泵腔,其特征在于:所述排水泵壳体上开设有与泵腔相连通的:
    用于供冷凝水进入泵腔的第一进水口;
    用于供洗涤水进入泵腔的第二进水口;以及
    用于将流入泵腔内的冷凝水与洗涤水进行排放的排水口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗干一体机的排水结构,其特征在于:排水泵的泵腔内安装有过滤器,排水泵壳体的一端设有供过滤器拆装的开口;第一进水口与第二进水口设置于靠近排水泵壳体开口端的侧壁上,且均沿泵腔径向方向向外凸出延伸;
    优选的,第二进水口的轴线方向与第一进水口的轴线方向相垂直;
    进一步优选的,第一进水口的轴线方向竖直设置、第二进水口的轴线方向水平设置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗干一体机的排水结构,其特征在于:排水泵还包括排水电机,排水电机安装于排水泵壳体的一端;排水口设置在排水泵壳体上靠近排水电机的侧壁上,且沿泵腔径向方向向外凸出延伸;所述排水口的延伸端为向排水电机侧水平弯折的水平延伸部;
    优选的,排水口的轴线方向竖直设置,并与第二进水口的轴线相平行。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种洗干一体机的排水结构,其特征在于:所述第一进水口连接第一排水管,第一排水管的一端通过管夹固定在第一进水口上,另一端与洗干一体机的干衣筒连通,形成供干衣筒烘干衣物过程中生成的冷凝水进入泵腔的第一排水通路;
    所述第二进水口经第二排水管与洗干一体机的洗涤筒连通,形成供洗涤筒洗涤衣物过程中所用洗涤水排放至泵腔的第二排水通路;
    所述排水口连接排水管,排水管的一端通过管夹固定在排水口上,另一端与外界相连通,形成排放冷凝水与洗涤水的排水通路。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一所述的一种洗干一体机的排水结构,其特征在于:所述第一排水管上设有水阀,水阀控制第一排水管的关闭与导通,以对洗干一体机干衣筒中的冷凝水进行收集与排放。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一所述的一种洗干一体机的排水结构,其特征在于:排水泵的泵腔包括相连通的、沿排水泵壳体轴线方向依次排布的过滤腔和排水腔,过滤腔内安装有过滤 器,第一进水口和第二进水口均与过滤腔相连通;排水腔与排水口相连通,排水腔内设有搅拌叶轮,排水泵壳体上安装有驱动搅拌叶轮旋转的排水电机,搅拌叶轮旋转令泵腔内水受离心力作用而以一定流速自排水口流出。
  7. 一种安装有上述权利要求1-6任一所述排水结构的洗干一体机,其特征在于:包括,
    箱体框架,所述箱体框架上部安装干衣筒,下部安装洗涤筒;
    排水结构的排水泵第一进水口与干衣筒的冷凝水排水口相连通,第二进水口与洗涤筒的洗涤水排水口相连通,排水口与洗干一体机的排水管相连通,用于排放干衣筒中的冷凝水与洗涤筒中的洗涤水。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种洗干一体机,其特征在于:箱体框架底部由底座构成,所述排水泵安装于底座上,排水泵的开口朝向箱体框架的前侧设置;优选的,排水泵设于底座前侧的一端。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种洗干一体机,其特征在于:箱体框架包括设于底座四个端角处的、向上竖直延伸的竖梁,第一排水管沿对应端角处的竖梁内侧延伸,且第一排水管的至少一处经扎带与竖梁相绑持固定。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的一种洗干一体机,其特征在于:排水管一端与排水泵壳体上的排水口相连通,排水管自连通端沿底座上表面向箱体框架后侧方向水平延伸至穿出箱体框架,排水管穿出箱体框架后向上延伸至少超过洗涤筒高度,排水管的末端与洗干一体机的外部相连通。
