Description

一种保护装置及安全型注射器 技术领域
本发明属于注射器技术领域,尤其涉及一种安全型注射器的保护装置及其用途。
背景技术
安全型注射器的作动原理是利用推杆前端设有一机构能与针座组产生卡扣作用,当推杆向前推至特定点后,推杆与针座组的机构就会卡合在一起,完成注射后拉推杆,将使针座组含注射针移入筒体内,以达安全型注射器的功用,故安全注射器未使用前,须防止推杆因外力影响例如:组装、包装、运输过程碰撞或人为的疏失而令推杆往前运动并与针座组产生卡扣,为避免误触而造成注射器功能破坏,有鉴于此,遂有一发明在推杆末端设计一限位片的结构设计,请参阅图1及图2所示,该中空筒体1内部设一推杆2,筒体1头端设一针座组7,该针座组7设有一嵌扣部9,且该推杆2前端设一推杆头6,推杆头6预定位置设有一扣组部8,该推杆头6恰可活动穿伸该针座组7的特定点后,该推杆头6的扣组部8是卡扣于该针座组7的嵌扣部9,而该筒体1末端设有两横片形态的末抵端5,且该推杆2末端设一推端4,令该推杆2末端侧缘3相对该末端抵端及该推杆2处设一限位片C,其中该限位片C设有与该推杆2互呈接点状的侧连结部C1,且该限位片C设有与该推端4互呈接点状的底连结部C2,且该限位片C顶端对应该筒体1的该末抵端5设有一上抵端C3,该安全型注射器藉由该限位片C上下限位于该推杆2的 推端4与该筒体1的末抵端5位置,令该推杆头6的扣组部8在未达卡扣于该针座组7的嵌扣部9位置之前产生限位,故当注射器欲进行注射功能前,须先扯断该限位片C的各侧连结部C1及底连结部C2后方可使用;然而该限位片C的各该接点形态的侧连结部C1与底连结部C2皆是与该推杆2注塑而成,故限位片C的各该侧连结部C1与底连结部C2会有厚薄不均的现象,若侧连结部C1与底连结部C2的接点太薄则结合力小,太厚则不易扯断,故现有技术的安全型注射器的限位片C结构存有不稳定的因素。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有中的问题,提供一种保护装置及安全型注射器;其可防止因外力因素而令推杆前进时造成注射器破坏;以及安全型注射器完成注射后,可将保护装置塞入该筒体前端开口位置,令筒体内部空间与外界达到隔离,及使用完成的可换针注射件、残留药液封闭于筒体内达到防止外泄外,亦可防止医护人员及医疗废弃物处理人员扎针事故发生的用途。
为达成上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案,
一种保护装置,包含一底座,该底座设一结合部;该底座的底部设一开放状锥形槽,且该锥形槽内底端面中央凸伸一限挡柱;另该保护装置外环周面设一中间环部,且该保护装置相异于锥形槽一端设一驱转端。
优选地,该保护装置的该中间环部与该结合部之间设有一导引部,且该中间环部与该驱转端之间设有一嵌扣段,该中间环部与该嵌扣段的相交位置设一阶状环挡缘;另该保护装置的该驱转端呈凸缘状,且该驱转端内设有一非圆形槽。
优选地,该保护装置的该结合部可为外螺纹形态;另该保护装置的该结 合部可为两侧分别设有螺锁蝶片形态;又该结合部可为平滑表面形态。
安全型注射器,包含一中空筒体、一设置于该筒体前端的可换针式针座组、以及一可位移于该筒体内部的推杆;其中该针座组内部设有一贯孔,该推杆对应该贯孔一端设有一推杆头,该推杆头恰可穿入位移于该针座组的该贯孔中;另该针座组的贯孔内预定区段环设有一嵌扣部,该推杆的推杆头预定位置对应该嵌扣部设有一扣组部,该推杆的该扣组部可藉由推杆头位移前进于该针座组的贯孔并达到一预设深度后,而使扣组部对应扣合于该嵌扣部后该推杆可相对该针座组启用内缩功能进入筒体内部;另该针座组相异于嵌扣部一端设一可换针组接部;以及所述保护装置,该保护装置的结合部为一可对应活动组装的结合部,该结合部对应该安全型注射器的该针座组的可换针组接部设置;当该保护装置的结合部组装于该针座组的可换针组接部时,该保护装置的限挡柱恰抵顶限位于该推杆的该推杆头末端处,抵顶时恰使该推杆的该扣组部限位在未到达该针座组的嵌扣部的相卡扣位置。
优选地,其中该保护装置的该结合部可为外螺纹形态,且该针座组的该可换针组接部为相匹配螺组的内螺纹形态;又该保护装置的该结合部可为可为两侧分别设有螺锁蝶片形态,且该针座组的该可换针组接部为提供前述结合部相匹配螺组的内螺纹形态;或该结合部为平滑表面形态,且该针座组一端凸伸有一锥状柱,利用该保护装置的锥形槽以斜锥迫抵方式紧固于该锥状柱。
优选地,该所述推杆可相对该针座组启用内缩功能的技术手段,是藉由该针座组包含有一限转件及一环转件,该限转件及该环转件分别设有相对枢组的一枢接部及一枢转部,其中该环转件外缘预定位置设有至少一L槽,该L槽包含有一开放端及一封闭端,该封闭端另侧设一挡止端,该筒体内壁对 应该L槽设有至少一挡块,当该环转件的L槽藉由环转至封闭端时可相对该筒体的挡块作定位模式,当该环转件的L槽藉由环转至开放端时可相对该筒体的挡块作非定位模式;该限转件外缘预定位置设有至少一呈U状限转座,该筒体内壁对应该限转座设有至少一限转片,当该限转件的限转座嵌入该筒体的限转片时该限转件可相对该筒体作限制环转模式;该环转件内部呈中空状,并于内周面预定区段位置设有一嵌扣部,该嵌扣部相邻区段设有一受转部,该受转部设有复数导斜面;该限转件内部设有贯孔,该贯孔内预定区段设有一多边形断面的非圆形区段;该推杆的推杆头由上而下依续设有一与该限转件的非圆形区段相匹配的非圆形段、一对应环转件的嵌扣部的扣组部、及一与环转件的受转部相匹配的拨转部,其中该拨转部设有复数拨抵端及分设于各该拨抵端的让槽以相互匹配该环转件的受转部的复数导斜面;当该推杆的该推杆头进入该限转件的贯孔时,该推杆的非圆形段藉由该限转件的非圆形区段产生限制转动功能,以使推杆的拨转部呈直线前进状态来拨转环转件的该受转部,拨转完成时该推杆的扣组部同步扣合于该环转件的嵌扣部,且同时该环转件因拨转一角度而使L槽环转至开放端,俾使该环转件未受到筒体的挡块产生定位,俾使推杆可相对该针座组启用内缩功能。
优选地,该保护装置的用途是使用于仍处于包装状态下且未注射的安全型注射器时,该保护装置的结合部是组装于针座组的可换针组接部,令该保护装置的限挡柱恰抵顶限位于该推杆的该推杆头末端处,抵顶时恰使该推杆的该扣组部限位在未到达该针座组的嵌扣部的相卡扣位置。
优选地,该保护装置是使用于安全型注射器完成注射后,该推杆启用内缩功能使针座组拉进筒体内部,并将保护装置塞入该筒体前端开口位置,该保护装置的中间环部恰可紧固于该筒体前端的内环周壁面。
本发明欲解决的问题点,是针对现有技术安全型注射器的限位片各该接点形态的侧连结部与底连结部皆是与该推杆注塑而成,故限位片的各该侧连结部与底连结部会有厚薄不均的现象,若侧连结部与底连结部的接点太薄则结合力小,太厚则不易扯断,故针对现有技术的安全型注射器的限位片结构存有不稳定的因素问题点加以改良突破。
本发明提供的技术方案藉由该保护装置的结合部是组装于针座组的可换针组接部,令该保护装置的限挡柱恰抵顶限位于该推杆的该推杆头末端处,抵顶时恰使该推杆的该扣组部限位在未到达该针座组的嵌扣部的相卡扣位置,以防止因外力因素而令推杆前进时令其扣组部与针座组的嵌扣部产生卡扣而造成注射器破坏的用途;以及安全型注射器完成注射后,可将保护装置塞入该筒体前端开口位置,令筒体内部空间与外界达到隔离,及使用完成的可换针注射件、残留药液封闭于筒体内达到防止外泄外,亦可防止医护人员及医疗废弃物处理人员扎针事故发生的用途。

较佳地,该保护装置70的该中间环部75与该结合部78之间设有一导引部751,且该中间环部75与该驱转端71之间设有一嵌扣段74,该中间环部75与该嵌扣段74的相交位置设一阶状环挡缘76。
较佳地,该保护装置70的该驱转端71呈凸缘状,外缘两端并设有两切削面72,且该驱转端71内设有一非圆形槽73,以利于使用者手动驱转该驱转端71,或使用多角形扳手工具作驱转该非圆形槽73。
较佳地,该保护装置70的该结合部78可为外螺纹形态,且该针座组B的该可换针组接部43为相匹配的内螺纹形态,其中该安全型注射器A欲作注射使用时,是令该保护装置70的结合部78螺出该可换针组接部43后,更换一可换针注射件50所具有的一螺锁蝶片51来螺入该针座组B的该可换针组接部43安装定位,所述该螺锁蝶片51与该针座组B的该可换针组接部43为相匹配螺组形态;或该结合部78为平滑表面形态,且该针座组B一端凸伸有一锥状柱47,利用该保护装置70的锥形槽79以斜锥迫抵方式紧固于该锥状柱47。
本发明更包含一种安全型注射器A的保护装置70的用途,如图7所示,其中该保护装置70的用途是使用于仍处于包装状态下且未注射的安全型注射器A时,该保护装置70的结合部78是组装于针座组B的可换针组接部43,令该保护装置70的限挡柱791恰抵顶限位于该推杆20的该推杆头29末端处,抵顶时恰使该推杆20的该扣组部27限位在未到达该针座组B的嵌扣部37的相卡扣位置,以防止因外力因素而令推杆20前进时令其扣组部27与针座组B的嵌扣部37产生卡扣而造成注射器破坏的用途;再者当注射器欲使用时,需令保护装置70的结合部78自该针座组B的可换针组接部43卸出,卸出方式于本实例是两者间分别设有相互匹配的外螺纹及内螺纹作螺转分离,再令 一具有注射针52的可换针注射件50的螺锁蝶片51螺入该针座组B的可换针组接部43使用,使用过程先药液抽取后进行注射,再进行回缩针座组B及可换针注射件50进入筒体10内部后折断该推杆20。如图9至图13所示,其是现有技术2013.12.25公开的CN102652849安全注射器的针座组件自转回缩结构的注射器注射及内缩功能,故不详加赘述。
承上述,如图14至图16所示,该保护装置70的另一用途是使用于安全型注射器A完成注射后,该推杆20启用内缩功能使针座组B及可换针注射件50回缩拉进筒体10内部,并将保护装置70塞入该筒体10前端开口位置,塞入时较佳实施方式可为先令该保护装置70置于桌面,再把筒体10前端朝下压入该保护装置70,压入时该筒体10可顺着该导引部751令筒体10的限转片13嵌入该保护装置70嵌扣段74卡合定位,令筒体10内部空间与外界达到隔离,并使该使用完成的可换针注射件50、残留药液封闭于筒体10内达到防止外泄外,亦可防止医护人员及医疗废弃物处理人员扎针事故发生的用途。
承上述的另一变化实施例,可为令安全型注射器A的针座组B及可换针注射件50先回缩拉进筒体10内部后,再使该保护装置70塞入该筒体10前端开口位置,最后再折断该推杆20。
如图17所示,其是图16结构变化的另一实施例,当使用于安全型注射器A完成注射后欲将保护装置70塞入该筒体10前端开口位置时,且该筒体10一端内部环周壁面在未设有限转片13的实施例下,仍能藉由该保护装置70的中间环部75外径紧固于该筒体10前端的内径,使二者因过盈而卡合在一起,令筒体10内部空间与外界达到隔离的效果。
如图18所示,其是本发明的又一实施例,当未注射的安全型注射器A 欲使该保护装置70组装于一端凸伸有一中空锥柱B1的针座组B时,且该针座组B在未具有可换针组接部43的实施例下,利用该保护装置70的锥形槽79以斜锥迫抵方式紧固于该中空锥柱B1,来使该限挡柱791抵顶该推杆头B2相对端部位置作限位。
如图19~20所示,其是本发明的再一实施例,由图19的立体图所示,该保护装置70的该结合部78a可为两侧分别设有螺锁蝶片形态,由图20的剖视图所示,该针座组B的该可换针组接部43为相匹配螺组的内螺纹形态,令该螺锁蝶片形态的该结合部78a可螺入组装于该内螺纹形态的可换针组接部43。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种保护装置,其特征在于,包含一底座,该底座设一结合部;该底座的底部设一开放状锥形槽,且该锥形槽内底端面中央凸伸一限挡柱;另该保护装置外环周面设一中间环部,且该保护装置相异于锥形槽一端设一驱转端。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种保护装置,其特征在于,该保护装置的该中间环部与该结合部之间设有一导引部,且该中间环部与该驱转端之间设有一嵌扣段,该中间环部与该嵌扣段的相交位置设一阶状环挡缘。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种保护装置,其特征在于,该保护装置的该驱转端呈凸缘状,且该驱转端内设有一非圆形槽。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种保护装置,其特征在于,该保护装置的该结合部可为外螺纹形态;另该保护装置的该结合部可为两侧分别设有螺锁蝶片形态;又该结合部可为平滑表面形态。
  5. 安全型注射器,其特征在于,包含一中空筒体、一设置于该筒体前端的可换针式针座组、以及一可位移于该筒体内部的推杆;其中该针座组内部设有一贯孔,该推杆对应该贯孔一端设有一推杆头,该推杆头恰可穿入位移于该针座组的该贯孔中;另该针座组的贯孔内预定区段环设有一嵌扣部,该推杆的推杆头预定位置对应该嵌扣部设有一扣组部,该推杆的该扣组部可藉由推杆头位移前进于该针座组的贯孔并达到一预设深度后,而使扣组部对应扣合于该嵌扣部后该推杆可相对该针座组启用内缩功能进入筒体内部;另该针座组相异于嵌扣部一端设一可换针组接部;以及
    如权利要求1-4任一所述的保护装置,该保护装置的结合部为一可对应活动组装的结合部,该结合部对应该安全型注射器的该针座组的可换针组接部设置;
    当该保护装置的结合部组装于该针座组的可换针组接部时,该保护装置的限挡柱恰抵顶限位于该推杆的该推杆头末端处,抵顶时恰使该推杆的该扣组部限位在未到达该针座组的嵌扣部的相卡扣位置。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的安全型注射器,其特征在于:其中该保护装置的该结合部可为外螺纹形态,且该针座组的该可换针组接部为相匹配螺组的内螺纹形态;又该保护装置的该结合部可为可为两侧分别设有螺锁蝶片形态,且该针座组的该可换针组接部为提供前述结合部相匹配螺组的内螺纹形态;或该结合部为平滑表面形态,且该针座组一端凸伸有一锥状柱,利用该保护装置的锥形槽以斜锥迫抵方式紧固于该锥状柱。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的安全型注射器,其特征在于:该所述推杆可相对该针座组启用内缩功能的技术手段,是藉由该针座组包含有一限转件及一环转件,该限转件及该环转件分别设有相对枢组的一枢接部及一枢转部,其中该环转件外缘预定位置设有至少一L槽,该L槽包含有一开放端及一封闭端,该封闭端另侧设一挡止端,该筒体内壁对应该L槽设有至少一挡块,当该环转件的L槽藉由环转至封闭端时可相对该筒体的挡块作定位模式,当该环转件的L槽藉由环转至开放端时可相对该筒体的挡块作非定位模式;该限转件外缘预定位置设有至少一呈U状限转座,该筒体内壁对应该限转座设有至少一限转片,当该限转件的限转座嵌入该筒体的限转片时该限转件可相对该筒体作限制环转模式;该环转件内部呈中空状,并于内周面预定区段位置设有一嵌扣部,该嵌扣部相邻区段设有一受转部,该受转部设有复数导斜面;该限转件内部设有贯孔,该贯孔内预定区段设有一多边形断面的非圆形区段;该推杆的推杆头由上而下依续设有一与该限转件的非圆形区段相匹配的非圆形段、一对应环转件的嵌扣部的扣组部、及一 与环转件的受转部相匹配的拨转部,其中该拨转部设有复数拨抵端及分设于各该拨抵端的让槽以相互匹配该环转件的受转部的复数导斜面;当该推杆的该推杆头进入该限转件的贯孔时,该推杆的非圆形段藉由该限转件的非圆形区段产生限制转动功能,以使推杆的拨转部呈直线前进状态来拨转环转件的该受转部,拨转完成时该推杆的扣组部同步扣合于该环转件的嵌扣部,且同时该环转件因拨转一角度而使L槽环转至开放端,俾使该环转件未受到筒体的挡块产生定位,俾使推杆可相对该针座组启用内缩功能。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的安全型注射器,其特征在于:该保护装置的用途是使用于仍处于包装状态下且未注射的安全型注射器时,该保护装置的结合部是组装于针座组的可换针组接部,令该保护装置的限挡柱恰抵顶限位于该推杆的该推杆头末端处,抵顶时恰使该推杆的该扣组部限位在未到达该针座组的嵌扣部的相卡扣位置。
  9. 如权利要求5所述的安全型注射器,其特征在于:该保护装置是使用于安全型注射器完成注射后,该推杆启用内缩功能使针座组拉进筒体内部,并将保护装置塞入该筒体前端开口位置,该保护装置的中间环部恰可紧固于该筒体前端的内环周壁面。
